November 29 of 2025: according to facebook.com Ottawa is near Montreal (sometimes it shows Kingston) perhaps software algorithm was comparing it with California. I wonder why their system fails to detect Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 where I live.
Novemver 29 of 2025: around 16h00 visited the easyfinancial and easyhome brand of business to find out why they were contacting about a account not known to me, I have no product or services from them, staff did some research to find out that there was one person using my phone number in their system, not associated with me, also staff found a long list of people by the same name as me but different DOB, search by address was also done. I visited the Kanata location of the same business as well couple of months ago for the same issue.
November 29 of 2025: visited a TD bank Canada branch at Heron Rd across from Canadian tire. Spoke to them about the issue of different short names for the same person on a cheqeuing account and Savings account. Person seemed to be untrained or new in the profession, in such matters and was responding theoretically not with certainity. At one point he said something about joint account as a possible reason for this discrepency. I never had any joint accounts with anyone in my entire life anywhere in the world. He did not know how his own short names will be printed on the transaction receipts. All the banks in Ontario do not print short names of the account holders at the bottom of the transaction receipts. Different short names for the same person on transaction receipts can lead to ambiguity and legal consequences, if self-appointed vigilantes interpret the receipts incorrectly out of context.
November 29 of 2025: perhaps some one was moving in or moving out through the front door of the building. Lobby door and buffer zone door were seen kept open, a big truck with a ramp and a sofa were seen outside the open doors. around 11h25
November 28 of 2025: snowy day in ottawa, bought ready to eat food from farm boy rideau centre. It was noticed today that Facebook was blocking authentication information sent to 613 area codes ottawa based mobile numbers, but Facebook system was able to send the similar information to other area code based mobile numbers. A software glitch perhaps, because it worked in the past, or may be deliberate. Reported a problem to Facebook about wrong location of sign in.
November 27 of 2025: beverage at a pub near rideau centre, made few stops, shopping from rexall pharmacy etc.
November 26 of 2025: Scotiabank has renamed the senior’s age discount on monthly service plan, in the past it was something else, now they call it credit memo, as was seen on this day on a mini statement printed at the branch ATM/ABM. When I called the bank’s customer service line I was told senior’s discount was deposited back in the account as credit memo after deducting full fee of preferred package plan. It was very disturbing that the bank has not trained their call centres staff to say account holders names correctly, i.e. whether to say mister with first name, last name or full name. The man on the phone was saying mister with my first name because the was not in Canada, I reminded him that he should address me by my full name.
Novemver 26 of 2025: breakfast at WEP, gin beverage at Royal Oak in down town like early dinner. On the way back made few stops. Late night dinner at my place.
November 26 of 2025: first time in 32 years it was revealed to me by a manger of Scotiabank (around 13h45) that a bill payment made to a Scotiabank credit card shows up on the statement as transfer of fund. I have been using banking services in Canada since 1993 but never came across such a situation or information. Also that if a credit card has a unused available credit, banks can reduce the limit by that much amount. So what is the use of credit card, if they reduce the limit becuase card was not used to the max. I keep available credit on my card to be able use in emergency, but this new bank policy is contradiction to credit card usage, i.e. without defaults. If a user of large limit card was having difficulty making payments than it would make sense to reduce the limit to reduce the risk of loss, but on my low limit card I have insurance, and make regular payments, no defaults, so why reduce the limit. As I was told non-payment was not the Risk for the bank to reduce the limit of my card, rather it was unused available balance on my card. Since my card is very low limit, Bank should consider to increase the limit. In addition, made few other bill payments at other institutions. 16h30
November 26 of 2025: it was observed many times, recently in Ottawa that people still ask drivers questions about certain destinations/stops before boarding. Now a days all such information was available on internet, on October transpo website etc which was easily accessible by anyone, even children can access such information by using internet. Perhaps this was some kind of governance or authority check by such people, Or it may be some kind of method or signal passing system to the driver or other agencies when come behind a specific person boarding the bus asking such information.
November 25 of 2025: morning coffee (paid) at Provo, dinner at Swisschalet (paid) near carlingwood mall across frombthe Sear store ofctge past (I used to work as MCA), noe occupied by Canadian Tire. 06h00 to 20h15, in and out busy all day.
