TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST
July 23 of 2023: around 01h15, ambulance was called for some one Ronald. When I went outdoor, an ambulance was seen in the Daly Street on the side of the shelter.
July 23 of 2023: Shelter menu has a dish named “vegetarian”, when I ask for “vegetarian” I get a dish of rice, beans/lentles/chick peas etc. with green salad. So, when I say “vegetarian” does not mean that I was vegetarian, it simply means that I prefer rice based dish over other selections of the day.
July 23 of 2023: Shopper’s drug Mart at 888 Meadowlands and Prince of Wales Dr across from service Canada over charged me for a Over the counter common Polysporin on medication around 13h54. When I told the cashier I was told nothing can be done about it. Is that a acceptable response. I have been customer of this pharmacy since 2007.
July 24 of 2023: Housing worker wrote me an email to see her today when I was near Montreal Rd and Ogilvie area, I responded between 3 and 4 PM, by the time I arrived at her office location, office was already closed around 15h45 as was told by two men sitting on the door steps of shelter client services centre. My next stop was to check-in for bed at the 35 Waller Street before 3rd meal of the day at 16h30.
July 25 of 2023: Around 16:40- 3rd meal of the day, it was a rice based dish, but the rice I got on my plate was not fully steamed, it was mix of fully and not fully done rice, some portions of it was almost raw. Eating raw rice can result in stomach upset. few spoons may not make a difference but half a plate of raw rice can be a problem.
July 25 of 2023: Someone recorded a message on my voice mail box around 13h20 to deliver a mattress, which I did not order. I am not sure what it was about, who ordered a mattress using my phone number.
