To the attention of Canada Bar association and legal communities. The undersigned needs help to deal with a housing situation. His apartment entrance was blocked by lock changes on July 08, he has no access since that time except brief access to the apartment on July 10 Friday night, when few people vandalized the apartment door and harassed me to leave from the apartment, since than I have access to my apartment. I need immediate action to get my apartment acces, I am a senior of 70 years of age and cannot use public shelters, in 2023 shelters food made me sick and I was offered to accept apartment 307 by force but now since july 08 2026 I have no access to my residence. Matter as described above in the header. Urgent attention, quick resolution, if not I have a right to go back to my country of Origin prior to the Immigration of 1993 to Canada. Regardless of it I also have a right to know why my apartment entrance was blocked on July 08 (nearly three weeks ago) of 2026 to keep me out of my permanant residence since than. I am a Citizen of Canada, law fully entered Canada without trespassing as a landed immigrant in ND2 category on December 02 of 1993.

Provide me replacement housing and monetary compensation for all this situation, nearly three weeks since July 08 of 2026.

I have approached relevant people in this matter staring from the next day July 09, including the Premier of the Province of Ontario being the highest authority in housing matters. If all these people were not responding to my situation could be due to the following two reasons:

  1. Some people may not be telling the authorities real situation and telling them false stories about this matter, keeping them in illusions.
  2. If they (authorities) know the truth, real situation and still not taking corrective steps to provide me replacement housing means they do not want to house me in Canada.
  3. If the above mentioned point 2 was true than I have a right to return to my country of Origin and roll back my life to my past. Please provide me ways abd mean, plane ticket and monetary compensation to enable me to return to my past, country of origin. My right to return to roll back my life to my past was not depended on this situation, it just provided another reason to proceed expedited with roll back of my life. People can not live under the sky for so many weeks, OAS/GIS/OW-CPP was not sufficient to support hotel life style, unless govt arranges with the tenant insurance company to cover the cost hotel expenses. Something needs to be done urgently.
