My parents and my relatives were not here in Canada. Would be appreciated if any student could sublet to me a unit on weekly basis during summer break.
July 24 of 2026: visited the lodgement Montreal Rd but stairs were not available due to a combination lock on it, and using just elevator was unsafe. But housing help carling knows that I need a key to my apartment immediately.
July 24 of 2026: breakfast at Prova hotel restaurant, paid by cash, since their new debit machine was not accepting cards early morning due to some technical glitch, server applied a small change discount to make the total a rounded amount to the cash I paid. waiting for someone to bring the apartment entry keys to me. Spoke to other staff as well to check my card but they were not prepared and did not know, how to do that. Server assured me that there will not be any wrong info neither lies about this payment.
July 23 of 2026: Engineer KhalidMahmood a Citizen of Canada and resident of 307-1909 Russell Rd Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 is still at WEP world exchange plaza) waiting for the housing department to bring my apartment keys to WEP. 12 hours since this morning.
July 23 of 2026: I am physically sitting in the lobby/lounge of WEP (world exchange plaza) Ottawa Ontario Canada since 08h30 this morning after cgecjed from LE hitel on Elgin, almost 08 hours, no one came here to talk to me about suddenly unhousing me from apartment 307-1909 Russell Rd Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2, by lock changes. This is a serious matter, please provide me replacement housing, I have already completed all housing procedures during the past 34 years. Why don’t these agencies and workers come out to talk to me about this matter who forced me in July 2023 to accept the OCH apartment when I was in Ottawa mission. Perhaps they forced me to accept OCH apartment just for this July 08 2026 event to happen.

July 23 of 2026: I wonder who was “Khalid_Khalid”, housing help called me on my very old pre_paid mobile phone number looking for “Khalid_Khalid”, an old woman in Hamilton Ontario Canada called me few times by this name but I am NOT (not) “Khalid_Khalid” ratger I am “KhalidMahmood” and I am not “Cyr”, not “Sar”, not “Ser”, not “Zar” etc. etc. ………
July 23 of 2026: someone from housing help called to find out where I slept past night, etc. but used a wrong name ……………”Khalid Khalid “, I am not Khalid Khalid and I am not Cyr or Sar, since I slept in downtown they wanted me to refer to Lodgement, I have been there several times since 2025, they are located in a building without a stairs exit if the the elevators breaks down. they know me very well so they should house me in the same apartmemt or send back to my orevious coubtry of residence which was Jubail Saudi Aeabia in 1993. I have completed all the housing and employmemt procedures in Canada since 1993, my immigration was not for procedural purposes for others it was independent professional earning immigration to support my dependents in Canada. My immigration of 1993 was NOT a work assignment placed in Canada by another Govt. Please hurry up and save me from a distarous situation. Immediate solution is financial relief quick action without thinking. Govt of Canada agency involved in such drastic action of July 08 2026 to unhouse me without replacement housing should provide me immeditae flight back to my birth country or my previous country of residence (Jubail) Saudi Arabia.

Waiting for a response from the Premier of the Province of Ontario who is responsible for housing matters in this Province. I have already made my decision to roll back my life to my past in one of the previous countries, but if I leave from the Canada as a financially destitute person, will be a very negative image and message for the rest of the world. Engineers do not live so low in money in western countries, without a pay cheque. I deserve pay cheques for the wasted professional life in Canada just living on financial support provided by OW social assisatance. I am not homeless ( and can not be made home less because I was born at home in my birth country) but I have no apartment at present due to multiple lock changes in my absence. July 23 of 2026: checked out of LE hotel. Credit card seems to be a requirement for these hotels, or else they keep a refundable deposit overnight for incidental. Still I have not yet received any information about reentry to my apartment and building. Someshould remind them to hurry up, I am a Citizen if Canada, who was using my Citizenship perks. Technicalarmy should take action against these culprits invisible enemies of the Citizens and restore the importance and power of technical professionals. Technicalarmy should show who has real power.
