To the attention of McDonald’s and To WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST.
Is this building at 1909 Russell Rd in Ottawa Ontario K1G3P2 Canada is safe for any kind of delivery, my delivery from McDonald’s was stolen twice including today on January 20 of 2024. Delivery people are part of the theft ring, they do not follow the clear instructions and common sense to deliver the merchandise. They are supposed to deliver to the apartment who initiated and paid for the order. So beware of this fraud and crime. This is a crime because it results in financial losses for me, the under signed.
Handwritten note placed by me at the top of the board after my order was not delivered to me. It was written by myself in my own handwriting. My mcDonald’s delivery was intercepted and stolen by someone in the presence of other people who were present in the lobby at 1909 Russell Rd.How friendly it was to steal some one’s dinner and not talk to him about it.
Order was placed using McDonald’s app which has my complete information. McDonald’s restaurants print proper address labels with name etc. and itemized list for the delivery orders, method to contact etc. So how can they miss delivery, not once but more than once. So the issue is with delivery (supply) chain or the restaurant operators. They steal orders placed and paid by one customer and they deliver to another customer as their buddy or bribe. To place an order using app requires lot of efforts and acceptable payment methods etc. Because of the cold weather I chose to place a delivery order. Regardless of weather conditions outdoors, is this delivery system reliable. Absolutely not.
I spoke to a man in wheel chair if there was any delivery for me, he confirmed that some one took it.
I placed the order around 16h45 and expected delivery time was 17h10, I came out of the building after 18h00 through the lounge while people were playing Bingo. I asked them if it was mobile casino (like mobile library), a man said this was disturbing the game, so I left. They did not like to talk to me.
In 2023 a pair of shoes shipped to me by Amazon at Amazon hub locker address was also stolen, and was never delivered to me.
Dishonest and crook people do not have the courteously and honesty to deliver to the rightful owner.
Since I live in my apartment by myself (single occupancy no spouse or roommate), if I go to the lobby to receive the delivery, there will be no one in the apartment, and some one might go upstairs, knock on the apartment door and because of no response might say no one was there. Therefore it is common sense that delivery should be made to the apartment door not the lobby door.
December 31 of 2023: 22h30 Ottawa time – Labrador NewFoundLand another province of Canada was in new year 2024 (time difference of one and a half hour. I Remained in doors most of the day, and the previous night and January 01 of 2024.
January 02: not every thing opened on second day of 2024.
January 03: routine life was restored by the third day of 2024.

January 05 of 2024: around 23h00 when I went outdoors for some fresh air and a short walk, Door on the A side of the building was found a bit sticky and did not open. I used other doors. A woman was seen working in the trash room.
January 06 of 2024:
A woman was seen waiting in the lobby on the inside of the entrance door when I arrived at the buildings ng around 11h00 am, she tried to open the door when she saw me using my key, I showed her my keys. Notification was seen removed from the door and placed on the white board near the elevator, I paused to look at the notification before heading upstairs, the woman who was waiting near the entrance door came towards the elevators and asked me about the notification, since she did not speak much English, I made it easy for her and said perhaps maintenance and fire related information.
When I went outdoors through the lounge exit door, a woman was seen coming from the B side (parking lot side) of the building with a big size black dog. She entered the building through the front door and was seen Waiting near the elevators before going up. Allen (a man in the wheel chair) opened the door for her. I spoke to Allen to socialize to find out if pets were allowed in this building. My previous information was that pets were not allowed in this building. Few minutes later a woman (perhaps) Barb or a look alike was seen waiting for the elevator, after the woman with the dog went up. I used B side stairs to return to my apartment.
January 06 of 2024: my buzzer phone rang around 16h35, when I answered the ring, a male voice spoke in a language which was not English, most likely a version of Arabic language. I ended the buzzer ring session and went down stairs from B side to see who was ringing, no one was seen at the buzzer call box. A woman was seen on the third floor near my door walking towards the elevators, a man was seen entering the corridor at level 1 from the lobby side but he entered his apartment before criss crossing with me.
January 06 of 2024: a thud sound like an heavy object dropping was heard around 23h10 above my apartment 307 or somewhere on the same floor.
January 07 of 2024: Change phone Carrier company on my mobile (289)990-6590 from freedom to Koodo.
