But with the mobiles, virtuals, Social media and VoIP a number is not a guarantee of physical presence at a specific location. But I can show/provide my location by showing my digital coordinates. I am in London UK at a airport LHR. From here I called Ontario Canada 211 with my Ottawa based Mobile VoIP number, just by reading the number on their display they should not assume that call was originated/ made from Ottawa Canada, rather the interpretation should be that call was made by a resident of Ottawa Canada who was physically elsewhere in London UK at a airport. Word investigation when used by a financial institution such as a bank referring to a specific account must be clarified by the bank to exactly disclose who was under investigation. Was it a specific transaction, was it a merchant who made the transaction, was it the account owner/holder/user or was it the institution itself being investigated. What is the meaning of a unauthorised transaction, when a customer calls a bank for some information, and if the staff says there was a unauthorised transaction is very ambiguous. They should ask if the account owner made the transaction or not to determine authorised or unauthorised. They need to train banking staff or higher trained staff. When I moved to Canada in 1993 as landed family, living in Toronto/Ottawa was normal and friction free as it should be among industrialized countries. Although I arrived from a less developed part of the world. Generation born over the years in 34 years are not as friendly as their elders were. Engr. KhalidMahmood was not operating any Hotel affiliated restaurants, breakfast etc. He was on his own as the founder of Technicalarmy. As it has been documented earlier as well that he was not in any sex/escorting related business, he was not involved in any such activities or operations. He has no such connectivity with consumers of such services through any channels including technology channels, community channels etc. so people do not need to worry about their revunues loss from such services, however they need to worry about other things in business if they were in violation of revenue wrong collection may become a big problem a hazardous one. In 70s and 80s Escorting services were popular among certain circles, he may have used their services while he was on corporate travel but out of his own pocket from personal funds, as a pay before client, not as a business operator, nothing was owed in pay before system at client and severice provider level. First time ever in life (except the student life of 81), a brief tourism trip to Tokyo in 2026 on August 02 from Canada turned out to be not such a pleasant experience of tourism becuase airline staff sabotaged my fully paid, checked-in rerurn flight on August 11 of 2026, as a result of which I was still in Tokyo unprepared for a month long stay, without any income, without any hotel, without any other support, without any luggage, without any clothing, my preparedness was only for about 10 days. It was airlines responsibility to look into these matters before creating this situation for me.
This was documented elsewhere as well few times before, just a repeat of what was documented earlier for those who were new and seen around him, that at present there was no SOI (Source of Income) for Engineer KhalidMahmood (name initials KM), he is receiving OAS_GIS_OW-CPP from govt. of Canada which is a kind of social assistance better than OW social assistance. He is not a sex worker not related to sex industry in any way possible because his source of income is not from sex work, his source income is from Engineering employment pay cheque as was in the past before the year 2001. At present his professional income was zero. Any human being can be implicated in doing sex (a natural acceptable property of human beings after a certain age.) but that will not make that human sex workers. In my opinion businesses in sex industry when pay taxes on their earnings become acceptable business, objection may be raised by people if the sex business was not paying taxes, they will be using various scaring tactics involving police etc. But sex is not a crime (Sin and Crime are entirely differently matters), not in any culture, it becomes a crime when earings were NOT disclosed, taxes were not paid, or if one of the person involved in sex had malicious intentions about the other person, i.e. sex setup with malicious intentions. if one of them was raised and brought up as “hookers and trappers”. Mixing up with strangers and unknown people in far away places may be the reason for it. I visited Tokyo on August 02 2026 from Canada as a Canadian Citizen with Canadian Passport after nearly 42 years for a brief period of time on civic holiday weekend of 2026, and wanted to travel to Karachi Pakistan on August 11 of 2026 to visit my birth place communities, but the Qatar airlines was asking me to show the Pakistan issued documents which were not in my possession at this time and which were lost over the years or stolen from my vehicle in Pennsylvania due to non-criminal arrest in 2005. Apparently someone who stole my Pakistani documents from my Ford Taurus was in possession of those documents perhaps was present in Tokyo and passed the information to the airline to ask for those stolen documents more than 20 years ago. As a Canadian Citizen those documents were not mandatory not relevant to be in possession to travel to Karachi because my Canadian Passport application shows my place of birth which can not be changed.
Once upon a time perhaps it was 1990 when some unknown people called Engineer KhalidMahmood a rawman or tooraw (sounds like a type of noodle) and a decade and half later he heard that he was called “Fine brown”.
August 11 of 2026: Qatar Airline did not believe Engr. Engr. KhalidMahmood is not and was never a Govt agency neither a NGO from anywhere in the world, he is in Engineering Profession/Business with Zero Income pay cheque. He has always been in same name KhalidMahmood same profession since the time of life when it becomes applicable.
