September 30 of 2025: a branch of BMO bank was closed around noon time, due to truth and reconciliation day, as was posted on the door, bought my quick lunch at Edo fast food located nearby. I used to visit this BMO branch occasionally as and when required during 2006 and 2010 when I lived in this area, any inaccuracy is not by intention to fool anyone one, moreover, this was just for my own documentation purpose, not for any one else to judge neither to do anything with it.
September 29 of 2025: bank staff at the parent branch asked me regarding web banking which I chose not to use to avoid the hassle of web login disabled issue, faced several times by me in recent past years. But this choice should NOT impact the ATM/ABM machine use because ATM/ABM machines were in use long before internet and Web bankning (for consumers) /login into the account. Two feature are independent of each other. This is a new hurdle that ATM/ABM machines are blocking transactions, ATM/ABM technology should have matured by now in developed countries, web access to accounts (i.e. for consumers) is relatively new compared to ATM/ABM machines. In addition to weblogin issues for non-commercial users of webbanking, now ATMABM machines are used to create transaction issues, as was recently faced by me, so how reliable was this technology, people around it, or the service providers of it for ordinary consumers. Advancement in technology should have made banking safer and easier for ordinary consumers but it has not at least for me, due to malicious intentions, negative use of technology. New recruits of the banking industry should be trained to be customer focused and honest, not create hurdles for fraud free/anti fraud customers.
September 29 of 2025: few days ago one ATM/ABM machine of a branch near my residence was rejecting inserted Canadian bank notes, at one branch today a tellers machine was not detecting my ATM/ABM card after inserting in the machine inside the branch, so the officer at the desk eneterd the card number manually to print a statement for me. Due to this issue I got my card replaced at the parent branch, replaced card works fine in their ATM machines with previous ATM/ABM PIN and also works without errors for phone banking with previous information. However when I decided to reset the ATM/ABM and phone PIN according to the BMO banking system it displayed an incorrect error message, perhaps their systems are falling apart. I have been a BMO customer since 1994 (due to CSL delivery) but such problems were not faced before, due less use banking automation at that time. More automation in banking systems has opened doors for misuse of the technology to create hurdles unsupervised, which is negative use of technology. This may be due to human intervention or because of some time dependent software bugs surfacing now which were not caught at the time of deployment, like UNIX time ending in year 2038 issue. One nice bank officer at the parent branch solved the issue this morning but it was not a robust solution. Why anyone would want to stop my use of the ATM/ABM banking other than some one else was using it without my consent or to create hurdles in my life. unacceptable practice, not a role for banks, banks should do what they are supposed to do, i.e. provide financial services etc.
September 29 of 2025: visited a BMO branch to get a statement. If any one seen using my bank statements in my name and ID address, will ve stolen from Canada Post. Do not believe them, do not use them for legal purpose, or anyother purpose. Send the statements back to the issuer, they know how to contact me and how to deliver to me in person.

September 28 of 2025: visited the CHEO (in Ottawa) area in the morning morning hours, bought my buffet breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn Alert Rd, after break fast walked around outside the hotel building, went back in for mint tea, which was offered to me complimentary and I rewarded the server with leaving some tip on the table.
September 27 of 2025: like other personal property and belongings if my old shoes which I have discarded/trashed were seen anywhere else would mean they were stolen but were not given to anyone by me with my own hands.
September 27 of 2025: early morning, visited YMCA in Ottawa, bought a day pass by cash payment, after spending sometime exited from the building for morning meal, came back to my apartment, on wayback bought couple of items from Whole food store. This YMCA is the same building where shenkman residences hotel was located and I stayed for a week as a paying user in 2006 after arrival in Ottawa from Fort Erie. Small change due back to me after deducting the day pass cost was donated to YMCA at my request. In the past when I bought day pass it was priced differently and there was no change due to deal with.
September 26 of 2025: made bill payment to Rogers at a BMO bank, bought my breakfast at a restaurant in Bells corner, lunch at a restaurant in Kanata town centre, some shopping at billings Bridge mall, changed bus at Bayshore station. Back 16h30. Informed Rogers of this bill payment via app. Since the bill payment was made on Friday, it will take few days to update the records.