January 08 of 2024: A bus route 88 which I boarded from Hurdman Station became out of service due to some brakes related safety concerns at Billings bridge station around 06h25. I ate my morning meal at McDonalds south keys near Dymon self storage at Bank St. in the vicinity of Hunt Club Rd.
January 08 of 2024: around 14h05 a thud sound was heard originating from above my apartment 307.
January 09 of 2024: some kind of strange dull sounds were heard around and above my apartment 307 around midnight, as if some one was cleaning or rubbing something with the balcony railings.
January 09 of 2024: Building has a lounge, opening hours from 8-11. But this morning lounge was not open at 08h11.
January 09 of 2024: A woman (perhaps Barb) was seen standing near the letter boxes wall chatting with a man, when I checked my box 307 after I entered the building around 11:10 am.
January 09 of 2024: a snowy day with blowing snow due to windy conditions. Attended the social meeting in the lounge. All the chairs were taken so I used one of the four sofa chairs to sit in for a little bit before the end of the meeting. Came back from Carleton university branch of Scotia Bank.

January 09 of 2024: hammering sounds originating from the floor above my apartment 307 were heard around 22h50.
January 09 of 2024: a dog was heard barking and making howling sounds somewhere in the building. Around 23h50.
January 10 of 2024: Emergency vehicles were seen around the building in the morning between 10 and 10h30, Police vehicles remained around the building even after fire truck and ambulance left from the building, some of the Police vehicles were seen around noon time as well. No idea what happened. Why they were there.
January 10 of 2024: During the past 20 days or so it was discovered that same SIM card behaves differently in different phones (specifically internet download upload speeds vary a lot), connectivity to the internet becomes unstable, although the mobile companies promote any unlocked phones on their network. But in case of such technical issues trouble shooting becomes an issue and the support was very unreliable.
January 11 of 2024: Thanks to Leon furniture store which was located in my very first neighbourhood in Ottawa almost across from the Palm Gate apartments building in Ottawa, for issuing (instead of selling because did not cost anything to me i.e. zero dollars, although I asked for the price at first) two plastic sleeves to me, sleeves that they use for price tags on the furniture and other products on display in the store.
January 12 of 2024: Hammering sounds started on the upper floor above my apartment 307 around 08h27.
January 12 of 2024: Successfully topped up my Zain number in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2.
January 12 of 2024: a broken glass bottle with spilled color liquid was seen around apartment 301 around 11h00 am.
January 12 of 2024: received a letter from Scotia Bank in my box 307 around 11h00 am.
January 13 of 2024: First heavy snow day of 2024 in Ottawa, walked around the building around 10h30 and cleared the doors to avoid frozen doors which might prevent the doors from opening, for my own and others’ convenience and safety. Frozen icy switches of railways is a real concern in Canada in winter.
January 13 of 2024: went to the Independent grocery store at Elmvale shopping centre to buy ready food and groceries, found bus both ways after reasonable wait time, not too long wait time.
January 14 of 2024: Day after heavy snow day in Ottawa on Jan 13. When I went outdoors today it was noticed that side walks were full of slushy snow, high banks of snow on the side curbs etc. Because of the snow every where (almost every where without green landscape), it was a high glare condition, so I looked for my dark glasses which I bought more than a year ago from a Shopper’s drug mart in Brampton in September 2022 using PC points, dark glasses were not in my bag or pockets, perhaps dropped somewhere out of my pockets. Pockets in this winter coat which I am in using now and was bought from Saks 5th Ave. Store in downtown, lacks deep pockets, and not enough pockets for those who have no personal car.
January 15 of 2024: I saw a carriage house sign in Ottawa which reminded me of Carriage house apartments (staff Fahima and Cheryl) in Fremont California (I rented and lived in 1995 under Bechtel Corp sponsorship, Niagara Falls Lundy’s lane (I rented and lived in 2016, early 2017, after past midnight police incident initiated by Lamis Ahmed on Victoria Day 2016) and now seen in Ottawa (in the first neighbour hood of Ottawa, of previously rented apartment Palm Gates apartments 2006 and in the vicinity of Ahsan Mahmood’s School and near gardening plots.).
