(malicious intents)- Blocks and hurdles in OW Social assistance, ODSP and in health care in Canada (I am 66 and half years of age not 16 years and half. I wonder why is it so difficult for these pharmacies to transfer prescription from other pharmacies in the same province, it has been going on for the past several days. This is some kind of a refusal to provide me my medications. Staff of a pharmacy on the premises of Loblaws was not able to understand the the name of City Fort Erie for a pharmacy, so I wrote it on a piece of paper to make it easy to r them. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST

One Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy located at Bank and Walkley intersection refused to transfer my prescription from out of town pharmacy on July 15 of 2023 around 21h00. This shopper’s drug Mart was opened after closing a shopper’s drug Mart pharmacy which was located next to Value Village around Bank and Walkley intersection area in Ottawa. We used this closed pharmacy with children since 1996.

Another shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy located at 1309 Carling in Westgate mall was not able to complete a prescription transfer for more than 24 hours since requested was submitted by me in person.

Social assistance from OW has been completely stopped since June 30 of 2023 for me without providing any alternative, without starting ODSP, without starting OAS and without informing me in writing of any reasons behind stopping my direct deposit on June 30 of 2023. There was no money received after May 31 of 2023 except Canada EFT GST/HST in July 2023. I appeal relevant lawyers and authorities to look into this situation, expedite my departure/repatriation back to my previous country of Residence, during this time provide me source of income to support and house myself at least at the level of arrival in Canada in 1993.

I was blocked from employment as well to stop the money. Why ??

Several times I was blocked from getting meals at the shelter by putting extra long lines ahead of me which reduces the time to eat if enter the dinning room by closing time (just 5 minutes or 10 minutes to eat).

I am appealing to the humanitarian and legal organizations to help me go back to my previous country of residence i.e. Saudi Arabia immediately where I lived before coming to Canada in 1993, my status was landed in ND2 category as professional upon arrival. I did not enter the country illegally and did not change the status after arrival. I want to roll back my life to my past.

If any of these pharmacies staff show anything written in my handwriting or my health card information, should not be considered as given to them for their personal use. It was given to them to fill my prescription which not completed for the past several days.

Names on the health card are printed by the first name, but a IDA pharmacy at Gladstone and Bell, requires to fill a firm which collects information by the last name. Pharmacies deal with health care matter and health card is by the first name so all their paper work should also be by the first name. Questionable practice.

Harrassment This is a human right issue.

Social system in Canada is very painful, non-caring, ounishing and dangerous. No legal support is available to address the issues or wrong doings or malfunctions of the systems, Community legal clinics are funded by the Govt so they do not side with the social assistance recipients rather they make decisions to please the funder. There were no social workers to discuss in difficult situations and to find a solution. My immigration to Canada in 1993 was not for Social assistance living, rather it was for professional living and to work in my field of expertise which was the basis of my immigration in ND 2 Category. I have been repeatedly requesting since 2013 to issue a plane ticket for me to enable me to go back home to my country of previous residence Saudi Arabia. Cost of a plane ticket will be much cheaper than keeping me here in Canada on social assistance and in shelters. I want to Roll back my life to my past.