July 22 of 2026: quick desert with coffee at a diner near Clyde and Walmart Baseline area. Visited the Elmvale area via St-Laurent back to downtown area to look around. No information was received yet, about my apartment keys over WhatsApp, neither by email
July 22 of 2026: Housing help located in unit 214 of the building xxxx carling Ave. closed office at 15h48 as soon as I arrived on floor # 2. Several people came out of the door # 214 in a hurry, I spoke to a man, some of them left through the stairs and one person went to the right side of the door # 214 towards other offices. Housing help office will open at 08h30 next day on July 23 of 2026. I am present in the following building.
July 22 of 2026: breakfast at Metcalf restaurant, lunch at stacked heron gate. Etc. In search of keys to my residence, or someone should remove all the hurdles and bulldoze everything stsnding in between immediately. Technicalarmy gangs should show their strengths to demolish bulleys.
July 22 of 2026: LE over night sleep, breakfast and Metcalf Hotel Restaurant, Engineer (male) KhalidMahmood was still in Ottawa, has not gone out of town yet. In waiting and wanting to roll back his life to his past in Jubail Saudi Arabia pre immigration status of 1993, a decision which was made after living a very long period of time of nearly 33 years in Canada. Since I was on OW social assistance for nearly 20 years since April 2006 in Canada (transitioned to OAS/GIS/OW-CPP) and on minimum wage low paying work in Pennsylvania 2002-2005, was not given an opportunity to build my own financial assets to take care of my own personal needs. This matter needs urgent attention. I want to get back to my pay cheque life style as it was before immigration to Canada in 1993.
July 21 of 2026: I was not subcontracted neither contracted by any position of power, any organization, any individual etc. to do the hardship “role play” which was started on me on July 08 of 2026 by lock changes and still goes on July 21 of 2026, no replacement housing space was provided to me since than, Since no one talks to me, no one tells me anything about these operations, I am not aware how long this will go on, but I am not a willing partner of anything in it. In a wealthy country as Canada it should not be difficult for the relevant authorities to arrange replacement housing due to unexpected events instead of keeping people under the open sky in rain, thunderstorm, wind etc. which may be harmful at times and shows a negative image of a wealthy country.
July 21 of 2026: Gatineau bus presto readers are very fast in fare deduction, some problem with OC transpo presto readers were detected, presto readers in Ottawa on OC transp buses takes much longer and enters into sleep mode, which is unacceptable. Two municipalities should compare presto readers operations on these machines, why such a huge difference. Also visited a Senior’s living building adjacent to Glebe Senior Centre, they did not have any suite available for tonight and suggested to go to a hotel. Front desk staff started conversation with a hostile word “looking” with a specific tone of voice which made me upset and I had to ask them what was their protocol to talk to people, with closed eyes, or covered eyes, etc, a senior person in the position of a manager told me it was acceptable to look into each other’s eyes when talking, that is what I learned 45 years ago in Eindhoven and after 1993 in Canada that when talking to people look eye to eye. But new generations like Harry Potter generations went through different kind of indoctrination and brainwashing to bring down men and charge men falsely, because for them looking or touching is a crime. Incentives in the false charges frauds must be discontinued immediately.
July 21 of 2026: visited Legal Aid Ontario to discuss my apartment crisis situation, referred me to ottawa west clinic, heavy presence of police vehicles around Minto Place building (perhaps area orientation for the newly hired or out of town visitors). This visit to the legal aid ontario does not provide a solution, it does not provide housing for the night, tenant insurance company does not provide hotel, so what good are these systems, Perhaps they sell my insurance benefits to others as bribe or to expanded their networks of fraud, authorities should investigate who was involved in multiple lock changes to block my residendce of three years, no remedy from the Govt. Neither from insurance, no relatives, Govt has the authority to let me stay in the hotel or any house or lounge of the building, why are they not allowing me to use the lounge as a cooling centre. How come other people have the freedom to break into the building and into my apartment and change locks, why I do not have the same freedom to do the same to others on reciprocal basis because I do not operate as a gang, they all operate as gang. This is how my Company assigned housing at Gloden Sands Compound was blocked in Jubail Saudi Arabia in the year 2000 to sabotage my pay cheque employment (exception lock changed was not involved but similarity).

