January 2025 daily log of personal experiences, events and misc. documentation and memos etc., updated frequently. Just a reminder to whom it may interest and to whom it may concern that I am a Canadian Citizen of Asian heritage (Urdu Mother Language in addition to my First language English) and Engineer by Education and Profession. First time ever, arrived in CANADA at YYZ airport in December 1993 as landed family is (which got disintegrated over the years during the past 30 years). Date of creation of this log was January 01 of 2025 in Ottawa Ontario Canada.

January 01 of 2025: Canada in 2025.

Now my address/time zone is in 2025 after 90 minutes of the above time zones.

January 01 of 2025: A tall man was seen mopping when I was in the lobby, he was blocking passage with mopping bucket and mop handle, one bucket was in the door to keep the door open. A woman was seen sitting on the bench in the buffer zone and a woman dressed in black burqa was seen leaving through the front door when he was mopping the floor at the door. Woman whispered something in cleaners ear to get attention to make hin move away from the door. It was a bit unusual to seen some one working on a statutory holiday in this Senior’s residential building which is not a essential services building.

January 01 of 2025: First payment out of my BMO account was made to OCH for the current month rent. Since I moved at this address (i.e. my ID address) in 2023, my rent is fully paid, nothing owed to this date. Since the OCH offices were closed on this day Payment by Interac/debit card was not a possible.

January 01 of 2025: Loaded my January 2025 transit monthly pass at OC machine, (later on 7th Jan, I visited a OC transpo office to validate my OC-transpo senior monthly pass on presto fare card).

January 02 of 2025: visited the South keys area, Walmart, BMO. Spoke to a manager regarding my statements and a credit card information shown on my Equifax credit. report but the card was never issued to me,  not received. Manager I spoke to, wrote a phone number of the credit card company (to call directly) on my Equifax report and perhaps kept a image of it because ur was taken out of my sight to the backroom. When I called that number around 17h00 after arriving at my apartment 307, it appeared to be credited card department of BMO, unless credit card company has a desk for each financial institution/bank. Also since my credit report was viewed and taken out of my sight to scribble a number on it, I was not sure if a record of it was kept by the bank staff without my permission, if anyone (including banks) uses my credit reports for any use other than the intended use will be unauthorized and in my absence will be illegal, should not be considered as given by me, neither allowed by me, I do not share such information or documents with anyone, my own legal family is absent from my life (and has been absent for the past 20 years), so my legal family can not be involved in such crimes. (PS: term “Legal Family” as defined by the Family Law).

January 03 of 2025: Credit card with the name of the legal owner on it, is kind of an ID only for financial matters in combination with other legal IDs. Credit cards or bank cards alone can not be used for identification purpose in legal matters.

January 03 of 2025: received a letter from Rogers Wireless in my letterbox 307 around s 18h00 as I was heading out,  regarding changes I requested on my account due to sudden missing Wireless less internet data recently.

January 03 of 2025: visited downtown area, spin restaurant etc. and came back via Billingsbridge, walked back to the building from the station, Quesada, a new fast food restaurant at Elmvale station in the apartments building does not sell coffee.

January 04 of 2025: this morning it was found that Samsung phone Galaxy A35 setting for ethernet configuration was disabled which was enabled before untill Jan 03. Although the Internet connectivity by USB tethering was not lost.

January 04 of 2025: a man waiting in the buffer zone followed and entered behind me through the open door, when I mentioned that he was entering at his own risk (I did not know that he had a key), he got upset, and pulled out a key from his pocket to show me and said that he lives here. I was just following the sign shown below which was displayed on the wall in the buffer zone. It was not under my responsibility.

People who tag and follow enter the open the door, get upset when I show them this sign. Since I live here I have right to make sure that only authorized people enter.

I did not open door to him because I do not know him, I am not door opener.

January 04 of 2025: My own Credit report received from Equifax on Dec 27, contains many wrong entries such as Koodo bill and unused BMO credit card. I did not receive any BMO credit card and I do not have any Koodo Bills because I was prepaid customer of Koodo for a short period of time after I changed phone carrier from freedom mobile to Koodo but now I am back freedom mobile customer. Prepaid customers pay for the future usage ahead of time called top up amount to cover the monthly plan cost, in pre paid plans there can not be any unpaid bills. I am against such frauds, because I am anti fraud.