Not in my knowledge, but theoretically it was possible that crime and fraud organizations have developed or have used promotional strategies to make a fake or pretend KhalidMahmood psychologically in people’s minds or by the support of position of power to make a fool of people to steal and rob Engineer khalidmahmood’s rightfull assets. Core team of people know original KhalidMahmood since the start of the matter. But because of the fear or briberies or threats offered by the position of powers and influentials, core team might start deviating from their role of honesty and become part of the frauds and crimes. But one never knows how the truth was guarded and how people know the truth of original KhalidMahmood and how it started. Since the year 2006 (perhaps even before that as well) I lived by my syself, and took care of all imaginable aspects of living by myself including house hold and technological hobbies etc. Do not believe anyother lies and ambiguis unclsae explanations, I was never given after divorce family, but some how that position was blocked by large number of people such as “you have a wxxe” and many more.
Since I was NOT involved in any legal or illegal proceedings about blocking the apartment on July 08 of 2026, most likely it was done by showing someone else under my name or as living in the apartment, and accumulating enough negative points, negative talks etc., after they achieved the decision to do so (i.e. we have the permission or permit) by lies and wrong information from incharge of such matters, they used it to change the lock, which blocked my entrance to my apartment 307 on July 08 of 2026 (which was assigned to me by housing workers etc after completing lengthy procedures paper work in 2023,) without serving it on me as in person delivery. This might be a useful technique for politicians in political matters, but for me it was completely out of order, a method not applicable on ordinary citizens on OAS/GIS/OW-CPP. without providing a replacement housing since July 08th of 2026. Such maneuverings may be lethally dangerous for inexperienced younger people, seniors can survive. Previous incident of Family Day week end 2023 in Brampton Ontario Canada had lot of similarities with this incident of July 08th 2026 in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2. In Hollywood or other cinema movies actors replay court cases from the past which have already happened. In this system they do the opposite and actors play the court case which never happened only happen in future.

A reminder to whom it may concern/apply/ interest that ex husband ex wife can not use each other’s name after divorce. Lease offered to me by Abir Arraj of housing company OCH in Ottawa was about 20 years after divorce. Lease shows my (tenant’s) name as “Mahmood, Khalid” which is not two individuals names, rather name in matching format with the name on Ontario Driver’s Licence. Ex spouses are required to revert their names back to before marriage names within a reasonable amount of time after divorce.

Engineer KhalidMahmood was never involved in any Medicare or healthcare industry related frauds, he was never involved with FBI or anyother law enforcement agency due to frauds or fraud related crimes. FBI forces might have met with him in prison in Pennsylvania during non-criminal arrests in 2005 and 2012. Word “Terresspassing” when applied to someone in a residential living space perhaps means that someone was using it without proper authorization with the intention to colonize the space and become owner. If the living space was in a big building would that teresspassing word cover the whole building that one can not enter the building because of terresspassing occured in a specific part of the building. How far will that terresspassing word will be stretched, will that cover the entire country within borders or will it cover the entire planet earth. Alien enemies may be looking for an answer. It was not a honor or status for Engr KhalidMahmood when people say that they use his life. It was and still is a serious fraud and crime, Engr KhalidMahmood does not believe in it. He himself will never allow anyone to do this. Because he was not suicidal. To use something belonging to some else needs to be given/issued, but taking or giving someones life is a crime. He is not suicidal so he can not offer his life to others, he has a birth right to his own life to use for living. If they want they can buy life brand products from any store in Ottawa. It was NOT a status symbol for him if someone says he/she was using his life. If so, than they were misguided and fooled by someone to say this.
What were the alternate housing programs in Canada after they do this someone’s housing for no legal reason, should they not make prior arrangnent befire doing this to a 70 years age person whose family was disintegrated in Canada after divorce and no adter divorce family was provided. Excluding public shelters. Public shelters and shelter food makes me sick, no one is talikg to me neither explaining to me what to do in this situation. My immigration was not in religious/pious category, my immigration was in technical category ND2. Govts, Govt agencies and their workers should work honestly in the interest of the law abiding citizens. Due to the unreliable and unpredictable use of technogy in personal banking, Engr. (male) KhalidMahmood has more than one bank accounts as backup with more than one banking institutions in Canada but he has only ONE OAS/GIS/OW-CPP account with Govt. of Canada and gets ilonly one deposit in one of the accounts. Multiple personal bank accounts do not imply multiple OAS_GIS/OW-CPP accounts, neither multiple deposits, absolutely NOT, just ONE deposit which can be tracked by his Social Insurance Number. He believes in “do not put all your eggs in one basket”, so he spreads his OAS money in multiple personal bank accounts which were based on his IDs. Chequing accounts in banks cost monthly fee which is earnings for the retail banking. Having multiple accounts in not a crime. Those who misuse and abuse Govt. benefits will have very different explanations and interpretations of having multiple personal banking accounts. For him it was just prudent to have multiple bank accounts to avoid sudden misery situations. He submitted a sworn affidavit in 2023 that he will never submit more than OAS application. He used to have multiple bank accounts in his birth country in 70s and 80s and was never questionable. In 2023, Service Canada Started his direct deposit payments of OAS in a Simplii chequing account, Simplii made a mistake on a renewed debit card in his name so closed the Simplii account and started in a Scotiabank account, Scotiabank closed the branch so he opened another account with Scotiabank. At present he gets his deposi in BMO bank. So the deposit is always only in one bank account not in multiple accounts simultaneously.