July 21 of 2026: I wonder what will happen if other people start taking all the properties just by changing locks and false charges to justify their wrong doing. It has been about two weeks since lock was changed on apartment. Is Canadian Govt. making prople out of home. I did not come to Canada in 1993 to live out of home. In my childhood I did not learn this life style and have no intentions to learn this life style. Please help me to restore my normal life style. I did not do anything wrong. Is housing not a right of Canadian Citizens, why my right of housing was taken away on 8th July 2026. Was housing for Citizens not covered by charter of rights.

July 19 of 2026: in Ottawa Ontario Canada, has not gone anywhere. Looks like other hotels ascwell were using the technique to display the incomplete name on the room TV screen, I declined to turn on the TV, however explained to them same as I explained before that show full name or inituals but not incomplete name, this was specific to my name, what others like was their choice. Since I am anti fraud people should respect thus choice of mine and not build any frauds around me or around my belongings.
July 19 of 2026: back in Ottawa. Dinning at a downtown hotel restaurant, if any one wants to talk with me, but only friendly and unbiased people. When I am dinning here at the restaurant I an a guest of the restaurant but not of the hotel housing side. I reiterated to the server that I am.not, was never “SAR” because I am Engineer.
July 18 of 2026: made alternate travel reservation, with social media name formula (i.e. no name rules) which phonetically sounds like full name on official IDs. I hope no crooks and frauds people create a problem. No, I have not changed my name, I never changed my name never, ever, whatsoever.

July 18 of 2026: visited Scarborough, Finch area where I used to wotk at CMInc in 94, sincr the counter was closed, I tridecto purchase on line, but due to bus company’s website not responding to complete the purchase, need to wait untill tomorrow morning to get the matter resolved.
July 18 of 2026: data scientist and their techniques dawned on me today after some new experiences. When vital data was needed on a specific person, people around would spread negative data in large volume coming out of the person under study, hide the person under study, and use another healthy person to show to the data collectors, data collectors brain will read the data from healthy person according to their indoctrination with negative data etc. Such techniques should not be allowed on ordinary normal humans with limited resources.
Early days of living in a new country pose challenges, there were always methods available to overcome those challenges untill people become proficient like a pro or locally born and raised. Modern technology of internet, databases etc has provided another method which has a potential to become serious fraud and a crime. Assuming that there was a big brother watching every single person every single second of the life and documenting it on every person, than those who were not able to do advanced level of activities in their every day life or afraid of doing certain tasks, they would just steal the entries sitting at a desk from the documented database file and show it as their activities, and person actually doing it will left with blank lines of spaces in the file, and can even lead to questioning the existence of the person or “no one knows him”, “does not know anything” etc. These are the draw backs of new technologies at lower level of life when the systems were not handled honestly.

I need a place for tonight. 14h50 – I am out of the Ramsey Crescent, heading towards Baseline Station, if some one can accommodate me in a house starting from tonight. Will he much appreciated. 15h00
July 17 of 2026: people were talking about a new guy in the building, several people were sitting outside the building in chairs.
July 17 of 2026: Bogus eviction posters on the door may be useful for those who were under law enforcment limitations. So they might use bogus evictions to escape from their limitations without legal process.
July 17 of 2026: ten days of messed up place lock and key issues at present no alternate residential space ready to move-in was NOT provided. At night occassionally I walk, night night tourism etc among other activities. I do what is feasible and practical for me without depleting all my financial resurces. I am not doing it for anyone else as duty, no one paying me for this, and the results or data can not be used by others, not at all, asolutely Not. Young kids conme around say words in whispers as they walk by, as if their elders were training them and give them a word to go out with, they come around me and say it in the passing. Just beware that I was not on any program by others etc, so no one should use my data and/or information. Lawyers will find out why this was done to me, not the personal or bogus reason real legal reason should ge known, I have a right to know.