January 15 of 2024: Thanks to Scotia Bank for depositing promotional Bonus in my account on this day, makes me happy, but at the same time a missing deposit dated January 01 of 2024 from OAS is not acceptable. I Spoke to Scotia Bank representative around 18h00 regarding my web access to my bank account, web access (not the bank account) was locked since January 12 of 2024 or so, web access should clear up by itself after it expires. Visited Scotia Bank located at Queen St. in downtown Toronto to get a printed statement due to web access issue.
January 16 of 2024: Despite snow activity on this day visited the Scotia Bank branch where my bank account was opened, trip was of not much value because the person who opened the account was not able to explain why the deposit by OAS on January 01 of 2024 did not appear in my account, also she was not able to fix the login issue with the web banking. I wonder why the banks have these additional layers of technology on top of the core bank accounts if the staff is NOT prepared/trained to resolve the frequent issues with computer based web banking, phone based app banking etc. These additional layers of technology have become hurdle in operating the basic bank account and cause unnecessary waste of efforts and time to get them fixed. Banking Regulators should audit these hurdles and make them independent of human intervention. Banks should be geared towards understanding the customers problems and analysing the issues such as why the despite made by OAS did not show up in my account instead of questioning and investing the customers in a doubtful manner. Banks and businesses can not and should not play the role of police. She was scrolling up and down on computer screen investing the dates of the previous deposits by OAS just to justify the absence of OAS deposit in my account instead of making efforts to resolve the absence of OAS deposit in my account. She even consulted with her boss in another office. OAS and Govt. Services departments should have better and more robust system of delivering the money to the people if banks were not upto this task. Something to think about. Original method of accessing the accounts at a branch is by the account number not by the debit card. Debit cards are linked to the account after opening the account, which can change in the back ground without account owners information or consent, although there are legal procedures to be followed by the industry. When I opened my first account in 1960s in my country of birth, there was no login required to access my own money. Was banking less secure/safe at that time. ?? Answer is no, rather it was more secure and hurdle free. Transactions were recorded/documented on a pass book/ledger etc. immediately on the spot, and there was no worry. There were no stressful unnecessary procedures to access own money.
January 17 of 2024: Called CRA after several months to continue with previous login matter, which was resolved partially (waiting for a piece of mail from CRA by Canada Post to complete it). Login was disabled because I closed a partner login account several months ago and did not pursue to setup an alternate method, because there was no immediate need for it.
January 17 of 2024: another peculiar method of Scotia Bank, that to reset password for on-line banking they don’t send it through email or sms text, rather they say it verbally over the phone. They need account owner/holder’s consent to obtain a temporary password (not sure from where or from who), I granted my consent reluctantly but made it very clear that no one else (except myself) was (not allowed) allowed to use temporary password for any reason, not even bank (i.e. Bank staff). I was told over the phone that temporary password was destroyed immediately. Another matter with the bank still remained unresolved i.e. missing deposit from OAS dated January 01 of 2024.
January 18 of 2024: hammering sounds started around 02h40 am.
January 18 of 2024: annunciator panel was heard beeping around 08h30 as I was heading out of the building, it was reporting about node 2 and node 3 in the building. A man (probably maintenance) was seen looking at it when I paused in the lobby near the entrance/exit door.
January 18 of 2024: thanks to Japan Airlines for the mileage bank (JMB) account. JMB card shows my name correctly, but the mobile phone app shows my name incorrectly, however inserting a comma or a “/” in between will make it consistent with the rest of the system.
January 19 of 2024: I went outdoors for a short walk around 20h00. One person (most likely a woman) was seen going out doors ahead of me, crossed the road and was seen waiting at the stop towards Billings Bridge. One man was seen sitting on the bench across the elevators, mostly likely, the same French speaking man I used to see at the shelter with a walking device (i.e. before my lease was signed July 28 of 2023), we spoke to each other couple of times during waiting for the meals at the shelter before the lease.

January 19 of 2024: It was noticed that, for the same account, Scotia Bank prints name of the owner/holder/operator in two different formats as shown below in the images. This is a non-joint account and one account number is assigned to only one person.