Why a bank in Ottawa Ontario Canada shows the following message on Eng. (male) KhalidMahmood’s personal chequing account. Other banks never showed such a message on his accounts during the past 33 years since 1993.
For the information of those who were being misguided or those who were under wrong information due to someone’s cover up, that Engineer (male) KhalidMahmood did not travel recently out of Ontario due to financial reasons only, not anyother reasons. He traveled to Saudi Arabia in 2023 and 2024 for few months and cameback. Anyone linking someone else’s data/information with him due to name similarity will be wrong. Disruption was not due to non-payment, some other unknown reason, no satisfactory response was provided by the bell Canada in the billing bridge. No obw should these numbers during the disruption of service, it will be illegal and crime to use his numbers. He did not abandon his mobile numbers, he has these mobile numbers for a reason, i.e. for connectivity by phone calls and by internet. I got the service restored on both of my mobile numbers (613)413-9812 and (613)413-9237 around 16h00 on May 26 of 2026.

I believe builders & KDA records will show when that building نعمان سینٹر was built and when was demolished, if so happened, needs to be confirmed. Same address of the apartment was documented in Philips students address book as well. Also was documented with his employers in Saudi Arabia and Canadian High Commission in Islamabd Pakistan because his immigration documents were mailed to him at the address of C-5 Noman Centre Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi Pakistan. He went on Business trips to NEC Tokyo Japan when he lived at a different address in Karachi, not from Gulshan-E-Iqbal address in Karachi.

Original in the context of the matter, through his parents, birth background, so there was no use in using his name to confuse anyone, probably they succeeded do so during the past past 50 years or so but not anymore. They should learn to live a honest life based on their own abilities and tendencies, not try to become some one else by fraud. Engineer (male) KhalidMahmood was forced to apply and accept low paying menial flour jobs in retail and service industry (year 2001 and beyond) in North America by the employment councillors and due to other factors. It was an attempt to demoralize and bring down a highly qualified and experienced Engineer. This should be taken as minimum standard for people working in such jobs to provide high quality world class services to the North American and international visiting consumers.
People (women, children, men) seen on public transit in Ottawa and in any other city were not related to him as defined by family law, they might know him through some other channels, but Engr. KhalidMahmood does not them, they were all strangers for him. His appearance around them in public vehicles, in public places was mere coincidence not by intention as obligation etc. They might have the ability to track him and show up around him to show association with etc, but without his knowledge , without any such prior arrangements with any one. His personal birth communities/families live in his birth country, and they do not show up by tracking in public transit etc, in his birth country they get together in family gatherings/events. Limousines and executive coaches may be used for family gatherings but not public transit on duty scheduled.

(male) KhalidMahmood opened a chequing account at Scotiabank Branch 00406 known as Carleton University Branch in September of 2023, but branch was permanently closed in 2025 and was merged with the Scotiabank Branch located at 1145 Bank Street in Ottawa. His account remained working as before without any changes to it. Cheques printed by the bank show the Carleton University Branch (00406) address. Record of the paperwork filled and signed in his own handwriting has been archived. Two bank officeress who engaged him during a visit to the Carleton University setup the account, one of them with a Chinese language last name works at another branch in Ottawa and other office with English language name works at the 1145 Bank St in Ottawa. A permanently closed bank branch may or may not create a theoretical ambiguity and doubts about a certain account after a long period of time, specially when branch address was required to be filled in paperwork, electronically it does not matter for day to day banking but for legal matters it may become an issue. Due to this discrepency/ambiguity about the branch name and physical address of the branch, people examining the paperwork might delay the processing or completion of something which required the written or printed information about bank account. An account without a physical branch account matching with the transit number (00406) will be become like a internet based account such as PC financial accounts without physical branches.
