May 21 of 2025: This afternoon when I went down to the lobby, a group of three or four men were sitting on the bench across from the elevators near the Canada Post parcel locker. One man looked at addresses to me as “SER”, which I could but ignore and responded to him with a wave of my right hand and proceeded to “A” side corridor. It is that I am not responding to wrong name, rather I was just being polite and not ignore him. A few days ago a tall person came forward from the side of the wall as I was stepping out of the front exit/door, and said something by saying “SER”. It appears to me as if they were trying to assess if I respond to word “SER”. It would be better if they address me by by legal name, not by “SER”.
May 21 of 2025: several fire trucks movement was seen on Russell Rd in the vicinity of Dempsey Community Centre around 21h00

May 21 of 2025: power tools sounds were heard around 17h42 originating from somewhere in the building while I was in my apartment.

May 21 of 2025: visited H&R block and Scotiabank to follow up on personal important financial matters. No one was allowed to use any of my financial records under any false association, no association at all, they all should do their own paperwork or hire a lawyer, no exceptions, for their own good.
May 20 of 2025: This morning I received an email message from Scotiabank asking to complete a consent form to remove a (six months old) unknown transaction from my account which is very disturbing and unnecessary. ScotiaBank should be responsible for unknown and unauthorized transactions in a customers account. Very disappointing performance and disappointing customer service by reputable bank of Canada, I wonder if malicious intents were involved in it.
May 20 of 2025: During the past few weeks I heard whispers around me sounding like “SER”, just a reminder that I am not, never was, and never will be “CER” and/or any variation of sounds and spellings of this word. Please do not fool anyone by saying such words, and no rumors please, all strangers please do not misguide people with you. I am an Engineer, I was Sir only when I was in a classroom in a teaching role.
May 20 of 2025: three very large size ticket checkers were found checking fare on East bound O-Train around 12h15
May 20 of 2025: This morning I made a bill payment to Rogers™ out of my own chequing account at the same branch where account was opened. Payment was real and a confirmation number was issued, no lies.
May 20 of 2025: OCTranspo new ways Buses towards Hurdman and Tunny’pasture were off schedule between Clyde and Merivale during the period of 09h30 and 10h15, while I was waiting for one of these buses.
May 19 of 2025: just a reminder that Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was not generating data for others/ anyone, no one was allowed to use anything from his activities etc. he owns his own data/information period.
May 19 of 2025: a route 6 bus was showing 60 on the display inside the bus.
May 18 of 2025: Fireworks popping sounds were heard from far away at a distance around 20h45.
May 18 of 2025: came back to my apartment after a short ride to HAIG st. On Russell around 12h45. It was a bit windy and damp, decided to remain indoors this day, and hope that Monday 19th public holiday will be a better day.

Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} is not and was not ever with OMNI TV or OMNI news in any position/capacity, never will be, is only a channel news viewer/listener.
May 17 of 2025: a boom truck was seen outside the building near bushes close to parking lot around 22h15. Drove away on Russell Rd towards industrial, after stopping for few minutes. In Hamilton a bucket/boom truck (Elliott etc. used for high rise buildings) used to come to work on rooftop sign of the building, which was just a street level plus one floor up only. This building in Ottawa 1909 Russell Rd K1G3P2 is a eleven floor building and the boom truck was a small size truck.
May 17 of 2025: a rainy day in Ottawa, noted around 09h00.
May 16 of 2025: As soon as I entered the lobby of my building a beeping alarm originating from the annunciator panel got my attention around at time 13h06. An amber light on supervisory out side generator was flashing. Clock time on the annunciator panel was incorrect. Annunciatire panel was found silenced around 15h32 when I went down to lobby.
May 15 of 2025: Billingsbridge station stop canopies have developed lot of bugs and spiders, which can fall on the heads of the people waiting for their bus under the canopies, perhaps a power wash or powerful air blower may clean all the bugs over head.
May 15 of 2025: called 211 around 10h45 to get information for subsidized housing. This process was completed for me by the housing workers in 2023 when I was sheltered at Ottawa Mission by OW social assistance. This matter was discussed with the same housing worker in person on May 14 of 2024 in her office and signed a form related to this matter.
May 14 of 2025: I have trashed one of my towels.
