June 11 of 2025: Received a call from waterford residence around 13h30, in person meeting on June 15. Phone call voice on both side was choppy and unclear perhaps due to low quality mobile phone connection. I was at home in my apartment, but they don’t visit at home.
June 10 of 2025: Microsoft has discounted a product without providing an alternate for it and while there was still some money in my account, was not refunded to me, my phone numbers and other details were associated with my account which was not removed. I hope no one will use my number and other details. Skype for business was replaced by “team” but what about “Skype” for personal use. I was a user/subscriber of Skype for personal use since very early like 2008.
June 10 of 2025: Scotiabank escalated concerns staff records ringless voice messages on my mobile phones, I prefer written response to matter. I have already told them the issue with a specific transaction of November 2024 in many conversations over the phone in writing by emails. There was nothing further to discuss, I have requested to cancel the unauthorized transaction which was not completed yet.
June 10 of 2025: I came across some people in the building cocasian looking or European looking but do not understand my English, perhaps like the one on “Mind your language” program. Sometimes when people have a busy brain and were not focusing on the conversation do not understand a thing said to them. Also sometimes people around noisy environment such around a loud TV or around a operated machine can not hear a thing and say I can not understand you. But they don’t realize the reason behind it. Once my eldest son said this to me many years ago when I was talking to him on the phone from Canada and he was in USA sitting near a loud TV on the other side of the phone line. Historically some 50 or 60 years ago when some one called USA or Saudi Araia or even within Pakistan from Pakistan it used to be hard to understand conversation due to ancient technology and bad connection and people on the USA side used to say we can not understand anything or we can not hear you. So I am used to it, and it is normal to say such things for biased and negatively (against me) programmed people. Such people do not make an effort to socialize, they do not try to understand others, they just know how to criticize negatively and how to repel people.

June 10 of 2025: perhaps some one dropped/lost a piece of jewelry on transit vehicle, was seen by me around 16h20 on West bound service, while I was on this vehicle a three children family got on the vehicle (a woman was standing holding a bike with eyes on a phone in her hand) at OttawaU station, youngest of them saw the jewelry and picked it up, which caused some loud discussion among themselves in a language different than English. I got off the vehicle at RIDEAU station to continue to my place by OC-Transpo.
June 10 of 2025: an announcement was heard on the PA system in the corridor around 14h15.
June 09 of 2025: A “BELL testing” day in the building where I am a genuine signatory rent paying tenant since 2023, by Troy Group as per the posters in the lobby if the building during the past two days.
June 08 of 2025: upgraded my samsung to android 15 UI 7.0
June 07: visited the Glebe area banks on bank street for card payments.
June 06 of 2025: a loudly bathing dog in the lobby near the elevators with people holding some party food waiting to go up in the building Around 15h25
June 06 of 2025: a Troy notification poster for fire, safety and life was on the transparent glass wall in the lobby, which was only visible from inside.
June 06 of 2025: a knock was heard on my door, couple of people were seen selling chocolates and/or collecting sadaqah charity, around 14h00, one person knocked on my door.
June 06 of 2025: visited the Minto’s apartments building near metro grocery store of vanier. Building work was still in progress. Leasing office did not respond, concierge spoke to me but did not come out to the door etc. continued to Gladstone area to visit few other rental places, also visited Ottawa rooms, to find out what they have available, my previous contact was in the office at that time, she wrote down my information and took a picture, I reminded her that I was already in her system since 2022 when I was on OW social assistance and I was searching for an apartment. My picture was taken in 2023 as well. Again went to the 88 Beechwood in the after around 16h00, this concierge answered the door bell and gave me a mobile number to text to book an appointment for viewing, he was busy with a client showing an apartment.
June 06 of 2025: Recently I was called by unknown callers without introduction, more than one call related to fire, safety, inspection etc. matter, I directed them to the housing company and 311, obviously they were not from around here, most likely they were inexperienced in Ottawa and such matter. Why would they call me, although my number is available open to public on my website, but fire department related matters were not discussed on my website. However, I would like to clarify that Engr. {(male) KHALIDMAHMOOD} is not a City of Ottawa staff/councillor, never was. There may be somebody else by similar name, but not me, the undersigned. DONOT believe any lies or deception in this matter. I live in a OCH building as genuine Signatory rent paying tenant since 2023, but that does not associate me with any of the municipal or city level govt. agencies or any other govt. departments/agencies.
June 05 of 2025: Hydro Ottawa robo call was received around 10h30 for some unpaid bills for an address on OGILVIE Rd. It was not my address. Someone missused my mobile number. I am not owner of any property in Canada, moreover all my rentals (perhaps except Minto’s Bayshore Woodridge crescent apartment) in Canada since 1993 were inclusive of all the utilities and services. So please beware of this fraud of missusing of someone else’s phone number and email address.
June 04 of 2025: I do not play virtual games, I do not believe in VR and/or virtual living which is mainly based on illusions and deceptions, such as in video games or VR glasses. I do not believe in any AI based living, real human beings live in reality in real physical spaces verifiable and tangible physical spaces.
June 04 of 2025: one hour at the Subsidy office (13h45 to 14h40), 20 minutes at the social workers office (13h00 to 13h20). My application to this office was submitted by the housing worker in May 2023 with c/o address, after I was offered an apartment at OCH, I informed/updated the registry that I had accepted the apartment and updated my address, so it was no more c/o address, OCH address was my own lease address. In 2023 this organization used to share office with OCH office and Bank Street location and Chapel St. Location.
June 04 of 2025: lot of police vehicles were seen around Herongate Mall area around d 07h45. A group of people in some kind of uniform was seen dinning in the stacked breakfast restaurant around 08h00
June 02 of 2025: light bulb at the entrance was found deteriorated (retardation in luminosity), which required replacement.
June 02 of 2025: around noon time visited the law offices to speak to the same lawyer, a staff from the past (2023) was seen at the desk. After law offices, visited the Housing worker at the client services centre on waller St.

Engr. {(male)KhalidMahmood} is not operating a transpor company, is not operating any Taxi. More about this matter was documented in my Precautionary Notes. Reminder to be careful of such rumors and misleading information.
Perhaps some of these Taxi drivers were using a name similar to my name because they try to create an illusion and try to flip the conversation between the passenger and the driver. Master illusionists. I have come across few other similar taxi drivers they talk on the phone to create the illusion to some one that passenger was talking to the driver. Because these Taxi drivers were not professionally trained or operating the taxi was not their main profession, like before in the past. They operate taxi or get in these low level work as a disguise or to create an illusion or to hide something.
June 02 of 2025: I was visiting at Chapel St office location of OCH housing company, arrived by taxi around 09h40. Taxi driver was talking about himself (Passenger was not a Taxi driver) by commenting something on the behavior of a taxi driver which was himself, he wanted to find out (extract information) where I live, after I said I live in Ottawa in response to one of his questions. He did not issue a payment receipt after I paid fare by cash. My turn came around 10.00, Abir Arraj was not available. I asked for a N9 form, to submit it later today.
June 01 of 2025: I have paid my rent for this month.
June 02 of 2025: stepped out of my apartment for a walk around 06h30, visited the Chino hotel , Lone star area, some of the staff of a hotel I visited looked familiar from the past somewhere.