It was detected by Engr. (male) KhalidMahmood that when a payment for a subscription was made on the internet by using a “master card” payment card (could be a credited card or debit card), transaction was debited twice from the card. Upon pointing it out to the merchant by email, one of the transactions from card’s transactions list was erased but without properly reversing the transaction, without generating a transaction ref. number of the correction. Just erasing it from the transaction list does not mean money was put back in the card account. Also transaction reversal details should show the full card number not just the last four numbers of the card because there may be many cards with similar last four numbers. Another alternate solution to avoid such problems could be a old style merchants/store based credit cards instead of “general purpose use everwhere master card” etc. It will be easier to keep track of transactions on a merchant/store based credit cards. This will avoid small change issues and third party involvement in refunds and transaction reversal. Since the level of honesty among “Harry Potter Generation work force” is questionable, a designated witness should be made mandatory on the spot for all (retail/store) cash payments everywhere i.e. to avoid “S/he didn’t pay” situation.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} is not using a specific travel debit Master card sold in Ottawa by Canada Post labeled as “CashPassport”. He bought one from Canada Post in Ottawa on October 29 of 2025, reloaded own personal funds on it at the time of activation for a comparative study of this card with other pre paid debit cards in use in Ontario. After using it locally in Ottawa he decided to cancel it on 12)15/2025 and not use it any further due to insufficient unsatisfactory support, if and when required. He has notified the mastercard company as well to cancel the prepaid travel debit Mastercard number ending in xxxx xxxx xxxx 2832 immediately.
On November 29 of 2025, Engineer {(male) KhalidMahmood} visited a TD bank Canada branch at Heron Rd across from Canadian tire. Spoke to them about the issue of different short names for the same person on a cheqeuing account and Savings account. Person seemed to be untrained or new in the profession, in such matters and was responding theoretically not with certainity. At one point he said something about joint account as a possible reason for this discrepency. He never owned any joint accounts with anyone in his entire life anywhere in the world. Bank officer did not know how “his own” short names will be printed on the transaction receipts. All the banks in Ontario do not print short names of the account holders at the bottom of the transaction receipts. Different short names for the same person on transaction receipts can lead to ambiguity and legal consequences, if and when self-appointed vigilantes get involved to interpret the receipts incorrectly and out of context.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} does not like to grow a ponytail, never had a ponytail hairstyle, always maintains short length hairstyle, now a thinning hair line due to age and his hair does not grow fast.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} and dependent’s application for immigration to Canada was processed in his country of birth in 1993 which required various kind of clearances including health clearance, back ground check etc. after all requirements were fulfilled landing papers/documents were issued to travel to Canada and upon arrival in Canada at the port of entry there were no objections raised regarding clearances, past behaviour or crimes etc. during the first 5 years in Canada, he was required to obtain enhanced level security clearances from PWGSC for employment purpose in addition to other regular (unknown) background clearances required for citizenship. After 2005 he was required to obtain waivers from US authorities in addition to Canadian IDs, during 2006-2011. Such heavy duty in depth clearances in the absence of any criminality/behaviour resulted only in OW social assistance and OAS/OW-CPP but not in a gainful employment to match with his clearances, education and experiences which were pre immigration. Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was born and raised in an underdeveloped country in 60s and 70s where parents delay (procrastinate with positive intentions) their off springs certain luxuries and comforts of life for offsprings greater good in future after achieving higher social status after completing professional level education etc. But that strategy is not followed for the rest of the life of the offsprings and no one should take that as a path to follow, specially in western developed countries. Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was employed professionally for 12 years before immigration to Canada, was not dependent on social welfare of other countries. Better life and better opportunities for himself and the dependents was the motivation to live in Canada (i.e. better than what he had already achieved in life before coming to Canada). It is normal for commoners that they live more prosperous life as they grow older than the childhood life.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} found seriou deficiencies and problems with the routers and modems technology of the service providers in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 decided to cancel their home services in 2024, has made his own setup for internet reception using smart phone Hotspot. He is using only wireless mobile services with internet connectivity from two service providers in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2. Their equipment was also sent back to them by the courier services in Ottawa OntarioCanada.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} did not abandon his family, never, ever, whatsoever any where on this planet earth. Some unknown factors and forces created absentia by forcing him out of his family, used border as a barrier to prevent him from returning back to his offsprings. Divorce documents were NOT (absolutely NOT) signed by him during the court appearances in Buckscounty PA in early 2005. Any divorce documents showing his signatures will be forged and questionable. I hope no one was using that paper work anymore because Sears Canada was out of business, stores were closed and that paperwork has become irrelevant now. Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was engaged by two Scotiabank officers in September 2023 while he was a day researcher at Carleton University in Ottawa. Conversation with one of the officers led to setting up a chequing account for OAS/OW-CPP. Paperwork was filled and signed in person in mynown handwriting, account was linked to my previous profile from the past (in Hamilton ontario and Brampton ontario) with this bank. A discrepency was detected that although the account was setup with current address in Ottawa on ID but the profile was showing one of the previous addresses. I took care of it to synchronize all occurrences of the address with the bank.