July 16 of 2026: since my apartment 307 was not accessible to me since July 08 2026, someone should watch it in my avsence, what was happening there, it has a handwritten note in my own habdwriting which does not imply my physical presence. Don’t be fooled if some obe uses that to show my physical presence in the apartment. I am.physucally present in Canada. Apartment 307 door has some lock issues at present. Someone should help me restore it. I can be spotted in Ottawa and can be contacted on WhatsApp @kxmahmood. My entrance to my apartment was blocked, now there are no authorituss communicating with me on this matter. In all of this recent episode of violence directed at me and previous simiar attemps during the past 26 years is indicative of lack of structure in society and governance, mostly puppeteering.
July 16 of 2026: Piggy backing (to avoid a tap or a fare) with a paying IC transpo LRT passengers is becoming more frequent, OC transpo should be aware of it. Do not believe the deception it may create. They should take pictures of such piggy backing customers like they take pictures of speeding cars. OC tranxpo should avoid corruption from the system, if any. Piggy backing or tagging along is normal and expected from under age little children when they were with their family grown ups but can not be and should not be carried forward to grown ups. I was not in or I am not in a race for any quilificatiin rounds, so it does not matter for me, such tricks or deception frauds will not taint me at all. July 16 of 2026: bus back from Union Station to Ottawa was defective because – a/c d/c power points were not active. Also wifi was not provided on the bus. These used to be perks for the Travellers which were used for promotional purpose.
July 15 of 2026: perhaps the recent lock and key issue happened because large number of people have been replaced by newly arrived immigrants and they might have the views that all the previous tenants were gone so new tenants should be approved by the new arrivals. And due to yhis changing locks etc to secure or capture the apartments. I have not gone out of town I am still around in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 I am not new but I am continuity from the previous operators of OCH.
July 15 of 2026: bought big meal of the day at a restaurant in downtown, paid cash. Visored centre point meridian but was closed.
July 14 of 2026: perhaps wordpress or some unknown malicious intermediary people were delaying my postings in between, a delay was detected before it became available for viewing. This delay does not occur all the time.
July 14 of 2026: waiting for the OCH service man in the building on Floor 1 who will come to fix the issue of entrance to my residence on floor 3. Recorded a message for Abir Arraj about it. As per recorded instructions called the support staff who transfered the call to a relevant person, he took details and asked if I have IDs. This information was already in their system since the time lease was processed and issued to me by Ms Abir Arraj in 2023. In addition to my own Canadian IDs, OCH lease also consists of a unique number generated by the OCH systems called Rent Ref#: number which can be used only by me.
July 14 of 2026: I called OCH around 08h00 regarding lock changed matter, I was told to call back after 08h30, the person was reading (probably) comments on the computer screen as was talking to me. Those comments did not make sense to me, comments did not match with the legal system of Ontario for tenancy related matters. There was no mention of Landlord tenant board in it, there was no LTB file # provided which resulted in this action without my knowledge.
July 13 of 2026: in a quick walk on the floor 3 corridor “B” it was seen that the apartment 307 was again locked although when that group of three prople broke into my apartment it was without a lock on the door, but as was seen around 14h30 there was another lock on the door of 307. Not a good idea. Lock change procedures must be reviewed by the relevant authorities, how can they change lock in the absence of the tenant and without issuing a key to the tenant.
July 13 of 2026: used the cooling centre lounge of the building for few minutes, since Troy group was working in the building did not go upstairs to aee the situation in my apartment, rather spoke to the AIP staff on duty name sounded like “Maudeline” on floor 1 Corridor “A” that I need AIP help to deal with this housing matter etc. to get it in writing from OCH and restore apt 307 for me.
July 13 of 2026: Engr. KhalidMahmood was seen at Prova (Hotel) restaurant across from Lyon St. in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 local EDT time 07h45 – available for in person chat/meeting. Now he is in business centre on the upper floor around 08h20 – 08h30.
