December 24 of 2025: quick trip to downtown area and back, bought sone ready to eat food and fruits from Independebt store at somerset and Bank St, all the independent stores do.not have hot meal section. in the evening went outdoors for a short walk, not much h activity was visible. an senior couple was seen sitting onbthe bench across from the elevators as was going out of the elevators, a woman was waiting for the elevator on the left side to enter the elevator impatiently around 18h45.
December 23 of 2025: I came across a untrained girl cashier at independent grocery store. While I was in the middle of completing the transaction by making part payment of it by cash and part of it by my card, she picked up some baskets etc. from the counter and ran away from register in a hurry towards the door, came back to the register in a minute or two, but it was not acceptable practice, if this was so important, she should have done that after completing the task with me and before processing the next customer who was waiting in line behind me.
December 23 of 2025: a new information from a bank that prepaid credit cards and prepaid debit cards were not the same products. What I learned over the past 32 years in North America is that credit card (originally, when there were no variations of it) spending means people spend money that they don’t own, debit card spending means electronic cash and people spend from the own chequing account linked to the debit card (or load own cash on the card to spend electronically). So word prepaid in “prepaid credit card” is a bit convoluted, because it can NOT be used without loading own cash on it, so spending from such a card becomes a debit transaction, it reduces the cash on the card after each transaction. Regular credit cards work differently. But there was a bit of a process (a lengthy bitttttttt) to get to that point where people become eligible to spend money that they do not have in possession i.e. that they donot own, that is called credibility, honesty, ability and willingness to pay it back when their circumstances change. They determine that during application process for the credit card.
December 22 of 2025: went to downtown to take care of some urgent matter bill payments, trip to Canada Computers etc. cane back to my apartment via billingbridge, kilborn route.
December 22 of 2025: a snowy day in Ottawa, bought my food in the morning at a Wendy’s restaurant for dine in, connected to other routes at Bayshore station, Lincoln Fields station before arriving back 13h00.
December 21 of 2025: Sunday, bought biryani and tomatoes from a grocery store located at Metcalfe St and Lisgar St in Ottawa downtown. Most of the time remained in indoors.
December 20 of 2025: beverage at Liam McGuire, bought two bakery items from a store near Plato’s. Back 18h45,
December 20 of 2025: bought my morning meal for dine in at a restaurant located across from the downtown library. It was delicious and filling to last for the whole day without another meal. Came back via bank St. Billingsbridge, kilborn old neighbourhood of palm Street palm gates apartments, Featherston public school. Canadatrust/TD banknbranch site has become a restaurant.
December 20 of 2025: There was something unusual that a transaction made on the 18th December at stacked restaurant in Ottawa did not show up immediately on the statement of the card, it took two days and bit of work, calling the company etc to tell them about it. Finally it was fixed, a less than a dollar transaction. In Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 #307
December 20 of 2025: Recently I cancelled two products and their services, a loyal membership card (after 25 years) and a pre paid debit card (after few months usage), it was found that these companies disable the web login which makes it inaccessible on the internet but even after that my membership and pre paid card remained active, which I find very alarming, when a customer decides to stop an account, products and services, must be completely purged from the system, otherwise they keep on sending messages, promotional material emails etc. Such companies must be required by consumer protection to provide closing/cancelling documentation to prevent future frauds etc. Undocumented closings/cancellations will be forgotten after long period of time, no one will remember what happened.

December 19 of 2025: short visit to HGI Lyon station for a beverage via Hurdman Station and back via Rideau Centre. RT 18 to Best buy, walked to the St-Laurent station, 41 to Elmvale and back to my apartment 20h30
December 19 of 2025: called pcfinancials to find out about the missing transaction of yesterday around 13h20, long wait, listening to their music. call was answered around 14h00, transaction was in processing. I made it clear to the pcfinancial staff that this was not a joint account, was a single owner single user account, that the owner of the card was not a woman. Despite my repeated requests I was addressed by my incomplete name which was not acceptable to me.
December 19 of 2025: according to facebook.com authentication process 11h45 around today Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 was near Laval Quebec.
