February 01 of 2025: I am alive in Ottawa. A cold morning.
February 01 of 2025: I checked my BMO account around 08h00, rent payment to OCH was completed on the first day of the month, it will be shown in the statement on 3rd Feb due to weekend. Feb 01 on Saturday, Feb 02 on Sunday. Rent money was deducted from account on Feb 01 of 2025. It was due to banking IT systems that it will be listed on the 3rd in the statement, but it was not late payment.
February 01 of 2025: around 14h00 a Line 2 OC transport staff bumped into me as I was entering the vehicle just in time before closing the doors. She mumbled something, not known to me. Vehicle remained at the stop for few more minutes after closing the doors before departing towards Greensboro. Lack of courtesy by the staff. I wonder why would she jump out of the vehicle at the last minute as a staff, it was normal for the riders to get into the vehicles rushingly at the last minute not to miss the ride. It might have resulted in bumping me out of the train because the door was closing. Lack of professionalism, perhaps untrained, union worker without hiring. I got off at walkley and found a route 44 waiting for me towards my first neighborhood of 1996 in Ottawa, heron gate mall.
February 02 of 2025: when I entered the building on Feb 01 of 2025 after few hours trip to downtown and back, I saw a poster of Troy Fire life safety company. usually this used to be a day event, in 2025 it was a multi day February 03 to February 07 of 2025.
February 02 of 2025: consumed self-made Sunday brunch at home in my apartment 307 finished before 11h00.
February 02 of 2025: an EMS staff in uniform was seen inside Starbucks coffee shop at Elmvale shopping centre when I was in the store ahead of him around d 12h30. Ambulance was seen parked in the parking while he was in the store.
February 02 of 2025: around 17h30 when I approached the building, Many people and a child was seen in the buffer zone and in lobby. One man was seen holding the door for each other, since it was cold weather I also entered through the open door but I used my key on the reader, did not use the elevators rather used B side stairs to get to my apartment. Bought some food from the independent grocery store, carried it to my apartment in my hand without a bag, because the container had a handle on it, there was no oc transit bus scheduled so I decided to walked from the store back to the building. Before that I went to Carleton University to determine some ineternet related matter, which did not last much longer, it was slower than I had expected. Higher educational institutions seem to be lagging behind in use of technology. Or perhaps may be thar Carleton University has no real technology setup.
February 03 of 2025: some constructiin Hardware equipment was seen placed in the lobby lined up against the wall under the big wall paiting. Few men were seen installing some equipment on the wall on corridor side “B”, most likely a electronic key system or perhaps handeails alongbthe walls. Around 08h20 three men were seen getting in the elevator with some tools, I asked them if they were from Troy or if they need to get into my apartment 307 for any work. There was no such requirement. Drilling sounds were heard in the building most likely due to this installation on the wall.
February 03 of 2025: Checked my letter box around 09h45, found a letter from Equifax Montreal, think what to do with it. I do not want to send my IDs to fix my credit reports, rather I show it to them in person. Also received a voters registration card, but since I have opted out of the voters lists, I do not wish to register for the upcoming elections. It will not make any difference for the overall political scene of the country, because I have no political background, rather I have Engineering background despite all the negative efforts by opposing forces.
February 03 of 2025: around 10h45: I bought some food at a McDonald’s restaurant, order #:781. Some locations of McDonald’s do not display my order number, I have noticed many times. When I asked the staff for the reason they don’t have an honest answer, just something to say to get out of the situation. This location has no graduates from Featherston public school. They don’t give the order receipt to the customer, perhaps it was kind of self serve to pickup the receipt from the customer facing machines at the register.
February 03 of 2025: This was a heavy snow day in Ottawa. Visited a co-working space at dow’s lake area after short visit to McDonald’s herogate across from the first building in Ottawa where walkley and Heron Rd fork, featherston public school area. Back to my apartment by 15h30.
February 04 of 2025: Firedrill started around 09h30, many people were seen in the lobby around 08h30 and one person was seen getting off the couches in the lounge around 08h00. Pushing, hammering and drill sounds were heard.
February 04 of 2025: Today I gave some money to a business in the mall (to exchange for smaller notes)and some money to a taxi driver (to pay for the ride) and a restaurant in a court (to pay for my meal and beverage) between 11am and 13h00. They did not give me any money. Do not believe any lies and deception. Ask more details for ambiguous and unclear information and confirm/verify with me directly. Remember malicious intents of crooks, fraud makers, swindlers, etc. and criminal minds. I have no big beard, just that occasionally, I have over grown facial hair when not groomed daily.