January 04 of 2025-23h30: back in my Apt 307 after a round trip to Billingsbridge, hurdman and St-Laurent.

January 05 of 2025: remained indoors all day improving and checking the robustness of my home LAN.

January 06 of 2025: Received and responded to few email messages from a insolvency consultant of MNP.

January 06 of 2025: men’s room downstairs on floor 1 “side A” was found flooded when I used it, around 10h15 (most likely due to the extra wet mopping in the corridor). I mentioned this to the worker (a tall man with accent) in the corridor involved with this work, he acknowledged it and said something to me. On the way back upstairs “side A”, people were seen in the AIP office located across from the lounge door).

January 07 of 2025: one of my VoIP phone numbers was out of service due to hotspot related/quality of internet issues. My mobile numbers are still open for communication, any time anywhere. I have two hot spots, one hotspot was found connecting to wireless and also to internet, it is two step process on my Philips Roku TV around 13h30 after I came back from my trip to downtown and Carleton. OC transpo line 2 was back in service. In the past I used Line 2 in 2010/2011 last stops Greenboro.

January 07 of 2025: Aero chocolates I bought from Independent store at 50% off around 13h15.  Dollarsma store also sells same brand. What was the difference.

January 07 of 2025: Freedommobile customer service person hung up while I was talking to them after a long hold around 14h20.

January 07 of 2024: recently it was experienced by me that the big data plans (for hotspot and wireless internet connectivity) offered hybthe mobile companies have some kind of defect or unknown theft of internet connectivity from the plans.  Three companies Rogers, Bell and freedommobile were showing unusual usage of data (sudden spike to bring down the allotted data to zero), just in one day, 20.89 GB (Bell post period month 11th to 10th) on Dec 25 of 2024, 75GB(freedommoblie pre paid month period 14th to 13th) on January 06 of 2025, 50GB(Rogers – post paid month 12th to 11th) during the current billing period, detailed daily usage not available. Although they are reducing prices for the plan, but sudden disappearing of Data shown by the companies as spiky usage brings down it to zero, perhaps to promote add-ons, to make more money from subscribers (in other words to deplete them of their money).

January 07 of 2025: three wrong entries were found on my Equifax credit report. 1) Koodo bill was incorrect, I was pre paid customer. Nothing owed. 2) BMO credit card never used because never received, was a closed card. 3) wrong Scotiabank credit closed card with xxxx xxxx xxxx yyyy only last 4 number matching with card in my use, but the card I am using was not closed and is fully functional,  I just a made payment to this card at home branch in the afternoon.

January 07 of 2025: around 23h30 it was windy and cold in the area when I stepped outdoors to feel the weather. One man was seen entering the building through the Front door, one man who used to live in this building in 2023 came out of the front door when I was outside the building and asked me about the 46 route bound for Billings bridge. In 2023, perhaps he moved to a place near a grocery store in herongate area as he mentioned in a conversation. He used to talk to AIP worker as well in 2023, I was a new tenant in this building at that time.

January 08 of 2025: EMS, trucks, many vehicles with flashing lights  in front of the building around 01h07 and knocks in the building. No alarms in the building, except two short beeps  perhaps something to do with outdoors. Nearly 20 minutes, most vehicles left from out side the building. All vehicles left including OCH. Went down to the lobby and came back to my apartment 307 around 01h41. An aged woman was seen coming out of the trash room as I was heading towards the lobby via “corridor A”, asked me if I heard fire alarms, she heard alarms in her apartment. Time on the annunciator panel digital clock is nearly ten minutes ahead of the local time in ottawa.

January 08 of 2025: a man was seen moving a dirty marks mattress which was placed resting against the wall near elevators around 12h55.

January 08 of 2025: most of the stations where I wanted to take a connecting bus after 21h00 required 25 to 35 minutes wait according to the departure board, all the way from Lyon to St-Lauraht station , finally I found a few minutes wait connection of route 46 at Hurdman station to get back to my apartment by 22h30.

January 09 of 2025: it has been a regular feature, i.e. knocks and hammering sounds on the floor above me, since I moved in here in 2023. This should be done on the top 11th floor so that the all the floors below 11th floor hear it.

January 09 of 2024: two women were seen leaving from around the my door 307 when I opened my apartment door around noon time, they both headed towards the elevators whispering to each others.

