April 19 of 2026: a cold and windy morning in Ottawa, as was felt when I stepped outdoors for some fresh air around 07h00.

April 18 of 2026: visited a value village located at Hazeldean Rd near Rona, came back via Terry fox station, Eagleson Station, Lincoln Fields station, on the way back to my apartment bought some OTC medication from a pharmacy near Westgate mall, made few stops. Almost all day was busy.
April 18 of 2026: stepped out of my apartment around 06h45, went for a short walk, re enter the building around 07h00, a man was working in the lounge setting up tables for big party ahead, a man was seen sitting on a bench placed next to Canada Post parcel locker, before I stepped out of the building around 07h07.
April 17 of 2026: coughing men and women on the same oc transpo vehicles as I was riding during the past few weeks.
April 17 of 2026: went to down town for a walk via St-Laurent, came back via Hurdman Station, neighbourhood etc, made few stops on the way. when I entered the building a man was seen sitting on the bench across from the elevators, a EMS uniformed man came out of the elevator and headed out towards the ambulance parked outdoors in driveway, few minutes later ambulance moved to the back side of the buildings. Few other people were seen, a man entered the from “B” side ahead of me etc.
April 16 of 2026: stepped out of my apartment around 17h00 for a short walk, walked to independent grocery store fir a quick grocery, paid by cash (2×20), donated the small change for charity, cashier at the register stole the grocery receipt did not put in the bags neither in my hand, in the past professionally trained rerail cashiers at POS were honest and did not use such tricks on paying customers. She was looking for a CER because I was not a CER she stole my receipt. This store did not know about dried powder milk.
April 15 of 2026: IEEE wrote an email to me by incomplete name which was against the preferred name specified by me in the membership profile. Very disappointing. Use of incomplete name will not make two members one in Ottawa section other in original section of Dhahran Saudi Arabia, because both partial names will be associated with the same membership number.
April 15 of 2026: bought evening meal at Royal oak restaurant downtown, came back via billing bridge, made few stops on the way.
April 15 of 2026: Ticket checkers wearing black uniforms were seen on a bus and a LRT vehicle on a Wednesday which is seniors free rides day..

April 15 of 2026: most likely someone used one of my email address based on m0168.org for correspondence with revenue canada which was different than my current email address in profile for correspondence with revenue canada, and docusign.com did not open the file with the alternate method. I will pursue this matter during normal business hours.
April 14 of 2026: rain stopped around 20h00 and outdoors became a bit dry, went for dessert with coffee at a bar restaurant few stops before the Mall, after I ate my own home made dinner in my apartment. Paid by cash, the bar tender wrote the word cash on the bill because they don’t have a stamp to indicate cash payment was made by the customer.
April 14 of 2026: a rainy afternoon in Ottawa Ontario Canada, decided to remain indoors.
April 13 of 2026: happened more than once that people movement was detected in Corridor “B” on floor 3 with door clicks and brief loud chatting among several people, perhaps a group of mixed men and women voices, around 21h00 to 21h50.
April 13 of 2026: a rainy day in Ottawa. Called OAS to find the reason for delay, 50 minutes wait onbthe phone, also wrote emails to Givt. officials about this matter, why was it delayed and what was done incorrectly by me. It appears to me that the previous OAS teams from the past have been replaced by inexperienced teams at Service Canada or OAS which cause such delays, which in return cause unnecessary hardship and stress for me. In the past it used be very quick almost instantaneous, when the Service Canada and OAS department know a Citizen for the past 33 years should not put such things on hold. What was the benefit or purpose of investing so many years of prime life in a Country if still such matters get delayed for no unknown reason. Even when I was a new arrival in Canada in 1993, behaviour of Govt. agencies was much more reasonable and friendly as compared to the present situation.
April 13 of 2026: since snow has stopped and it has started raining on and off, I have stopped using my warm hat, rather I have started using another hat to keep my head dry which looks like a uncle gadget’s hat (but not like a peasant’s hat).
April 12 of 2026: it was detected that some of the traffic lights take too long to change even when there was no heavy traffic. Reason behind such long time to change traffic light was not due to needs of the traffic flow, rather it was to time/impede the flow of pedestrians to synchronize other people’s movement around a specific area by delaying the light at the pedestrian crossing. Another reason could be to test the patience of the pedestrians in a hurry or tired because of the busy long day.
April 12 of 2026: In my opinionnit would hard to keep a head count in a building with nearly 190 apartment. In a town home or a condo unit it may get manageable to keep a head count of prople in and out.
April 11 of 2026: beverage at Liam mcguire, bought some donuts from Tim Horyonscand back in my apartment.
April 11 of 2026: English Speaking Engineer (male) KhalidMahmood offspring of Master Heather of ARCO (Urdu Mother language since birth) was spotted in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2, he did not travel anywhere else due to lack of financial resources.
