June 01 of 2024: woke up in Ottawa around 04h30 am in my apt 307 of OCH building at 1909 Russell Rd. K1G3P2.
June 01 of 2024: timer beeps like sounds (in low volume, faded sounds) were heard in the corridor perhaps originating from one of the adjacent apartments on this floor due to use of cooking range at high heat. Were heard Few times between 08h30 and 09h00. These beeps were not fire alarms.
June 01 of 2024: as I was stepping out for a walk around the neighbour hood around 09h00, a woman was seen walking at a fast pace in the corridor towards the elevators from the B side stairs, when I got to the lobby few people were seen entering the lobby through buffer zone entrance, a woman was seen waiting for the elevator behind me when I was reading the notices placed around the white board. I went outdoors through the lounge. On the way back stopped at Starbucks for a cup of coffee, and visited the BMO machine to update my account. I was back in my apartment by 10h00 so I was outdoors for about one hour. Got back by route 55 towards the hospitals bound for west gate mall.
June 01 of 2024: visited the Ottawa public library located in the Elm Vale Acres strip mall next to the nails, pedicure, manicure place. to update my library record.
June 02 of 2024: an ambulance was seen outside the building between 13h00. A couple was seen moving out of apt 309 in this building 1909 Russell Rd Ottawa with their hands full of belongings in black bag after the ambulance left from the property with one sick person. Remained indoors most of the day. used oc-transpo for short trip to Elmvale Station and back by bus route 40. I used the same elevator to go down to the lobby with the couple. A woman was seen entering the trash room as I came out of the elevator at the lobby level.
June 02 of 2024:
I recently purchased a presto virtual fare card on May 30 of 2024 using google wallet app while I was at the YYZ terminal waiting for my flight to YOW, but did not use it, because I used my previous very old physical cal card in Ottawa at the airport.
Few days later on June 02 of 2024, I reset my phone due a technical glitch and google wallet was not able to restore the virtual presto fare card. However it prompted me to call presto directly to get support in this matter such as to retrieve or transfer.
I was told by the phone support that virtual presto fare cards can not be transferred cannot be retrieved if this happened.
A different method was told to me that virtual card should purchased using presto app which would link to Google wallet. Should not be purchased direct on the google wallet. At the end of the call I was told there was nothing they (Presto virtual fare card group) could do anything about it. I would suggest that in such situations they (Presto fare card group) should refund or load it on a physical card as a gesture of good customer service.
June 03 of 2024: my mobile phones stopped due to lack of money. Please come and see me in person at my address instead of making a call.
June 03 of 2024: visited OCH Chapel to find out if there was any documents they were waiting for from me, got a number and seated myself, but it was very busy and crowded so I did not wait for too long because of the route 55 going back towards Elmvale Station around that time.
June 04 of 2024: Beeping sounds were heard originating from the annunciator panel in the lobby of building at 1909 Russell Rd., in Ottawa around 09h45. I asked one person in the lobby as he was exiting where was the fire, he did not know the answer. Around same time two firetrucks were seen entering the Russell Rd from Smyth road and headed towards the industrial Rd, probably they came out of the 900 Industrial Rd training facility for a driving round and were going back to the their station. Beeping sound stopped some times before 11h30
June 04 of 2024: Around 11h30 knocked were heard in the corridor while I was eating my lunch, so I went to the door and looked around, a man was seen standing at apt 309, I went to the lobby to check my internet connectivity, beeps were silenced, a girl in black dress perhaps from 309 was seen leaving through the lobby door, other people were seen, a woman was seen sitting in the buffer zone. On my way up to my apartment, a OCH maintenance person Kevin was seen at the B side door, I asked him if he knocked on my door for the work order to set the HVAC/air for my apartment. Not yet. Stepping out around noon time.
June 04 of 2024: Filed a complaint with Air Canada in Ottawa for over billing my account and extra money for one single flight from DMM to YOW around 14h30 using web form on customer relations web page of Air Canada.
June 05 of 2024: a man and a woman were seen and heard arguing about something near the Canada Post lockers placed across from the elevators, around 14h50 when I entered the lobby from outdoors, I used the B side stairs to go upstairs to my apartment 307.
June 06 of 2024: a fridge was seen placed in the corridor as I was walking towards the A side stairs. Perhaps some one was moving in or out or perhaps was just for maintenance. I took a short bus ride and came back to my apt. 307. Went outdoors through the lounge, perhaps they were preparing for a meeting in the lounge, I guessed it, a white board was seen placed on a stand and formation of the tables etc.. I used the A side Stairs to enter the building and B side stairs to get to my apartment 307.
June 06 of 2024: feels like OCH housing has not yet turned on air in my apartment 307.
June 06 of 2024: visited the TD Canada Trust Bank (two branches at Minto place and TD arena exhibition place to find out if there was any issues with my trading account. On the way back it started raining heavily like cats and dogs, most like cloud seeding chemically induced rain between 15h00 and 16h00. When I arrived back at the building 1909 few women were seen waiting at the street side door and few women were seen sitting near the elevators around 16h00.
