Nothing was owed at the end of services with koodo pre paid services.
Koodo or Telus one of these two vendors invoiced me ( which I paid by card ) for some equipment which was never received, never delivered to me. Order was cancelled immediately after order was placed (before the the equipment was sent to courier) due to some inability of the retailer in the mall. Retailers never reimbursed/ never refunded the money taken from my card. Their IVR system had no option to get through to the relevant department to get the money back. Those were the old days when money back guarantee was realty guaranteed, not any more.
