June 30 of 2026: this day turned into a rainy day, in the morning was normal day. bought an umbrella from a Dollarama shop in the basement of the mall, paid by phone, to get back to my apartment without getting soaked up in the rainy water. A second incident of a quick boy entering the platform without tapping a presto on a fare gate when I was exiting from the gate. Couple of years ago most likely in 2024 a quick boy did the same to enter the platform without tapping a presto to enter, same St-Laurent station. I wonder if they do it as a preplanned operation after tracking me at this oc transpo LRT station. St-Laurent OC transpo station seems to be heavily guarded station, located right above the LRT station across from the gate 4 of the mall. They must be watching the fare gates remotely by the cameras, still some thrill seeker boys or challenger boys do it that they enter the platform without tapping. Where were the OC transpo ticket checkers at the time, they show up frequently on buses and in the LRT. Perhaps such boys want to show their quickness or the flaw at the gates. OC transpo security watching fare gates on cameras can make a loud announcement to get the attention of such people.

June 29 of 2026: visited a BMO branch around 13:13:34 for in person transaction at a tellers station, her computer was down, she was able to access my account right after I inserted bmo debit card in the machine on the counter, without PIN entry, got a receipt of the transaction. When I asked for PIN entry she said her computer was down.

June 28 of 2026: visited Kanata area, a restaurant in that area, new staff was seen working, paid by phone, I was given a receipt of payment printed by the machine, on the way back visited Carlingwood Mall where I used to work at Sear Canada Store in 2008 during Christmas season. I saw a sign in the mall that Mall was 70 this year, some old cars were on display in the mall. My age number as well is 70 this year in 2026, but not the same thing. I (the undersigned) am a human being of age number 70 in 2026 and Mall was not a human being, was not a living thing like hunan being. Mall employs people but, Mall 70 does not mean all the Mall workers and customers were (NOT at all) 70 this year, NOT at All. Something to think about.
June 27 of 2026: Remained indoors most of the day, except short visit to a grocery store near OCtranspo depot.
June 26 of 2026: visited a branch of BMO bank located at Richmond Rd near Farm boy grocery store, to get a print of screen dump transactions. I used my debit card in the teller machine and entered my PIN as was required by their procedures. The bank teller who provided me services asked me if I was using pcfinancial master card, he told me someone will call me regarding a credit card which will be available for me to pickup at the branch (I requsted courier delivery or in person pickup from a branch).
June 26 of 2026: Samsung UI update from 8.0 to 8.5 may have some impact on samsung wallet contents, perhaps it initialized the wallet payment cards. This resulted in adding a card again, after in person verification at a branch.
June 26 of 2026: my BMO bank debit cards fails very frequently, some kind of human intervention, it fails almost quarterly. Banks account remains active, cards fails. The advantage of modern banking was to be able to do banking out of the banking hours, but if they disable debit card without informing the account holder than it is very questionable technology, which can not be trusted. In my opinion pass book banking should be reinstated, there were no issues with passbook banking. There were no such failures, was less flexible to use account after hours. But there were banks/financial institutions which were offering 8 to 8, 12 hour services. When prople become use to convenience and flexibility and if it was suddenly taken away without advance information can become very problematic. A prepaid debit card with MC logo sold by Canada Post had the same issue that it got disable for no reason and resellers were not able to fix the issue so I canceled it.
June 26 of 2026: fast break fast near one if my previous neighbourhoods. It appears to me that up unitll few months ago data/information was being collected on the count of looking and touching, but recently strategy has been been changed and data/information is being collected on the counts of “not looking” and “not touching”.
June 25 of 2026: went to downtown around 18h30 for a quick meal at Sparks St. Ottawa. Paid by cash, receiot signed bygthe server. I reminded server that my name imitials were “K.M.” not “O.K.”. Back in my apartment via St-Laurent and Elmvale. Many people were seen hovering around the entrance door and few vehicles, so I decided to use the side “B” door to get to my apartment. One peedon was sitting on the bench in the buffer zone, some one was sitting in one of the the chair placed outside the building.
June 25 of 2026: route 14 at stop 8773 scheduled at 21h00 did not arrive as scheduled, arrived at 21h12 (12 minutes off schedule).
June 25 of 2026: made a payment to Rogers wireless mobile 289-990-6590 phone bill payment from my own legally obtained BMO bank account, does not belong to anyother person by the same neither by different name.
June 25 of 2026: it was in 2006 that I heard from a employment counselor “you can do matrix”, probably she said that instead of “you can do grid”, Service Canada implemented a grid for authentication purposes on their website 20 years later.

