February 24 of 2026: two tall men were seen onbthe my floor around 14h40 they entered one of the apartments, one tall man turned his d head and looked in side my apartment as soon as I opened my apartment door,  as he was walking toward the first apartment

February 24 of 2026: Many Giant trucks (trash truck, powrr company trucks) were seen on both side of the Russell Rd in front of the building, which may impede the free flow i.e. free movement of traffic and oc transpo vehicles. Around 08h57. One such truck was seen in the BMO parking on the other side of the fence across from the building 945 Smyth Rd. Few minutes before I stepped out of my apartment around 08h50, a female voice was head saying “got done” perhaps passing through the corridor very close to my apartment.

February 23 of 2026: visited scotia bank in downtown, back to my apartment around 15h30.

February 23 of 2026: Station express Cafe staff can’t print the recipes after receiving the electronic  payment so I paid by cash as well in addition to debit card paymeht. Retailers Receipts shows payment status success or fail. Around 13h20 after leaving from the shop I checked my bmo account which was showing a successful payment to this cafe.

February 22 of 2026: on my way back after visiting the OC transpo, made a quick grocery trip to Loblaws store before coming back to my apartment via tremblay, used a taxi, paid fare to the taxi driver by debit card. Paid for grocery by one note of cash  got change due back. (Receiving and accepting change due back is not and was not taking money, customers pay first before the merchants issue change due back, some merchants used change back machines at the checkouts in the past.).

February 22 of 2026: Due to OC transpo or Presto Card systems malfunction my paid March 2026 monthly pass was not loaded on the fare card, visited the OC transpo customer service around 13h08 to get it fixed, I will pursue it further in next working day. Not sure if this was truly a malfunction or human intervention with some malicious intentions etc. such as to deplete me of my money because the OC transpo officer offered to load the march pass for another payment or call the given number to get it refunded, although I showed the the payment receipt out of the machine. Payment was recorded in my bank statement as well, I hope their records do not malfunction to erase the payment record of this pass.

February 22 of 2026: live birth of my second offspring was documented on this date in 1994 at a hospital in North York Ontario Canada.

February 21 of 2026:  What would be another verification method for BMO..

Some banks in Ottawa Ontario Canada were advertising on their websites bonus incentives etc  for new comers to open account/business with them.  Engr. (male) KhalidMahmood is not a new arrival.

February 21 of 2026: My call was disconnected (or was intercepted by some one else when BMO attended to it) at the end of waiting to talk to BMO representative 15h35. Also between 15h10 and 15h30 my mobile internet was not available, so wrote a message on messenger to Lucky mobile. It appears to me that other people do not know how to connect to the right department, and they intercept and take over my call connections, which must illegal, if this was true. This was not the first time, has happened before as well in the past, more than once.

February 21 of 2026: a Rogers sales representative by the name of Gin knocked on my door, I opened the door to talk to him, was promoting home internet, I was not interested. Around 15h10, few knocks were heard on other doors as well, but no one opened the door.

Made a quick trip to down town for a banking related matter and back in my apartment, several people were seen in the parking approaching the side B door as I was entering the building, never seen before, few people were seen sitting on the bench when I used the elevators to get to my apartment.

Financial pressures in Feb in various forms and shapes to destabilize normalcy which may be normal in political profession but NOT in my profession. That’s why I want to roll back my life to my past by going back to my previous employers, western countries were considered where people had freedom to chose at the time of my immigration in 1993. Other misc pressures but my date of birth was in December of every not in anyother month, moreover my age number will remain 70 in 2026 through out the year January to December.

Bought a presto card from a grocery store around 08h00

February 20 of 2026: Facebook login was showing my location in Gatineau instead of Ottawa, does not matter, same region.