December 18 of 2025: visited Bayshore area, Carlingwood mall, Merivale etc. I bought some food for dine in at Stacked restaurant in the Carlingwood mall, paid by cash, used my card for the small change which was less than a dollar, but the transaction did not appear on the list. Also visited a conference centre and adjacent Hotel for a Orange juice, walked back to the mall, before heading back to my building. I wonder why the transaction was invisible to me, I hope no malicious intentions behind it ??. Perhaps their machine has a minimum amount limitation. This was a long and narrow restaurant, as soon as I entered, I heard “wait at the front” , not sure which end was the front, mall siee or the street side. Made few stops before heading back. When I entered my building, through side “B” door, loud music was heard, walked towards the source of the music which was located in the lounge, it was some kind of celebratory party, disco rotating ball lights were lit in the dark and people were dancing.
December 17 of 2025: remained indoors, short walk around the building. YIG grocery.
December 16 of 2025: some kind and of movement of a big palette was seen on the front side of the building, a Gen Le truck with two boys was also seen near the palette around 14h20.
December 16 of 2025: breakfast in downtown, lunch at Provo.
December 16 of 2025: Service disruption was announced in effect on Line 2 Northbound around 11h30.
December 15 of 2025: a call was received from pre paid card customers service, I repeated my decision to close it and not use it, no confidence in the reliability and availability of the money reloaded on to the card, it can be blocked by them anytime for no reason. Left over money on the card, hard to retrieve, loss for the consumer and unnecssary hardship, profit for the sellers/providers.
December 15 of 2025: back home around 11h15 via Rideau, Billings, Featherston, kikborn etc.
December 15 of 2025: Canada Post is a respected brand in Canada but not all it’s products were reliable. I purchased a prepaid paid mastercard from Canada Post in October of 2025 and decided to not use it any further in December of 2025 because the people who manage these cards can decide abruptly any time to stop (or block) transactions on the card which makes money on the card unusable and hard to get it refunded. This can result in dangerous situation at odd times for the rightful owner of the money specially when someone reloads large amount of money on these prepaid mastercards. I have submitted a request to close (i.e. deactivate the card account immediately by an email). I detectd less than honest operations of these cards. In money matters honesty and trust is very important. Giving a hard time to a customer for issuing some marketing perks or benefits of using a products or loyalty is one thing but to make it hard to get back own money is a serious matter and should not be taken lightly. Comparatively travelers cheques were much safer to use than these travel pre paid debit/credit cards. Because cards can be blocked but travelers cheques can not be blocked. I am pro technology but only for positive uses of it, blocking money on a card is negative use of technology.
December 14 of 2035: frequent break down and issues were faced with financial products, including Canada post pre paid card, banking cards, wrong and unauthorized transactions, no definite method to contact such merchants to get these transactions corrected because they have no in store support, approaching retail outlets was of no use because they just refer to call the number on the back of the card. Very disturbing.
December 14 of 2025: Denney’s restaurant was very busy, so I decided to buy my lunch for dine-in at a restaurant adjacent to it. Kind of new place. I paid whole amount by cash and small change fraction by card for dine in. I was told they do it fresh so it will take time, during wait time a female customer entered and she quickly got a take out bag, I did not see her go through cashier transaction. Few minutes later a boy came out of the kitchen said the name of my food instead of token number as I was told by the cashier and after handing the food to me in a disposable dish quickly went back to the kitchen. I wanted to find out if this was for my token number, no one came out, so I ate my food fast and headed out of the fast food outlet. Next coffee place.
December 13 of 2025: lot of snow on the ground, so decided to remain indoors most of the day. Went to a seniors restaurant for a big pot of coffee near mall in the area via Hurdman Station, LRT west bound platform was showing Blair on the departures display. 17h15 to 19h45. Toys-R-US in the mall at entrance 1 is still in business, has not closed yet. I used to shop at the store 1996-1998 with my offsprings and their mother. Many other stores of the past in the mall have closed permanently such as Sears, Bay, HMV, etc.
December 12 of 2025: Thanks to hauntedwalk for giving me a gift of free walk with their group in 2006 when I was on OW social assistance. It was fun and enjoyable experience.
December 12 of 2025: got back to my apartment around 18h30. It was muddy slushy due to thawing of snow. It appears to me that this year in 2025 this Municipality has changed the anti slippery mixture that they sprinkle on the side walks. In the past it used be more salt and less sand, this year it appears to be less salt and more sand which makes it very muddy when mixed with the melting snow.
December 12 of 2035: looks like that “No” tracking/counting people are operating around me. One tall boy at Elmvale station asked me aroubd 15h40 if he could borrow a lighter from me, almost everybody knows that I am not a smoker, so why ask me for a lighter, moreover, I was not smoking at the time. Few other people asked during past few days when I replied “No”. When the count of “No” reaches 40 it becomes a grocery store. Or perhaps to make someone negative which will be driven by malicious intentions. If there were positive people around they will make someone positive whivh will be desirable. This kind of techniques when used by friends, family or coworkers in personal settings would make sense, strangers can not be used and should not be involved for such determinations.