September 25 of 2025: BMO ATM machine at a branch near building where I live in a apartment rejected a deposit bank note. I was making this deposit to pay a Rogers mobile phone bill. Perhaps Machine malfunction, because it happened twice after inserting the note in the machine. Branch was closed so there was no staff to consult with. I will pursue this matter on September 26 during normal business hours.
September 24 of 2025: visited the Ottawa hydro silver dollar area (most likely club was taken over by some other business), east side Marios, also Emerald Plaza area. Spoke to an GM dealership, perhaps they don’t expect pedestrian customers/visitors, there was no pedestrian passage to the showroom.
September 24 of 2025: One restaurant of a Hotel in Municipality of Ottawa changed my order of food by adding one extra item which was not ordered by me. Staff of the hotel knows me very well because I am a former staff of this brand from 20 years ago in 2005 out of Country Canada in addition to my occasional visits to this restaurant. I paid the bill by two notes of ten dollars. Wrong food was served and charged. If the bill was paid from a expense account of a company, would have been a different matter. I pay all my food, grocery, restaurant and other bills from my own pocket. I am not a visiting professional from another country, I am a Citizen of Country Canada and live in Municipality of Ottawa Ontario. Three to four decades ago when I was a corporate business traveler these businesses used to please customers by honest customer focused service, now a days they try to show their smartness by conning and swindling customers. There was a group for breakfast in the restaurant, usually guests staying at the hotel get buffet breakfast, not the restaurant breakfast. There was an excursion bus waiting between 08h00 and 09h00 outside at the entrance of the hotel, I was NOT (NOT) with those people who were standing around those buses. I just walked a little bit, a block or two in the neighborhood to find an octranspo city bus to come back to my apartment, made few stops enroute. Hotel and restaurant have separate gates.
September 23 of 2025: around 21h30 Lights of the lounge on floor 1 of this building were seen left turned on, first time since I started my tenancy in this building. Usually lights were see off at night, when lounge was not in use.
Stempber 23 of 2025: Bought lunch and a nickel coin at a sandwich shop in byward market in the after noon for lunch, Grey’s social eatry was closed. Returned a call to a caller from ARM 19h18 but the office was closed, will try to call back next business day.
September 22 of 2025: some background interference was noticed during entering my wordpress posting probably which was caused by some artifically highy or connected to some artificially high workers.
September 22 of 2025: Early morning went to Merivale area via Tunney’s Pasture and came back to my apartment via Walmart Baseline. Have been in and out few times since early this morning.
September 21 of 2025: Many vehicles, a long line up of vehicles with flashing red/blue lights were seen at the building around 19h24. Vehicles were gone when I returned to my apartment around 22h00. Just few weeks ago a large group of such vehicles was seen in front of the building (which made it look like a Police Headqurater), on that occassion of the past some police men were seen strolling on the premises in the garden.
September 21 of 2025: around 18h45 building lobby and building buffer zone doors were seen kept ajar with a chair and empty container, same time when a route 48 octranspo vehicle bound for Carleton arrived at the stop.
September 20 of 2025: it was noticed in a transaction at Shafie Centre grocery Store at 1990 Russell Rd in the neoghbour hood where I live, the cash register was not rounding cents. A transaction of 10.01 was not rounded to 10.00, same issue as was with the H&R block payment transaction, not rounded the cents.
I paid by a note of $10.00 which was accepted to complete the transaction. This Store used to have a signage on the wall as “Bilal” around 2010/2011 perhaps was rebranded etc. after that. Payment by card will make exact payment but cash payments require rounding up or rounding down because there were no physical cents coins in circulation in this Country.
September 19 of 2025: shoppers drug mart does not sell spare screws for the OTC reading glasses sold in the store, as was told by a Store located in Glebe area. When I entered the building aroubd 17h00 several people were seen around the buffer zone door and the lobby door who entered the building with me. Many women were seen gathered around and examining some open boxes placed on the bench across from the elevators. I used corridor B stairs side B to get to my apartment 307, I usually avoid using the elevators.
September 19 of 2025: went outdoors for a short walk around 06h00 and came back to my apartment, flying bug was not seen again.