June 24 of 2026: went outdoors for about 90 minutes to downtown to see the night lights and some fresh air before going to bed in my apartment.
June 24 of 2026: stepped outdoors, after lunch indoors around noon time. visited bayshore mall area where I used to live many years ago in 1998. Bought few items from a store in the mall, back via Billingsbridge station, Hurdman station, some food and drink at Liam mcguire (paid by cash) before coming back to/in my apartment.
June 24 of 2026: this morning Rogers web account associated with 289-990-6590 stopped working, login failed. After a long hold and several calls my call was answered, but no answer was found to why the web account log in was blocked. Got it working, strange things were happening, full profile was not visible. This monile number and rogers wireless account is owned, operated and paid by Engineer (male) KhalidMahmood. Since I am anti fraud I do not practice, I do not allow, I do not believe in the system that any “Khalid” can use it. Bill payments, account numbers phone numbers are issued to specific people because of the ID numbers. These are not name based. In my experience in all the countries where they have ID system for every individual, all the legal matters are handled by IDs associated with a Individuals name. Name only system is not acceptable. I own this number since 2013 when it was issued in Niagara Region, over the years I have changed carriers but I have retained phone number because I always met their stringent legal criteria to port the number from one service provider to another. They were always playing tough on me. So how can they say that they do not know who it belongs to. Babies or children might, but they should consult with seniors when in doubt. Service providers or any individuals should stops drooling on and eyeing my number, even if I discontinue the service I have legal rights to retain the number. During this time sometimes carriers rebranded by changing business name to make it look like a different company. Using the same number over a long period of time becomes like an Identifier for the person. So there was no use hiding profile etc. from the rightful original owner.
June 23 of 2026: In the afternoon I tried to add the scotiabank card to phone payment system, this time it gave me a different error message on samsung app to activate the card, so I called customer service line of scotibank, after a bit of back and forth holds etc, finally matter was resolved and card was added successfully to two payment apps. Next step, try it at a merchant. Purchases (Presto e-purse loads) from OC transpo using phone were successful around 15h30. No assumption about my monthly pass because the presto e-purse load was in addition to my monthly pass. No more blocking. Do something better.
June 23 of 2026: in the morning went to down town to visit a bank branch but instead went to a grocery store on the upper floor located at TD place, bought few items quickly, paid by card and came back to my apartment. I am still in Ottawa, have not gone out of town for the summer/holidays. Waiting and wanting to roll back my life to my past of 1993 i.e. before immigration to Canada. Late after noon visited carlingwood mall and came back to my apartment via Billingbridge station.
June 22 of 2026: went to Scotiabank branch for in person verification which was required by the googlepay app to add a debit card. In person verification was not accepted by the Scotibank because it requires to download scotiabank banking app which I do not want. Banking app has 2SV locking mechanism to bring account holder down. Banking app is not essential to operate the bank account. Other features are just added convenience. I don’t care, I don’t care, i.e. about the added conveniences, otherwise I care a lot about other matters but not the frauds.
June 22 of 2026: staff at Scotiabank branches were not prepared/not trained to handle a bit more advanced level technology related to issues such as adding a payment card to google payment system, they just refer to call centre, and tell in person that “we can’t help you”, as I was told this morning at a Kanata branch of scotiabank. Calling Scotiabanks customer service numbers is not help full at all in such matters because customer service staff that answers the call has difficulty due to understanding and language barriers which makes it hard to communicate the issue and get a problem fixed. Bank should bring relevant staff to a nearby branch where they can look at the issue in person and resolve it in person. When I arrived in Canada in 1993, I used to deal with banking staff which was senior than me and I was younger than them, I had no difficulty in understsing them and they had no difficulty in understanding me. But over the years specifically during the past 20 years a new generation of banking staff has taken over, which is very different, whose focus is not on customer satisfaction and impartial services rather they deal with me as if they want to please some one else by making normal transactions and procedures harder. Seniors bankers behaviour used to be purely professional, now a days junior bankers have domestically influenced behaviour.
June 22 of 2026: Engineer (male) KhalidMahmood was not hiding in his apartment because his conviction was non-criminal all his life, like any other qualified professional. Home is a place for everyone to hide from any unforeseen dangers outdoors. He goes out only when it was absolutely necessary, but not to hang around the street corners. He was still available in Ottawa at home or at a restaurant, has not gone anywhere. Anyother information contrary to this will be a professional liars lie.
June 21 of 2026: visited Blair station/ Gloucester centre area for lunch at an Eastside restaurant, also the Walmart where I purchased ONN 7″ table onbthe 9th. Paid for lunch by cash, was noted in handwriting on the receipt by the server. Started raining. Back in apartment via St-Laurent mall.
June 21 of 2026: Walmart Canada ONN 7″ android tablet has many limitation such as memory, storage etc, was a 2024 model, it’s keyboard has a definite defect quite serious one, external bluetooth keyboard works well. Perhaps it was easy to hack the tablet for those who knew it’s internals by the serial # etc, donot disturb takes over by itself with strange prompts such “not available driving etc” I have no vehicles so I was not driving but the device was prompting “driving”, podcast like audio starts by itself as if someone started a news channel . Etc. Keeping it under observation. Perhaps a 2026 model of the same 7″ tablet will behave better than the 2024 model.

