April 16 of 2025: while I was talking to TD Home insurance on the phone at branch in Ottawa, around 10h54, call was disconnected with a hickup in the background as if the phone died somewhere, my phone was at 50%. Just a reminder to every one that I live unmarried since 2005, never married since than, one of the many reasons is that I am anti marriage for personal reasons. Since I have no spouse at home, possibility of some one ta myking call at home did not exist, therefore no one can intercept my calls, no one was allowed to pretend to intercept or no one was authorized to take my calls by disconnecting my calls. This happened many times in the recent past as well, which was definitely due to human intervention, similar to tapping into others phone calls in the old days when copper phone lines were in use, ordinary people/commoners can not do this kind of intervention. Due to this conversation was not completed with TD, soon it will resume as soon as I get back home. Also visited Desjardin insurance located at bank street to complete the policy payment related matters etc. was it TD or TD Canada trust or some other incarnation of the bank.

about 14:45 two men boarded the vehicle route 42 (bound for Blair Station) at Hurdman station from outside the cabins (a low rise building ) located at OCTranspo TRANSITWAY ramp.

15:22 route 46 stop signs were already removed on walkley Rd. Signs seen at walkley Rd stops were only route 44 and route 92. On Heron Rd one rpute 41 sign was seen. Route 55 was found removed on Smyth Rd.

Received the policy cancellation confirmation letter from Marsh by email, which was forwarded to Desjardin for further processing of the transferred policy effective April 12 of 2025.

An online quote from TD insurance was received, not sure if it was TD Canada Trust or just TD. In progress ….

April 17 of 2025: around 08h30, a maintenance boy in the corridor A asked me to let him in the laundry room, I gave him a free advice to call the number of OCH which was posted on the walls everywhere in the lobby.

April 17 of 2025: this afternoon I received a tenant policy documents from desjardins, but name on the envelope was missing a comma in between. Company did not fix it despite telling them on April 11. I took the envelope to Canada Post to ensure that it was for {KhalidMahmood}, I opened it after I got the confirmation from Canada Post officer that it was for me. Policy number was correct. But I intend to cancel it immediately, because of the name defect on it. Policy is a legal document and name on these documents must match with one of the IDs issued in Canada. Such discrepancies are not an issue when insurance companies receive money from customers on monthly basis or yearly basis, but it becomes an issue when a claim is filed by the customer because they scrutinize claims differently and different people get involved who would have different opinions about this matter such as name discrepancy. That’s why I want to keep documents as much accurate as possible, to have less hassle in future.

April 17 of 2025: after receiving a defective policy document from Desjardins, it makes me think that why these people do not follow Canadian system in legal matters. Perhaps some people do not have the ability to do anything correctly deliberately or because of their own limitations and lack of willingness to do things honestly, i.e. to benefit from ambiguity. Marsh Policy was based on my correct name as on my IDs, a cancellation letter was submitted to Desjardins, so why would they not make it same on this policy.

This situation where two insurance companies in Ottawa are showing names of the same person in two different formats, is comparable to TD Canada trust situation, showing different short names for the same account holder, same person, on savings and chequing accounts. Not acceptable, should be consistent, can create complications. Govt. Should analyse these inconsistencies and make a industry wide standard to show name on documents matching with IDs.

So, Why I am concerned about these discrepancies, mainly for my protection, also to avoid litigation in future. Such situations are bound to create disputes if not handled in the begining. To resolve disputes people go to courts, which can result in depleting resources and unnecessary stress  etc. Or the same companies who are creating these discrepancies will fix the issue making it look a favour to the customer.

Govt. should make a comprehensive master record database for each individual and all other essential/mandatory services should be built around such master record data base, to eliminate any inconsistencies or new data entries, new validation, new authentication etc. a person in such data base with bio matrix should be trusted and not scrutinized more than once.

April 17 of 2025: since Friday 18th was a non-working day in Ottawa, Service Ontario should remain open longer hours on Thursday April 17. I am glad Service Ontario was open at 16h30 when I arrived at Bank St location,  closed st 19h00 for the day. Ahead of my turn there was a yelling and shouting dark complexion client of Sevice Ontario, was unhappy for sone unknown reasons, or may be he was a trainer showed up at the end of the day to assess her progress.

April 17 of 2025: I was at Service Ontario since 16h30 to 18h55 just to get a printed vehicle records from the past, also to get some clarification about comma in the name on license but health card has no comma, Service Ontario don’t have advance technology bio matrics driver’s licence cards available yet. My turn was at number D91, which was taken from me by the clerk at the counter, no one should use it to fool anyone. was Just a joke. There were many people sitting without a number. It was noticed that some people were getting service without a number, like more than one person under one number. Some people were seen writing their names on a wait list because all the numbers for the day were taken. Ahead of my turn there was a yelling and shouting dark complexion taller client of Sevice Ontario, was unhappy for some unknown reasons, or may be he was a trainer who showed up at the end of the day to assess her progress for the day. Another person on the opposite side of the waiting area stood up and shouted at her that he was waiting for the past two hours. One person shouted at her from the front and the other person shouted at her from behind. One person entered the Service Ontario shop ahead of me around 16h30 pulled out more than one waiting for turn tickets, offered me one, which I did not accept and pulled a number for myself and took a seat which became available within few minutes.