January 22 of 2024: Today I got my January 2024 statement from Scotia Bank in pdf format, but the deposit issued by OAS/GIS on January 01 of 2024 was not included in it. Staff of a branch in downtown said the statement period depends on when the account was opened, which is incorrect. Also the branch was not able to print statement in pdf format, so I downloaded the statement myself in pdf format which is ready for printer queue, if and when required. Branch prints statements in raw format which is unformatted like screen print from computer.
January 23 of 2024: visited Service Canada to find out if there was any other document required in addition to the deposit information and letters I have been receiving from Service Canada. Person managing the lines asked me if I changed my account etc. I have not changed my account with service Canada for several months, it is still the same where October, Nov and December 2023 payments were made. So why the January 01 of 2024 deposit did not appear in my account. One branch of Scotia Bank did not accept letters and statements as a guarantee to deposit the missing amount of January 01 of 2024 in my account. Bank staff rather said something about different account, I said I did not submit any change of account with service Canada, so how can that happen. My bank account number is still the same where December 2023 deposit was made and where revenue Canada made a deposit in January 2024.
It has been noticed many times as documented over the past several years that everybody does something little bit wrong in my every day life and the accumulated compound effect of all theses little bit wrongs becomes stressful without anyone to consult with (clearly malicious intents.)
January 24 of 2024: Spoke to Service Canada regarding missing deposit dated January 01 of 2024 over a public phone from 50 O’Connor’s, the person that I was talking to gave me conflicting information that there was no deposit issued on January 01 (incorrect), she mentioned about hacking saying there was no hacking, in my opinion perhaps this happened due to internal (departmental) hacking. When people talk about hacking, they think only about external threats (cyber security etc. externally) but it can happen internally as well.

When I stepped out of the lounge door towards the Russell Rd, a man was seen waiting there at the door very close to it, he whispered few words, not sure what. Never seen before, it was freezing rain condition. From outdoors when I checked the lobby door, a woman was seen waiting there for some one, when she saw me, she came out to open the doors (But I use my own keys), perhaps she was waiting for the other person.
AFTER
January 26 of 2024: medical clinic in the neighbourhood at Elmvale mall was not accepting walk-in patients today, dental clinic had no one to examine cause of toothache or to prescribe any medication for toothache (around 13h00). Dental clinic where my wisdom tooth extractions were done is a bit far from here, because of freezing rain conditions I decided not to pursue this matter any further today.
January 27 of 2024: around 11h35, a dog was heard barking and making howling sounds in the vicinity of my apartment, somewhere in the building.
January 27 of 2024: around 11h45 people were seen bringing furniture in through the trash room and place ng it around the elevators in the lobby.
January 28 of 2024: Fire alarm started in the building around 16h35, I immediately came down to the lobby using the B side stairs, I asked two women sitting on the bench across the elevator if there was fire. One woman did not know, she was watching the elevators. Sound of fire trucks started around 16h45. January 29 of 2024: deposit matter of Jan 01 of 2024 was resolved by Scotia Bank on this day by making a deposit.
January 30 of 2024: it was noticed that Canada post retail outlet at Shopper’s drug mart store at Merivale and view mount mall is using two debit card machines, first machines fails than the other machine was offered to complete the transaction when I purchased a postage stamp in the morning around 11h00 am. I attended some employment programs in this mall in the year 2006/2007. Cancelled the dental visit for personal reasons. Also visited the public health dental centre on the 4th floor in office # 400 of the professional building. I was told I can go anywhere, don’t need to be there. Red lobster for quick lunch, one of the tenants from Dynes Rd location was a cook at this location of Red lobster in the year 2007/2008.
February 01 of 2024: Perkins restaurant near Mercedes car showroom served orange juice made from concentrate for breakfast instead of freshly squeezed orange juice. Perkins restaurant management should try to match the food they serve and prices they charge from the customers. I liked their pancakes made from potatoes, better than regular pancakes made from some kind of dough.
February 01 of 2024: service Canada myaccount screen was not updated in February as of yet on first day of the month.

February 02 of 2024: another letter on the subject of fire safety etc. was received around noon time while I was indoors in the apartment. I wonder why it was not delivered through the letter box.
February 02 of 2024: sound of heavy object falling was heard around 18h45 above my apartment 307. Again at 19h00
February 04 of 2024: at independent grocery store in the neighbourhood I paid at the register to a cashier a cash $20.00 note for a total of $19.10 and said to cashier to apply balance (i.e. $0.90 to donation) but perhaps cashier was not able to understand and at the end of the transaction, she printed a receipt showing a change due $.45 (she spoke to another cashier Sana to complete the transaction). This happened around 16h35.