Somehow machine at the checkout halted the payment processing and the cashier (same sounding name as undersigned) restarted the machine and wanted to take the card in his hand, which he declined. Undersigned never was a cashier at any retail store checkout anywhere in the whole wide world on this planet earth (except 7-Eleven Pennsylvania which was a mix responsibilities position 15 years ago). So beware of this fraud. Moreover he is English and Urdu speaking of Asian Indian subcontinent origin, not a Arabic speaking person. His mother was Urdu speaking of Asian Indian subcontinent origin.
Another similar situation happened at a Staples store in Ottawa Downtown about year ago, when I came across an Arabic speaking person by the same name as this checkout cashier at Walmart south keys.

A bit earlier around 17h30 some activity was seen in the garden. first time around was at about 16h20 which was earlier than time given to me of 17h00, I opened the door and provided the confirmation number to the census staff. to make sure that another person does not show up at 17h00, I stepped out of my apartment after 17h01 and came back from Elmvale station by route 5 around 17h30.
June 17 of 2026: my census online submissions were found linked to my apartment address and accepted. I have two confirmation numbers 2016 and 2026 in my records, I hope no one steals my census records for any purpose at all, statscan should watch for it. anyone stealing my records should be reminded that it might make sense if they steal from people who were part of their operation but I am not never was and never will be part of their operation because I am anti fraud, anti crime and anti corruption. I am not Cyr or Sur etc because I am Engineer.
June 17 of 2026: visited Bells Corners Stafford area and back via Blair station.
June 16 of 2026: a staff of statscan/census called me around 15h30 related to the census questionnaire asking for questionnaire number etc, I declined to disclose that over the phone, she will be in the building in person. I have completed several census questionnaires in the past, whcih happens every five years. I filled both of my mobile numbers 613 area code and 289 area code on the questionnaire to link up to the past census questionnaires as well which I completed since 2016. All mobile numbers in my use are owned and paid by myself, no one else was involved iny possessions. Any other information contrary to this should not be believed, must be brought to my attention any lies and rumours about it. In my opinion census data collection questionaire and revenue Canada tax filing has commonality, more or less same information/data can be extracted from revenue Canada records.
June 16 of 2026: went outdoors for walk and back, a paramedics vehicles was seen parked in the lot on ‘B’ side of the building around 15h00.
June 15 of 2026: responded/submitted to the census 2026 questionaire around 18h00 in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 at my apartment. In the past when Iived in Niagara Falls Niagara region, I applied for a census job in 2016.
June 15 of 2026: buffet lunch at a restaurant near Apple tree medical paid by cash, back via Eagleson Station Bayshore station etc made few stops on the way, purchased a day pass at YMCA Paid by card.
June 15 of 2026: around 09h18 came across a defective (or on purpose defected) debit card machine which inserts extra asteriks in the PIN and shows a scary red Cross with horrible beep sound to alert everyone around of a wrong PIN entry.
June 14 of 2026: around 23h20 some movement was detected on floor 3 and people’s voices were heard.
June 14 of 2026: it was cloudy but was not raining when I went outdoors, started raining (light rain) when I came out of St-Laurent Shopping mall, walked back to the building from Elmvale station stop, back in my apartment.
June 14 of 2026: In Ottawa at my ID address. Shopping at St-Laurent Mall, obe customer at a store tried to bump into me in a narrow space near self checkout machines, I do not use self check out machines, so one tall person came upto me where I was waiting for my turn and said ” I will do that”, I have a feeling I was kind of setup for this bumpy situation at the self check outs. Not again, I will decline next time. That man walked away from the self checkout machine without completing the transaction. That shows how tricky retail industry and retail shops have become.
June 13 of 2026: around 20h00 stepped outdoors for a short walk in the neighbourhood, a man was seen entering the floor 3 from the ‘B’ side door. Dark clouds were seen in the sky, might rain at night, Occasional lighting sparks was seen without thunder, perhaps it was very faraway from Ottawa Ontario Cananda so the thunder was not heard but the lightning spark was visible to me.
June 13 of 2026: in Ottawa Ontario Canada, was testing keyboard save command. Bank branches have stopped asking customers to sign a in person withdrawal slip, which has a potential to lead to a dispute or a fraud. In my opinon banks should not let this happen. Also banks should reinforce assurances that such disputes will not take place, if the branches do not keep a signature slip after cash withdrawal or deposit. Visited the South keys branch of BMO to update my perfonal information, was open.
June 12 of 2026: WordPress/automatic responded to my email message of June 10th with a very irrelevant response that the ncf.ca domain was inactive and was available for registration. I never asked for this information, my concern was that why the wordpress system was preventing abd not updating the information. Instead of responding to the updaing matter, they are trying to sell me an inactive domain name which I believe no one will buy or no one will register.
June 12 of 2026: Route 80 towards tunney’s pasture missed stop 3048, pulled out of the stop without passenger pickup behind a arriving bus route 74 around 13h38. Visited the Merivale library, bought a beverage from BH across from carlingwood mall, still in Ottawa Ontario Canada.
June 12 of 2026: breakfast at a restaurant across from a car show room on ST-LAURENT blvd, paid electronically out of my bank a count, visited cohere centre, bo ught my lunch at HGI alert Rd, paid by cash which was acknowledge by a cash payment receipt.
June 11 of 2026: visited ST-LAURENT Complex, libraries as well and back. My eldest son started swimming lessons at this location, I used to drive him over the weekend to the Sunday school located on Scott Street and to the ST-LAURENT complex for swimming lessons. Sometimes all of my family used to go with me through this complex, they used to sit in the library. That was about 30 years ago in 1996/1997