I have Record of my white Pontiac Grand AM which was sold in the year 2000 in Jubail in my absence by my appointed representative.

Not everyone would know other details about this vehicle, like first auto insurance by me, travel club memberships, extended warranties I purchased for the car, workshops where it was maintained, other legal details.  How it was transported to Jubail etc., I have previous insurance records as well prior to Cooperators and Statfarm which may not be known to those who steal my information and documents, if applicable.

 I hope unauthorized people did not use the sold vehicle for any illegal purpose.  Service Ontario staff at the counter at that time was not able to understand my order, perhaps due to the shortage of time available, my number was called just 10 minutes before closing the doors and there was still one number waiting in line. It was incorrectly filled order, but I did not pursue to get it fixed due to lack of time, she made an announcement earlier that the shop will be closed sharp at seven.

April 18 of 2025: I heard a motor bike sound on live Eindhoven camera around 08h10 local time around 14h10 Eindhoven time, I saw on monitor display two nearly identically motor bikes, perhaps they were contemplating to race together.

April 18 of 2025: Recently, I was required to show ID during the past few months for a bank account, home insurance policy, etc. Such situations where a show of ID was required by the retail or any business should be limited only to reading the information from the ID for relevant purpose only, should not be for any other purpose. Sometimes words “ID check” is used to read the ID for persoanl details, which is incorrect. Words “ID check” may be mistaken to examine ID. Retail businesses should not be involved with such “ID check”. If in doubt, businesses can ask the customer to get the ID authenticated/verified from the ministries or Service Ontario/ issuing authority. Consumers/Customers should have powers over businesses. Consumers/customers have the power to choose a friendly and safe business environment. Businesses should not and can not play the role of law enforcement in their own interest. Electronic ID readers may be an alternative at the retailers where show of ID was required like other equipment such as interac machine etc.

April 19 of 2025: a rainy and foggy day in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 around 06h11.

April 19 of 2025: a blue line taxi was seen parked in the parking lot on the B side of the building several times at the sanecspot almost. Perhaps the owner of the taxi vehicle lives in this building.

April 19 of 2025: Bought some grocery from Independent store of neighbour hood, and dontead the small  change back to cashier for one of your causes.

April 19 of 2025: voices were heard most likely of women chattering loudly in the  corridor around my apartment door around 19h20.

April 22 of 2025: PC master card/PC financials please fix all my card related issues, you can locate my card by my ID numbers (don’t use name to locate it, may be confusing), after locating my card with numbers relate it to me by the name on it. But please don’t use name to locate or understand it, use numbers to understand it and locate it. Thanks very much.

April 22 of 2025: when I was talking to the insurance agent about the discrepancy in the name on the cover letter and the policy documents she mentioned some thing about taking the documents to any embassy, I asked her which embassy, she said any embassy, did not make any sense to me. Canadian Embassy issued me landing papers for immigration in 1993 with a name for me on it which is {KhalidMahmood }, no intentions to change it. However, she removed the discrepancy in the documents by inserting a comma by her pen. They only talk about driver’s licence as the ID but ignore the comma in between the name on it, I told her about my name on my Citizenship card, I wonder what is this resistance in their attitude about IDs and name, why they do not consider Citizenship card or  other IDs to identify the person and the correct name. Was it acceptable by the Canadian Govt. or was it against the Govt. guide lines. There should be no ambiguity in people’s minds about it. Desjardin and/or Certas Insurance computer systems should also show the name correctly on insurance documents  internally to avoid any legal complications and unnecessary hassle, according to the master records/documents in Govt. Database as per landing papers/Citizenship card. I called the 1-877-659-1570 between 14h00 and 15h00 to tell them about this name issue on the policy and fix it, the staff transferred the call back to the resellers/agent office on Bank Street in Glebe, the same office where I visited this morning to talk about this issue. I have been using insurance policies in North America since 1995 as and when required for auto and tenant package, but never came across such issues in the past, it was only in 2025 that these name discrepency issues are surfacing.

April 22 of 2025: I called Marsh Canada around 16h30 and spoke about previous tenants policy, wrong comments were reported to me from the system that the reason for previous policy cancellation was moving out of the apartment, which was incorrect, I am still at the same address, in the same one bed room apartment #307, my lease is valid untill the end of July 2025. I have changed the insurance policy and company but I am still at the same address as given below. I asked her if there were any claims submitted on the previous policy, I never submitted any claims on auto or tenants policy. Somebody might want to investigate why this man does not submit any claims to the insurance company. The answer is “Because —————” .

April 23 of 2025: Bought a tenant’s policy from personal insurance company effective today at 10h00 am.

