April 01 of 2025: Rent for this month has been deducted, gone out of my bank account for the month of April 2025. I have paid my rent on the first day of the month. Documented by the monthly rent paying genuine Lessee tenant of OCH since 2023. Also obtained a statement printed from a bank officer to make sure that rent payment transaction was completed.
April 01 of 2025: on my way to a trustee to file a bankruptcy, not fooling around, for real.
April 01 of 2025: this afternoon I was given a privacy document unsigned form by the H&R block (the tax preparer). H&R block (the tax preparer) should guarantee that any tax related documents submitted will not be missed and will not be used by anyone else other than the owner of the documents, the tax payer/filer through (facilitated by) H&R Block.
April 02 of 2025: couple of letters were in my letter box when I checked my letterbix around 14h35 upon coming back from Westgate mall. One of the letters was from OCH, a reminder to have tenant’s insurance policy renewed. I have already done that at the time of Lease renewal in 2024. Such a reminder seems to be of no use, because tensnts’ policy renewal is linked to the lease renewal not the calender year.
April 02 of 2025: Today, I called CRA to obtain a record of my previous tax returns filed by trustee on my behalf.
April 02 of 2025: Independent grocery store of Elmvale shopping is selling a different grocery bag which is different shap and size. When I asked for the reason, cashier did not know the reason, I find it very strange, in the past trained cashiers used to call a manager or some one else to find the answer instead of just saying don’t know.
April 02 of 2025: can openers were missing when I needed to open a can this evening. I wonder if this was related to the Kuwait airport incident of December 2023 where my can openers were taken away from my bags at the airport during transit without issuing a receipt for it. I did not allow anyone to use my absence at all. I have hand written notes at the entrance which no one can over ride accept authentic court order based on truth not based on misinformation/disinformation.
April 03 of 2025: other side of the building where I am a genuine Signatory Lessee rent paying tenant since 2023.
April 03 of 2025: H&R block payment receipt provide by the glebe location does not show rounding, a change due back of $5.09 was returned to me as $5.10 because physical cent coins were not in use in Canada but H&R block register accounting system should take this into account and should print rounded amount cash in or cash out. On a card (electronic payment) this will never be an issue but for cash transactions this must be clarified by rounding on the receipt. Or even better round it to the nearest note, i.e. no coins at all, so $5.09 should be cash back as $5.00 no smaller coins at all. TD Canada trust bank was involved in the same practice, for one, two, three, or four cent change back to customer after a bill payment etc. e.g. , a nickel coin ($0.05) was returned to the customer, as was experienced by me at two branches, once when I paid a bill by cash payment and another incident was at a different branch when I closed a chequing account within 24 hours after setting up due to some serious name issues in December 2024, closing balance was less than a nickel, just few cents, but bank officer returned a coin of 5 cents, as a standard practice of the bank.
April 03 of 2025: Visited OCH office at Chapel but was closed, tried to call OCH number, recorded a message for rent coordinator Abit Arraj information her about my fully paid rent, not owing any rent, also my Tenants package insurance was renewed at the time of lease renewal in 2024, insurance was known to me from past due to my previous professional organization. If OCH records are different or of the records were altered to show some different information they should talk to me or my rent coordinator directly. All my rent payments after OW ended in 2023 were made out of my bank accounts electronically.
April 03 of 2025: before visiting OCH, I visited CAA near Walmart to discuss about my membership, their records were showing membership suspended. Word suspended does not make sense and does not apply for a CAA membership which is optional, not mandatory. Word suspended is commonly used for govt. or other official position where suspended flag means they loose their job related perks of the active duty as a punishment for a certain period of time due to crimes they committed. CAA membership is not in that category.
April 04 of 2025: starting with a natural phenoma in the universe i.e. lightning and human made power/energy source electricity, word electronics is relevant, electricity (i.e. source of power/energy) and electrons are the basis of modern devices (semiconductors etc.), so anything that contains electrons (micro-chips, wires, and similar materials) should belong to and must be under the ownership of Engineers (excluding human beings). I want to talk to all those who disagree with this, but must be with logic and reason and sensibility, not with hooliganism, not with bullyism, not as a childish tantrums or any other kind of superiority, or elitism.
April 05 of 2025: This morning called H&R block to discuss the issue with the payment slip dated March 31 of 2025, I am waiting for the formal payment receipt out of CAD$ 100.00, I paid to the tax preparer/facilitator H&R block to submit my T1 to CRA on my behalf. Also wrote an email to H&R block glebe with an attachment describing the issue with the payment slip, and the need for a corrected formal payment receipt out of CAD $100.00 – only one T1 income tax filing is required for one Social Insurance Number by using the complete name, it is not (absolutely NOT) two filings using the given name and family name separately, moreover, T1 is filed by the SIN number.
April 05 of 2025: CRA T1 income tax package which I ordered in March 2025 over the phone was received after I completed T1 filing at an H&R Block Glebe location in Ottawa. I have returned the T1 tax package back to CRA because only one filing was required, some where package was delayed in the mail delivery chain and delivered to me late in April as if some one wanted me to file duplicate T1. No no no no, I don’t file duplicate T1 returns by the first name and by the last name.
April 05 of 2025: a rainy and windy day in Ottawa, took a bus route 46 to one of my old neighbor hoods for some quick shopping and back via bank street OCH near Billings bridge. round trip of about 2 hours 13h30 to 15h30 back in my apartment. I saw a man and a woman busy talking in the lobby across from the elevators, I walked through corridor A, a man and a woman were seen cleaning in the AIP office, man thought I was Sir, I told him I was not Sir, office was closed for public work but they were in there for cleaning work.
April 05 of 2025: Received a sms/text message from Scotiabank card to make a payment, I immediately made a payment to the card out of my bank account and called card line around 18h00 to informat them about the payment made.
April 06 of 2025: trip to downtown area to see night lights and night views.
April 07 of 2025: I was outdoors since morning, came back to the building around 16h00. Several people were seen in the lobby mostly women, one woman was seen pushing a cart out of the front door. Troy Life fire safety was in the building, almost a monthly event., as per a poster seen on the glass door. in the lobby.
April 08 of 2025: I wrote an email message to H&R block, no one responded, I made few calls to H&R Block, but they have not yet issued a formal payment receipt after taking a $100.00 note from me on March 31 of 2025. In this situation I would consider no response from H&R block to my email as a confirmation and formal receipt from H&R block. I paid by a $100.00 note and got change due back as $5.09 rounded to $5.10 services and fee paid $94.91 –
April 08 of 2025: people were seen working in the laundry on floor 1 in the lobby of the building with power tools around 09h40.
