Staying at shelters was not a safe environment for me. Staying at shelters may be adventurous, socialising or discipling and may have value for youth but not for me at age almost 66. Please help me on priority basis and put me on a emergency evacuation flight immediately. People around have preset ideas and are not able to look at my situation and needs. My reason behind choosing Canada in 1993 to live was not this kind of life style. It was professional life style that attracted us to Canada as a place to raise children for better future, but that sacrifice of mine has ruined my own career and family life. A Suggestion to the Provincial Govt. of Ontario and relevant authorities through my area MPP that format of the names on health card and driver’s licence should be made identical to avoid confusion for people who are not familiar with the different formats used for names on the IDs. Most of my letters that I receive use a format of the name which is on the health card, but drivers licence uses a comma format of the name. Because of which inexperienced staff of the offices (perhaps Canada Post staff as well) and new comers to the country might consider that as mail theft because name on the licence (which is taken as ID) is in different format than the name on the mails and packages. Name of the mail and packages matches with the name on the health card. Most people pretend to forget or pretend not to know the rule of two pieces of IDs to confirm someone’s identity positively. At the same time I propose that it is about time to consider to use QR codes on the envelopes, packages etc. instead of full names, to prevent disputes and theft. Something to think about. I am appealing to the world community to support me in this matter urgently. I visited the LTB in Mississauga to find out which forms to use for my matter with rent receiver of not receiving current months rent, after long hold on phone on January 18 of 2023, also spoke to the Peel Region Housing on the phone and described the issue at hand to them. LTB office in the building was not open for public yet even after COVID protocols were lifted, as per a printed notice placed at the entrance security counter, so I did not go up to the LTB floor and came back to Brampton. I am not a retired person from a govt. position, I am not a pensioner, I am NOT OW staff/employee, NOT receiving OW Pay (my assistance cheque deposit was shown as Pay (abbreviation for Payment) in my bank but it was not Salary Pay it was some kind of deception to sugar coat the social assistance Payment as Pay. (In a phone call/interview to update my OW file on March 26 of 2021 at around 14h00 PM Case Manger told me that OW stops at the age 65 and wanted me to apply for old age. My response to this was that I have no information why it was suggested to me by a lawyer (Naila Parsons) in Ottawa to apply for this OW program early 2006. I also told the case manager that I was NOT retiring and I want to go back to my previous contract work at the plant in Jubail or elsewhere in Dubai or Kuwait). I have decided after nearly 30 years to opt out of Canadian Citizenship, move out of Canada permanently and not maintain it any more after I leave from Canada on PRE-IMMIGRATION status. Please help – I have opted out of all voter lists. Also I submitted to revoke my hpl library card which was completed in a timely fashion.

Please consider to help me (the under signed) as described in the letter below or better which is acceptable and suitable for me (excluding USA because of USA authorities orders on multiple occasions which can be seen in A-File on record).

My recent experiences and some other personal reasons have forced me to make this decision (decision accepted/approved by the OW case manager during file update on Feb 07 of 2020 just before pendemic lockdowns) to leave from Canada immediately to one of the countries mentioned in my handwritten letter because of my past working life in that area, for the similar reasons for which we decided to come to Canada many years ago in 1993 as landed family in ND2 category.

In other simple words I want to leave from Canada and return to my previous working life i.e. reversal of immigration of 1993. I am relinquishing/denouncing/opting out of, my Citizenship and roll back my life to pre immigration working life. I am not applying for Old age, CPP etc. I have applied for ODSP on May 10 of 2022 after my OW social assistance was disrupted by my age at 65 in December of 2021.

I need a Kafel (financial sponsor) in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait to work in one of these countries. I observed my father (who was in business) and other relatives working hard in their businesses to provide a better life to their family and did not depend on the Govt. assistance. Govt. provided assistance did not exist there, we rather paid applicable taxes to the Govt. through payroll deductions etc. Flourishing businesses generates more income which makes it better for every one (I never knew a system where business income and means would be suppressed. As a student I worked very hard to obtain necessary education to become an Engineer (completed in 1980) without using much of family resources and to have a better life for myself and for my family and not depend on Govt. provided social assistance. Higher level Engineering Education is not required to qualify for OW social assistance. “To live on OW social” assistance was not a requirement neither a condition of my immigration. (was not of my interest).