January 10 of 2025: around 08h50 – extra wet mopping tall worker was seen mopping on floor three, he was using a mop bucket to keep the elevator door open as of the elevator was on maintenance.

January 10 of 2025: two men (most likely a DUO of brown and caucasion type) got off the vehicle #: 6629 route 55 at CHEO around 09h29.

January 10 of 2025: several people were seen in the buffer zone and lobby of the building when I came back from my morning walk around 10h00. An envelope was found in my letter box 307 from a children’s organization which I returned to Canada post without opening it, wrote on it to RTS. A tall woman was seen inserting posters in poster holders mounted on the wall.

January 10 of 2025: people were heard and chatting in the corridor on floor 3 around my apartment door 307 at about 11h35

January 10 of 2025: OC-transpo Vehicle 4629 route 40 fare box was out of order in both directions Elmvale – st-Laurent – Elmvale around 13h15

January 11 of 2025: most of the day was indoors at my ID address, except a short trip to best buy merivale Rd, bank / hunt club area and back by route 40 before supper time.

January 12 of 2025: no taxis were seen at Tremblay station around 10h20 ) first time in recent years.

January 12 of 2025: a OC-transpo SUV was seen stopped in front of the building around 11h00 perhaps monitoring the buses on this route, the SUV left in the direction it was parked towards the OC-transpo industrial depot when a route 46 long bus bound for Billingsbridge passed by the SUV without stopping at stop #7157.

January 12 of 2025: a group of people was seen blocking the access to the stairs located behind the elevators around 14h50 at Billingsbridge Mall.

January 13 of 2025: annunciator panel in the lobby was heard beeping fur few minutes around 11h07 my phone time than it got silenced. A woman was seen working on the annunciator panel as I was exiting the lobby door, a man entered through the slightly open door of the buffer zone after I exited buffer zone door nearly same time. A dull sound coming out of a PA system speaker (like white noise) was heard around 11h21. An announcement was heard about fire alarm test and after that a sharp and shrill fire alarm sound was heard. Troy life and fire safety was in the building.

January 13 of 2025: A man was seen entering apartment 309 just before fire alarm testing began, immediately after he came out of elevators (perhaps).J

January 14 of 2025: a boy was seen entering one of the apartments near stairs door marked (B) 3 around noon time, when I went stairs opened the lounge door, one man was seen sitting in the lounge, few women were seen in the corridor, a maroon color SUV truck was seen parked in front of the building. Used the wash room and came back to my apartment after a short walk around the building.

January 14 of 2025: I called my own numbers around 14h10 for testing purpose to make sure my cell tower mobile, hot spot and VoiP phone was working, was not blocked, was not disabled etc.

January 14 of 2025: Facebook login was showing wrong location, I live in Ottawa at my ID address, Facebook was showing login in Toronto. Completely wrong.

January 14 of 2025: route 46 vehicle # 4646 around 16h50 bound for Hurdman was showing wrong sign of Billingsbridge. I mentioned this to the driver about the wrong sign when I boarded the bus at stop 7154, he acknowledged it that he was aware of it. I got off the bus at Rolland / altavista stop.

January 15 of 2025: about an hour long call with Bell™ support to find out the reason for sudden spikes in wireless Internet usage over hotspot plan (BYOD) program. I have filed a complaint with bell regarding such sudden spikes in usage which may get due to software glitch or human intervention at Bell™. Phone support was investing what I was doing with my TV, he thought it was a 4K HDTV, TV in my use was classified as 720p HDTV details on the following link.

January 16 of 2025: it was a bad experience that Google drive cloud personal storage associated with Google emails with subscription for additional capacity does not provide a easy method to retrieve (or download) the contents to desktop environments, fails in multiple attempts, stops, I find it very unreliable. There may be a more robust method to retrieve own contents (like retrieving contents from a bank safety deposit box), but I was not aware of it. I wrote a email message to Google 1 support about it, no responded to it yet. Storing on cloud storage was done in small amounts over a long period of time such 10 to 20 years span. But retrieving all that built up contents in one session of few hours or one day, becomes very difficult due to unseen bottlenecks, unless Google provides a periodic service to it’s paying customers/clients to make the contents available on a removable media such as USB flash memory as a part of the subscription plan. This gesture will build up confidence in using cloud storage and other such services that this technology was not developed to con and steal people’s personal assets. Use of such technologies was based on trust, which must be established first before reestablishing.