December 12 of 2025: bought my coffee combo at a McDonald’s this morning, late lunch for dine in at a restaurant in a downtown hotel. Server of the restaurant did something funny, which was never done before in any restaurant, that at the time of payment, as I was about to insert the payment card in the machine he took the card from my hand and inserted the card himself in the machine. Around 11h45 when I stepped out of the building, people were waiting in the lobby, in the buffer zone, a para transpo vehicle was waiting outside in the driveway.
December 11 of 2025: some sign boards were seen fully covered with snow to the extent that names were not readable at bank st and Walkley area around 10h35, back in my apartment between 11h30 and noon time.
December 11 of 2025: I was not sleeping in my apartment at this time around 09h00, rather I was outdoors in downtown, sipping my coffee. Don’t believe lies and devotion. Lies may be allowed or protected in political or policy matter, interpretations of certain governance issues etc but NOT in people’s personal matters and people’s personal life. Than it becomes a human rights issue to sabotage people’s life by lies. If lies about others were with positive intentions may be acceptable, but lies with negative intentions about others must not be allowed.

December 10 of 2025: a snowy day in ottawa, lot of accumulation of snow on the ground. Two snow removal machines/plough were seen in front of the building when I came back from Independent store around 11h30
December 10 of 2025: wrote an email to airmiles.ca to completely purge the airmiles points membership records associated with my name.
December 10 of 2025: woke up early not by alarm, I never used alarm or alarm clocks since I live in Canada, just by my body rhythm, ate my self prepared food, went outdoors for fresh air and walk. I am back in my apartment.
December 09 of 2025: It was a cold and snowy winter day in ottawa, visited carlingwood mall, enjoyed a holiday cookie with a coffee, bought wool mixed socks from sportcheck store located in a mall in this area, I prefer cashmere wool mix but it was merino wool mix available. I used to shop in this mall during 1996-1998 with my offspring babies and their mother. Socks were a bit pricey, but if the socks keep my feet warm and last longer than other socks then it will be worth buying the pair of socks, in the past I used to buy woolen sock from a store named Mark’s which is a subsidiary or another brand store of Canadian Tire. During the time I was waiting for LRT at the station I decide to put the sock on my feet, an other OC rider, a woman came an sat on the same bench where I was sitting. Came back via Rideau centre.
December 08 of 2025: this afternoon I opted out of airmiles.ca grocery points collectors program, during the past 25 years, I barely used it. Recently it became a headache after they switched from PIN login to email password login on the web. My login was disabled. During a call back from airmiles.ca when I requested to modify some information in my profile I was asked to submit my IDs by email, which was very wrong, so I decided to opt out and instructed them to close the airmiles.ca points collector account immediately without delay, was of no use for me. Loyalty points cards programs do not require IDs submitted by email neither in person, at the time when I opted in for this loyalty program i.e. AIR MILES, there was no such requirement. Also instructed them not to reassign, to resell, neither to use it for any other purpose for anyone else. Profile was showing wring apartment number, perhaps someone else was using my collectors number electronically (i.e. without a physical card). When I asked for the usage and benefits of this loyalty programs, it was said by the airmiles.ca staff, among many things that points laps after a certain period of time if not used, what that means (in my opinion) is that someone else uses those points and aggregates the smaller number points collected by the consumers at retail level into bigger number points.
December 08 of 2025: 25 years ago I signed up for airmiles points collectors card whivh was like pcoptimum card in Canada at a grocery store safeway. Not sure what was the purpose of it. Although I signed up for it but over the years I realised disadvantages of such loyalty programs and I do not use them often. Time to time web login were blocked not sure for what purpose. I wonder what was so valuable contained in these cards to block the original user. I do not see any cash value in these cards, unless an impersonator/impostor wants to use it as a evidence for name to become “KhalidMahmood “, “KhalidMahmood ” is just a name of an Engineer of age 69, not a role of any kind.
December 08 of 2025: this was a bell testing day in the building as per the poster in the lobby, but it turned out to be fire alarm testing day. Announcement made before the alarm around 10h00 was inaudible in horrible male voice.