June 11 of 2026: tried the login of Shinkansen train to see what time it hows JST or EDT on the login screen without any purchases, I hope no one would consider login as purchase or physical presence, just trying to determine whether it should show EDT or JST when the user was physically away from the reservation systems. Although the login might show the name in the system. What would be better this or that. Engineer (male) KhalidMahmood was still in ottawa because human beings have not yet developed the teloprtation system of travel. In my past of 40 years ago whenever I used a train (not the current shinkansen technology) I exited from Japan after completing my business entry. Moreover Train systems were not using internet/database technology at that time, may have been under development but was not in commercial usage. If someone used my name in Japan due to my presence of 40 years ago than it might give wrong incorrect impression/illusion to new generation of operators that in invisible Engr. KhalidMahmood was sitting in the train in Japan. Japan used to have exit stamp on the passport system so their records (NEC c&c, airport exit records) would show that Engineer (male) KhalidMahmood exited from the country each time, never over stays in any country.
June 10 of 2026: in afternoon went outdoors for some fresh air, rain had nearly stopped but again stopped when I was near billing bridge area, couple of restaurant were found fully occupied perhaps due to rain, no umbrella patios, etc. on the way back to my apartment bought donuts from a Tim Hortons on St- Laurent/Bourassa and back in my apartment. At night again it started thunder and lightning etc.
June 10 of 2026: WordPress was showing incorrectly a discontinued email address in my wordoress profile, despite several time updates but remains unchanged, pending due to some verification. I wonder what verification. Why it would be in the interest of wordpress to show a discontinued email address. Perhaps someone’s technique to generate false imoression against me to justify someone’s wrong doings. In my opinion every one’s wrong doings should be addressed independently instead of deducting wrong doings by doing more wrong doings to balance hypothetical sheets. ncf(dot)ca does not issue email addresses anymore and their memberdhip program has been discontinued. That was a program which was started in the beginning when internet was a new thing in early 90s. Regardless of my current address they should know, should believe and should be loyal to me as the their client, if they have difficulty with that they should have a in person meeting with their clients to remove any mental blocks. It was about trust, individuals and businesses choose to host with such service providers assuming that they will provide honest and loyal services to clients.

