September 21 of 2026: night time 21h40 road maintenance work at two spots near OC Transpo Garage on St-Laurent and at the intersection of St-Laurent/Russell Rd/Lancaster, across from the Smyth medical centre, near Museum of Science and technology was seen under way with really bright lights. Route 40 to Greensboro was on a detour through the Belfast, near farmboy, industrial and back on St-Laurent.
September 21 of 2026: another technique retail industry might consider to adopt is that do not show the marked down prices before closing the sale and payment. At the time of payment, show the marked down price and transfer the savings to the savings bank account associated with the debit card of the customer, than it would be considered savings.
September 21 of 2026: it was observed that when merchants mark down a merchantdise, it was shown as a savings on customer receipt, which is wrong information. If the saving can not be transferred to a piggy bank because customer had only sufficient money to purchase the item because of the mark down, than it was not savings, actually word mark down gets the customers in the store to part with their money in purchasing an item which was less attractive for general public and was less fashionable and low in demand. If the customer had sufficient money before marked down price to purchase the item at full price than the difference between the two prices would be a tangible amount of money which could have been be deposited in the piggy bank called savings, if it was not tangible amount of money than it was not savings. Depends on how much money customers have in their pocket when they shop or when they buy. Best savings would be not to spend at all even at reduced prices, easy to audit, but it would be disastrous for the retail and cottage industry. So, Instead of using the word savings retail industry should show mark downs as “discount” or “reduction in spending”, say “customer spent less” by xx amount of dollars instead of using the word “savings” impossible to audit the saved money because there was no physical money saved. If the merchant offers to save the amount in the customers card account than it will be savings otherwise not.
Probably buying “ready to eat” food from “depachika” basement floors of the huge departmental stores in Tokyo during the last hour before end of the day closing the store would be considered savings because it would be tangible savings compared to the money in the possession of the wealthy people who shop in those departmental stores. Perhaps this may be considered some kind of deception that wealthy people were buying subsidized food from “depachika floors” of the departmental stores at cheaper prices, perhaps to pay less taxes on their wealth. Response to the question why you spent less would be because I did not have more to spend at the time or to remain with in the spending limit, not to get in debt.

September 20 of 2026: in Ottawa Ontario Canada, misc. A staff of Qatar airways “Sana” contacted me on Whatsapp while I was at a restaurant for my dinner, to proceed with the refund of previously sabotaged e-ticket which was purchased on August 10 of 2026 to travel on August 11. But the transaction was not completed due to an authorization step which debits $250/- from travelers account, etc. etc. Not acceptable to me this blocks money on card.
September 19 of 2026: Engineer KhalidMahmood was spotted in the lobby of HGI alert Rd in Ottawa. He used to stay at Hilton Hotels in Pakistan in early 80s various locations in Pakistan for business related travel when he was with NEC c&c dealership in Pakistan.
September 19 of 2026: USB phone charging ports built into the furniture in the lobby of Hilton Garden International Hotel alert Rd in Ottawa need to be energized, will not charge phone without power.
September 19 of 2026: visited St-Laurent mall, perhaps due to rotation system they have new faces working in the mall businesses.
September 19 of 2026: every day temp was going down and getting wintery and cooler (as opposed to summer cooling).
September 18 of 2026: Engr. (male) KhalidMahmood was still in Ottawa, has not gone out of town yet, except a short rip to Tokyo around Civic Holiday weekend and back again within few weeks. In waiting and wanting to roll back his life to his past in Jubail Saudi Arabia pre immigration status of 1993, a decision which was made after living a very long period of time of nearly 33 years in Canada. Since the undersigned was on OW social assistance for nearly 20 years since April 2006 in Canada (transitioned to OAS/GIS/OW-CPP) and on minimum wage low paying work in Pennsylvania 2002-2005, was not given an opportunity to build my own financial assets to take care of my own personal needs. This matter needs urgent attention. The undersigned wants to get back to his pay cheque life style as it was before immigration to Canada in 1993.
September 18 of 2026: no information from any department regarding my apartment 307 since July 08 of 2026. Being a Citizen in Canada I expect that Canadian agencies look after my interest of housing, employment, safety etc as a ordinary citizen, politically motivated and supported people and other elites have their own eco system to thrive, I have no eco system, I solely depend on Canadian authorities to protect and look after my interest.
September 18 of 2026: by the end of the day in Ottawa around 19h30, Qatar airways was not able refund the sabotaged e-ticket cost and compensation to me to my satisfaction, they wanted to use a method which takes a considerable chunk of money from account as a purchase, they call it verification. My account has very little money in it. Not acceptable to me. Or they should remit to the bank account as a wire transfer. Or use a travel agent in Ottawa Ontario Canada.
September 18 of 2026: this morning Qatar airways contacted me via messenger to talk about the sabotaged e-ticket dated August 11 of 2026, sent some numerical verification numbers to my phones to identify my bank card etc. refund of the cost of sabotaged eticket still in progress. waiting for the money to appear in my account at the financial instituition.
September 17 of 2026: Engr. KhalidMahmood bought early morning breakfast at a McDonald’s, visited the Ottawa airport, around 10h15 to came to the HGI for a cup of tea and toast, paid by myself as always.
September 17 of 2026: pc financials have rebranded their financial products, new staff seems to be unskilled not aware of the differences between a card numbers to operate a account and account number. I called them about a transaction I made to load small amount of money on my card which I do as a mastercard bill.payment, although there was no bill payment. If there was no bill to pay than money gets deposited like money in the account. PC financials do not use card for bill payment.
September 16 of 2026: when I went to a Western country (Netherlands) first time in life in 1981 as a student from Karachi Pakistan, I felt very safe and protected, in demand and enjoyable. Over the years that perception has eroded, changed and now I feel that I am always kept in trouble to take some kind of revenge or support someone’s fraud business or for others benefit. Who is taking whose revenge was not known to me. Frequently they put me out of my housing which was very dangerous, there was no structure in place where to go who to talk about, so I document these situations on my webpage expecting that someone will look after and will resolve these issues. I am still not able to understand the purpose keeping me under the open sky without providing housing during day or night. There must be someone taking care of me and my needs, even if it was without my knowledge, I am a immigrant citizen, from a different land, not used to such way of living, how beneficial will these techniques be when enforced on an Engineer from a different land. Such techniques were not described as part of the immigration requirements. It has been nearly 2.5 months without a housing, occasionally I pay for a hotel room out of my own pocket when it becomes unbearable. No one takes interest in these problems. If someone was using these techniques to induce desparation and hopelessness than it was a very serious matter. United nations humanitarian agencies and also independent agencies should analyze these situations and all these programs which were imposed on me during the past 34 years since immigration of 1993 without a legal reason. There never was a legal reason to do this, I have always been non-criminal all my life before and after immigration.
September 16 of 2026: today I was consuming breakfast like items all day, because I have “breakfast_all_day” permission since when I was in one of the shelter places in Ontario. Moreover I like sweets better than meat etc.