February 06 of 2024: a brief duration fire alarm was heard in my apartment 307 around 09h15. Fire Alarm was heard again around 12h38 as soon as I opened the fridge door and stopped as soon as I stepped out of the apartment door. A short duration alarm. An interesting coincidence as if I was being watched remotely from some unknown location. I was not a intruder in my own apartment. I am a lessee since August 01 of 2023. Later on I visited the OCH office at Wiggins Chapel near Lees O-Train station to get an exemption for my apartment 307 from Fire maintenance entry because fire alarms of my apartment has been sounding frequently for the past several days, means it was fully functional, and there was no need for anyone to enter to check it. I was told to call the OCH to discuss this matter.
February 06 of 2024: Second time this year in 2024, I returned a letter to sender (RTS) which was in previous tenants name. One letter was from Service Canada and the other letter was from Ontario Govt. I kept letters addresses to me in my name.
February 06 of 2024: Sounded like heavy furniture was being pushed in one of the apartments around my apartment 307 in the building 1909 Russell Rd. Ottawa These sounds Started about an hour ago, perhaps around 22h00, with long gaps in between the pushes.
February 07 of 2024: three members of maintenance staff completed checking of alarms etc. in my apartment 307 between 09h30 and 09h50, during their entry in the apartment, I went to the lobby to check my letter box. It was a quick entry and exit by them, by the time I returned to my apartment from the lobby, they were already out of my apartment, and they were seen knocking on another apartment.
February 08 of 2024: TD Bank statement was reporting wrong information about a returned cheque dated January 31 of 2023 and a fee was deducted for it wrongly. I did not get the cheques issued from the bank and did not write any cheques since this account was opened recently in 2023. Bank returned the fee deducted but as S/C charged returned, again another wrong entry instead of correcting the previous wrong entry. I hope there were no malicious intents behind this wrong reporting in my account. Further conversation with bank staff (after line of credit application meeting) about this issue revealed that it was an unwanted feature (which was not applicable for my account) which got reported as returned cheque fee, a completely misleading reporting on the statement. Equifax and TransUnion and other relevant agencies should take a note of such false reporting by the banks and protect the account holders from the negative effects of such false reporting and account holders must be compensated because false information on statements without explanation on the statements results in defamation and negative views. Moreover, I did not deposit the cheque in my own account and no one else was authorized to deposit a cheque in my TD (CANADATRUST) account which was opened just recently in November 2023.
February 08 of 2024: route 40 bus 4410 towards St. Laurent shopping centre, 5 minutes late arrived at 12h48 at the McDonald’s stop instead of 12h43 as scheduled time. I have experienced (undesirable bad experience) this many times and documented as well, discussed with other riders, that buses arrive late, miss schedule etc. when I wait for the bus, as if some one was holding buses to make it harder and to mess up with the other transport connections, mess up with plans for the day etc. delay for meetings/appointments etc. was not bad weather, roads were clear etc, in perfectly normal weather. (In Hamilton, Brampton, Ottawa). Two buses out of service sign around 17h10 on Preston.
February 08 of 2024: it was discovered during a line of credit application that one well established bank’s computer system can not handle/ can not accept smallest 9 digit numbers, so they reduce the numbers to a max number within 8 digits. Very strange limitation, now a days there should be no such limitations.
February 09 of 2024: Fire drill day in the building, Barb was seen entering the elevator when I was reading the board in the lobby around 09h00, she said Hi, to me, I responded to it by saying Hi.
February 09 of 2024: Instructed the TD staff by email to close my accounts with TD Bank in my legal and comma format names immediately, issue a closing statement. TD computer systems seems to have serious issues/problems as were found during the past few days recently in 2024.
February 09 of 2024: went into a TD branch located inside a mall but due to long line up did not wait for it, I will talk to them over the phone, used a public phone but no one answered the call for a long time, so I ended the call. Called again around 21h30 and account was closed. Waiting for closing statement.
February 09 of 2024: running water service will be distributed on February 13 of 2024 noon to 16:00.
