While I was talking to a customer service of choice hotels on my mobile phone from Ottawa on July 17 of 2023 around 17h45 person hung up and call ended abruptly with out knowing the result of call, all necessary information required by the person fix the missing points was provided l during the call but during hold and silence period she hung up.

I called the Quality Inn at 6355 Airport Rd, Mississauga ON L4V1E4. I was told by the receptionist to talk to choice hotels. Which I have already done.