February 19 of 2026: Service providers on the phone talking to me on the phone seem to have some kind of a barrier in their mind when they see a gap between first name and last name, (I assume) and they stop after reading the first name, so I tell them to look at full name and say the full name, but they seem to have some kind of mental barrier or some other pressure on them which prevents them from saying full name. Only reason I emphasis on full name is to prevent ambiguity and fraud if any. If a customer wishes to say only first name than it make sense but than vendors or service providers on the phone should look into the legality of not saying full name. Saying full name does not violate any laws to my knowledge.

February 19 of 2026: lost and found experience during BMO card issue and fixing it. No harm done, routine back to normal. Was just a joke. Earlier when I was talking to the BMO call centre on my mobile the phone staff was exhibiting, lack of experience, inability to understand conversation, inability to understand the issue at hand perhaps due to early induction in work force at younger age. There should some procrastinators forces around them to give them an opportunity to gain some maturity and industry experience before real work. Not sure if the phone staff works out of a call centre or from home as a virtual or remote workers.

February 19 of 2026: during this card fixing I misplaced my pocket wallet somewhere on way, if any one picked up my wallet please return it. Thanks,  I am at Kelsey’s restaurant South keys. If anyone uses the contents of my vertical front pocket wallet will be illegal and unacceptable. I will give a reward to the person returning the wallet to me. Found it under the restaurant table, looks like alien beings were playing hide and seek with me.

February 19 of 2026: visited a South keys branch of BMO to make a call to the number at the back of the card but the person the phone was having hearing difficulties so after ending the call, I requested a senior bank officer working in a office to let me use the branch phone, officer allowed me to use their cord less phone to resolve the issues of my card with the BMO phone staff. After the end of the call I used my mobile phone to talk to the phone staff again to upgrade the service plan of my account. I was told it was better to go to a branch. Another branch completed the upgrade of the service plan.

February 19 of 2026: visited a BMO branch in Downtown on Rideau St. to talk to branch staff to build relationship, showed the staff Direct deposit paperwork stamped by Service Canada and issued by a BMO branch, but as always it was done just opposite of what I told them to do,  instead of improvments, work was done by the BMO branch staff which was incomplete, unsatisfactory and not as I instructed them to do. Very disappointing, that their banking automation does not take care of all the steps automatically. I have been a BMO client since 1994 because of a CSL payment when I attended some upgrading courses at York University in Toronto. Banking was much better at the client/user side when it was less automated for day to day banking. It was confirmed by this Rideau St branch that Last four digits of the ATM card and the Last four digits of the account numbers can not made same. Another concern I had was that signin screen of BMO website shows a prompt of card number or login ID on the first input port, but it does not accept card number to signin rather it accepts only user ID. Another concern was that card registration screen did not accept the date of birth while I was registering the newly issued card by the same branch. Bank officer did not pay much attention to these issues although she used my phone to key-in some numbers on the signin and registration screens.

February 18 of 2026: went to Bayshore area via baseline station and back to my apartment via tunny’s pasture, night lights enroute looked beautiful. back gains in my apartment around 22h00.

February 18 of 2026: a big group of oc transpo (wireless) ticket checkers was seen operating around the exit gates of the station leading to byward market around 14h15. I hope their handheld presto reading machines do not relay the information for unlawful use. Handheld interac/debit machines can relay information wirelessly, ticket checkers machines may or not have a wireless connectivity with other systems, but hand held tap devices looked like wireless equipment. In my opinion such presto checkers were not necessary. Moreover, two days of the week i.e. every Wednesday and Sunday is free travel day on oc-transport for seniors. Quick grocery trip to Independent Great Canadian super store on Richmond Rd.

February 18 of 2026: Singapore Airlines and all other airlines please beware that Engineer KhalidMahmood (a Citizen of Canada)  was not in Singapore or anywhere else on the planet earth except Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 at ID address, current residential place.

February 17 of 2026: bought food at restaurants and by paid by cash. Updated my BMO account, Scotiabank has not yet deducted monthly fee, waiting for it to happen. Back in my apartment after almost whole day outdoors.