June 08 of 2026: for the past few weeks men’s wash room on floor 1 corridor was found locked. Reason unknown. Visited the Collingwood where I used to work with Sear Canada as Merchandising associate in 2008 as seasonal staff during holiday season. Apple cider hot beverage was still not available in the mall, so I bought a hot chocolate. Back in my apartment, made few stops. Few people were seen sitting in the hairs outside the buffer zone area.
June 08 of 2027: “we don’t do that” was a irrelevant and ridiculous response by the staff of retail stores when I ask product information questions in the stores they were selling/displaying. Perhaps this was some kind of a jargon, they try to convey some specific information by saying that but I was not familiar with that. I am not and never was in that business where you respond “we don’t do that”. I am sure they sell electronic equipment and that is what I was enquiring about.
June 08 of 2026: made a meal for myself before going outdoors, bought a bottle of juice at courtyard near the stadium.
June 07 of 2026: bus to hurdman to merivale to Westboro and back to my apartment via downtown, coffee and cheesecake at a hotel restaurant, made few stops on the way.
June 07 of 2026: A wrong transaction made by Second cup POS/interac payment due to wrong billing was not yet reversed by coffee shop or the BMO bank, complaint was filed to the bank in person and on the phone on May 15 of 2026, because staff of the coffee shop was not able to reverse the wrong transaction immediately.

June 06 of 2026: Thunder stormed with wind and heavy downpour started when I was outdoor between 16h30 and 17h30, but was able to come back to my apartment without getting much wet, little damped clothes becuse of wind, walked back from Elmvale station to the building and entered through the garden/museum side “A” entrance.
June 06 of 2026: quick grocery trip in the morning to stores near a car show room on St-Laurent St via Hurdman Station, back via St-Laurent Station. Used my own home made food from fresh. I make own food as a hobby not as a professional chef.

June 05 of 2026: I am not sure if long artificial nails of females coming in contact with another person would be considered touching or not ??. In my opinion touching in different context has different meanings. But long artificial nails contact to skin contact was not the same as skin to skin contact. It may be some kind of a jargon for people in a special trade which ordinary people may not understand.
June 05 of 2026: Route 41 bound for billings bridge was using an incompatible presto tap machine around 19h50, I boarded the bus from the stop across from Liam McGuire at the Herzig building. so I got off the bus at the Elmvale Station and went straight to get my pass validated at independent grocery store. Independent branded grocery stores have presto machines.
June 05 of 2025: 15h50 as soon as I opened the door from B side stair to enter floor 3 to get to my apartment, a woman was seen rushing to the last apartment on the corridor which was nearest to the elevators holding couple of packages/boxes assorted sizes. She turned her face to look the “B” side stairs door.
June 05 of 2026: visited Kanata centre and Hazel dean mall area, back in town to my place still in Ottawa. Made few stops on the way to find connecting vehicles. Anyone who was searching for me should be aware of it that I was never lost and I am back in my apartment at a well known place. People might make such negative assumptions to make the lies and fictional stories make believe, make believe was a game on TV played Mr. Rogers some 30 years ago, perhaps the children who watched that program, memorized it well and still playing the same game 30 years later. They should grow up and come out of it.
June 04 of 2026: visited downtown in the evening, it was busy, a big group of people was singing and dancing, loud street music at the corner of Scotiabank across from the Rideau Centre.
June 04 of 2026: in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Beeping sounds and flashing lights were seen on Annunciator panel in the lobby by the entrance door around 11h10 as I was stepping outdoors. Few men exited through the front door ahead of me, one man thought I was hus neighbour, I clarified to him that I live on floor 3, he said he was on floor 5. Vertical neighbours.
June 03 of 2026: lunch at a restaurant in downtown, made few stops on my way back to my apartment, glitch was over abd power was back to normal.
June 03 of 2026: stepped out of my apartment around 08h30. A power glitch was detected this morning not sure if was due to maintenance work or generator failure. Many people were seen in the lobby around the elevators as I was exiting the building through the front door. A man was seen sitting outside in a chair.
