His apartment entrance was blocked by lock changes on July 08, he has no access since that time except brief access to the apartment on July 10 Friday night, when few people vandalized the apartment door and harassed me to leave from the apartment, since than I have access to my apartment. I need immediate action to get my apartment acces, I am a senior of 70 years of age and cannot use public shelters, in 2023 shelters food made me sick and I was offered to accept apartment 307 by force but now since july 08 2026 I have no access to my residence.
