I need OEM licence for the Lenovo lap ideapad I purchased from a bestbuy retail store in Ottawa. Store did not provide me the OEM licence. Updated on October 03 of 2023.

I recently purchased a Lenovo laptop ideapad 1 from a Bestbuy store in Ottawa on 09/24/2023 Serial number S/N PF4G6JTE.

It came with one year warranty.

But there was no software key with it for office 365.

Also I need you to activate and register the windows 11 operating system preinstalled on it.

Reseller should provide this information to the customer before opening the box.