September 18 of 2025: one fat flying bug like a house fly was seen in the corridor in the evening. I wonder if it was a drone fly planted by someone for spying purpose.
September 18 of 2025: outdoors part of the day, back around 16h30. Windy night outside the building around 21h00. Few people were seen in and out of the building between 21h00 and 21h30. A man was seen using laundry room with a Fat tire bike.
September 17 of 2025: Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} visited lens crafter rideau centre around 20h00 for a screw work for his eye wear. His prescription lenses were made and fitted in his own frames at the same location in September 2023, fully paid. Showed the receipts to the staff at work. Reading glases Frames bought from shoppers drug mart were repurposed and used for prescription lenses. According to lense crafter staff at work screws used in the this frames were not standard size screws and were not available at this shop. Prescription was written and submitted to the store by DR Khanna from Brampton Ontario Canada.
September 17 of 2025: I successfully placed an orderd for vehicle abstract myself on line from Govt Ontario website. Received the requested document after payment on the internet., receipt of payment was received as well, but their website did not send the payment receipt by email to my two email addresses. I wonder why, perhaps some kind of their IT related glitch. Received the receipt in my inbox on September 18.
September 16 of 2025: Route 48 bound for Carleton University from Hurdman missed a stop #5793 Stanford Fleming/Industrial at Canada Post around 17h58.
September 16 of 2025: visited the Service Ontario at Bank St to obtain a vehicle records from the past of my Pontiac GrandAM. I showed them Vin number on the phone screen but they were not able to understand it, and repeatedly asked for Vin number. Since it was closing time end of the business day around 16h45, I decided not to pursue the print at this time. I have been a client of this location since 1996. I used to print my records by myself using the self serve kiosk in 1996. Because of the involvement of new staff it has become difficult to get simple records. Last four digit of the Vin number of my vehicle 3044 manufactured and bought in California in 1995. I heard someone mention about Zena location etc.
September 16 of 2025: In the past about 20 years ago in 2005 I was a staff of Hersha Hospitality operating Holiday Inn Express in Oxford Valley Pennsylvania. At present I live in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2, I am not a staff neither a guest of any hotel in Ottawa Ontario Canada. I visit the restaurant section of these Hotels as a on the spot paying customer. There may be other people or impostors (which can never be seen because their ID will show a different name, but work under a different name) by the similar name who work in the hospitality/hotels industry.
September 16 of 2025: visited the Scotiabank branch at around 10h30 where carletin university branch merged in August 2025 but was closed since for business since May 2025. I was told by the current branch that any printed cheques issued by the closed branch will remain valid and there will be NO legal issues with it. This means that direct deposits with the previous branch transit etc such as OAS deposit will not be impacted by this branch merger.
September 15 of 2025: it was seen before as well, and again today in the bus that some people sitting in the middle part of the long buses block the passage by extending their legs to the opposing seat without realizing that they makes it difficult for people to pass through to the other side of the bus.
September 15 of 2025: visited the Westgate area of Carling, I used to live nearby when I worked for Sears 2008. A new location of Service Ontario was seen in Carlingwood mall near the customer service desk. Number on the counter on the wall was in high three digits.
September 15 of 2025: stepped out of my apartment early this morning for some fresh air and walk, bought my breakfast at a Starbucks, visited downtown and few of my previous neighborhoods where I used to live in the past. Visited a Scotiabank branch as well, it appears to me that there were no senior experienced staff at branch level these days, most staff is new and inexperienced, not trained professionally. On way back my apartment bought some food from a Independent grocery store and walked back, in my apartment around 11h30. Scotiabank branches were having difficulty due to slow system this afternoon, upgrading was the reason I was told.
September 14 of 2025: on floor 1 a woman was seen near elevators as soon as I entered the corridor through building side A door, the woman looked at me, turned away towards the lobby as if she was waiting for some one. A man was seen in the swing chair out of the lounge exit door and several people were seen sitting in the garden around 14h15. Floor number of this building start from 1 (as in the elevator panel starts at 1 and up), lobby is floor 1, apartment door numbers on floor 1 were marked as 1xx, but the side doors were marked as (A) G or (B) G instead of (A) 1 and (B) 1, other floors were correctly marked as (A) 2 and (B) 2, (A) 3 and (B) 3 and so on…………..