July 13 of 2026: came back to Ottawa Ontario Canada, after a long drive, over night trip to a far far place. Route 85 from Bayshore Station around 05h30 –
July 12 of 2026: checked out of the hotel room this morning, waiting for 24 hours before confirming the refunded amount in my bank account. I inserted same card in the interac machine to get the deposit reimbursed into the same account. Restaurant exit door was not open between 07h30 – 08h00, patio of the restaurant is between two locked doors, a very old looking metal gate that opens to Nicholas Street had a pad lock on it and no one was available to unlock it, so I decided to go back to the lobby through the restaurant but that door was also locked, probably they unlock it after certain time etc. A nice server of the restaurant opened the door for me manually after I showed her my key card holder of my room issued to me by the hotel and exited through the revolving door in the lobby. (Desk clerk allowed me to retain the key card in the holder as a souvenir at the time of checkout).
July 11 of 2026: paid for a hotel room for myself in downtown ottawa. They show incomplete name of the guest on the TV screen, I requested the reception to show my full name as “KhalidMahmood” on TV Screen or just name initials as “KM” on the TV screen or not show anything at all. This incomplete name on the TV screen may be used for some unknown reason, not a good idea. Hotel promised to fixed this matter, I am a paying customer so they should look after my interest. Since the hotel interac machines accept only credit cards (i.e. I am not using a credit card at present) I was required to make a deposit of almost same amount as the nightly rate. A wiresless machine was used to take the payment and deposit (two separate payment). Person who checked me in reassured me that deposit will be refunded back to my debit card account without any hitch, even if she herself was not present at the time. When I used to work at the Holiday Inn Express (OV) in Pennsylvania about 20 years ago, I used to print a checkin in paper explain to the customers after the payment was processed, but perhaps this hotel has drifted away from that procedure of printing a checkin paper and explaing to the customer information printed on it. But at least I got the proof of payment and proof of deposit.
July 11 of 2026: breakfast at a restsurant located at the West end of Kanata, not in my apartment yet after the mishap of past night. Visiting Ingenium Museum. It was seen that BMO bank show a transaction as declined when there was a technical glitch at a merchant location. Recently two merchants had difficulty processing payment using digital wallet which shown on the app as declind. In financial systems term “declined” is used when there were not sufficient funds to cover the purchase. But now is also used fir technical glitch.
July 10 of 2026: around 10’ish of PM (or 22h00) this happened that, someone (a group of three people wearing black dress) broke into my apartment when I was in my sleep, broke my door with loud banging noises, they took my IDs. I need protection from this brutality. Three hooligan drunken type hallucinating physically muscular grownups wearing black dress cane very close to me in the apartment and in the elevators, I barely prevented from getting hurt, I asked for a lawyer because they were saying you don’t live here you are chilling here, property mangaer etc. I told them my name several times but they were saying some one elses name which was wrong name for me. They booted the door very hard several times which nearly shook the entire building. They were scared when I was reaching for my pockets to show them my IDs, they did not let me take it out of my pockets, one of them took my belonging out of my pockets, went into the kitchen checked some thing, came back and returned the belonging which were taken out of my pockets. They did not provide me a lawyer when I asked for one, they did NOT let me exit through Side “A” door and forced me to use the elevator to accompany me out of the front door, a group of people was seen sitting under the tree, did not help. There overall behaviour was like incorrectly programmed and bugged software Robots/Ninjas. They were not behaving like humans. When machineries go wrong or malfunction they cause lot of damage to humans, properties and surroundings. Word “Mistak” is equivalent to “Malfunction”, every time some one says they made a mistake means some biological equivalent parts in their body malfunctioned. (Before breaking the door, made a loud bang sound to break my sleep, I approached the door and told them I was in my sleep and returned to my couch and sat down to understand this situation, what was happening, they kept on pounding the door with heavy boots, there was no lock on the door just a hole, they should not have used this kind of force on the door). This was as per typical pattern for such attacks on Citizens in Canada, nights, weekends, holidays, when there was no legal help or social services were NOT available, or anyother help. A Senior’s abuse at sleeping time, late hours without a helper or witness present. Rescheduling their visit would have been a wise intelligent option instead of vandaliding with force, which can induce fear, harassment and even medical conditions for some people. Gang of three yelled from outside the door “Ottawa_Police” but did not identify themselves after demolishing the door, did NOT tell their badge numbers neither their names.
