TO THE ATTENTION OF PREMIER OF PROVINCE OF ONTARIO AND RELEVANT AUTHORITIES
July 28 of 2026: A reminder to premier of Province of Ontario to look into my housing situation immediately and provide me access to my apartment 307 immediately before the Civic Holiday Long week end of August 01 of 2026. Or else pleasec provide me one time emergency funding to return to my country of birth, I will pay it back to you as soon as I get my pay cheque. I am under the sky since July 08 of 2026 not very desirable living conditions for an old man of my age 70, please help me and provide me Hilton Garden Inn Alert Rd Ottawa Ontario Canada, as emegency shelter due to the events in the building which started on July 08 of 2026, have not ended yet for the past 21 days/3 weeks.
July 26 of 2026: waiting for access to my residence/apartment which has been blocked since July 08 of 2026
July 25 of 2026: as of today 19h00 keys to my apartment have not been returned. This is violation of my immigration understaing under ND2 category of professional in demand points system. Experts should analyze since the time of my arrival in Canada how many times I was subjected to this kind of situation out of my apartment since july 8th without replacement housing. Why I was on OW social assistance for over 20 years, when people were employed they can buy their own home on mortgage monthly payments and not go through shelters and under the sky situations. Before immigration to Canada in 1993 I owned my own property housing which was in use of my mother and siblings and their families, I was also housed in Jubail Saudi Arabia as per contract housing provisions. I want my housing restored immediately and keys must be returned to me. I am anti fraud, anti crime, anti corupption, anti unethical and ant un lawful practices in business. Some one should explain to me honestly why my entrance to residential apartment was blocked for no unknown reason. I have the intentions to go back roll back to my past life but not in this situation, I would like to travel as regular traveler not like someone who has no residential space in Canada, bad image for Canada and western hemisphere. Think about it…
July 23 of 2026: people responsible for housing should immediately provide me a replacement housing based on my already completed housing process of 2023. Also must immediately provide me financial relief to deal with current situation. I have a right to know the reason for the action of July 08 of 2026 on my apartmemt door 307.
July 23 of 2026: checked out of LE hotel. Credit card seems to be a requirement for these hotels, or else they keep a refundable deposit overnight for incidental. Still I have not yet received any information about reentry to my apartment and building. Someshould remind them to hurry up, I am a Citizen if Canada, who was using my Citizenship perks. Technicalarmy should take action against these culprits invisible enemies of the Citizens and restore the importance and power of technical professionals. Technicalarmy should show who has real power. July 8 to July 26 over two weeks under the sky without replacement housing was a long period of time for a senior at 70. Please reissue all my keys and fix the OCH systems. July 08 was an unusual date to initiate this illegal process to end the tenancy without involving the undersighed the rightful owner of the apartment 307 due to housing process completion in 2023, with multiple agencies. Perhaps gangs operating were waiting for imported hooligans to come to committ this crime and disappear and after the disaapearance of no hooligans no evidence and people will forget. Was it possible that people forget crimes by this technique, not sure. Not possible.
July 22 of 2026: checked out of LE hotel, remained in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Need financial resources to relocate my self to another place. No message from relevant authorities regarding my reentry to the building. Please expedite.

I want someone to talk to me immediately about my rights when I am out of my housing, what should I do under the open sky when it rains, in thunderstorm, it can be dangersous for a man of age 70 under open sky without any roof above my head. Please listen to my problems and tell and guide me to get my housing back in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2. I do not want to go to public shelter because shelters made me sick. Being a family person I was approved for housing so why keep me out of my apartment. This life style is not fun for me, is extreme hardship.