This was unpaid role in Ottawa Ontario Canada for several years, which he considered as technical community duty. In the early years of immigration circa 93, 94 he heard in information sessions about paying dues for careers etc. He has paid enough dues to the community by volunteer roles as mentioned above and by staying on Ontario Works social assistance since 2006, without access to offsprings and lived unmarried life after divorce of 20 years ago, worked in some odd jobs at retail stores and call centres, which was long time before when min. wages were increased circa 2017. KhalidMahmood pursued technical education degree program with higher studies in the same field from Eindhifen Netherlands with the objective to have better financial future like anyother professional, as a student he was not a member of IEEE, but joined IEEE in 1989 in Dharan Saudi Arabia, was elevated to Senior Member level in Ottawa Ontario Canada in 2008. Engr. KhalidMahmood would want to know what was the purpose of this seniority level, because this did NOT result in any perks and benefits or better paying job. Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} owned a car Pontiac Grand in 1995 bought in California Vin number xxxxx 3044 Ontario plate number was 617 XXA, car was shipped to and re registered in Jubail Saudi Arabia in 1998 for his on personal use during a contract with IBN Sina (NMC), later on car was sold in Jubail. Car and the licence plate has not been in his use since the year 2000. Services Ontario records were updated as well to document this information in their records sometime between 2001 and 2006. Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} never bought the car back again and never used it again any where on this planet earth. Car was sold in the year 2000 in Jubail Saudi Arabia in his absence by one of his coworkers at IBN Sina (NMC). Reason for absence was that he was in Canada further details documented elsewhere. Since he was a Iqama holder resident in Saudi Arabia during that period he was allowed to return with proper exit and re-entry procedures (not escaped in legal terms). He could not use the re-entry permission at that time due to unavoidable circumstances, which happened almost near contract renewal time, renewal did not happen because he was not physically in Jubail.
Over the years living in Canada, Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} learned that word “muslim” in addition to men’s name refers to religious scholars and those who enter the country based on this speciality and dedicate and make a living by their knowledge of religion, found in places of worship and can be identified by their dressing and appearance. Technical professionals and Engineers who enter the country based on their education and skills are NOT referred to as “muslim”, they are referred to by their profession. During the period 1996-1997 Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} used to drive his eldest offspring to the Sunday School at Scott Street located in the basement of the Mosque, and also used to drive his eldest offspring to the St-Laurent complex over the week ends for swimming lessons, in white Pontiac GrandAM.
Hobbies change over a period of time, trends change over a period of time. Penfrienship was a popular hobby in 60s, when {KhalidMahmood} was in SSC (equivalent to grade 11 after grade 10) in Karachi Pakistan, he started penfrienship. Remained in this hobby for about 4 or 5 years before he got busy with other high priorities in life and got busy with difficult education to earn a Engineering degree in Karachi Pakistan. This Hobby was forgotten/ended by mid 70s (almost 50 years ago from now in 2025) and there were no letters exchanged since 1974 or 1975. Never spoken to penfriend, no voice contact, connectivity was difficult and expensive around that time (Between Pakistan and USA). End of letter exchanges, almost 50 years ago from now in 2025. Considering technology as a hobby, after hobby of penfriendship, he got busy with new hobby of technology.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} met only once in person with his Asian friend (was a penfriend only before) in 83 or 84 during a business trip to NEC Japan. This pen/friendship also ended at that time due to other priorities and work. All his letters from penfriends, PII, boarding pass travel records, contracts records, other misc records were stolen when my bed room was burgalarized in Karachi in 1992 or 1993 among other records from my past at that time. All his photography hobby records, camera film negatives, slides records, slides projector etc, all were stolen when I was an Engineer in Saudi Arabia. Happened in my absence. He was given this information by his mother who lived in that apartment with his other two younger siblings. She died early 1993, he migrated to Canada in December of 1993 with a spouse and one offspring 3 years age.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} visited Brunei from Jubail once during the period 1998-2000 for tourism when he was on a contract with IBN Sina (NMC) in Jubail Saudi Arabia and was a Iqama holder resident in Saudi Arabia. Brunei was the only country he visited for tourism as a Canadian Citizen. Not counting the stop overs in Dubai on the way to/from Jubail during the same period (provided by the airlines).