February 17 of 2026: slushy and slippery side wwalk, not suitable for walk today in Ottawa Ontarioeenbo Canada. South Keys to limebank corridor along the oc-transpo tracks has more snow on east side and more greenery on west side. 09h30 oc transpo Vehicle 4677 from Limebank.

February 16 of 2026: Family Day 2026 in Ottawa Ontario Canada, all day. In the morning visited West end area of Ottawa for coffee with fruits salad at Lionel Restaurant, after a quick byte at my apartment visiting a museum. I visited this museum first time in 1996 or perhaps in 1997 with my offsprings Ahsan and Sana and their mother, before Bilal was born. Second visit to this museum was about 10 years after the first visit to attend a IEEE meeting in 2007 or perhaps 2008.  Word “visit” in this post does not apply to tourist visitors, Parents and children who live in Ottawa Ontario Canada also go to visit this museum for a day or two for educational and entertainment purpose. Bought my entrance ticket which was paid by card by the undersigned i.e. Engineer KhalidMahmood

Although it was not prohibited to take pictures, but none were taken as precauctionary measure to avoid bogus accusations, except the QR codes and a Lego display at the entrance near the ticketing counter.

February 15 of 2026: visited carlingwoid area fir some personal errands, made few stops, bought some ready to eat food from a store and back to my apartment via Rideau, St-Laurent, Elmvale, walked back to the apartment. One woman was seenbsotting on the bench in the buffer zone, one woman was seen coming out of the elevators pulling bumper etc.

February 15 of 2026: My nose sensors detected some gasoline smell around 11h17 when a man entered the building, while I was waiting outdoors in front if the building, I followed the smell in doors  but no one was seen in the lobby, but smell was still detectable.

February 15 of 2026: I am positively sure that the manufacturers of a special ball point pen were trying to relate it the retail outlet where they were selling it i.e they branded it as a “space pen” but nothing to do with outer space. This was something similar to “home phone” that some service providers call their products “home phone” but the original “home phone” was very different than that. May not be a special pen now but it was a special for me some 25-30 years ago.

February 14 9f 2026: misc in Ottawa. Back home in my apartment.

February 13 of 2026: misc in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Morning big meal at Prova restaurant downtown, paid by card, visited BMO to sort out some account accessibility issues on line. Quick grocery trip to Independet store Elmavale mall and back to my apartment, in the evening piano was heard in the lounge. Few women and children were seennin the lobby and buffer zone.

February 12 of 2026: an issue with the door numbers was detected specially when apartment doors were exactly opposite to each other. If someone opens the door (because of someone’s instructions to open the door and read the number) and reads the number on the opposite door, without realizing the mistake. Reading the number on the door opened would be correct, but reading number on the opposite door would be wrong. It is good that my door has a number on the inside so there was no need to open the door and read the number. To avoid ambiguity of door numbers, apartment doors should not be exactly opposite to each other.

Febryary 12 of 2026: many people were seen in the lobby when I arrived around the building at about 18h00, people were seen in the lounge and in the (shut up obey) lobby, a child and women were seen hanging around the laundry etc. A man was seen sitting on the bench next to the Canada post parcel delivery.

February 12 of 2026: bought my big meal of the day at Restaurant around 11h45 for dine-in, paid for it by cash, used a big note, got change due back, used all my previous coins in addition to coins from this location for generously tipping the server/order taker to get rid of all the heavy metals which can make holes in my pockets and also can make jiggling sound all the way when walking. Used my Scotiabank account to withdraw some cash at a Scotiabank ATM/ABM near restaurant on Merivale Road.

February 11 of 2026: more than one Police vehicle was seen outside the building in the driveway perhaps on duty or waiting for someone around 22h00

February 11 of 2026: Web login was found fixed when I tried at home around 18h30 in the evening, but all the features were not activated such as download of the slips. I have no middle initials in my name file was showing “K” which is incorrect, my name initials (but not the middle initials) is “KM” not “K”, middle initial and name initials are two different data elements.