September 14 of 2025: visited the Bank St and Hunt club area, I used to live and work in the area in 2010/2011. Circuit 105 serves the rout airport to St-Laurent. City of Brampton also has circuit 105 which serves the route between Bramalea library and Pearson Airport in mississauga.

September 13 of 2025: one location of Wendy’s store at catling near Lincoln fields does not print debit card payment receipts. Their system prints only itemized list, cashier was not able to print payment receipt even after I specifically asked for it around 10h00 before exiting the store. “PrePay 3” was printed at the bottom of the receipt which was never seen before on any payment receipts. This message at the bottom of the receipt has no relevance to the transaction I made. Some retail stores, restaurants and other services used to print and issue merchant copy of payment receipts from the machine and keep customer copy.
September 12 of 2025: visited Moodie DR at 417, bought my lunch around Stafford Rd area, busy all day.
September 12 of 2025: Many people were seen in the buffer zone of the building when I went outdoors around 06h30. One tall nam was seen doing bland in the lobby and corridors leaning on his walking device several vehicles arrived and left from the driveway of this building within few minutes. Perhaps they came to pickup or drop off their people.
September 11 of 2025: lucky mobile internet service was intermittent today on this day.
September 11 of 2025: a KLM airport shuttle was seen on Conventry Rd around Canadian tire area perhaps airport shuttle was heading to Tremblay or St-Laurent Mall area to pickup Travellers for Montreal Airport, after I came out of OC transpo route 9 near Hampton Inn stop.
September 10 of 2025: misc grocery from fresh green Asian store, in the afternoon bought batteries for remote, price was steep in some store, almost all day outdoors busy.
September 09 of 2025: one of a previous lawyer from the community CLSO Nicholas St. called me around d 10h00 when I was in my apartment. Same lawyer was assigned to ne for the rent monthly payments increase (due to reduction in subsidy) matter in 2024, which was of no benefit to me at all, perhaps because Citizans like me have no rights in Canada as I was told by a OW social services officer circa 2006.
September 08 of 2025: More than one restaurant in Ottawa was found not serving/not selling root beer beverage and one restaurant was not serving/not selling Heineken beer.
September 08 of 2025: Bell testing and alarm testing day in the building by Troy group, a poster was seen in the lobby. Volume of the PA system on Floor 3 was very low, barely heard when I was in the corridor, was not possible to hear such low audio in the apartment, inside.
September 08 of 2025: two ambulances (flashing lights), one fire truck and a police vehicle was seen at the building around 06h50 when I stepped out for a short walk around the block, returned to my apartment after a paid cup of coffee at the Starbucks.
September 07 of 2025: I just came across the information that Kai Tak Hongkong airport located in Kowloon has been converted into Kaitak Cruise Terminal. I visited Hong Kong in 1988 as a tourist and to see my 1981 PII Eindhoven scholarship friend (Mr.John<>Tang) from Dhahran Saudi Arabia (many years before migrating to Canada and many years before my marriage and divorce). Hong Kong has another airport since 1998, never visited current airport at Chek Lap Kok. Unpleasant memories of buying a video recording camera from a retailer in Hongkong which was not the same as was displayed/shown by the sales person before payment and the one delivered to me. Due to lack of time I did not get into fixing the issue mode with the store, rather just departed and arrived safely back to Dhahran (this happened many years before 1988, i.e. many years before marriage/divorce and immigration to Canada). Divorce was not filed by the husband. Husband was acceptable for immigration purposes but after arrival in Canada became unacceptable, which resulted in divorce. It was not about husband good or bad, why not divorced before immigration during 89 to 93 period. Caution – If the documents were not read by the full name of both parties it will create an illusion, deception and confusion that who divorced who. Illusion like magician’s hat trick or card tricks etc. ذرا غور سے دیکھو بار بار دیکھو پہچانو but be prepared for looking and touching complaints.
