Completed the meeting at 370 Catherine Street, submitted my original affidavit In lieu of CPP and OAS applications, which was copied by Charlotte Langevin. Vicki Brasil was also present (she thought my applications for CPP and OAS were submitted in Hamilton, which was not correct, it was Brampton municipality of Peel Region). A printer copy of the application was seen on the table. I suggested that they should submit my affidavit to the Service Canada as a evidence that I have already applied for CPP and OAS about a year ago in 2022 but there was no money received. Charlotte Langevin tried to contact Social Worker Brook L. Davis as well on her computer to find out when she can attend next meeting about this matter.

After the above meeting, I was in a meeting with the housing worker Elizabeth Abit in her office on the upper floor at 29 Waller Street on June 28 of 2023 around 13h45-14h00.