Similarly this happened on Victoria Day 2016 (past one hour midnight) in Niagara Falls Ontario of Niagara Region, on the presence of Lamis Ahmed and few others. What they were commenting and telling me about my housing was in contradiction to my meeting with housing worker and response email from Abir Arraj on July 09 of 2026. They did not show me any housing orders to support what they were telling me verbally, but they were behaving violently.
July 10 of 2026: back to my building in the afternoon, and regained entry to my apartment with some help from locksmith services of Ottawa Ontario Canada. Paid by cash for their misc services. Locking mechanism out, open doors policy in. In a secure protected building open door policy is acceptable. Builds confidence among vertical neigbours that they were trusted.
July 10 of 2026: apparently when presto fails on tap machine, but in fact it does not, for two reasons, 1) After first tap horrible long sound, when tap the card on another machine it displays a message “already tapped” on the tap reader screen, 2) most likely it has something to do with transfer ticket theft electronically, presto tap generates a transfer which when taken over electronically by someone in the background and displays a long red message and makes horrible sound. Long buses have three presto tap boxes on the bus alongside each exit door.
July 09 of 2026: it was a rainy day in Ottawa Ontario Canada and was still raining in the evening. 2nd night and lock issue was NOT fixed yet, despite contacting the housing worker.
July 09 of 2026: back in the building around 16h00, door still was not fixed, no one around to talk about this matter, AIP staff was not in the office either. An ambulance was seen outside the building around 16h00. sat in the lounge for cooling. Ate my late big meal (lunch, dinner) near carlingwood mall area which I paid by card.
July 09 of 2026: I have turned off phones to conserve battery, email still available. During this stress full and panic situation combined with hot weather, lost the key somewhere. So decided to get rid of locking mechanism completely, no more keys issues.
July 09 of 2026: visited housing worker adjacent to ottawa mission to tell her about the lock issue and to restore my housing. Also visited the legal office at 1 Nicholas St in down town near Rideau Mall, and the Social worker at Cooper St. both were not reachable today due to their schedule. Legal office closes at noon on Thursday and Social workers opens after 12h45. Perhaps follow up tomorrow. July 09 of 2026: I am not a new member/user of YMCA, I have been a user since 1981 when I was member of a Youth Hostles in Eindhoven/across Europe as a student member. Dishonest and crook people might try to misguide them with negative intentions and show them some one else, but all people were not dishonest and they will know the reality, they can not temper with all their records to change. After that I was involved with YMCA because of my offsprings swimming lessons etc, and also due to some employment programs 2006 to 2011 in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Niagara Region, Hamilton, St-Catherine, Toronto/Scarborough locations know me well. Cooling at this location of YMCA in Ottawa is reasonable and can be designated as cooling centre on hot summer days.

July 09 of 2026: YMCA in Ottawa is very old, no proper power plug for mobile phones etc in members area, may be for staff but not for members. Now adays these are essentials for modern digital members, when spend full day or half a day at the YMCA. Today I am a paid member for a day, I need to check with housing matters as well in between so I will be in and out. I still live in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 at the sane ID address, my housing workers need to look at the issues with my door lock. Staff at desk got upset when I asked her to keyin my full name in both the field on the computer screen. Sometimes people resist listening to younger or kids suggestions, but I am a 70 years of age senior so they should pay attention to my request for my own day pass member profile, I was not telling them about others.
July 08 of 2026: Request to every one not to believe tumours and lies, I am still around here in Ottawa Ontario Canada in downtown for night tourism. I am seeking help from those who can help me restore my life back to normal and prevent such repetitions as I described other postings. I arrived in Canada in 1993 legally at an age of 37 years abd before that I never experienced this kind of life anywhere else in the world. I have a right to know the reason for it. Honest people of the world should sit with me and talk to me with open and honest and unbiased mind without any previous brainwashing about me which was done during the past 33 years (perhap), during the first 37 years of my life I was doing very well on my own, in education, in employment, etc. There was no negative talk about me, there was no negative indoctrination around me. There was positive momentum around me of my parents, my teachers, my employers, my clients etc. Because of positive momentum my application for immigration to Canada in 1993 succeeded otherwise it would have been a similar situation.