February 10 of 2024: after lunch at Kelsey’s visited BMO branch to talk to them about the pre approved card offer which was received in the mail few weeks ago.
February 10 of 2024: two young men from a church located on Prince of Wales, engaged me and spoke to me at Billing bridge station around 14h30, I told them I used to live in that area many years ago (Dynes Rd location).
February 11 of 2024: at St. Laurent station bus route 40 vehicle number 4798 started 5 minutes later than the time shown on the departure board (around 20h30). A bus starting late (because it was not at the stop at the scheduled time) at a station is not understandable because a station is the starting point of a bus route which can be made punctual, there were several buses in lay up mode with “not in service sign” at the displayed departure time. Departure board was not linked to the physical departure of the vehicle. So the departure board changes and shows the time for the next departure which was 30 minutes later. Some people might consider it as early departure but in fact it was late departure for the vehicle 4798.
February 13 of 2024: visited a TD branch around 10h00 to pick up my closet by statement for current Period after closing the account on February 09 of 2024. I was told bank want to authenticate me before printing the statement. Very strange requirement, to get a closing statement of my account. I am a long time customer in Canada of Banking industry since 1993, and they still want to authenticate me. I am registered for voice authentication for the past over 20 years. Fresh and new hire staff of the bank will not know me, I would rather like to deal with and be authenticated by the senior staff of the bank from the past who initially setup my accounts with the bank since 1993. Later on called the bank again around 14h40 to get authenticated by voice print but the phone staff was not able to use the authentication system and was not able to print the closing/last statement to mail to me by Canada Post.
February 13 of 2024: Route 55 departed 2 minutes early to Elmvale from Lees station at 10h20, 2 minutes early than the displayed time on the departure board, and did not stop despite me signalling to stop by waiving my hand at the bus as soon as I came out of the station building.

February 14 of 2024: TD (CANADATRUST) Bank branch located on Bank Street at TD place printed my final statement after closing but my name on it was printed missing a comma, old system, main frame unformatted screen snapshot, not a pdf file formatted print out. Since the final statement is for my own use/record, I added a comma on it to make it match with my legal name. Branches do not have the ability to print statements in fully formatted pdf file format. Scotiabank branches have the same limitation. If it was required for legal work I will ask the TD (CANADATRUST) bank to print a pdf formatted statement, i.e. in the format that bank uses to mail the printed statements by Canada Post. This format prints mailing address of the account owner, where as the snapshots of screen without formating does not print mailing address of the account owner/holder/operator.
Feb 17 of 2024: Apartment door 307 lock change request submitted to OCH was cancelled untill further date after family day 2024 weekend over the phone, by email and through OCH myhome Portal/website. I instructed the maintenance to wait for my call/contact with a new date for apartment 307 door lock change, which will be most likely next week not sure when. Also I withdrew authorization given to them by me to enter my apartment for this work order. Work Order was cancelled. New work order will be generated only if I wanted to continue with it, otherwise not.
Family Day 2024
February 17 of 2024: visited the BMO bank branch across the building at the corner of Russell Rd and Smyth Rd, but was found was closed so used the ATM around noon time, also called the customer service line but the call centre person the phone did not have access to my my account. Several people were seen around the entrance door and in the buffer zone. A para transpo taxi was also seen waiting in the driveway. A man was seen seen walking with a large size bin on the my floor from B side of the corridor towards the elevators area, he criss crossed with me when I was at the door of my apartment just about to enter, I asked him if there was any deliveries for me. He replied “NO” and continued walking towards the elevators.
Family Day 2024: burning smell was detected as I was walking through the corridor towards the A side stairs door to go downstairs to the entrance lobby (in the vicinity of apartments 312 and 315), around 15h50. At the same time a woman came out ahead of me from the apartment 309 which is closest to the elevators and was seen standing waiting at the elevators. Lot of movement of people coming in and out was seen all day in the lobby. One woman asked me for help to let her in, she mentioned something about her uncle’s death etc.
Day after: this morning around 07h30 am as soon as I stepped out of the lobby door and headed towards the bus stop, a woman approached me fast and said something about using the bathroom etc in whispering voice, I told her to use the call box to talk to someone in the building. When I came back after a two hours trip to Merivale and Base line around 11h15 am and entered the lobby a woman sitting on the bench in the buffer zone (i.e. area between the lobby door and the street level door) quickly entered the lobby behind me when I opened my letter box 307.