February 04 of 2025: Called Scotiabank around 20h00, after long hold I got a representative on phine line around 21h00 to talk to me, representative was not able to provide me details about the credit memo which appeared in my account in November 2024, I was told branch will provide the details about the credit memo. End of call. Decided to write an email to an officer of the scotiabank around 22h00 asking for details about the anonymous credit memo transaction.
February 05 of 2025: new metallic conduits (most likely for cameras or magnetic latches, perhaps) and railings were seen all over the place in the building on the B side stairs entrance around 08h00 when I went to lobby. I wonder when did they miss me, I am here in my apartment most of the time. Today crew was seen on Floor three near elevators and laying the rails and material on the floor in the “B” side corridor.
February 05 of 2025: OC Transpo Vehicle 6511 route 88 bound for Terry fix was still displaying 2024 fare poster in the bus in back portion of the settings as was seen around 09h25.
February 05 of 2025: I used the Side “B” parking side door to enter the building around 18h00 after I came back after dinner at holiday Inn. Lobby of the building was occupied by some tables because women were distributing breads of various type. I was offered to pickup some bread but because I was not on their program I declined politely by telling them that I was independent on my own program. Also checked my letter box, was empty.
February 05 of 2025: around 18h15 a smoke detector alarm was found NOT sounding, perhaps Troy Life and fire safety team disabled it during testing phase, for upgraded it or some other reason not known to me. I hope Troy Fire, life and safety will fix it before leaving/exiting the building after completing the work. Wrote an email to OCH maintenance about it on February 06 of 2025.
February 05 of 2025: followed up with scotia Bank regarding the credit memo in question, requested details. scotia bank called me back around 19h45 saying call was dropped, person on the phone authenticated me again by asking few questions, according to him an email was sent to the home branch at carleton university to provide the details of this credit memo in question. Scotia Bank must have informed me of the credit memo with the details before crediting it to my account to get my approval/consent, It is a legal matter.
February 06 of 2025: I was getting ready in my apartment 307 around 07h30 -08h00 to step out of the building for few hours this morning. By 09h00 I was at a coffee place Bigg’s. Back in my apartment by 13h30 via Lyon St. and Carleton University. Because of inclement weather decided not to walk to the branch on campus. Stopped at a hotel for sone tea. Lunched at my own place in my apartment.
February 07 of 2025: I spoke to a Troy Fire life and safety staff around 08h20 in the lobby to check my smoke detector, he entered my apartment with me to check it, I showed him my stick which I carry in my bag, he used his finger instead to push the button to make it beep, I thanked him before he exited from my apartment. I used my stick to push the button to make it beep again to determine if there was any special technique. He is a helping (i.e. in positive sense of help) person and should be rewarded or promoted, he helped an elderly woman before entering the lobby and used his own key to enter the lobby. There was a car waiting for the elderly woman and one young boy was waiting in the buffer zone.
February 07 of 2025: Fire drill Announcement was heard on the PA system in the corridor around 09h00 for fire alarm testing. Troy group was in the building at 1909 Russell Rd in Ottawa K1G3P2 for a week (Feb 3 to Feb 7) but missed to check and sign off the fire extinguisher on floor 3 at 302 across from my apartment 307 on the sane floor, one of them entered in my apartment to operate the smoke detector but did not pay attention to examine the fire extinguisher on his way in and out of my apartment. Perhaps was not his expertise or was not his area of responsibility.
February 07 of 2025: Body wax color on the bathtub and reversal of drain pipe gunk are different kind of dirt in the tub not the same thing, any unauthorized watchers of such dirts/filth should keep this in mind in gossippy or reporting sessions. Beware of this fraud. In one of my previous rental places with common bathroom located on Dynes road area, black color deposits were seen on the tub surface which was most likely because of the black color body wax. My body wax is not black color, my tub in this building in not showing the same black color as was in that house. Perhaos that’s why some houses do not use tub rather just the standing showers. Tub issues, toilet issues, bogus unpaid rental issues, systems issues, alarm issues, kitchen issues and the list goes on and on and on……………………….. but nothing sticks, must be ………………………….. :: Rythm of negatively motivated ideas and intentions.
February 07 of 2025: Some people were seen in the lobby with heavy furniture pushing around noon time on a dolly, perhaps new a new tenant/family was moving in. One elevator was on service mode for move in.