November 24 of 2025: visited pinecrest area, exhibition place, craft beer, TD branch etc. made few stop, busy with misc issues, almost nine2five. In the morning when I was walking on a sidewalk to connect to the next bus after getting off from route 5, Bluetooth of my ulefone Note-12 got disconnected, it was not a normal disconnection, because it was not reconnecting even after several attempts, element of sabotage or android failure, this required me to take serious corrective measures while I was on a bus, got it under control, without discarding my old phone. Old is Gold for me. A duo of two tall boys boarded the bus route 48 somewhere near 1701 kilborn, speaking in Arabic and one of them was carrying shoes in his hand which he dropped in the bus to make loud noise.
November 24 of 2025: TD (Canadatrust) direct investing asked me by email couple of weeks ago to submit a f-W8BEN which is a form required by IRS, not applicable to me, because I live in Canada and file my taxds to CRA not to IRS. In the past I complied by the banks requirement and submitted f-W8BEN which I realized was wrong. Not sure if they know with certainity, who they were writing the emails to.
November 23 of 2025: cleaned my V&D brand winter outerwear coat (in the laundry room) which I bought in Brampton Ontario Canada from a Value village store in October 2023. 18h15 to 18h45.

November 22 of 2025: Montana restaurant near merivale mall in ottawa ontario canada makes very crispy wings, can not make soft wings, according to the manager of the kitchen. usually other restaurants try to cook according to the choice of the customer, but not this location, perhaps skills related issue, so I changed my order. Looks like they might be under some kind of wrong information about me, as was observed by their behaviour towards me. Not a good experience, there focus was on something else rather than customers and service. 16h40 – 16h55, made few stops on the way, independent grocery.

Novemver 21 of 2025: around 18h00 when I went outdoors, several people were seen in the lobby, in the buffer zone and outside the buffer zone in the driveway, one woman was seen in the elevators going down with a child. Outdoors it was slushy and muddy. Back 19h00 – Before going outdoors I ate my home made readt to eat food for the meal instead of a visit to a restaurant.

November 21 of 2025: a reminder to my previous precautionary notes that “KhalidMahmood ” is not a position of any kind which need to be filled by another person, is a name of a human being. Other People or imitators can not become 100% Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood}. His offsprings were kept away from him otherwise, offsprings become like parents legitimately when they grow up watching and learing from parents. Perhaps Fraud makers and impostors claim to or try to get a endorsement from position of powers to be known as KhalidMahmood for material gains and to deprive and deplete him of his gains. By stealing and by endorsements impostors can pretend to be or fool others to be KhalidMahmood but those who know the original person of the original (where and why it all began) context should not become a prey, a victim and a puppet of such criminal minds, should not be afraid to say the truth and should not play along with such criminal minds. Fraud making, swindling, impostoring, criminal expertise are not and were never desirable skills, there was no immigration category for these skills, like misc categories of Engineers or other professions.
November 21 of 2025: undersigned ate his breakfast in his apartment in Ottawa, not in Toronto. Engr. {(KhalidMahmood} is still in Ottawa Ontario Canada not in Toronto Ontario Canada, someone else by the same last/Family name (But absolutely not related to him, not even remotely) was heard on morning news in a conversation with a reporter of CBC News Toronto. Other people (new comers or born here) by the same family/last name were NOT related to his offsprings either, NOT even remotely.

November 19 of 2025: ate my collagen meal in my apartment, stepped out of my apartment around noon time to visit a Bestbuy store on Merivale Rd, bought a beverage at the sports bar pub located on the upper floor of Merivale mall, came back to my apartment via greenboro, altavista, Heron. (Noon to 5)
November 19 of 2025: stepped out of my apartment for a short walk around 10h10 abd came back around 10h40. A man was seen sweeping the side “B” stairways buffer zone as soon as I open the door and stepped out towards parking lot, a woman was seen coming out of a vehicle wearing a badge of some kind, as if she was waiting in the parking to spot me for a visual. (Two buffer zones on two sides of the lobby front and trash room and two buffer zones on Side “A” and Side “B” of the building.)
November 19 of 2025: I wonder what was the new place added in Toronto named “Little Canada”, was it like maduradam located in Hague, a scaled down version of country’s highlights in Hague Natherlands. I visited maduradam in 1981 as PII scholarship student with Philips group from Eindhoven.
November 18 of 2025: went outdoors for few hours for some essentials and fresh air. Lunch at McDonald’s Carling/Richmond near Lincoln Field mall/Pinecrest area, back via Bayshore, Baseline Station, Elmvale.
Novemver 17 of 2025: Stepped out around 12h15 Back around 16h45. When I entered floor 3 from the stairways side “B” to get to my apartment, a tall man came out from the first apartment and rushed towards the elevators. During the past couple of days noticeably loud coughing and sneezing people were heard on the OC Transpo buses.