February 21 of 2024: I have renewed my domain (m0168.org) registration for another year to continue web hosting with WordPress.con, and it was not a free account, free accounts do not have a own registered domain. Some of the staff was under wrong impression and was providing wrong information. Perhaps they were not authorised to access the details of my domain registration.
February 21 of 2024: a couple was seen exiting through the front set of doors and getting in a para transpo vehicle around 08h30 am, at the same time an OCH staff entered the building and entered one of the elevators, when I got back to my floor to enter my apartment, a woman was seen walking ahead of me towards side B stairs door while saying something on the phone, she turned around and looked at me while walking forward.
February 21 of 2024: When I came back to the building around 10h15 where I live 1909 Russell Rd, a couple was seen sitting on the bench across from the elevators, a girl was seen standing in the lobby door holding it open, one person was seen sitting in the buffer zone on the bench, a para transpo red bus was seen stopped in the porch perhaps waiting for the people to go for a ride. Woman sitting on the bench from across the elevators turned around her head and followed me by the looks, so I spoke to her as I walked towards the Side A stairs door to climb up the stairs to my apartment 307.
February 21 of 2024: around 12h30 a OCH staff was seen working on a letter box lock on the bottom row of the boxes in the lobby, when I asked him about locks and keys matters, he said when some one moves in an apartment they replace the letter box lock and apartment door lock, and previous keys can not be used. I showed him my key which looks like a reproduced/cut key but not originals. He said they were all like that. Moreover. No authorizations were issued by me to any additional key holders to enter my apart 307, I am the only lessee tenant authorized to live in this apartment since after signing the lease in 2023.
February 21 of 2024: people were seen gathering in the lobby for the food truck, a man who lives on the first floor (B side stairs corridor), asked where I live I said I live here since August 2023 on the third floor, got upset and irritated when I said live in apt 307. Barb was also seen going around with a young girl. Someone whispered go.
February 21 of 2024: around 14h40 pm Two people let a courier delivery man with a big box into the lobby who went used elevators to go upstairs. He was not able to open the doors with his key in the call box. One man from lobby door and the other man from the buffer zone door opened the door for him.
February 22 of 2024: break fast time quick grocery trip to Independent store, first I used debit card to pay and asked the cashier at the customer service desk to apply the change due to donation (to round up the total to $20.00), she was not able to understand, so I cancelled the transaction on my debit card and paid by $20.00 cash she said change due will be $1.90, I said donate the change due, this she was able to understand. I hope cashier does not take double payment for one transaction.

February 22 of 2024: around 14h00, A big yellow truck (like Penske) was seen parked in the drive way outside the building and sounds originating from above my apartments sounded like pushing and lifting of heavy objects, perhaps some one was moving in or moving out of the building on the upper floor. Truck was seen gone around 14h55, about 10 minutes before that Barb and a girl (young girl who was going around with Barb yesterday on Feb 21, food truck etc.) was seen leaving in a car waiting for them facing west bound.
February 23 of 2024: around 12h30 two woman were sitting face to face around a table in the lounge when I opened the lounge door across from the A.I.P. office. One woman was sitting facing the wall turned around her head to look at the door (or to look at me) perhaps on the found of the door opened, I did not enter, I immediately closed the door and went upstairs to my apartment. I climbed the stairs from Side A to second floor, from there walked to the elevators to go up to the third floor, a man seem was in the elevator with floor number 4 lit. I left the elevator on the third floor, he remained in the elevator.
February 23 of 2024: Visited a branch of BMO bank at South keys to find out about my card based on a pre approved offer which I accepted on February 12 of 2024. Although this branch looks like a digital branch (without tellers or cash counters) but still they do cash transactions at the tables. A new concept in banking.
