May 30 of 2025: rain started in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 with thunder, lightening and wind around 18h45.
May 30 of 2025: construction work around the building where lawyers office was located prevented me from going to the meeting with the lawyer. Visited the 1 Nicholas St. Office around 11h15 and spoke to the same lawyer who spoke to me while I was on OC transpo transit vehicle (LRT) at PIMISI station. So I attended the same meeting twice, first on the phone and second in person on the 4th floor (by the first name and by the last name, twice).
May 30 of 2026: Station Express coffee shop (located in the downtown Marriott basement) near Lyon station exit in the basement, keeps customer copy of payment transaction from interac machine, despite asking for the customer copy. After I finished my y coffee I showed the receipt and reminder her that I was not their merchant. Merchant is a name as well. Cashier acknowledged saying “she knows that”. No “dates squares” were available so I bought “carrot square” with coffee.
May 30 of 2025: each consent form signed/issued by me to various individuals, organizations, agencies during the past 30 years were signed by me in my own handwriting, were for a specific reason, limited in scope and had a expiry date, which can not be used outside validity and scope, no verbal consents were issued.
May 29 of 2025: A man called my mobile but after saying hello, said wrong number and call ended, around 15h55.
May 29 of 2025: some movements were detected on floor 3 around 15h45, a knock on a door, a woman was seen heading towards the (B) 3 stairs door, most likely pushing a cart or something. facebook/Meta login is not precise, it shows Ottawa login as Gatinue Quebec because both are in close proximity. It would be nice if they make it precise to the postal code level if not the street level accuracy. Or not show the location at all, Google chrome has the same issue with accuracy. These aspects of this cheap technology can not be taken seriously, thee are like toys for adults for fun and games.
May 29 of 2025: Responded to escalated_concerns voice message around 15h20 also wrote an email to acknowledge the voice message. Expecting a call back from them around 16h00.

May 28 of 2025: visited H&R block glebe to talk to a tax preparer about amending my 2024 T1, showed him the Nov 2024 transaction which I qas considering to declare as income on my 2024 T1, but since there was no tax document issued by the person/organization, it was not necessary to file amendment, Bank should provide details about it, what it was. I did not request a y such deposit. Banks have access to unlimited resources, should have been very easy for them to find out the transaction details to provide to me. If not, than it will be a very questionable transaction and relevant authorities should question banks about it. I have clearly instructed them in writing to cancel the transaction. No clarification or no consent required for it. The credit memo transaction was like a planted transaction in my account secretively in Nov 2024 without writing to me describing the reason for it.
May 28 of 2025: visited a Scotiabank branch, got my card replaced. If anyone try to use my or show my previous card to one will be a big mistake and human rights matter of spying and stealing with malicious intents. Also received my service Canada deposit in my account. card replacement paper work was done electronically, not by the printed forms, I asked the bank staff what I was signing for. I am sure such electronically signed documents will have limited impact only to the purpose for which it was signed. Such electronically signed documents can not be used for other purposes, absolutely not, even any position of power should not be allowed to use such documents under any need or any circumstances . Because it was Human rights matter, violation of right full owners rights.
May 28 of 2025: Because of the diversification in the work place and different levels and different ethics of the work force, industry must make standards and rules which were geard towards making life unambiguous and fraud free for everyone’s benefit. Such as (one example) most recently based on what I experienced with the banks. It was very unusual for the banks to call accounts holders. But when they need it for legal reasons or promotional purposes they should not ask for a name rather they should ask for “the legal owner of account number xxxxxxx” after that relate the name on the account to the person with the help of ID etc. This will make it better for every one, in my opinion, there will be no more confusion or ambiguity about it that who they were calling for.
May 28 of 2025: stepped out of my apartment around 06h30 walked to the bus station.
May 27 of 2025: went outdoors around 21h00 to see the night lights in downtown and walk around, came back around 23h15. Buses were irregular and late, no busses at all at St. Laurent and Hurdman stations, on a week day. So I used a taxi from tremblay to come back to my area. Several fire trucks arrived around the building on Russell Rd, within few minutes as I entered the building. Some of them left within 10/15 minutes, one truck left around midnight, there was no fire alarms.
May 27 of 2025: heavy presence of uniformed personnel and law enforcement was seen around the downturn core area, which prevented me from meeting with the social worker.
Hurdman station used to be very busy stop all day and at night, but not any more.
May 27 of 2025: A branch of scotiabank located at Southgate shopping centre in hunt club area called me and recorded a message by wrong name (misuse of phone if she was looking for someone else), most likely she is not from Canada and rather she was not trained in Canada and was from somewhere in Middle East, because she called me by incomplete name and said mister with first name (perhaps fishing for some other person), I find this very disturbing that despite my repeated requests, and must be bank’s professional requirement as well, to call customer with their full name and say mister with full name, they disregard it.