November 17 of 2025: maintenance staff spoke to me this morning if there was any leak in the kitchen, I told them about a big size water puddle I saw on Novemver 16 on Floor 1.
November 17 of 2025: received a promotional email message from Virgin Atlantic. Being a reputable airline, Virign Atlantic should address me as a traveller by my full name. In personal sessions people can be address by /on first name basis but in official correspondence they should always use complete name, otherwise fraud makers or some one else by the same incomplete name will make a fool of the new generations of the airline staff.
November 16 of 2025: got back to my apartment around 21h00, three large size work vans of expertek were seen parked outside the building in front of the main gate of the building, several prople were seen standing in the lobby, so decided to use Siee “B” stairways to get to my apartment.
Lounge was in use around 20h00 when I stepped out of the building for some freshvaor, and to see the night lights of tge season.
November 16 of 2025: a tall man and a woman was seen entering the opposite apartment door as I was stepping out of my apartment door around 10h30. The tall man looked at me longer than a glance before entering the opposite apartment behind the woman ahead of him. Many people were seen sitting on the bench in the lobby near canadapost parcel box, few people were seen sitting in the buffer zone of the building. Out side building around 10h40 vehicles with flashing lights were seen on Russell Rd away in the vicinity of Haig Dr.
November 16 of 2025: some people were seen in the corridor A, some time they go in the laundry room and some times they go in the janitor room. A boy tried to enter the men’s toilet when I used it for few minutes around 09h35. When I stepped outdoors, a man drove away in a Van SUV. I walked on the front side of the building and came back to my apartment using side “B”.
November 16 of 2025: this morning it was back to snow program in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2, past night was raining around 20h00 (or was freezing rain, but was not white snow)
November 15 of 2025: one of my Facebook login detected login location as Saint Jerome Quebec while I am in my apartment in Ottawa around 23h36. Perhaps something to do with the facebook servers locations in Canada.
November 15 of 2025: instead of heavy snow it was raining tonight around 20h10 when I stepped out doors for few minutes, outside my building 1909 Russell Rd, in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2
November 15 of 2025: after eating my meal at the seafood restaurant at Merivale Rd when I called the BMO bank from a public phone, after authentication by card number, pin and voice, person the phone asked for my full card number, which was unusual, so I declined to disclose my card number verbally after authentication by the automated system.
Novemver 15 of 2025: Route 41 scheduled at 09h49 bus arrived at 10h02 at McDonald’s stop vehicle#: 6709, got off at Belfast stop, looked around, route 40 arrived on time, to VW stop, walked to St-Laurent Ogilvie stop, route 20 to Brittany stop, route 7 to beechwood/Mackay Stop. Route 7 to Queen St Stop. Back to my apartment via Merivale Rd, route 111, bought my lunch at a Seafood restaurant for dine in. From billings Bridge used route 48 to Russell Rd. 15h30
November 14 of 2025: a snowy, cloudy and damp day in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Heavy snow started when I was waiting for a bus around billibgsbridge. 16h45 back in my apartment.
November 13 of 2025: about 10 minutes wait after getting off the route 14 to take next bus at 17h18 bus of route 5 but did not arrive by 17h32, instead route 18 arrived, so I used route 18 to get to next connection point on main st. Finally Route 5 arrived at 17h52 heading towards Elmvale, back in my apartment around 18h15
Perhaps there were new people around waiting for the route 5, but this technique to delay bus impacts citizens and senior people as well, they should find a better way to achieve the sane thing instead of delaying buses for such long period of time, few minutes delay can be acceptable.
November 13 of 2025: visited Bayshire mall, coupke of stores, quick essentials shopping from wall mart, Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was on the bus by himself solo, was not traveling with any family members on bus route 11 on this day around 16h15,

November 11 of 2025: occasional short bursts of drilling and/or machining sounds/light hammering sounds were heard since this morning several times. It would be very unlikely that some was working in the building because it was statutory holiday in Canada Remembrance Day 2025. Perhaps some one was doing own repair/maintenance. People were heard loudly shouting in the corridor around 14h15
November 10 of 2025: 19h00 visited one of my previous neighbourhoods where I used to live with my three offsprings in 1998 and used to shop at the Bayshore mall together, although the mall was few minutes walk away we used our car Pontiac Grand AM to go shop at the mall combined with other stops in the area. After visiting my past neighbourhood came back to present neighbourhood via TD place Craft Beer, to St-Laureant station by route 7 and back to my apartment by route 41. 10h36

November 10 of 2025: bought one intl. stamp from Canada Post Station T in Ottawa at 09:21:57 W/G 2, transaction got listed twice on the card’s transactions list. Card was purchased from the same location Station T, card requires me to load money on it before using it like a prepaid debit card, but in their system it was recognized as a credit card. Credit Cards have a pre-authorized limit to spend, this card has no limit, only limited by how much money can be loaded on it. A bit convoluted system of cards and retail machines. Approached a retail outlet of Canada Post at a shoppers drug mart, but the clerk was not able to handle it. I wanted to talk to her about the error of their system, she said to another man she was helping. But she was not helping me. Second cup transaction was listed twice.