May 14 of 2025: came out of my meeting with the housing worker around 15h20, she asked me to sign on a consent form paper to get some information from OCH regarding my rent file. At client service centre I got the opportunity to speak to the same housing worker as was before in 2023. Other new workers consider the previously done work as not authentic and keep on redoing it to learn from it. Another useful information which was not known to me before was that first Marsh insurance policy in 2023 was paid by Housing program/worker (not by OW as was previously thought/assumed by me). Consent form signed on this date for the housing worker eabit does not make me a new client of this client service centre because the same housing worker eabit sat with me several times in June/July 2023 in the same office to complete housing paper work, social housing registry, OAS application which had a wrong someone else’s bank account number, I was reluctant to submit another OAS application in Ottawa (submitted an affidavit for the reason) because I had already submitted an application in Peel region required by OW social services of that area. Consent form signed by me does not make me new client, it may initiate a new section or new paper in the folder because I am still using the same IDs as before, my IDs have not changed.
May 14 of 2025: I was waiting for social worker since 12h30 at the centre town health centre, around 13h00 I was told she was not scheduled for today and weekend is a long weekend. I am not sure if social workers will be working on a long weekend. Always different people to deal with, no continuity with the past. After coming out I went to Gelebe area to comeback to downtown to attend my 15h00 meeting at the client services centre.
May 14 of 2025: I attended opening introduction session of Ottawa PCB forum at Brooke Street Hotel in Kanata, registered upon arrival. Relevance, because I worked on a double sided PCB in 1978 or 1979 for my degree program projects work, which was a success. Not all degree program projects work but my project worked and it could reason, like 2+2=4, very basic for non technical people, but was a giant leap for me in a country which was considered a technologically backward country in 1980s. My request to imposters and technologically incompetent and unqualified people not to deprive me of my past, present and future work. People should live according to their natural tendencies instead of lies and backing from position of powers. Won’t be long lasting. Such people will vanish faster they think and can not live longer than the truth. They use positions of power to hold their lies. People in position of power must be honest and fair and true to their role in the Society and on the plant earth.
March 14 of 2025: heading west bound in ottawa to return to Ottawa centre.
May 13 of 2025: went to Byward market for a walk at night and came back to my building by route 20 to mall area, and route 40 from the St-Laurent station to get back to my building via Elmvale station.
May 13 of 2025: I found route 48 from Hurdman to my area and got off at HAIG stop, walked to my building, as I was walking towards my building a man on bicycle stopped near me and asked for time when it was about 17h50. A female rider was blocking the door at a critical moment when I was boarding the bus route 48 from the back door at Hurdman station. People can miss the trip because of such ignorant blockers. I was being nice that I allowed others to board ahead of me, and when it was my turn to board, that woman was in my way. In public transit during rush hours, it is common for people to get in a pushing and bumping situation.
May 13 of 2025: I saw a back pack so deep and heavy that the person carrying it required two seats without removing it from her shoulders, like a toddler on the back. Around 16h45 on route 07 bound for Carleton. Another deep back pack carried by a make student in the same route was seen around 16h54 but he was not sitting, he was standing. Another deep back pack in bus route 10 to Hurdman vehicle #6678 around 17h23.
May 13 of 2025: I was at the Ottawa city hall service centre around 15h45 after the Ottawa mission client service center visit. Desk staff gave me Service Canada phone contact for subsidized housing information, I wonder if this was a new service they provide.
May 13 of 2025: Visited the Ottawa mission client service center to meet with a specific housing worker. I requested the desk staff to say my full name, still desk staff called me by my incomplete name. Some kind of technique/trick to confuse people not to say complete name or to show this visit as some other Khalid ‘s visit in the system. I was Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} waiting for a housing worker. Just came out around 15h25, will try to connect with her some another day. OW reception staff used to say my incomplete name and I used to request that I must be called by my complete name for all purposes. My intention was not to fool anyone rather to prevent ambiguity which can lead to fraud.
March 13 of 2025: Responded to Scotiabank email, instead of giving them consent for credit memo matter (transaction details) I instructed the bank to remove the credit memo from my account because scotiabank was not able to provide simple transaction derails such as reason for the credit memo deposit and the person/organuzation behind the credit memo deposit of November 2024, almost 6 months ago, information provided by the bank was made up or an assumption, inaccurate, does not match with the facts of other transactions of the month of November 2024.
March 13 of 2025: Since the scotuabank did not get my approval before depositing the credit memo in my account, I was not aware of it, only when I saw it on a statement I contacted them by phone, but the issue was not registered by the system because the system did not issue a refernce number, untill I decided to file it as a complaint (although it was not a complaint, I was just seeking some information) to get a reference number which took many calls, must be in their comments in the system.
May 13 of 2023: a group of people was seen busy with color ful activity in the garden when I came out of the Side A door around 14h15, a man was seen sitting in a motorized wheel chair in the buffer zone (one of three member group in wheel chairs).