April 23 of 2025: Returned the tenants insurance  policy documents to Desjardin branch at 2-875 Bank St., around 14h45, man was seen going up as I was heading towards the exit after depositing the big envelope in the letter box of the company. I have cancelled the policy FG xxxx and replaced it with a “The personal Insurance” company policy. IEEE members group, I am the senior member. Because of the renewal pending matter, price for the insurance was calculated at a higher rate. I expect the price to go down after renewal of my membership.

April 24 of 2025: a rainy day in Ottawa. Visited a neighbourhood building in this area to find out the personal insurance company office, rather I found Desjardins in that building on floor 2. Bought soup cans from Independent etc.

April 25 of 2025: Today an outdated billing notice was found in the letter box (when I entered the buildings ng around 16h15 after my trip to Pinecrest queensview area), from Certas/Desjardin Insurance, policy was cancelled on April 23 of 2025. Around 20h00 I called Desjardin to find out about the cancellation, I was told there was a cancellation fee to pay, which was almost like two monthly payments without any claims on the policy. Very high cancellation fee.

April 26 of 2025: although I was housed by Housing and Social workers of Ottawa mission in 2023 at 307-1909 Russell Rd, Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 but this apartment was not maintained, not operated by the Ottawa mission or the housing/social workers. This apartment was maintained and operated by me as a tenant of OCH for residential housing needs, rent fully paid, and insured as per the company requirement. Lease  shows my name in both formats to match with the Citizenship card and with the Ontario driver’s license. Which is important to avoid any ambiguity avoid any disputes. For any disputes or missing requirements OCH should approach the housing and social workers to contact the tenants, because initially paper works was completed by the housing and social workers of Ottawa mission including Rent Subsidy/RGI paper work.

April 27 of 2025: many police vehicles with flashing lights were seen in the ELMVALE shopping centre/Mall parking space around 22h10 in the vicinity of home hardware and the Laundromat, far side from the pet shop.

April 27 of 2025: Bus route 48 operating under “New ways to Bus” program has different stop names around the building on Russell Rd, and 1909 Russell stop (#7154 and #7157) was not seen on the display inside the bus around 22h30 (#8355 and #7152 were also not seen on the display) –

April 28 of 2025: oc-transpo stops name issue was found fixed on 08h15 bus bound for Hurdman on route #48 operating on “New ways to Bus” program.

April 28 of 2025: made a payment to Certas/Desjardins for the cancellation of the policy – no fault cancellation. At a Scotia bank branch around 14h00. Visited the Carling location of the company to update cancellation records. Also visited a tax accountant in the same building on the same floor to pursue my second personal bankruptcy (first was in 2007) . I was given few referrals which were located in the down town, will continue on April 29 of 2025.

April 29 of 2025: met with Ms Jennifer of  MNP around 12h30  to discuss my bankruptcy plan (i.e. highly likely intentions as my legal right for my protection). I want to declare bankruptcy without debt just the assets part of it,  like some people declare bankruptcy without declaring assets to get rid of debt. My contact information such as name, phone number, email address was asked from me for future contact. Personal bankruptcy act should be balanced for those who need this protection from bogus collections and bogus claims just name based. One person commits a wrong doing and another person gets in trouble because of name similarity. People who commit wrong doings should be bold enough and grown up enough to face the consequences themselves instead of passing the consequences to others because of their questionable powers (misuse and abuse of powers and social status). It was said by the trustee during the short meeting that they will take everything, when I described what I have in my possession and at home, I was told it was all exempt from their take over.

I am willing to sell my professional expertise, and engineering knowledge for a price, which was gained prior to coming to Canada in 1993. Because that is exempt from bankruptcy,

April 29 of 2025: a very gusty windy a rainy day in OTTAWA.

April 29 of 2025: I have declared my assets in my possession on T1 for the year 2024, also my current tenant’s policy reflects on my assets in my possessions, in addition to my assets declared in 2007 and OW social assistance records as a recipient (not as a OW salaried staff). Any other information would be a illusion created by fraud makers. These records about my assets were not name based rather were ID based.

April 29 of 2025: Several police vehicles and an ambulance was seen stopped outside the building around 22h00-

Gustsing winds were heard in my apartment around 22h25 loud and clear.

April 30 of 2024: a quick trip to RIDEAU down and back by 08h00. OC Transpo web site was not revealing the stop #7157 route 48 scheduling.

No bus route was scheduled why ?? Stop across # 7154 has a schedule but # 7157 has no schedule.

April 30 of 2025: a small section of Russell Rd at the Smyth traffic light intersection around BMO bank was blocked off for the public with yellow tape and lot of police vehicles, fire trucks etc.  as was seen around 10h30. Same around saunders on/HAIG on Smyth Rd. Perhaps some kind of a operation similar to the one on April29 in downtown outside the RIDEAU mall.

April 30 of 2025: this morning a invoice from Certas/Desjardins was found in my letter box after cancellation and fee payment. I wonder why ??. If they or any company wants to use this building address for marketing purposes by sending wrong invoices or letters, than they should do it without apartment number, and do not use 307, my apartment number. Policy and invoice is a legal document because it has client specific information which should not be sent to irrelevant and wrong people.