January 16 of 2025: I received a message from Bell about usage of data which does not make sense. I have no share group. I am using my Ulefone smart phone as wifi hotspot fory TV. I was using the same TV during past period December 11 to January 10 and my 100 GB data lasted entire month. Why this problem now. Bell fiber modem provides wifi for smart TV, I am using my phone hotspot for wifi for my TV. There must be a reasonable and logical explanation why bell systems are behaving differently and giving wrong information.

Wrong messages from Bell which do not match with my usage. I used a lower plan which last for 30 days December 11 of 2024 to January 10 of 2025. I upgraded the plan on January 11 of 2025 and it has degraded in performance.

There were no such messages during the previous billing and usage period December 11 of 2024 to January 10 of 2025. Why now. ?? Service plan lasted for the entire month during November 11 to December 10 period as well.

Monthly services is based on advance (projected) billing, kind of pay before service. (It was strange that bell call centres staff in other countries was not trained to say Mr. with the family name when talking to bell customers located in Canada, rather they say Mr. with my given name according to the system in their country, and ignore my request to say my full name “KhalidMahmood“). This may be considered as an attempt to create a confusion (or to create a deception of some kind) that who they speak to over the phone by saying Mr. with incorrect name. It can not be considered a mistake, it is deliberate, when working and representing a company of this level as Bell™ Canada, employees must be trained and be prepared for such important details.

In Canada I am Mr. Mahmood due to my physical presence in Canada, in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia I am Mr. Khalid when I was physically present there,  and for the whole world –                                 I am Mr. KhalidMahmood regardless of my physical presence. Given and Family name remain unchanged, it was the word mister which was used in some countries with given name and in some countries with family name for the same person (perhaps to make it look like two different individuals by incomplete names). This may be useful for fraud makers if the person was without IDs, but name on the IDs will prevail when person was in possession of IDs. So what was the wisdom behind not following the proper system of saying Mister with complete name or not say at all.

Perhaps Bell staff might be considering this building (of nearly 200 apartments) as one big house, and perhaps they consider all the other people coming and going out of this building as my family or associated with me and share group. In fact I am independent in my own apartment 307 and my apartment is not a share apartment. My offsprings were absent from my life long time and I am a unmarried single living by myself.

January 16 of 2025: yellow secure night stop was occupied by two vehicles so the route 46 bound for Hurdman departed from the usual day time stop around 22h45, perhaps it was not practical for the driver to use the stop, past the vehicles which were blocking after the night stop, so the driver decided to let the passengers board at the day time stop.

January 17 of 2025: Google takeout was failing to unpack the zip file at about 30% on one of the drawer contents which makes the whole takeout useless. It may be useful for small size takeout,  but for full drive transfer over a USB media by Google would be a better option.

January 17 of 2025: a bill from Bell™ mobility dated December 11 of 2024 was found in my letter box 307 around 14h45. I have already made the payment electronically, Is Bell™ Mobility or Bell™ Canada trying to take double payment for the same bill which was already paid.

Paid on December 15 of 2024. Paper bill was found on January 17 of 2025. But it should show that it was already paid. Was it double record keeping electronic and printed.

Visited a Bell™ Mobility store in a mall to confirm that their system was updated to reflect the December 15 2024 payment. A trainee in the store told me that he had no access to look at the bill payments, so he asked me to call Bell™ directly. I got a ref. Number from Bell confirming that the payment was posted. I will make the next payment after I receive the printed format bill by Canada Post. I was told about some special offers for hime internet TV etc. I have already tried and cancelled and returned the equipment back to Bell on October 30 of 2024. I use Bell™ Mobility for all services.

January 19 of 2025: dot ca email box setup around midnight.

January 19 of 2025: 11h00 to 15h00 four hour duration round trip by OC-transpo bus service to Merivale Rd area for lunch, bestbuy, shoppers drug Mart and back via Greenboro.J

January 20 of 2025: why OCH gave me a N4 letter, I have fully paid my rent, during first lease year (August 2023- July 2024) as per the offered rent to move in and during second lease year (August 2024 to current) as per the increased amount rent. So what was this non-payment early termination N4. My housing worker, social worker and Ottawa community lawyers that I was talking to about rent increase should help me in this matter urgently. I was never informed of any non-payment of rent. I pay directly at the banks. If this is what they want to do, why they offered me this apartment 307 in this building. I was housed in this building 1909 Russell Rd Apt 307 Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 by the Housing and Social Workers. I have been talking to the community law offices as well about recalculation etc. because the recalculated amount was unreasonable, but during all these meetings there was no mention of N4.

