TO WHOM IT MAY INTEREST/APPLY/CONCERN
Marked down prices encourage and give consumers an opportunity to purchase items when they do not have money for full price item. It was wrong to use the word “savings” when such items were sold to customers, because there was no cash savings involved in it. Unless merchants deposit the saved amount of money in customer’s savings bank account linked to the card which was used to purchase the marked down item. Such savings deposits can be exempted from every day use before a certain period the of time.

(Who was keeping the saved amount. This was bought only because of the marked down price because cash for full price was not available at the time of purchase). It was wrong to use the word “saved” …… It was spent less. Marked down provided the opportunity to own it at a reduced price, no cash was saved. Would not have purchased without mark down sticker.