May 13 of 2025: 1909 Russell Rd of Ottawa Ontario K1G3P2 (a 11 floor building) and 1909 Russell Rd of Bourget Ontario K0A 1E0 (a farm) both in Canada in the same province.
May 12 of 2025: during the past one week several times ambulances of Prescott Russell area were seen around the building and other near by areas. These ambulances are painted in different color shades than the Ottawa area ambulances.
May 12 of 2025: visited the Scotiabank carleton university branch, branch was completely closed, pitch dark inside, lots of signs/posters on the wall and the door, ring was not answered, so visited another branch, where I was told that the Carleton branch was merging with another branch at Bank st. But transit number or anything else will not change, although physically branch will not exists but still same account details will remain in use without causing any legal problems because of this merger. Now a days branch staff changes very frequently, next month or even next day same staff is very rare to find to remind them what they said in the past, I am not sure what is the authenticity of the information they provide. Visited two branches at the bank st. related to the matter of campus branch closure, also visited a branch at merivale Rd few days ago to find out the FA on my account from the officer who setup my account in September 2023 and manually completed some paperwork, I am my own financial advisor.
May 12 of 2025: Fire drill alarms started in my apartment around 11h00 when I was busy writing to Scotiabank, stepped out immediately. Reentered the building around 11h20 when a car was seen stopped outside the front entrance, a volunteer truck vehicle was seen in the gardening area and a woman was seen clearing the fire drill poster from the glass panel in the lobby. Couple of people were seen sitting around the swings near the lounge exit door. Alarms were silent.
May 12 of 2025: wrote followup emails to Scotiabank Ombudsman and a senior bank manager regarding credit memo issue, transaction details.
May 12 of 2025: a poster was seen on the entrance door in the lobby regarding fire drill in the building today. A man was seen around elevators with a yellow blockade barrier they use when the elevators or escalators were out of services, perhaps he was one of the members of the fire drill team. Time 07h20
May 11 of 2025: several people were heard giggling, chatting, laughing in the corridor B on floor 3 around 20h10, a door was heard closed with a loud bang.
May 11 of 2025: I am still in Ottawa at my ID address, have not gone anywhere. Please do not believe lies, deception another information, if any doubt or require clarification, get it directly from me.
May 11 of 2025: back at my place after visiting some of the places where I lived in the past in Ottawa. Lot of people with families were seen in various places today, perhaps because now it was getting warmer and nicer and milder weather in Ottawa. Visited CONROY and lorry Greenberg, ward 10 community centre where library was located, hunt club to south key station and back via Corson Italia, bank street, Billings bridge station, Hurdman station and st. Laurent station. In the morning visited the the lobby of science museum, took few out door pictures around the museum and the locomotive engines pictures. In the past visited the museum with my offsprings between the year 1996-1998 and also once a IEEE meeting in the auditorium of the museum between the year 2008-2010 when I volunteered for IEEE Ottawa section.
May 10 of 2025: visited the Baseline station/centre point area in the morning in search of rental apartments and Home Depot store on Baseline. I used to shop at this store 1996-1998 for family needs, in the past bought some wood (pieces cut to custome sizes) for one of the beds at home (palm gates apartments). After that proceeded to Egaleson/Katimavik/Holiday Inn area from Tunney’s pasture station.
May 10 of 2025: many buses were irregular not follow posted schedule at Lincoln Fields station between 15h30 and 16h30 as if some one was sending instructions to hold these buses. Noticeably so was route 85.
May 09 of 2025: a loud motor bike causing thunder like exhaust/muffler sound was heard outside the building around 20h00. Perhaps Harley motor bike or similar.
May 09 of 2025: my main language for every day use is English and my mother language is URDU, little bit exposure to Arabic but not any other language such as Russian or any similar language, no Farsi language etc. neither any variation or dialect of these languages.
May 07 of 2025: a questionnaire was received in my inbox from Koodo/Telus regarding cancellation of services, since I am not Koodo/Telus customer/subscriber, does not apply to me it was irrelevant and bogus to ask such questions. Please refrain from it. Thank you.
May 07 of 2025: explored the Preston St to find a bankruptcy trustee, wrote email messages to KPMG Toronto office. Also visited the CLSO at bank St and submitted a print of the lease from my archives, to identify the issues, my rent was fully paid, tenant package insurance was active, etc. since it was a rainy afternoon, came back to my apartment from Billings Bridge by a Taxi, Ottawa mission food truck was seen in front of the built g as I entered the building through the B side entrance to get to my apartment.
May 07 of 2025: Before new ways implementation of April 27, OC Transpo route 55 used to run on Catherine St to go to OW office, now it is route 85. OC route 55 was replaced by OC route 85.
