TO WHOM IT MAY APPLY/INTEREST/CONCERN. AN URGENT MESSAGE POSTED BY ENGINEER KHALIDMAHMOOD AT LONDON LHR airport in UK. On October 07 of 2026

TO WHOM IT MAY APPLY/CONCERN/INTEREST

Phone numbers on old style 50s land line phones were definite indicator of someone’s physical location where the phone line was installed. But with the mobiles, virtuals, Social media and VoIP numbers, same is not a guarantee of physical presence at the number’s location. But I can show/provide my location by showing my digital coordinates. I am in London UK at a airport LHR. From here I called Ontario Canada 211 with my Ottawa based Mobile VoIP number, just by reading the number on their (receivers of the call) display they should not assume that call was originated/ made from Ottawa Canada, rather the interpretation should be that call was made by a resident of Ottawa Canada who was physically elsewhere in London UK at a airport. What is tresspassing in Canada and USA, illegals roaming the lands, houses, and offices, govt. buildings. financial institutions etc. or Law abiding Citizens living, working walking in Canada. Rental jurisdiction applies to a particular unit in a apartment building, but other public places remain accessible due to other reasons. was my tenancy in #307 was abruptly terminated, they should provide an alternate place or time period to find and relocate, why housing of the shelter blocked in 2023 when other people were interested in renting to me because of my past living in Ottawa. Is there someone bold enough in Ottawa Ontario Canada to sit with me and talk about these issues. Why play such games with Engineers without giving them a pay cheque. Something to think about. Engr.
