I would like add my thought and views on this matter. Any kind of dough is made from flour as a basic ingredient as I saw my female parent do it for preparing chapati with out any additives except bit of a salt. If the flour was freshly ground chances are there were no bugs in it of any kind. But if the flour was stored in long term storage facilities or transported on ships over long distances may develop bugs which were invisible to naked eyes and may get in human body and try to come out through skin and may result in rashes etc. In my opinion machines like coffee grinders should be used to grind fresh flour every time instead of using old long term stored flour, to avoid health hazards.