May 06 of 2025: a man on route 44 at the HEATHERINGTON stop made a rude gesture to take my seat when the opposite seat was also available. A questionable behavior. All the seat of the front row were not occupied. Time 09h55
May 05 of 2025: I was referred to a company that processes bankruptcies located, in down town at 280 Metcalf but the building has no stairs for public, a floor mopping janitor told me that it requires a key and she did not have the key. Elevator looks very old, may get stuck, stairs must be open for visiting public use in emergency and to get to lower floors. I decided not to use the elevator. Arrived at the buildings around 16h20
May 05 of 2025: tenants circle meeting was in progress around 14h44 in the building lounge, I took a peek,e many people were seen attending the meeting including a man who operates the AIP office. Perhaps the whole group was of building or OCH staff instead of tenants. Perhaps, was a work group meeting. Around same time two OCH security vehicles were seen in front of the building. One vehicle left few minutes before the other vehicle. bus at the building stop 7157 arrived after that.
May 05 of 2025: visited apple tree medical centre around 11h45 to consult one of my physicians from the past, updated my contact info in their kiosk.
May 05 of 2025: first payment to insurance company was confirmed this morning when I call the company around 10h05, it was debited from my bank account over the week end. Transaction was posted on the statement on May 06 of 2025. I pre authorized.
May 04 of 2025: in ottawa, indoors most of the day, went out doors in the evening for a walk around the neighbour hood. An unaccompanied child was seen on route 5 bound for waller St.
May 06 of 2025: flashing light vehicles were seen at many places along the RIDEAU St in downtown and along the Bank St. on way to Billings bridge around 22h30. Also at Heron and walked fork across near palm gates apartments around 23h24 vehicles with flashing lights perhaps due to construction work by the night crew.
May 04 of 2025: when I was heading towards side A stairs door around 12h40, a man was seen in the corridor standing around a apartment door with a black cubicle shape object like a counter top personal beverage cooler. Same man was seen entering the trash room near the elevators with the same cubicle object and perhaps exited through the back door, I guessed it by the sound of a closing door when I was around my letter box. Also more than one vehicles were seen outside the front door, as if were waiting for some one.
May 04 of 2025: Reminder that my current tenant insurance policy for my apartment 307 in a OCH building is with “thePersonal” Insurance company effective April 24 of 2025, first letter of the policy is “H” followed by some numbers. Following was the link to my insurance policy.
May 03 of 2025: back in my apartment arouvd 20h00-
May 03 of 2025: fido mobile phone company took $130.40 from my card without any service or equipment and not yet fully refunded just a small portion of it ($32.70) was reversed to my card. There was no publicly known phone number available to call to speak to the relevant department of the company to get my money back, or to find out the reason for it etc.
May 02 of 2025: Credit memo into my account dated in November 2024 complain #: ECMS20250210-1025, Still remains unresolved. OCH did not return any money in November 2024 to Scotiabank. Moreover as I know it, a return from a company payment (i.e. reversal of a payment) will not require a credit memo to put the money back in customers account, a different instrument/transaction was used for such returns, which did not happen in November 2024. There were two wrongs in this situation that OCH did not push back (reversal) any payment in November 2024, and second is that credit memo was irrelevant to any payment reversal. Perhaps it was some kind of courtesy deposit by the bank, customer appreciation deposit like account opening bonus etc. which is done manually, approved on a paper memo signed by couple of officers to approve etc.
May 01 of 2025: Paid my rent for this month to OCH by bank automated payment system which was setup in 2024 and can not be stopped except by the originator i.e. Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood}. Payment confirmed by BMO alert notification to my inbox.
May 01 of 2025: this morning around 07h47 when I purchased hash browns with coffee, the price of the hash browns was steep for the type of fast food place of a McDonald’s, over all it was not a good value for money. Young people working at this place were not attentive to the customers as if they have something else on their minds to keep busy.
May 01 of 2025: In the past when rent was paid in person, personal cheques were acceptable (in addition to cash) by almost all the housing or condos companies, and the records of the cheques returned by the bank to tenant was considered authentic receipts. Once rent was paid to the authorized receiver it was never made an issue, transactions used to be honest. Now days one person pays rent perhaps somebody else gets the receipts, and the rent receiver does not want to talk about the rent receipts as if they were using the receipts for something else or some frauds etc. Because of some ones backing they will come up with all kind of justifications around not issuing receipts as was experienced by me in the past in Hamilton and some other places. It was possible to write back dated cheques for future rents for whole year, but nowadays people have forgotten all such highly secure and acceptable practices of the past. Mainly because the level of honesty has diminished or disappeared completely and they want to benefit by disputes.