I want to return to my previous professional working life of 1993 on pre immigration status immediately.

This is illegal occupation by those who are using it. All my belongings were left inside.

It has been more than 100 days and nights in shelters since June 19th incidence. A plane ticket and a flight back to Saudi Arabia would have been just a fraction of the cost of the shelters. I have reminded this many times to people involved in it that it will be much cheaper to provide a plane ticket than to keep people in shelters and prisons etc. I told this requirement (which is a solution) to the shelter staff at the time of intake in Hamilton which was documented on a housing needs assessment form.

This was all pre-planned and was with malicious intents (i.e. non-religious destitute maker’s agenda) to rent me at 10 Conover Court in Brampton ON L6Y3J5 on December 01 of 2022 and to tell me to find another place just after tenancy of one month . I was told by a lawyer of Community legal clinic that there was no legislation to protect me from it if the rent receiver was not accepting the rent for the month of January 2023 and applied the deposit rent. I am not related to anyone in this house at 10 Conover Court, I am just a tenant as described in my affidavit. Tenancy laws may not apply to family members or relatives but I am not a family member nor a relative to the rent receiver so there must be must be some tenancy laws which apply to protect tenant’s rights. Residential tenancy is for living purpose to make it a place called home where as commercial tenancy is to make a business and live at a home outside business.

I requested the lawyer Mandi x245(or Mandeep Gill) to give it to me in writing what she was telling me over the phone. Lawyer will submit it to me via an email not a pdf document. Is this normal.

First month rent and last month deposit does not necessarily mean two months tenancy. For two month’s tenancy agreement, it must be clearly stated in the begining that place was available only for two months (it was not stated, rather first and last was required) and first and last would be irrelevant in that situation. If the tenancy was only for two months than, from the begining tenant would pay two rents at the time of move in knowingly. Otherwise first and last means will be months of tenancy in between as well.

If the tenant does not pay current months rent than last months rent is applied and still tenant is given an opportunity to pay the rent owed. If not able to pay the rent than tenancy ends. Etc.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST

I am in a hostile place. I have been forced out of my residence several time without court endorsed N4 document. I was kept unemployed for very long time. My social assistance OW was terminated at age 65 in December of 2021, which was reinstated in August 2022 in Brampton. Please take me to a safe place. Staying at shelters was not a safe environment for me. Staying at shelters may be adventurous, socialising or discipling and may have value for youth but not for me at age almost 66. Please help me on priority basis and put me on a emergency evacuation flight immediately. People around have preset ideas and are not able to look at my situation and needs. Since December 01 of 2022 I am a tenant at 10 Conover Court in Brampton ON L6Y3J5.

My reason behind choosing Canada in 1993 to live was not this kind of life style. It was professional life style that attracted us to Canada as a place to raise children for better future, but that sacrifice of mine has ruined my own career and family life. I want to roll back my life to a known and better past. I am doing reversal of my immigration of 1993 and Canadian Citizenship.

This was all pre-planned and was with malicious intents (i.e. non-religious destitute maker’s agenda) to rent me at 10 Conover Court in Brampton ON L6Y3J5 on December 01 of 2022 and to tell me to find another place just after tenancy of one month . I was told by a lawyer of Community legal clinic that there was no legislation to protect me from it if the rent receiver was not accepting the rent for the month of January 2023 and applied the deposit rent. It is difficult to search for another place in cold weather just after one month of tenancy. Posted on Friday January 06 of 2023 around 10h45. I am appealing to legislation and law makers to look into this situation. And also appealing to the community legal clinic to review and reconsider what I was told verbally by the lawyer Mandi x245 (Mandeep Gill). First month rent and last month deposit does not necessarily mean two months tenancy. For two month’s tenancy agreement, it must be clearly stated in the begining that place was available only for two months (it was not stated, rather first and last was required) and first and last would be irrelevant in that situation. If the tenancy was only for two months than, from the begining tenant would pay two rents at the time of move in knowingly. Otherwise first and last means will be months of tenancy in between as well.

If the tenant does not pay current months rent than last months rent is applied and still tenant is given an opportunity to pay the rent owed. If not able to pay the rent than tenancy ends. Etc.