Such repeated problems impact my health and cause unnessary stress due to my age 70. Seniors organizations should look into this issue and provide me accommodation tonight (not in the public shelters). I have no woman or a “after divorce family” in my life, so I am NOT hiding with others, I am on my own since divirce (a mother and a spouse is not the same in all cultures, in some cultures it may be same person but not in my cultures). Home is a place for protection for everyone, and protection is interpreted as hiding by the illiterate and malicious people of the society to send false alarms to bogus law enfircement agencies. All humans and animals go home for protection from dangerous outdoors and weather conditions. To buy groceries from stores for own or family members consumption was not for hiding purpose, it was normal for those who grew up and were born and raised in family environments. Other people who grew up in different environnents might consider it hiding which was absolutely wrong. Politicians, politics related people, social workers have a different life style, for them it is a requirement to be seen with public in open under the sky to justify their induction in the position. Not all humans live that kind of life style. Some humans live private life style and go out only when it was essential and after completing the task go back to the their home, which is not considered hiding. And what was wrong with hiding at own home, if some was at home even after committing crime, it would be normal and better for law enforcement to find the person at home than to go on a chase. But remainging at home and spending time at home was not hiding.
There may be impostors using a name similar to KhalidMahmood and using their own name, when they go out they will makeup stories why people can not see their version of KhalidMahmood and one of the story may be that he was hiding at home or he was sleeping or he died etc. etc. Few centuries is a long enough time for common people to understand such fraud techniques and not be fooled by new fraud makers. Only one KhalidMahmood has been properly identifued, IDed by western countries, lives by himself, does everything by himself but fraud makers will spread the word that no one knows KhalidMahmood i.e. their version of KhalidMahmood not the Origial version of KhalidMahmood, every one knows original KhalidMahmood. Fraud makers will apply or divert the punishment or scrutiny meant for their version of KhalidMahmood (or in other words since they themselves were playing the role of KhalidMahmood so the punishment and scrunity meant for themselves) to original KhalidMahmood. In a world population of about 8B this will never come to end, so the thinkers and scholars of the society should try to end this fraud and start fraud in another name like past famous scientists, religious scholars or even in the name of creator. That will give them more prophets. Engineer KhalidMahmood is anti fraud, anti crime, anti corruption anti marriage for himself, not in sex not in brothel businesses because he is in Engineering business with zero dollars Income at present not counting Canadian OAS.

I am a Citizen of Canada live in Canada since 1993.
I was on OW social assistance during 2006-2023 excluding the time periods when I was a paid employed, abd declared Income.
There was a lengthy process required before I was housed in apartment 307 at 1909 Russell Rd Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2. Process was completed by shelter housing worker, a social worker and OW social assistance. Since July 08th of thus year, I have no access to my apartment with out a reason. There were three lock changes on my apartment door 08th, 11th, and 13th August. But lock change procedures were not followed.
As a structured approach to this problem I contacted housing worker, social worker., etc and also the A.I.P worker in the same building where I live. I was told by A.I.P worker to go to shelter which I declined. A.I.P should assign housing to seniors not shelter.
Reason for going to the shelter is to start the process of housing. Since I have already done housing process, should be applied to rehouse me at the same address in the same apartment for continuity of my residence, not to be misplaced in another housing which may result in unnecessary searches. Or else I should be housed/ accommodated in two apartments and retain the current address.
It has been 12 days on July 19 that I have no access to my apartment, I want it restored immediately.
All the records related to housing processing can be obtained from OW social assistance, Ottawa Mission Housing workers, Social workers and Community Legal Services.
Premier of the Province Ontario, I need immediate relief from this abuse at age 70, and alternate or same apartment.

July 21 of 2026: I wonder what will happen if other people start taking all the properties just by changing locks and false charges to justify their wrong doing. It has been about two weeks since lock was changed on my apartment 307. Is Canadian Govt. making prople out of home. I did not come to Canada in 1993 to live out of home. In my childhood I did not learn this life style and have no intentions to learn this life style. Please help me to restore my normal life style. I did not do anything wrong. Was houding not a right of Canadian Citizens, why my right of housing was taken away from me on 8th July 2026. Was housing for Citizens not covered by charter of rights.
July 21 of 2026: was waiting in the garden of the building around 08h00 for my lobby Entrance and apartment door lock Keys, someone please help me immediately, tenant board please help me in this matter, my previous SOT#: 58722-15-IN, after that incident, I was housed in Ottawa at 307-1909 Russeell Rd, Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2, but since Juky 08 of 2026 have been multiple lock changes at my apartment door which is same as what was done to me in 2015 in Niagara Falls Ontarion. Please help me I need to sleep in my apartment.
July 21 of 2026: exorbitant amount I was told by Abir Arraj was unthinkable. After Subsidy amount I was offered this apartment at CAD$115.00 per month rent, No one will ever pay the amount OCH was telling now perhaps they forgot the subsidy amount. Was this rental subsidy an entrapment for me by the housing workers of the shelter. Why OW social assistance referred me to this shelter in April 2023 which made me sick and impacted my health for 4 months. Why they did not send me to the housing companies directly without shelter. I need legal help in this matter urgently.