January 20 of 2025: I received a response from housing worker that she has no access to my OCH account. I have responded to it immediately with necessary relevant information. It is unimaginable that a housing company as big as OCH issued such baseless letters to cause stress and to cause defamation and to raise false alerts on Citizen tenants, without following proper procedures to issue such letters. This is clearly malicious intents. On December 01 of 2024 amount owing was zero dollars, January 2025 rent was paid on the first day of the month. So what was the basis of the N4. Was it done by the first name and the last separately. Lease signed was for one person by the complete name not by splitting the name. So what was the basis of this N4. What is the reliability of such housing companies and what is the safety of citizens living in such apartments that they issue baseless N4 and false claims of unpaid rent.

January 20 of 2025: West bound at Hurdman O- train was delayed by 5 minutes at 18h15 at Hurdman station. 2 minutes was changed to 7, changed to held at 18h18.

January 20 of 2025: two men entered the lobby right behind me around 20h15 when I came back after my trip from Rideau Centre.

January 21 of 2025: visited the Glebe senior centre to obtain a referral to a lawyer office for protection from N4 letter issued by OCH, after houding me in this building in 2023, after that I went to the Mcquinty Law offices instead of Community Legal services at 1355 Bank St. Visited community legal service at 1355 Bank St in the afternoon. Mcguinty law offices called me on January 22 of 2025 around 12h35 advising me to contact a Landlord tenant dispute lawyer (it was said during the call that a name will be given to me). There was no dispute with OCH. Dispute would be if OCH was maintaining double records to make defaulters and not accept their own receipt. Rent was fully paid and I am just requesting to, NOT terminate my lease at this time in cold winter. I need sufficient time to search for another place.

January 22 of 2025: submitted an email message to mcguintylaw offices around 03h00 with my requirements for legal protection from N4 and extension of early termination. Winter cold weather is not suitable time to search for another place, moreover there was no legal basis for N4 because my rent is current uptodate, zero dollars owing.

January 22 of 2025: Received a call from the above law offices around 12h35 telling me that I will be given a name of a lawyer (to handle the dispute with landlord). This is the same office where I submitted the N4 on Januray 21 and showed the December 01 2024 rent paid receipt. Receptionist told me that she will call me. Lawyer who called was a lawyer that I met with many years ago in 2006 at kilborn location. Now same office was located at Bank St. I am waiting for a name of a lawyer to handle this matter with OCH. I have contacted the housing and Social workers as well who were instrumental in making this offer to house me in this building. I got a response with the name of a lawyer to handle Early termination with OCH.

January 22 of 2025: a robo call was received who wanted to find out who I would vote for in the upcoming election. I said myself as a joke. I have opted out of the voters list to avoid a fraud. I am a citizen but do not want to vote. A woman resemblance with with Barb offered me some lettuce when I was waiting for the taxi in the lobby. It was vegetable distribution Day in the building, a line up was also seen in the A side corridor outside the lounge doors.

January 22 of 2025: visited the law offices, at Bank Street. Used a blue line taxi to get there and came back by oc-transport transit.

January 22 of 2025: jimmy the greek fast food  in the (Rideau centre food court) mall was using a Japanese interac debit machine, it was charging in Canadian dollars but the unit on the receipt was showing as yen ¥. around 18h00.

January 22 of 2025: Received an email from OCH informing me about some money refunded to the bank in December 2024 from a zero dollar balance account, which caused it to become negative owing. I will pursue this matter on Jan 23 with my bank to find out what happened. Refund to the bank should not have taken place from a zero dollar balance after the money was applied to rent payment. Something to think about. Now I know the cause of it so it can be fixed. It was not tenant’s mistake, rather it was between bank and OCH because something happened (on December 05 of 2024) after the money was applied to pay the rent on December 01 of 2024. OCH should have discussed this matter with the Bank responsible for it, instead of issuing a N4 for it.