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was not related to any Govt. Officials/Civil Servants in any country of the world on this planet earth. His male parent’s eldest brother in Rawalpindi Pakistan used to work for a Insurance Company in Islamabad who passed away in mid 80s.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} does not own a bank account with RBC, does not have andbis not using a RBC Card since it was left behind/stolen from his possessions/property around the year 2012. RBC teller at the carlingwood mall branch was not able to make payment to pcfinancial card without RBC Card.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} did not allow, did not authorize any one to use his YMCA Ottawa membership card, never, in the past neither at present. His picture was taken on August 26 for a paid day pass, which raised some concerns, do not believe any lies, do not believe any deception if any one else (other than himself) was seen or found using YMCA card. He was not (never) issued any YMCA card by any YMCA organization worldwide.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} is not, never was and never will be a vlogger on Google YouTube or any other media. He watches vloggers on Google YouTube just for entertainment purposes only, but not a member of any vloggers group. Only like to comment on vlogs, some times check the information.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} never worked in a bank in any technical or financial role, neither before nor after 1993. in the year 1993 Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} was a Iqama holder resident in Jubail Saudi Arabia because of employment contract with Honeywell HTAL, returned to Pakistan after the the contract expiry and stayed in Karachi until December 1993 before moving to Canada as Landed Immigrant ND2 family in December 1993. He buys his own supplies, only fridge and stove were pre installed in the kitchen. No one else does anything, no one else provides anything here in his apartment 307.
Engr. {(make) KhalidMahmood} was not a wanted (i.e. was not a criminal) person and was not a person of interest (POI) in Canada. during the past 32 years in Canada since 1993 he has been put through numerous clearances and procedures (including financial scrutiny by personal bankruptcy and long time OW social assistance instead work or employment or business in the field of specialization) although he was granted the entry permit in 1993 to enter Canada by the Canadian Embassy in Pakstan before departure from Pakistan.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} is not and was not a physist or a chemist neither a nuclear scientist who have advanced material knowledge, he has just some basic physics and chemistry knowledge learned in high school in his country of birth during 1970s. Electronic ICs and microprocessors use semiconductor materials which have electrons and holes etc to make the current flowing through the devices, that was part of his Engineering degree program also in his country of birth in 1970s. In 1970s his country of birth was a underdeveloped (i.e. third world) country.
Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} does not live in any hotels, never long term lived in any hotels anywhere in the world. Perhaps this was due to wrong data collection without consulting with him about this issue. First time he stay at a hotel was in 1981 for few months before renting own place in a house in Eindhoven, (hotel stay was provisioned by his scholarship program of Philips PII in Eindhoven Netherlands. During the years 1996-1998 in Ottawa Canada, I came across an Engineer (several years senior than me) of Nortel who was also a Philips Scholarship graduate from Eindhoven and part of his name was same as part of my name. What caused me to file bankruptcy (in 2007) based on a suggestion by some one was probably due to a same or similar name confusion, perhaps there was a wealthy person by the same name as me, but no one knew him, perhaps people were just trying to figure out assets associated with a specific name. My assets were disclosed in my personal bankruptcy documents in 2007 (in addition to the insignificant amount of debt ~30K, my bankruptcy was not to avoid Millions of dollars debt).
Large number of Business cards of NEC (i.e. NEC computers, not National Electric Code) Engineers and other NEC Executives which were exchanged with me during my work with NEC in Pakistan (was also known as S&T Systems & Technology in Pakistan), were stolen from my personal belongings after my (IBN Sina contract in Jubail) house was not accessible to me in the year 2000. I wrote short reminders to myself on some of those cards in my own handwriting. Cards were in two card holder albums (like photo albums). I did not allow anyone to use those cards, if anyone used those cards to contact my professional contacts was unlawful after stealing my personal belonings from my company housing in Jubail at Golden Sands Compound.

Street names “Ottawa”, “Hamilton”, “Toronto”, “Brampton” etc exists in many municipalities, I never housed myself on any street named after a City. I lived as a rent paying tenant in municipalities of the names mentioned earlier. Such names might be a reason why people were considered hiding i.e not visible. This may be a convenient or desirable system for those who want to hide but not desirable, not required for Engr. {(male) KhalidMahmood} because he was not hiding.

This has happened to me more than once in Ottawa Ontario Canada that I was required to change the taxi after I was I accepted as a paying passenger for the ride. Once outside the Farm boy grocery store and second time at the Holiday Inn Hotel near Lone Star restaurant across from the St. Laurent station during the past few months. I find this a bit unusual, because instead of making me change the taxi, they can use the other taxi for other customers. Also it was noticed that taxi drivers want to where where a passenger lives, very unusual, it should not be their concern, they can ask for the destination to drive to but asking for where a passenger lives was very questionable from safety points of view.