September 15 of 2026: a double charge for the same breakfast was immediately refunded to me by the HGI management when I showed it to them, because it was reported to me by the BMO bank through alert system.
September 15 of 2026: a social worker or volunteer should look at my housing situation, if it was difficult for them than they should provide me an alter housing or a hitel accommodation. It is impact my health and well being at the age of 70 because of sleep deprivation and no proper relaxation, gradually weather is changing and it will get difficult in cold weather. Or send me back to my country of birth of before immigration country, I need a plane ticket for repatriation and some money to resettle in my country of birth. This requires urgent humanitarian attention. Please help..

September 15 of 2026: bought my quick lunch for dine it at Hilton Garden Intl, Alert Rd. No one has yet contacted me regarding my key to my apartment 307. Since July 08 of 2026 it has been too long without my apartment out of which August 03 to September 08, I was in similar situation with few night at hotel). Back in Ottawa Ontario Canada since September 09 of 2026 but still I gave no access to my apartment. I am appealing to the top housing in charge of Province of Ontario to look into this matter. Today HGI hitel have a happy hour after lunch, some kind of changes in their normal routine.
September 15 of 2026: this morning came across two untrained cashiers at two different coffee shops, both did not print a receipt after completing the payment transaction, a Starbucks downtown and Tim Hortons fitzgerald.

September 09 of 2026:I was in flight ws-616. Disembarked the plane around 16h00 in Ottawa Ontario Canada and walked to the newly built Alt Hotel before heading to my apartment. It will take couple of days to setup my routine meals preparation etc. 16h00, my 613-800-9846, and, 289-990-6590 and social media whatsapp is working, lucky mobile numbers need to be topped up before using.
I wonder what was the use of these two nearly square shape windows made in the back of the seat of 737-800 flight ws-616.
September 09 of 2026: checked out of Divya Sutra hotel, called a taxi from #tag, now at airport on my way to Ontario. Deposit was refunded back to my debit card account. Just before exiting from the lobby an error was found in the last letter of my family name, got it fixed while I was waiting for the taxi. After checkin counter I wil head towards domestic gates/security. My Westjet flight is domestic from Calgary to YOW not internatinal.
September 08 of 2026: since there was no early westjest flight available I will take the flight which was booked by westjet as per the original booking. Cheked-in in a hotel for the night, since I do not have a usable credit card, hotels demand a deposit as per their procedures in addition to the price of the hotel room. Deposit will be refunded at the time of checkout. Cash is not accepted and credit card is required to avoid the deposit.