December 08 of 2025: stranger behaviour or lack of common of the staff that in response to one of my query they are asking few unnecessary question which O can respond to, but they need to know exact amounts. They invoice/bill in a currency different than the currency of the card i.e. CAD$. Transaction amount on my card varies every month depending on the exchange rate. How will they tally or reconcile the amount.
December 07 of 2025: visited the Fifth Ave area via Greensboro, bought few grocery essential items, cane back to my apartment around 14h00 via Rideau and St-Laurant Station. A courier delivery boy tagged me and entered the buffer zone behind me as soon as I opened the door, so I decided to use the side door of the building because bell on the intercom was ringing and he was waiting for permission to enter the lobby. Also a snowy day.
December 06 of 2025: a snowy day in Ottawa. Remained in doors almost all day.
December 06 of 2025: National Instruments and EMERSON integration into one company was not known to me before. Their servers encountered a technical glitch while I was updating my profile on National Instruments website. Similar error was encouhtered once before as well. Website was still showing my Alkhobar address as business address which was not correct because physically I was not in Khobar since May 30 of 2024, rather I am in Ottawa ontario Canada since May 30 of 2024. Looks like my volunteers failed to update my profile on NI.com website –
December 05 of 2025: a quick trip to St-Laurent shopping mall, visited TD bank to exchange some money into smaller denomination notes. Came back via Hurdman Station, quick grocery trip to Independent in the neighbourhood, paid part by cash, part by card to avoid handling small change. A total of CAD $19.12 was paid as CAD $15.00 cash and CAD $04.12 by a pcfinancial debit card. at 14h49
December 05 of 2025: a USA based VoIP company was using a software on the internet which is limited in capabilities, has no option to update the payment method, does not bill/invoice in local currency of the consumer, and is having difficulty in updating the payment method at their end, unable to change the configuration according to consumer choice. Called the company around 11h00 and got the matter resolved to some extent. I have entered my Ontario DL# in one of the empty spaces of the address form screen as a proof of my ownership, proof of possession, my physical address.
December 04 of 2025: breakfast big meal at yolk restaurant in Glebe. Today again social media was showing, as usual, my location in Gatineau instead of Ottawa. Perhaps because the two places were part of the same region.
December 03 of 2025: submitted few screenshots to one airline in asia taken from their website JMB customer profile. Also submitted a two years old baggage tag to AirCanada on facebook mssenger to them show an ambiguity/discrepency in the flyer’s name printed on the baggage tag.
December 03 of 2025: around 08h15 a loud machining sound was heard, perhaps from one of the adjacent apartments. When I opened the door to see if the lighting group was working in the corridor, a woman was seen leaving from one of the adjacent apartments and looked at me by turning her head towards #307 as I was looking towards the “(B) 3” stairways door. Stepped out around 10h00 to 13h30

December 02 of 2024: undersigned was at the Zak’s restaurant, if any one wanted to talk to him with friendly intentions, not malicious intentions. Out around 10h07 a man like TV news reporter Paul Hunter was seen dinning in at the same restaurant.
December 02 of 2025: around 07h30 when I stepped out, two boys were seen on floor 3, corridors “A” around the elevators, and corridor “B” near the same light which required fixing on Dec 01, perhaps this morning were fixing all the lights and some other work, lot of wooden shelving like material was seen in the storage in corridors “A” around the corner from elevators, door was seen open, which looked like a carpentry workshop. bright work lights were seen placed on the floor, pointing up towards the ceiling. Brighter lights were installed, work was still in progress around 11h30, a woman was seen entering apt 308 around noon time.
December 01 of 2025: around 15h00 I called my contact, ie.the coordinator of the furniture bank (aka Mathew House) for some furniture, I was told, that person does not work there anymore for the past two years. The person I spoke to, asked me if I was receiving ODSP. I was not, in 2023 when they delivered furniture to me I was OW social recipient. No, I am not on ODSP, I never was on ODSP, I was on OW, transitioned to OAS.
December 01 of 2025: one ceiling light was seen turned off or perhaps damaged in Corridor “B” on floor 3. Back in my apartment around 14h00, was seen turned back on around 17h05
December 01 of 2025: onset of last month of the year and First day of the month. Wedt bound LRT of OC-transpo was delayed for more than 06 minutes at St-Laurent around 06h30, west bound LRT from rideau to Lyon was announced to possibly stop outside station. LRT service was not normal.this morning, but OC transpo website has no mention of it, or anyother disruptions in the service.
