Meeting with an employment specialist on November 28, 2017 at the Hamilton Mountain Office of OW at 09h00 in Hamilton Ontario Canada.

Lack of communications and synchronization (I recently experienced) between Hamilton Mountain office of OW and Downtown Office of OW is unacceptable and can cause unnecessary problems for the recipeints such as delays in the cheques/deposits etc. definitely needs to be improved-they act as if they are located in two different municipalities.

 

REMINDER TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

After completing the EVP / EVR at OW central location in down town Hamilton, unexpectedly I received a letter within a week or so on November 16 which was dated November 09 asking for PC Financial Statement of personal chequing account number ending in 3325.

(After the audit perhaps by late 2017/2018 PCfinancial changed it’s business name, closed all pavilions located inside grocery stores and rebranded itself as Simplii financials).

Required statement was (has been) submitted to Hamilton Mountain Office of OW on November 17 (indicated by the stamp on the letter that it has been submitted). Recorded two message as well informing the case manager and the other person that required these statements, have been submitted as of noon time on November 17, 2017.

this is further to my previous request and offer I made earlier while I lived in Niagara Region. Now I am repeating the same from Hamilton where I live since end of April 2017.

Those who need and/or wish to use my name for whatever reason (i.e. legal use only) should do so with my consent and authorization to make it legal instead of using my name unauthorized and without any legal protection (it is my registered Sole Proprietor name).

Consider this there are so many unknown businesses which are not popular

but they don’t associate themselves with well-known business names to

circumvent this limitation without prior legal arrangement because

it would be a crime to do so.

Same applies to other situations as well.

I will be very happy and cooperative to work as partner and friend if

such people seek my permission  and consent before using my name.