November 10 of 2025: one crossing guard was seen controlling the traffic at Haig Dr and Russell Rd T section, perhaps traffics lights were not reliable although traffic lights were operational around 09h07.

November 08 of 2025: a teller of a bank branch outside Walmart gave me an empty envelope after completing a transaction, which I left at one of the ATM/ABM, was of no use for me. No signatures were required for the transaction.
November 08 of 2025: bought my lunch for dine in at a restaurant, went to Gloucester shopping centre to buy few essentials and back to my apartment around 14h00. Due to possibility of snow, after this trip I am ready for the winter like for the past 32 years, for myself, by myself, no need to wait for helpers or social workers. Social workers can help me for other matters, such as to roll back my life to go back to my previous working life of pre immigration which was in Jubail Saudi Arabia, without depleting more years of my life. I am 69 years of age in 2025, I have been requesting this to my OW case workers since 2013 in Niagara Region. Since my work was sabotaged in year 1999 in Jubail Saudi Arabia, I need a helping hand to represent my situation to the previous employers to reinstate me back in my previous position in Jubail.
November 07 of 2025: around 10h00 when I opened my apartment door to step out of the building. Two women were seen talking to each other, one woman (with a walking device) was standing on the door frame of my door facing the opposite side woman and the other woman was standing facing my door 307. I told them my mother was not here as I was bolting the door. Vehicle 4748 towards Birdman station around 10h10, back around 12h50 via St-Laurent Station.
November 06 of 2025: route 40 to hunt club, walked to bank st. Stop , route 6 to Billings bridge, route 41 back to Elmvale and walked to my apartment, around 21h45.
It was seen that luckymobile sim cards or my ulefone note 12 has developed some kind of defect that it was showing a small icon to check voice messages when there were no messages. Or else some one else was using my sim card without my knowledge. Trying to resolve the issue. Pre paid Mobile numbers 613-413-9812 and 613-413-9237 still belong to me. Hackers should back off, will face serious consequences of messing with some one’s mobile communication devices. Google notifications were not appearing on other phone. Got it fixed, under observation.
November 06 of 2025: around 08h30 as I was heading towards the front side exit door in the lobby, I heard people in the lobby talking about volunteerism. I used to be a IEEE (only) volunteer since 2008 when Ottawa Section of IEEE chose me as their newsletter editor. But I am not a volunteer of any kind anywhere in the world, because I need money as well, although volunteerism does not prevent anyone from making/earning money.
No one was allowed, No one should steal/buy and sell my old receipts for any fraud and crime, such powr techniques do not last long, they soon come to end.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was not a purchasing department of or for any government, after immigration to Canada in 1993 he is a buyer for himself, for his dependent family members, for personal needs, so such requirements on receipts/records etc is very unreasonable and beyond a consumers responsibility. Govt. purchading/procurement departments may have different needs, requirements, regulations on such issues, but same can not be applied to consumers who buy for personal needs. Over regulations and strictness can make consumers to not consume at all.
November 06 of 2025: Purchase receipt of the Samsung A35 which is an insignificant and low end phone, was found. Not sure why it was so important, that it made me locate it in my junk. Although I have removed the web account which was created by myself just to play with the features of the web registration, Samsung branded products which I purchased from various resellers remained registered in their system. It was not a well planned system that for the same manufacturer consumers can have multiple resellers (retailing points) which can result in multiple consumer profiles, it would be better to discontinue all such profiles for product registration, and adopt old style warranty system (pre internet era) to take the incentives out of fraud makers and criminal minds for safety of consumers. Or directly purchase from manufacturer’s outlets instead of resellers or whole sellers. Staples and other retail stores and relevant agencies should makes that they receipt they on papers should permanent and not fade over a period of time. Staples receipt which was printed a year ago is not as sharp and has faded which makes difficult to read. They should email PDF file or text the receipts for long time keeping purposes in addition to the printed format of the receipt.
