TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST
(malicious intents) – An observation based on a response from a housing agency is as follows. They evict people illegally and illegally occupy their rental housing units, house them in shelters to make them homeless (or out of homes), after that they process their housing application as homeless and do not provide means to people to go back to their home where they lived before coming to Canada. I did not live in Public shelters before coming to Canada, I lived at home. Does this mean that they provide immigration to people from other countries to build homeless population in Canada. I am questioning this based on my personal experiences and some facts available to me which have been documented on my website. This is a very strange cycle.
Link provided below to the Housing needs assessment document completed by the intake worker of the shelter in Hamilton in June 2022 (06/20/2022) which is still valid after one year, my needs have not changed. I have submitted this document to OW case worker in Ottawa, Social worker in Ottawa and Housing worker at the Mission shelter in Ottawa. Many years ago (around 2006/2007) a OW case worker in Ottawa asked me to sign a homeless declaration which I declined. I have told all the housing workers that I am home bound because I am going back permanently where I came from before immigration in 1993. I was not homeless in my previous country of residence before immigration, and housing was never an issue.