April 10 of 2026: order # 714 at McDonald’s, paid by card. As usual the order number was not displayed on the screen, rather my order number was said verbally. Order slip/itemised list printed at the kiosk vs receipt printed after payment based on the order number on the order slip/itemised list before payment. Itemised/Order slip was not a bill neither a demand note to pay. All fast food stores/outlets were pay before setups. Order slip should never be given to the cashier, cashiers need to know only the order number to pull the order details from the system. People might come up with a brilliant objection that why I don’t complete the order at one spot either at the kiosk or at the POS instead of using two spots for one order. I have my own reasons to do so which does not violate any food ordering rules of McDonald’s. Some retailers find a loop hole in such systems which they use to build a fraud to benefit for themselves and to create a problem for paying customers by showing or using itemised slip and payment receipt as two different orders, to make a fool of simple minded public or simple minded self appointed watchers. Came back to apartment via Rideau etc. misc.
April 09 of 2026: I meal of the afternoon a bit late at a restaurant near cinemas in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Paid for the meal and beverage by cash including taxes and tip. These restaurants were not ready/setup to stamp the bill for cash payments. This was a very windy day.
April 08 of 2026: went to Kanata in the morning where OTI was located in 2006, used coworking space in kanata as a pay per use member. They should make unbranded co-working spaces as well for pay per use clients. Furniture bank was located on the back side of the same address. Bought quick byte from KFC Hazeldean/Castlefrank Rd around noon time, also from KFC at Bayshore mall around 15h30. KFC Bayshore mall was trashing custoner copy of the payment receipt and issuingvthe merchant copy of the payment receipt to the customer. back in my apartment via Rideau Station, made few stops on the way.
April 07 of 2026: a crank and cranky call rang on my phone which I answered unknowingly just as a courtesy around 13h07 on my mobile, I do not know the person.
April 07 of 2026: one OC transpo O-Train rider this morning puffed air on my face from her mouth, like they used to do on my face in the shelter in Ottawa in 2023, some kind of technique, either to irritate people or to make people accustom to their breath, acclimatization perhaps.
April 07 of 2026: (my and myself as one person) stepped out of my apartment for some fresh air, two men were seen entering the lobby around 06h45 through the front door, they paused near the elevators, but did not use elevators rather walked towards corridor “B”.
April 06 of 2026: went to down via St-Laurent, OC transpo transit bus service was a bit irregular after eight pm, came back by blue line, paid cash to the operator of the taxi, he did not issue a receipt after I made the payment, so I asked for a receipt than he handed me a blank unfilled card without completing it with necessary information.
April 06 of 2026: Fire alarms in my apartment and in the building started sounding around 16h20, fire trucks arrived around 16h30. People in lobby said there was some issue on the 11th floor.
April 06 of 2026: visited the museum of science and technology, according to the schedule printed at the entrance on the glass walls, museum was opens every day exception was closed on Mondays during the period September 02 to April 30, but because of holiday it was open today for public. Paid for entry ticket from my personal account. This museum seems to be neglected without experienced supervision operated by school students, it was a good idea to involve school students in such projects but not at the ticketing booth/coubter, school students should be more involved inside in the nitty gritty and setting up of science displays to show history of technology, to make sure they function properly and school students should be explaining the displays to younger children. In my opinion best and bright students with interest in science and technology should be involved in such museums not just fee collectors.
One locomotive on display in the museum has a number plate of 926 which sounds like 9 two 6, there was a popular 80s song by entertainer Sheena Easton 9 to 5 (same as 925) nine two five.
I just noticed that my previous visit to the this museum was somehow got erased from my February 2026 Logbook which was on Family Day 2026. Not so important.
April 06 of 2026: bought my big meal of the day at a restaurant near St-Laurent Mall, as I was approaching the restaurant door, few black uniformed men were seen exiting through the restaurant door, when a host inside restaurant was showing me to my seat several men in black uniform came out of the men’s wash room and headed outdoors. This was the only restaurants where I saw so many black uniform men in and around restaurant in a short period of time as if there was some kind of trouble. About a year ago or so a big group of black uniformed men was seen dinning at a table in the same restaurant.
April 05 of 2026: physically present in Ottawa Ontario Canada, visited Kanata Central area, Moxis restaurant for coffee and food (don’t believe politically motivated and politically motivated indoctrinated lies of virtual contents, reports creaters, for irrelevant people’s interests), came back to my apartment via Rideau and St-Laurent Station, few people were seen in the Lobby.
April 04 of 2026: signs of maintenance work were seen in corridor “A” above men’s toilet, some debri and dust was seen fallen on the FOB key reader, around 20h15.