February 23 of 2024: today I found my login for CAA website disabled. I was around their Hunt club location. So went in their for two things to find out about their merchandise and to find out why would they disable my login, I am member since of CAA/AAA since 1995. I renewed my membership about six months ago in September 2023 at the Clyde location, my passport pictures were taken at that location of CAA. Staff was not able to answer why would they disable my login of a fresh membership account. Most likely in my personal opinion because of some one’s lies, rumors or wrong information/disinformation about my whereabouts or the membership to cause doubts in organization or may be just someone’s personal wish to mess up login, job of a internal hackers. I suggested they should consider to keep bio metrics of the members in the membership data base so that they don’t be misguided and don’t depend on wrong information/disinformation and lies. I have experienced the same with other organizations as well, suddenly login stops working, such as bank accounts, libraries, email accounts and other web-based profiles. I was told by the CAA staff to change the password to fix the login, but password was not forgotten, it was a disabled account, moreover, password can not be changed on a disabled account. Eventually account login was fixed without password change, after CAA staff tweaked it in their system. This technique to change password on a disabled account is to raise false flag and alerts to show negative activity. In the past there were no web logins to manage own membership. CAA/AAA used computers for memberships but at the branch office level, members did not use internet for membership, only over the phone or at location. If CAA/AAA disable logins what is the use of it. Why not keep old fashioned memberships without internet based self management. Memberships would still exist without internet login. So businesses should give an option to the consumers to choose if customers want to have an internet login or not. I am not in information technology anymore, I am an Engineer and want to continue working as DCS, SCADA, instrumentation Engineer and related disciplines. Reason behind this suggestion is because I was impacted by these login issue as a consumer.
February 23 of 2024: spin restaurant of Marriott hotel in Ottawa is keeping the customer copy of payment receipt printed by the interac machine. I told the staff not to use my receipt for anything else and not to give it anyone else for any reason other than accounting. This was unusual for me to see that a five Star or four star hotel is doing this.
February 24 of 2024: a cashier at Metro grocery at St. Laurent and Walkley store #100263 bagged my grocery, this was a good customer service provided by her.
February 24 of 2024: it was noticed that some merchants use a interac/debit machine which prints receipts with a different address, address different than the physical location of the store, perhaps because of the wireless technology, this was noticed in Ottawa today when I bought a winter cap and also it was noticed in Hamilton at a grocery store near TD Bank branch on Fennell Ave. East.
February 25 of 2024: around 17h00 when I stepped out through Side B door, an ambulance was seen stopped with flashing lights in front of the street level lobby door, a man was seen sitting on the bench in the buffer zone, when I entered the lobby, the man from the buffer zone jumped into the lobby behind me, perhaps he was waiting for someone. After that I decided to go through the lounge exit door to walk to the Rexall drug store to buy a jar of coffee and came back, ambulance was still present outside the building with flashing lights, as I approached nearer to the building, ambulance drove away west bound and turned left on Cuba St. When I entered the lobby, few people were seen in the lobby, a man who uses a apartment on the floor 1 and got upset with me on the food truck day recently, he was seen waiting at the elevators door, I used the side B stairs to go upto my floor, before I opened the door to enter the corridor, a tall man was seen enter apartment 309 (closest to the elevators) in a rush. I was back in my apartment 307 by 17h25 through Side B stairs.
February 24 of 2024: an Arabic speaking couple was seen walking ahead of me in the corridor towards Side B stairs door around 21h15 when I returned to my apartment after a short trip to Billings bridge by the 20h15 bus.

On the morning of July 29 of 2018 when I went out for a walk I read a attention grabbing phrase on the wall/board on a church located across the street diagonally from the building 671 Fennell Ave. East, that “You can live a lie but you can not out run the truth.
Caught my attention –
my interpretation of this phrase is that, people can choose to live a little longer by telling lies in certain situations (as a short term solution) but can not live longer than the truth. Truth always survives all the conspiracies/techniques/systems used to cover it (truth) up/hide it (truth) up.
Question comes to my mind so what is the purpose of such life which was full of lies, deceptions, false make believes based living.
In 2021, I noticed that the board was not there any more, was removed.
My family physician in Niagara Falls (Dr. Elltoft) once said to me around the year 2015/2016 that “you will live a little longer”. I have no illnesses/never had any serious illnesses, so I was not sure why he would make such a statement, perhaps he was referring to something similar as was in this phrase.
I have a tenant’s insurance policy with Marsh Insurance effective July 28 of 2023, was submitted at the time of signing of the lease in the presence of a witness on July 28 of 2023 at the Bank street location in Ottawa.