July 09 of 2026: nice lights were seen in Downtown on buildings inside and outside never seen before, restaurants, Pubs close early now adays, perhaps due to lack of customers or business. There was a time in the past when pubs, bars and restaurants used to remain open till 03h00 in the morning hustling and bustling which requires decent income to go to these places. Why OCH housing company did not prepare me for these unplanned lock changes. Why they did not provide me alternate or temporary housing during this time. Such lock changes were not mentioned in the rental document signed in 2023 between the undersigned and the Abur Arraj. I have my needs, my parents do not live nearby to visit them for my heeds, social services should know when they change locks without lock change procedures creates hardships for the tenants. What was the objective of doing this. This was not the condition of the immigration in 1993. Officials responsible for such actions should be bold and mature to take care of immigrant citizens problems instead of keeping them out of their housing by such lock changes. This king behavioral or hardship endurance training may ge a rewuirement for certain Govt, jobs, civil service jobs, military jobs etc but certainly not for a 70 year age person so many times in life since the year 2000. ???? I am only a Engineer and did not request this kind of training. Why waste people’s life like this. People in position of power should not play puppet in invisible enemies fingers, don’t let them manipulate and miuse your position of power. At what point after immigration of 1993 this was determined to put me through this hardship and dangerous situation by putting me out of my housing safety, list of all the times was documented on this website. Cowards enemies should come out of their rat holes and talk to me. A need for someone eles’s business operation can not be a reason because without my willing participation and induction process in their fraud crime operation it can not be possible. I am anti fraud, anti_corruption and anti crime, just for these reasons no one can use me as part of their frauds, crime and corruption. Question remains so why was it done. Most likely they were always using my technical operation, but becuase of me not being inducted in their operation they were saying “we need this guy” but they can not get this guy because the “guy” has legal freedom and right to build own operation why join some one else’s operation which was solely based only on one person’s activities. So they should give up instead of continuing in fraud operations. For some children this may be outing and fun to go out with their parents outdoors for all night and sut in the streets, for me this was not fun this is extreme hardship and undesirable activity.
I was housed at the current address in Ottaw Ontario Canada after the Brampton incident of Family Day 2023 by the housing workers and social workers and OW social assistance in 2023. This was not a requirement of my immigration of 1993 to live in Canada like this, I am not/was not a social worker, I am not/was not a political worker, I am an Engineer, arrived in Cabada as Legal landed on ND2 with about 15 years of industry experience in 1993, a highly qualied professional NOT A OVERQUALIFIED……………………………. everything in my files is made up bogus, full of lies, nothing was real, I wish some one should sit me face to face, talk to me tell me the reason for this behaviour to an individual who is non-political and no ambitions what so ever to take over the planet earth to rule. Based on the immigrarion year of 1993 and onwards step by step. I had no issues at the time of immigration so why NOW after living for 33 years in Canada and in between. I have a right to know this.
All of these instances should be analyzed and find all the occursnces of false information, false financial information, false created payments, bogus behavioral reporting, after divorce family issues, divorce issues, putting me in public sgelters so many times. I am acqualifuwd professional so why I was not placed in a employment and a paycheque to support myself abd support my family, instead of providing lucrative opportunities for illitrate and incapable idiots by keeping me on unemployment and OW social assistance.
Now 2026 in Ottawa, this situation happened, not sure why ?? I will determine this later tonight, tenant insurance policy was of not use, they seem to address me wrongfully perhaps looking at some other policy. Authorities should regulate these matters in favor of tenants, not in favor of dishonest businesses. Some issue with the lock my key did not open the door. Abir Arraj, Housing workers, Social worker and Social Services should look into this why this happened in a secure building, does not seem to be a mechanical malfunctiin because key inserts fully in the lock, but does not turn which resulted in door not opening or blocked entrance to my dwelling for residence. I have already been through all the procedures for housing, When I came to Canada I came from owner ship housing, which was my iwn property, and there were no procedures required to own the property.