September 06 of 2025: vehicle 4221 was so fast that it was not able to stop in time, took long time to stop to pick up a passenger, happened across from a fast food restaurant on merivale Rd near Central Park DR. around 11h05
September 05 of 2025: back in my apartment, bought and consumed my breakfast at Wendy’s on Merivale. Bought few items from a store “OK mart” on merivale. Route 80 to Nepean woods, Route 99 to station. Steve madden public school and Rideauview community centre were seen on the way on route 99. Before that, walked on Sussex drive among several embassies and around NRC.
September 05 of 2025: around 09h15 at the intersection of Bank St and Sunnyside St a crossing helper was wearing a yellow jacket which was showing word “Brigadier” on the back of it. “Brigadier” is a very high position in military. Were these crossing helpers educated and trained like military “Brigadiers”.
September 05 of 2025: Scotiabank branch at Carleton Campus where my account was setup by the bank staff in September 2023 was seen completely dismantled, work still in progress. In 2023 Bank staff engaged me in conversation when I was at the campus and the branch as a day researcher, which led me to open an account, but the branch was closed in August 2025. My Bank account was still active, through any branch, thanks to electronic banking systems. I have cheques issued by the Scotiabznk bank printer with carleton university branch address.
September 04 of 2025: at hurdman station a young boy asked me just before I was boarding the LRT vehicle, where to check in at the station. I pointed him towards the ticketing gates downstairs. I did not miss my LRT ride due to this unexpected conversation around 16h30.
September 04 of 2025: around 13h15: went outdoors for a walk, dark clouds overheads meant it could it rain any time, just after few minutes walk it started light rain, so I quickly returned to my apartment to take my rain jacket.
September 04 of 2025: I wonder what was easy finding a human being or finding a “Nemo”.
September 04 of 2025: this morning around 10h30 my wireless mobile phone was showing a nessage”offline”, so I called service provider “Rogers wireless” to find out if there was any outage in my area. The “Rogers wireless” person on the the phone from Toronto wanted to create a case for it, I instructed him not to create a case for this glitch, I wanted to do my own trouble shooting such as resetting, etc. Finally I got it working again without any case. Restored.
September 04 of 2025: during the past few weeks it was noticed that people were using exit through the trash room of this building more frequently.
September 03 of 2025: route 05, 14, 18 were late on Elgin St around 16h00
September 03 of 2025: route 110 was late at Hazeldean mall. Visited brookstreet hotel for coffee, 555 Leggett (I used to work in this building in 1998), innovations station, addeco stop, Hazeldean Mall, drink at Kelyseys Barrhaven, back to apartment via Lincoln fields, Lyon.
September 02 of 2025: went to downtown via Greensboro came back to my apartment via St. Laurent. by 22h30, as soon as I entered my floor corridor side B , a loud music on phone was heard, probably someone on the stairs above was using phone with jingle (or perhaps was using speaker phone), by the time I was about to enter my apartment, a tall man wearing a dark color long dress entered the B side floor.
September 02 of 2025: student workforces was seen back on the uOttaws campus and in the LRT (labelled O-Train), crowded spaces outdoors on the campus, a group of kids perhaps visiting campus was also seen preparing or rehearsing for something in colorful outfit.
September 02 of 2025: OCtranspo senior management must consider to enforce the schedules posted on the stops, will get a good business strategy. Just lack of alternate public transit does not give the operators not care for the schedules posted. Schedules have a purpose. Route 44 was late on altavista and pleasant park area.
September 01 of 2025: I responded to the needs of an advertisement on facebook with my price of KM dollars to provide my services, K= kilo as in kilo bytes = 1024 and M=K², it should be simple to workout the numbers represented by KM dollars.
September 01 of 2025: this old building seems to have developed some plumbing/toilet/drainage issues or perhaps human intervention by some people for some kind of governance not know to me.
September 01 of 2025: labour Day 2025. Some areas of downtown were closed for the traffic in tge morning, but we’re found back to normal service in the afternoon. Visited Kanata centre and back by OC transpo, most of the businesses were closed. Around Katimvik bus routed through a very old OC transpo station (probably rout 95 or 96 used to start from here in the oast in 2006) due to a detour.
