A pattern was detected by over the years (over thirty years) that these companies operating with transient workers make wrong finanacial transactions (in other words take unauthorized money) and provide no method to claim it back. In some situations they take money from one person wrongfully and refund to another. After damage was done you can never find the same workers, one can not be sure if the name tags used were authentic.

An IVR flow to file a complaint for wrong transaction after terminating services was like this “are a you a customer”, next “are you trying to become a customer”. Why don’t they have a third option are you trying to claim your money which was taken from you wrongfully.