April 04 of 2026: “made to order” breakfast at HGI, paid cash, nowadays the servers don’t carry a “PAID” stamp for cash paying customers, so they sign on the receipt as a acknowledgement that the bill was paid. I used to stamp receipts at my father’s business in Karachi after customers made the payment, about 50 years ago.
April 03 of 2026: European size coffee cup in Kanata, first time ever, never seen before in Canada. Bought two coffee beverages in a similar cup at three brewers restaurant.
April 02 of 2026: visited craft beer for quick lunch. Bought a Thali of food for dinner from a outlet located in a Mall Food court.
April 01 of 2026: Lucky mobile balance got reduced without any indication/notification by $1.50 after I loaded my pre paid plan monthly fee on my mobile line. Have been trying to contact them on phone and by message but there was not response yet on April 02 of 2026 08h00.
April 01 of 2026: a group of people and children was seen in the lobby, they left after a vehicle arrived. I went outdoors for a short walk and cane back.
April 01 of 2026: one of these days lights of my apartment were found turned on when I came back, perhaps a Gin did it or someone entered unauthorized in my and my parents absence.
April 01 of 2026: a person was seen entering a apartment (perhaps) nearest to the elevators in corridor “B” when I was entering my apartment after entering the floor 3 from Side “B” door, around 17h00 –

April 01 of 2026: I visited a branch of BMO in one of my previous neighbourhood near Dybe Road area to geta money order out of my chequing account, the cashier printed a something in the form if a long paper but before completing it and without giving it to be he read the computer screen and said due to NSF he can not issue to me and showed me a high lighted text which was place in a stand. I think that text was for people who bring money order or drafts from foreign countries to deposit in Canada. But within Canada issued and deposit should not require such a hold. The person tile it will be available by Friday in my account but Friday was a non working day due to Easter, what was the use such a date and such a hold on Canadian deposit with in Canada. Malicious intentions to give hard time people which against and professionalism and professional behaviour towards their paying clients.
April 01 of 2026: this morning around 09h00 lengthy conversation with pauses and holds with BMO on line staff, according to BMO bank draft issued by Scotia Bank is considered a cheque which was subject to hold from Friday to Friday which was way longer than a personal cheque hold. Very strange behaviour towards a BMO customer i.e. myself a long time customer of BMO since 1994. Also according to A probably a bank draft issued was a money order which was not subject to hold. This was a serious discrepancy in what I was told by the two banks in the vicinity of the two branches. Both branches were located nearby within a 5 Minutes walking distance in downtown Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2. Long conversation was recorded and should be summoned subject to examination by the relevant authorities because this was a breach of understanding, breach of trust. I used this method to transfer from Scotiabank account to BMO bank account as a safer and quicker option. Otherwise I was able to draw the cash from the Scotiabank account and deposit in the BMO bank account, which would have been hassle free option. This incident may be compared with building heap by holding a money order which issued by a authentic bank in Canada in the same province, same city, both branches located nearby within 5 minutes walking distance. This situation may happen if the two branches were following different countries rules in virtually located branches elsewhere, although physically both were branches were located in Ottawa nearby but their computers may be connected to different banking networks governed by different type of people where they may have a different profile image on the name “Khalid Mahmood”.
In my mind theoretically, It was like carry a computer terminal from another country to bring over to Canada and place it in a branch. Wire would be too long to bring over to Canada. so instead of cable wireless, Currently fiber optics cables or wireless terminals in which wiring was not visible but connectivity would be elsewhere. a remote terminal connected to a system in the same country or connected to a system in a foreign country, etc…
When I approached the branch where my money order was sold out of my uwn account, issuing person told me that it depends on the relationship with the bank. I always have good relationship with the bank in terms of financial dealings, personal relations do not count these days because there was no long term staff to build relationship with. First ever staff of BMO branch at Don mills location who processed my CSL deposit slip is not known to me, But I have good relationship with the bank with the senior staff since 1994. New staff is all transient staff, hard to build relationship with because of the experience differential in the industry and the banking knowledge, just pushing buttons at the keyboard does not mean the person was a qualified banker by the industry standards.
April 01 of 2026: since 2015 it was detected that problems for me were initiated around Easter week end in 2015 when I lived in Niagara Region, I have been documenting all those instances. Not w this year in 2026 BMO started a trouble for be before Easter week by putting a Money order hold. Word press started a problem for me (which was not a problem for the past more than ten years) related to a subscription related matter. Same patterns continues, that some of these people start a problem for me before Easter week end which continues after Easter Monday as well, due to the side effects of it and the time and efforts it takes to get these issues resolved. Every year Easter weekend is the first long weekend in Canada. People responsible or architect of these (fancy and sugar coated word) operations start before long weekend of Easter which ends by the month of June (to start the next phase of the operation) in a difficult situation for me without compensation or help from my birth community. Because my birth community was not around. That’s why I want roll back my life to my past by going back to where I used to live and work before immigration to Canada in 1993.