February 07 of 2025: this day I opted to remain indoors, made couple of phone calls, calls TD direct investing and Scotia.
February 07 of 2025: found a letter from Govt. Of Ontario consisting of a rebate notification with a cheque around 20h00. I accepted it since there were no conditions attached to it. But why direct deposit was not used this time. Seems to be authentic, thanks to Premier of the Province. But no thanks, I decided to return the rebate letter with the cheque back to the sender through a Federal drop box because the UPS courier service at bank street was taking too long to deliver back to the sender. More over such rebates payments were issued by CRA not the Provincial govt. They should consider to direct deposit the money in my bank account instead of mailing a cheque. Before dropping it in the box I wrote my ID numbers on it because it was addressed to my apartment 307. Since I didnot I did not alter the amount printed on it, it should be acceptable that I wrote my ID numbers on it, which was the missing information on it for clarity purpose. (ID numbers or the account numbers must be mentioned on cheques to prevent theft and frauds). Most definitely it was a piece of junk mail which looked like a bogus cheque because my payments are transferred to me by direct deposit.
February 07 of 2025: Earlier during the day responded to an email from OCH staff.
February 08 of 2025: Was busy with the rebate cheque issue in downtown, funding the best method to return the incomplete cheque back to sender as quickly as possible, one option was to take a flight to go there myself return in person. Airports or airlines in Canada should provide such a service to pickup urgent mail and deliver to the destination. Came back to my apartment by 16h00. Also visited Metcalf hotel at Laurier in the morning and stacked at Herongate Mall in the after noon around 14h40. My letter box 307 is non-share letter box enforced by the lease. My apartment is single occupancy single rent non-share apartment enforced by my lease, also by my Ontario ID. So there can not be any other person in the building by my name, buzzer intercom at the building entrance has only one entry by my full name and correct spellings as ///// (Mahmood, Khalid) which is same as {KhalidMahmood}. When in any doubts or disputes about my name or spellings, my name and spellings on my Landing papers which were issued by Canadian authorities in Pakistan in 1993, Canadian IDs issued by Canadian authorities in Canada in 1994, NED Engineering Degree issued by acamedic authoritues in Karachi and authenticated by the ministry of education in Islamabad, York University in Toronto Canada, records will prevail. Names used on Social media profiles, web profiles, non-govt portals do not have any legal values, those are used just for fun and informal matters but not for legal matters.
February 09 of 2025: prepared my own Sunday brunch and consumed myself in my apartment.
February 09 of 2025: a woman was seen pacing in B side corridor between 15h00 and 16h00, was seen entering in one of the apartments near the (B 3) side stairs door (perhaps #306). Few women were seen sitting the buffer zone when I checked my letter box around 16h30.
February 10 of 2025: I Called the scotiabank toll free number before heading out to obtain a reference number for the transcript/print of the credit memo.
February 10 of 2025: back in my apartment between 15h30 and 16h00. Visited IKEA (AIP visit), apple tree, National Bank, Bayshore apartment etc.
February 11 of 2025: visited the freenet ncf.ca office at Richmond on my way back from Bayshore mall. Mall has closed the grocery store.
February 11 of 2025: few minutes ago heard the voice message from Scotiabank Chantal xxxxx, I have responded to it.Fe
February 11 of 2025: browser history can not be trusted, it was showing wrong location today, I am at my ID address all day, did not go out of the building this morning, documented around 14h00
February 12 of 2026: AIP will be in the building today instead of regular scheduled day of Thursday, as was seen written on white board.
February 12 of 2025: this morning heard on 09h00 OMNI news that tariffs (perhaps due to subsidy reduction) would make it hard to put food on table in Canada. This situation is comparable to situation where housing companies reduce housing subsidy in rent to increase the monthly payments to upset people’s household budgets and to make it harder for tenants (financial hardship).
February 16 of 2015: some one was seen walking in the corridor on floor 3 towards the elevators around 11h30 when I checked my door.
February 15 of 2025: few minutes ago I heard a via rail like horn sound in my apartment around 13h28 which was somewhere far away.
February 16 of 2025: Facebook live posting around 12h11 after eating my short lunch. Still lot of snow on ground, not suitable for pedestrian.
February 16 of 2025: Came back to my apartment after a short walk outside to feel the weather, snow storm was in full swing and heavy snow was seen coming down, lot of snow on the ground as well and around the doors, in the parking etc. Not a good idea to be outdoors today.