I am back in Ottawa from Alkhobar Saudi Arabia as of May 30 of 2024. I am at the same physical address as was before going to Saudi Arabia, I am the Genuine Residential Lessee tenant at this address 1909 Russell Rd, apt 307, Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G 3P2 since August 2023. I have no intention to move out, neither to relocate to another place.
Since early age in the country of birth I used my name in original script as خالدمحمود later at older age started using phonetically translated name as {Khalid Mahmood} for higher education, employment, legal needs and travel. In Pakistan some of my records will be in both names i.e. in English and Urdu. In Netherlands and all other countries such as Japan, US, Canada, all my records will be as {Khalid Mahmood}, except Saudi Arabia where most of my records will be in Arabic as خالدمحمود and some records will be as {Khalid Mahmood} such as plane tickets, pay stubs, bank records etc.
I am not pro fraud/not pro crime/not pro corruption rather I am anti fraud/anti corruption/anti crime. Anyone who writes emails to me or wants to contact me should keep this in mind. I have been non-criminal in my past and I have absolutely NO intentions to change that at my present age of 67 years (or 69 by the lunar calendar).
April 25 of 2024: In Canada I used to ask before considering a place to rent if there was any previous tenants who lived in the building under my name (i.e. impostors and history of the building) before me. But, in this building in Alkhobar, I did not ask for this information. I noticed today on February 26 of 2024 that my scanned receipts and other scanned records were missing from my google drive. If these documents receipts issued to me in Ottawa Ontario Canada were seen in possession of some else, being used by anyone else will be illegal and I will not be responsible for the consequences, I did not authorize any one to use anything from my records/google Drive. Cloud based storage should be safe and secure, if not, than users of such technology should be made aware of it by the service providers. As a user of google drive I expect my documents and file to be safe from theft and misuse, Google should review their policies to ensure such thefts were not happening from the cloud storage, My storage space on Google drive is not documents server for other to use, absolutely NOT. I am using google drive in my personal capacity as a consumer not as a public servant of any government. Contents of my cloud storage space are not for sale through third party or anyone absolutely NOT. These are my personal contents not for sale not for distribution.
I have documented earlier as well about my travel since after immigration to Canada in 1993. Most of my travel was done before migrating to Canada during 1981 to 1993 related to Education and work, business and tourism. After moving to Canada as Landed immigrant family, I did not travel due to lack of financial resources and other priorities of life. Period between, end of 1998 to 2001 provided me an opportunity to travel due to my contract in Saudi Arabia as DCS Control Systems Engineer with IBN Sina (National methanol Company) a SABIC company. After that I traveled to Eindhoven for about 10 days in 2011 to attend a alumni ceremony at Technical University of Eindhoven and 12 years later, a brief trip to Dammam Saudi Arabia in December of 2023. I always lived at my ID addresses when possible, have always been in contact with various agencies in Canada due to my situation. When people say they can not find me is or was because of lies, their hidden and malicious intentions/agenda and also due to meaning less searches for names of virtual beings picked up from computer databases. Just to involve someone in difficult situation by lies and misguiding authorities, malicious intents. I documented earlier that virtual beings live inside computer memories and human beings live outside computer memory. Missing link between the virtual beings and human beings is lack of bio metrics with each of the records in the computer memory. Once the bio metrics of human beings were added with records, there will be no missing people, there will be no confusion about who is who, it will be straight forward and less time wasting (i.e. negative procrastination) to find/locate people in the systems and out of the system in physical world without unnecessary endless searches and efforts. (PS: those who have malicious intents they try to determine where some lives by the profiles on the internets which may not be up-to-date all the times. Only Govt. issued ID as driver’s license, health card, S.I.N #, other pieces of IDs are considered for address/location for legal purpose, not the internet based or retail merchants data bases. Such profiles may provide some information but not legal information, moreover such profiles do not have bio metrics attached.). Ideally speaking updating address on official IDs should be sufficient to update all profiles on internet, retail stores, banks etc automatically, but that will be possible when bio metrics were attached with official IDs and other profiles. It just requires more comprehensive databases/profiles at the time of creating it. Which is not hard to achieve.

My health card was renewed in July 2023 and address update was done in August 2023 on both IDs after I moved to 307-1909 Russell Rd in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2, my driver’s licence also shows my current address same as on my health card. I have not renewed my driver’s licence because I have no vehicle to drive, moreover it requires a fee payment. However my renewed health card and expired driver’s license were mailed to me to the same address in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2. Licence renewal is required for driving purpose but not for address purpose because I still live at the same address and for legal purpose my health card is sufficient.
I submitted to OW and TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN an affidavit in lieu of multiple applications for CPP and OAS available at the following link. . (my provincial OW file was closed as of end of September 2023) which transitioned to federal OAS programs.