February 11 of 2026: ATM machines of Tim Hortons in Carlingwood mall were not taking Debut card payment, error on two different methods of paynemt, visited the bank branch in the mall to find out if there was any issue with the account. It was the merchant problem. So I paid for the coffee by cash $5.00 note and got my change due back (accepting/receiving change due back was not taking money). Tim Hortons which was once a high standard retail outlet for fast food 30 years ago seems to be loosing it standards and is becoming a cheap unbranded coffeeshop with no standards. Their standards have declined instead of getting better, they have shrunk their menu, they used to have  soups and sandwich counter with many choices, it used to be kind of hybrid in between fast food and restaurant style.

February 11 of 2026: around 14h10 service Canada west location staff announced that they were out of capacity and pausing issuing the numbers. Around 14h35 I submitted the direct deposit form without seeing an agent and a copy back with received stamp on it. I will see the agents some other time, i.e. for tax slip matter, and web login issue, if required. Ministers/agencies/departments responsible for Service Canada should look into the training, staffing other issues to make their operation better. Listen to the call records of the conversation with the clients, what they tell to the clients about web access to the services etc, if they can not handle the issue they should be trained to transfer the calls to the relevant departments. Recorded messages during wait time on the phone tell that most of the services were available on-line but if they disable on-line services what was the use of such information. Something to think about.

February 11 of 2026: BMO bank was printing documents for account holders without apartment numbers, system screens were also showing address without apartment number. In a single house apartment number does not apply,  but in a building with about nearly 200 apartments it matters and important to indicate apartment number with the street address as was shown on the ID.

February 11 of 2026: in ottawa, bought food for dine in at a fast food. Service Canada system seems to be out of service and was not able to provide web login OTP for. MSCA, first time ever that for MSCA web login 2FA failed to succeed. Around noon time.Decided to call by public phone, around 12h10 , 30 minutes wait no answer, yet. Call was answered around 13h00, but the person was talking about clearing cash etc. In this authentication method of MSCA there was no cash and no browser involved for login purpose. I asked her to transfer the call to IT department but she could not. She also mentioned about authentication app to login. Was service Canada using more than one login method for people receiving OAS, I wonder.

February 10 of 2026: a heavy snow day in Ottawa. Went to micro brewery restaurant via Lincoln fields, also visited Walmart train yards, made few stops on the way, back to my apartment. When I arrived at Elmvale Station, several police vehicles were seen stopped inbthe vicinity of closed Starbucks.

February 10 of 2026: Terabox took early subscription payment from my card, according to my records it was due in March 2026. I wonder why ? I have only one subscription with Terabox. I decided to cancel the subscription due to unusual questionable activity on my card which was not even linked to Terabox subscription.

February 06 of 2026: off duty ambulance covered with snow was seen at the front door of the building around 17h30 when I arrived from downtown. May be used as an RV with some retro fitting/ alteration if was abandoned by someone. Earlier when I stepped out of the this building around 14h00 several police vehicles mix of different colors were seen stopped in the drive way of the building.

February 06 of 2026: a call back from Service Canada was received around 09h15 in response to my request submitted over the web. Tax slip download issue was not specific to my account in particular, rather it was a general broader system related problem which was being fixed, work in progress.

February 06 of 2025: breakfast with boiled eggs and cookie at byward cafe in byward market, back to my apartmen around 08h45.

February 05 of 2026: misc, bought few food and other items from a store near St-Laurent mall, something caused a reaction in my body.

February 04 of 2026: in the evening around 18h10 submitted a message to Service Canada by eServiceCanada from my apartment.

February 04 of 2026: 13h30 mobile food truck was distributing food at the building, when I entered my apartment, I noticed some one entered my apartment in my absence and messed up with door mat and storage area. 13h45. Firedrill at 14h00 –

February 04 of 2026: I checked service canada account at a library, tax slip has not been loaded yet, not ready yet. It shows a system unavailable error, I wonder what error would it be.