People responsible to do this are ruthless dishonest people causing damage to my well being causing constant stress without relief without any remedy, without any legal reason to cause these problems. I want to roll back my life to my past pre immigration life of 1993 to live a peaceful life, not have these repeated problems.
Anti bulley policy must be applied to people responsible for creating such problems for me, without my elders support, without monetary support to deal with the hardship, without anyother financial relief.
July 08 of 2026: I called the tenants policy (H7591311) Personal insurance company to cover my hotel stay for one night due to lock emergency, they were trying to make me Mr. Khalid, I tried to explain to them, I am not Mr. Khalid rather I am Khalid Mahmood. What is the use of such tenants insurance policy if they can not cover an emergency of one night by paying for a hotel stay. When they get monthly payments fir the insurance, it does not matter, but when I ask for help, they start camping all mind of excuses. So wjat was the use of such tenants insurance policy. I pay for the insurance policy from my own legally obtained account (under the same name as the insurance Policy) where I was depositing money from OAS/GIS/OW-CPP.

July 08 of 2026: went to Kanata area to buy a specific item from Walmart, some food at Holiday Inn etc back to my apartment via carlingwood but some issue with the key in the lock was detected around 17h00 did not research the reason for it, stepped out doors immediately, so I will try again later tonight. As I was approaching the “B” side entrance a tall shaved head man was seen attempting to open the “B” side door with a piece of wire without a key. Later on he was seen entrring the lobby through the front door after I entered the lobby, most likely someone was holding the door open for him to let him in the building/lobby. Similar situation happened on October 22 of 2020 in Hamilton Ontario Canada when due to a mechanical malfunction lock did not open and a lock smith services were required to unlock which were expensive I paid myself, OW social assistance dud not pay. (some one by the name of Doug, owner of an SUV Ford Esacpe use to live in unit 3, entire hallway used to be full of containers catching water falling from the ceiling).

July 06 of 2026: It used to be optional to register Presto cards on presto website to create a log in account, but was not mandatory. In July of this year, it was seen that either OC transpo or Presto metrolinx decided to make one of my Presto Cards which was used in Ottawa as a registered card without my consent, I was able to see it on one of the ticketing machines. So what would be a (legal) reason for it. Looking for answers. Those who use oc para transpo bus need a registered card to get certain number of free rides but I do not use oc Para transpo. Another issue with this kind of registeration of presto card is that password is not known to the owner and rightful user, because was not set by me. This can become problematic, and some one who knows password can claim the presto card, theoretically, if connected with position of power or working in a govt. position. under observation.
July 05 of 2026: on Sundays transit starts late, went outdours when transit was running, came back in my apartment before noon time for own made lunch, entered the building solo myself from the “B” side entrance door.
July 04 of 2026: went to Glebe area, bought some food essentials. This “whole_foods_market” store like many other brand stores seems to have high staff turn over, always new staff, untrained staff, cashier was not able to price a container of a grain I wanted to buy. Paid by cash, left the small change on the counter to cover the cost of the bag, because she forgot to add the bag on the receipt. Receipt printing machine was out of paper, there were no clearly marked or placed bags or containers near grain silos. This store is supposed to be high end better quality food store but because of lack of properly trained staff and lack of proper supplies may become discount store to blend with rest of the stores in Ottawa area. Staff working and services available do not match with the prices of the merchandise in this store. On line ordering is an alternative to avoid such situations but unreliable delivery. Made few stops on the way back, back in my apartment.

July 03 of 2026: recently when I contacted luckymobile (Bell Canada partner for pre paid pay before mobile service), as a procedure they ask for the service address. Service address was always required for landlines and monthly mobile service for billing purpose, but for pre paid or pay before mobile service there was NO billing involved, and address was not always associated with the mobile number. Lucky mobile retailers did not completely fill the profile and did not ask the address at the time of activation/porting of my mobile numbers from other providers to lucky mobile number.
