Air France check-in staff at Terminal 3 also said something (around 15h47 on April 02 of 2023) which was in contradiction with the information provided to me by the Service Canada staff over the phone that a passport was not and is not required to leave from Canada because I am going back home one way not to come back.
I request that Govt. Of Canada should look into these conflicting messages and the rules that air lines are making of their own. In my situation I would request that Govt. Of Canada must provide me necessary documents and means for me acceptable by the airlines at the time of check in and boarding so that there was no dispute at the last minute. It has become very crucial for me that I return back to my previous country of residence immediately and now I need help from Govt. Of Canada to send me back safely, or I should know the reason why not. So that I consult with a human rights lawyer and deal with it legally to go back home where I came from 30 years ago as landed family in 1993.
Also there should be legal counsellors available at the airport or around the airport to resolve such disputes immediately on the spot instead of waiting for the outcome for days.