I wonder if this was happening due to cold weather. All my service canada and cra web account setups were working fine in 2025 and before that so why in 2026 suddenly these things start trouble. May be human intervention, and someone will fix it as a favour or by hefty billing to govt. By changing such applications, interfaces, living environments etc. people can not be made new by such tricks,  if they do not know new software etc. Perhaps the logic may be if you can not do the same thing now, what you did before than you were new. Or you never did that before as well. Completely bogus, dishonest and crook, AI type logic,

February 03 of 2026: visited merivale mall area, Service Canada west centre, but it was a bit late to wait in the line. Bought few essentials from a grocery store where I used to shop about 17/18 years ago, neighbourhood of Dynes Rd area, back side of it.

February 03 of 2026: about 30 minutes long wait time to talk (even at 50 minutes no one answered the call) to Service Canada on phone, a recorded message keeps on repeating the self-serve services on the web, but they don’t realise when system fails or system blocks access to such self-serve services on line, than what to do. Before calling I logged into the web services around 11h45 but, were not accessible so I decided to talk to them by phone. Service Canada IVR should determine at the begining of the call if the web services were available/accessible to the caller or not. More than 30 minutes, call not answered. For high call volume Service Canada should consider to recruit more phone attendants. Ended the call after 50 minutes. They should fix my web access to their services, no reason to block original owner of the account. Before service Canada started around 2005, CRA provided online access to their services through cra.gc.ca and other services were provided canada.gc.ca web based account, service canada accoubt did not exist at thst tine.  I have been a user of CRA and canada.gc.ca on line services since mid or late 90s. sample url from the past jobbank.gc.ca

Most of the or all of the official websites delivering govt. services to the Canadians used the same domain as shiwn above the flag, not sure when it was changed.

February 03 of 2026: some stores such as Cannabis and smoke shops have a signage of ID check, which I find misleading, businesses do not have the authority to perform a ID check. what they mean by that is “age verification”, only issuing authorities can perform a ID check or ID verification. In certain situations age verification is required becuase some retail items were not allowed to sell to under age population such as a cigarettes, alcoholic beverages etc.

February 02 of 2026: went to a Scotiabank branch to check the account created earlier this morning, deposited some money in it, bought a quick byte at McDonald’s 5th Ave old neighbourhood, bought few items from a Asian grocery on Rideau At and back, made few stops on the way, visited library to talk to the staff, the staff played the rules by asking me to show the library card, I hope they ask every one for the library card, and honestly issue the cards. In 2023 when I was at the mission shelter I reserved a library item at Rideau branch of the library which had a long wait time, during the wait time some one decide to remove the item from my card. Which was very unusual and dishonest behaviour.

February 02 of 2026: opened another chequeing account after taking to the Scotiabank main branch in Toronto, there was no branch selection on the webpage entries, I selected chequing account but system converted it to a savings account without even asking for it.

February 02 of 2026: went outdoors. around 08h00 for a short walk, several people were seen in the buffer zone, one man was seen leaving through the Side “B” door and heading towards a vehicle in the parking lot.

February 01 of 2026: went outdoors around 21h00 to Russell Rd for a short walk and to feel the weather, it was getting better, not as cold.

February 01 of 2026: paid monthly pre paid service fee to Lucky mobile by loading vouchers bought at a shoppers drug mart store near sunny side library. walked around the area a bit, went to Carlingwood mall area, around noon time bought a big meal of the day at Swiss chalet restaurant for dine-in, paid by card. Came Back via Hunt club area.

February 01 of 2026: Physically present in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 at my ID address. waiting for my previous employers from the East (such as Honeywell HTAL, Sabic/IBN Sina in Jubail, KFUPM in Dhahran) or NEC tokyo to rectify the others wrong doings in my working life (which was sabotaged, has been documented in precautionary notes) and give me an opportunity to roll back my life to my past, back on the same track as before.
