TO WHOM IT MAY INTEREST
Reminder (1) : TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/APPLY/INTEREST THAT Engr. (male) KhalidMahmood} is not a staff of uOttawa neither staff of any of the Hospitals or clinics in the Country of Canada. Posted on August 05 of 2025 in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 by Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood}
Reminder (2) : People in Canada (i.e. local communities) will not know Engr. KhalidMahmood since birth because he was born elsewhere and arrived in Canada in 1993 at the age of 37. They will know him by the govt. records since 1993. They might assume 1993 as the first year or birth year or new life in Canada since 1993 when his name started appearing on computer display screens.
Reminer (3): Since 1993 Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} lived in Canada/North America as a Canadian Citizen but not as a Pakistani Citizen. For this reason people might say that Engr. {(male)KhalidMahmood} of Pakistani Citizenship did not (never ever) live in Canada/North America, which will be a blend of half truth and half deception but although he was a Canadian Citizen since the beginning when he moved to Canada, he was still of Pakistani origin due to place of birth in Karachi as was declared on the landing papers and also documented in citizenship and other records.
So after immigration/departing from Karachi in December 1993 Pakistan Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} (with a spouse and a child) was physically absent from Karachi but was not a “missing family” from Pakistan because it was documented on govt. records that family moved to Canada lawfully by lawful travel means by air on a PIA flight and safely landed in Toronto via brief stopover at a Newyork airport. Brief Stopover in New York was NOT known before departing from Karachi in December 1993 because it was not a travel segment, no voucher.
Since birth in 1956 to 1993 (male) KhalidMahmood existed (lived) outside of Canada because he was physically present elsewhere on this planet earth, but was never missing from Canada.
As per my personal (life) experiences in Canada since 1993 i.e. after arriving as landing family in ND2 category, it was very likely that country of previous citizenship/origin and country of birth (i.e. Pakistan) try to find the future life records of the person after person migrated to another country, would that be under birth Citizenship records or immigration citizenship records. At the same time, the new country of citizenship (i.e. Canada) effective from after entering the country try to find the past life of the person, would that be under Canadian Citizenship or the previous Citizenship. In my opinion in such situations, instead of looking for records associated with specific country or citizenship, they should look for records on this planet earth. World needs to have a comprehensive global data bases with biometrics to avoid such complications to determine where the person would be. Bio matrics will make the databases independent (or may strengthen) of nationality, IDs, passports etc.
3) in my parental family it was common during the mischief or naive age when children make mistakes, that they (parents) would ask from others “what did he/she do” because children may not tell the truth because of the fear of the punishment or scoldings. But such question were not asked after a certain age when children become responsible and more open to talk about their mistakes and wrong doings. When strangers and irrelevant people ask such a question “what did he/she do” about a senior and and a parent, does not mean that they were trying to find mischief or a crime or a wrong doing of the senior. It simply means that they were trying to steal information and spying on a senior and respected person but in such a way and tone of voice that people will disclose/divulge information easily otherwise it was unlawful and crime to spy and steal information without proper authorization from relevant authorities. So people should not fall for such unethical tactics of fear mongers to disclose information.