January 23 of 2025: made a phone call to OCH, few email to and from.OCH, it appears to me test OCH was seeking double correction, one correction from amount from bank and one correction amount me as a tenant. This will result in double loss for me if the bank debits my account to take correction amount. OCH must give it some time to get the matter resolved to avoid double correction. The problem was not known before to me. This was causing unnecessary hardship for me because I paid rent on Dcember 01 of 2024 and balance was zero at that time after payment, it was not negative owing. In november balance was positive $592.00, OCH should be honest and NOT cause this kind of problems for tenants. They (OCH) should count all the payments I have made up until January 2025 since 2023 and tell me what was missing. It was not missing due to non-payment. It happened due to some issue between OCH and the bank on December 05 of 2024. Be honest and not cause such problems. It was human rights issue to write such letters. Monthly payments increased from 115.00 to 592.00 but my money did not increase by the same ratio. What is the logic. Are they trying to keep the paralegals busy by such fraud tricks, by generating work for them.

January 23 of 2025: visited Alzameli law offices around 11h30, before going to OCH and Community Legal Services. Alzameli was not cooperative did not want to see the receipt I wanted to show them. One staff had an objection why I filled the form on January 22 of 2025 to show my presence.

OCH staff just read what they see on the screen, I showed them the receipt but still they were questioning when I paid rent, I paid rent as per the system on December 01 of 2024.

Visited Community Legal Services around noon time, they were closing further the rest of the day, ate my lunch at ET restaurant in the same building in lobby.

I wonder if this was some kind of a revenge or serious fraud that they lie about my rent. I always pay rent on time, any delays was due to the system related issues.

During this period, of email exchanges, I was asked about annual review of the lease, if I was aware of it or not. Annual review of my lease was done in June/July 2024 at the time of recalculations, which involved many letters from OCH, many documents I was required to submit in person and by email etc. In some situations such as employment Annual review is done when Caalendar year changes, but for leases Annual review is done at the time of renewal of the lease which depends on the lease starting date.

January 24 of 2025: Aicha abdourahman of OCH called to talk to me about the December 2024 rent which got missing after payment wascspoliedvto my account and left a negative balance in the account. Following it up with the bank to find out why it was done.  Aicha Abdourahman please call back. Called bank about December 05 refund, bank said there was no refund deposit in Decembef 05, houding company must provide the refund confirmation number. I called OCH to obtain the confirmation number but a line busy tone was heard. Bank wants the refund  confirmation number issued on December 05 of 2024 when it happened, to figure out what happened to the refund because there was no refund deposit on December 05 of 2024 in my account.

January 24 of 2025: some one was seen entering apt 308 around 12h50 when I opened my apartment door after hearing a short thud sound.

January 25 of 2025: used the laundry room 11:00 – 11:30, coinematic should clean the drum of machine 6, drum of machine 6 was made some dirt marks on my white blanket. A woman opened the laundry room door holding a small dog and said few words (wanted you find out if the door ooens) around 11h20. A woman was seen coming out of adjacent apartment 308 as I was entering my apartment 307 after finishing my laundry around 11h30.

January 26 of 2025: Called 211 and LTB around 12h30 to find out if there was any N4 issued by LTB in my name (which must be associated with my IDs, Lease, address and other legal docunents.). LTB was closed today because of Sunday. In the past in 2015,  I attended a tribunal court in St. Catherines and visited several times, LTB office in Hamilton when City of Niagara Falls closed my housing in 2015 for some maintenance without providing me alternate place of residence.

January 26 of 2025: around 11h45 – noon time, a french speaking man of darker complexion color was seen sitting on the bench across from the elevators, he was busy with conversation in French language on his mobile phone when I was standing in the lobby. Few women were seen sitting on the bench in the buffer zone. They went out of the buffer zone nearly same time when a tall man entered the buffer zone, but got stuck at the lobby door he did not have a door opener to enter the lobby. When the French speaking man sitting on the bench saw the tall man or perhaps some other source of alert, he quickly left from the bench and vanished on the side “A” corridor.

January 26 of 2025: I bought the following two items from Rexall store in the neighborhood at a walking distance near the library.

January 26 of 2025 around 16h20

January 27 of 2025: around 07h55 sounded like screechy plumbing around my apartment, or heavy furniture being pushed or perhaps a small dog barking trying to get attention.

January 27 of 2025: heard some noises in the corridor around 10h00, opened the door to find out what was going on, it was building maintenance,  I spoke to one of them, they just wanted to check the lights, or replace the lights, since lights in my apt did not need replacement, they went to other apartments. I said light is good. This was lights testing day in the building, like alarm testing day.