November 05 of 2025: Motorola phone purchased in Alkhobar in 2024, not sure where it was manufactured, was very low quality and low durability. Phone was incompatible (NOT compatible) with local networks in the area, also onbthis day Ejector spring which makes the SIM tray pop out failed, required lot of pin pushing to make it pop out.
November 05 of 2025: watched a very old 60s Hindi movie “Love in Tokyo” in my family language “Urdu” in which an actor by the given name of “Mehmood” was one of the cast member. This name is phonetically similar to Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood }’s family name but different spellings. This actor of Hindi movies “Mehmood” was born in 1932 in Hindustan and died in Pennsylvania USA at the age of 71. Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood}’s age at that time was 48 years, and he was associated with Sears Oxford Valley Mall, BCIU 22 and Holiday Inn Express (OV).

November 04 of 2025: same problem persisted as was documented on Nov 03 that Microsoft Windows 11 upgraded version was interfering and/or not detecting with wifi hotspot on specific network names SSID which were generated by myself as the owner of the setup. Only trouble makers if there were any around me, would try to use the same SSID as I was using just to learn from it, let us see what happens if we do this. If this theory was true than trouble makers should use such approaches to learn in a lab or in learning environments not in real life environment. People should have honest and caring nature not to sabotage others setup just to show their knowledge and powers without a need for such foul play techniques.
November 03 of 2025: around 18h15 a tall man kind of African looks was seen in corridor B of floor 3, almost like shadowing me, when I opened the opened of my apartment, he opened the door and came out of the first apartment and walked towards the elevators, I walked towards the stair ways door B to go to the lobby, many people were seen at the bottom of the stairways, when I returned to my apartment, same man returned to his apartment.
November 03 of 2025: It was noticed that Microsoft Windows 11 upgraded version was interfering with wifi hotspot on specific network names and/or not detecting SSID which were generated by myself as the owner of the setup. .
November 03 of 2025: Scotiabank management should train their call centte staff to use full names of the account holders. This morning when I called scotiabank customer service, repeatedly my incomplete name was used by the bank representative on the phone, despite my request to use my complete name at the beginning of the phone call.
November 03 of 2025: some kind of fire alarm testing was heard which was without fire, same type of alarms were heard frequently in Hamilton at 2-671 Fennell Ave. East. As if these alarms were used in that building in Hamilton to alert people of something which was not known to me. But was frequent.
November 02 of 2025: Philips wall mounted 32 inch smart display developed some unknown defect this evening around 18h00 and was not booting to start screen, most likely due to some software bugs. I will replace it with a 32 inch tablet mounted on a stand. was a Low cost product, Short life span lasted two years. It was cheaper than Samsung A35/6Gb phone.
November 02 of 2025: Bought two ready to eat items from Whole food store at TD place, bought one bottle of Gain brand laundry detergent from home hardware, which seems to be a bit pricy for the quantity 1.36L ORGL for 10.16 including taxes. Paid cash. I requested a price check to make sure it was correctly priced/correctly placed on shelf. Sonce it was Sunday almost shops closing time, I decided not to shop around for a better price product. I did some research on the internet and found that Walmart.ca is selling same brand 2.6L bottle for nearly same price.
November 01 of 2025: I am in Ottawa Ontario Canada, bought coffee at star bucks near City Hall, went to Holiday Inn via greenboro and Elmvale. It was noticed repeatedly that restaurants located at Holiday Inn are not professionally operated. Their standards have gone down drastically. Name based menues do not guarantee that the food served will match the with the name of the food which encouraged some one to order the food. They do not have proper staff, chefs to prepare and serve the food. Prices on the menues are based on the food prepared and served by professionals. Even if the foof was prepared by unqualified chefs, restaurant will not change the prices (shut up pocess). I use the restaurants based on the reputation of the brand name. But not all the locations operate according to the brand name standards. They should be audited for pricing, quality and standards. Perhaps that’s why Holiday Inn Express locations do not have restaurant/ kitchen, they just serve buffett breakfast, I was a front desk staff of Holiday Inn Express brand many years ago.
November 01 of 2025: OC transpo buses were irregular today. Missing schedule, as if they watch for me to walk away from the stop than show up. Etc. Trainyards restaurant was unusually busy this afternoon, lot of chatter, this place used to be nearly empty and inactive.