(Scotiabank called a wrong person, no one here at my phone numbers or address by this name).
I have been a customer of banks in Canada for the past 30 years and all know what I want, how I want to be addressed etc. But it appears to me, and I have a feeling that they deviate from customer’s request and professional standards on purpose, with some hidden agenda. In the past bank officers used to be precise and careful in such matters.
May 26 of 2025: O-Train transit service in Ottawa is not a Intercity train service (like via rail or Amtrak) rather it is just a high end municipal tram service like street cars in Toronto. In my past before Canada, I have used old style tram services in Karachi Pakistan in 60s and 70s.
May 26 of 2025: visited the Scotiabank Ottawa South branch at bank street to related to occs unauthorized transaction of November 2024. I asked the staff if any one from Carleton University Branch was available. Staff told me that they can look into the concern I have, but she was not able to find useful information in her system and asked me what occs was, I said that was not known to me and that is what I wanted to know that what was. the reason and the organization/person behind that transaction. She said she will send a message to back office to get the necessary information. Later on she recorded a voice message on my mobile phone, which I returned the same day as soon as I got to my voice messages of the day. ate my jeal at Perkins hear the mall, a pedestrian asked he fur the train station and directions to get to manotick near the Mercedes showroom.

May 26 of 2025: OCTranspo route 11 in Ottawa was late and irregular on Richmond Rd, behind the Lincoln field mall (of the past) across from the community legal services of Ottawa around 08h41. Bus did not arrive as was posted on the stop schedule.
May 25 of 2025: I am at my ID address K1G3P2. (was true at the time of documenting).
May 25 of 2025: around 17h50 suddenly it turned into heavey rain just few minutes after I stepped out to buy something from a store but the store was already closed early due to Sunday. I was able to return back to my apartment without soaking in the rain water. I walked fast to reduce my exposure to the rain. It appears to me as if some one has a rain shower handle to turn it up or down depending on the mood.
May 25 of 2025: around 09h00 when I was nearly finished eating my breakfast before making the payment, at a restaurant in downtown, a yellow jacket wearing man entered the restaurant rushingly and ask one of the staff where the washroom was, as he was heading towards the washroom, he turned his head looked at me and went towards the lobby area, as if he was in a panic or some urgency.
May 25 of 2025: main street closure due to special event caused some in convenience, detour etc.
May 24 of 2025: Scotiabank automated calling system called me around 15h05. I returned the call in the evening when I was at home, it was a chat bot, asking for details, was not sending re if it was authentic or stealing information so I ended the call without giving them my personal information.
May 24 of 2025: this morning I noticed that Google YouTube has removed the live utc-4 clock from it’s live streams, I wonder why ?? Ottawa time is utc-4. I found there was an alternative to it as live clock – EST (current time).
May 23 of 2025: around 08h10, a man was seen reading the annunciator panel/recording on a log book and went to fire log book box near Canada Post parcel locker. Another man talking to a mobile phone was seen heading towards (B) 3 stairs door, as I was entering my apartment 307 door.
May 23 of 2025: at 08h00, a man wearing yellow jacket was seen at a traffic light intersection crossing of HAIG/Russell Rd, there was no little children school around on Russell Rd or HAIG,. mostly adults or babies with adults cross the road at the pedestrian light. I wonder what is the real reason behind such crossing helpers with a traffic sign in hand, when there was a working traffic light and there was no traffic congestion.
May 23 of 2025: went to Confederation Park at Elgin by route 5 in downtown for a quick walk and came back to my area by another route 5 bus.