Around Family Day 2023 weekend a handwritten note was placed by some unknown person on my door to vacate by 17th of February which is middle of the month and few days before Family Day. After street level entrance door lock was noticed changed on 02/20/2023, before and after that I tried to get the attention of relevant authorities in Canada, OW case worker of my file, staff of Bob Callahan Senior Centre but no one took interest in finding a solution. Based on the advice of a public shelters I am in a hotel Quality Inn since February 19, 2023. I need money in my account to be able to continue paying, OW case worker should make monthly arrangement for me at this hotel. Or at least provide me a flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia, my country of residency before immigration to Canada.

In my opinion, If word “Indian” not said/explained in the relevant context may lead to confusion. In Canada it applies to natives or people of the reserves (aka indigenous). In Asia this word applies to people who come from country Hindustan (aka Hindustani). My parents were Hindustani before partition who chose to live in Pakistan and became Pakistani at the time of partition in 1947 of the Indian subcontinent and went to Pakistan from Hindustan with their parents. Both of my parents died in Karachi, father died in 1981 in Karachi and mother died in 1993 also in Karachi, both were Pakistani Citizens when died. Since I am a Canadian citizen present in Canada, I would not refer to them as Indians to avoid confusion with the natives. They were Pakistani of Hindustani origin.

My monthly cheques from OW was incomplete in Brampton, has not been fixed yet. I am in Brampton since July 22. My August, September and October cheques issued by Peel region Brampton office if Social assistance were incomplete because rent amount was NOT included with the monthly cheques. I have informed the North Peel Brampton Community Legal Clinic about it, but matter remains unresolved yet as of October 01 of 2022. Absolutely unethical. Ones parents have different motivations and reasoning to run such programs in their offspring’s life. But other people have no such legal rights to do the same as parents did during childhood upbringing. Example of religiously devotional life of Emom. Not every body goes through religious education because only some children have the aptitude and commitment to become religiously devoted individuals when they grow up and adopt it as profession. Same applies to the other devotional programs which are designed in the past before embarking on them.
Since after birth up untill the age of 24 years in 1980 I lived with my parents in Karachi, and other relatives were visited as and when it was possible, as and when it was required as family obligation to each other. I started schooling at the age of 4 and completed education at the age of 24 which makes it 20 years of education under supervision of grand parents and after grand parents died, under the supervision of parents. After the age of 24 I continued my higher education outside of Pakistan, and also started my working life outside of Pakistan without the supervision of my Parents or other relatives and learned to live by myself in other countries untill my mother married me to a Pakistani woman (who divorced me in 2005). So living and working outside of Pakistan was without any relatives/parents. So I am quite used to live outside of Pakistan without anyone. Because I live with my work and Technology which results in money and other benefits.
Human beings are not life less objects like a piece of decoration or a machinery and can not be, and must not be shown some times here , sometimes there, either to please some or to make a fool of large number of people, or to create a deception. Free Human beings also known as people have a right to make their own decisions, protect and look after their own interest, can not and must not be used as puppet dolls to serve some one else’s interest.
A certain game can not be played without the consent and involvement of “it”. When people are engaged in a game, they know rules of the game ahead of starting the game, they know how to end the game, they know how to time out etc. all those who play a game know about it, a person can not be part of a game without knowing about it. It would be a serious criminal fraud to apply rules of the game to a person who is not part of the game.
To stop everything on a specific person by targeting (i.e. a human being, with internal insider information through close relatives or family members) to prove someone’s thought process and to determine who would get impacted (for a very long time in terms of years) by such actions/policies is a serious crime and human rights issue. must be stopped immediately.
I was Staying at a HHB housing support shelter located at 94 York Blvd. since June 20 of 2022 due to personal emergency, I was forced out of my residence of over five years without a court endorsed N4 document. Stability housing was just a deception, was unfolded on Sunday June 19 of 2022 when I was forced out of my ID address 2-671 Fennell Ave. East and depleted me all of my possessions, belongings, records, etc. Moreover I was staying at this shelter under my complete name خالد محمود. by myself as a single person because I am un married since 2005, also my offspring children are also not at this shelter. Many women staff were seen working in the building, no relation with me. It was noticed that some times staff follows me in the building and goes upto the third floor after me when I return from outdoors. (Since July 22 of 2022 I was in Brampton Ontario Canada). (NOT in any shelter any more).
Completed my tax filing (electronically) with Revenue Canada for the year 2021 on February 24 of 2022 around 08h00 using (mobile phone) internet based app. (based on current T5007 document).
I am not in possession of any pre paid debit cards and no credit cards (except PC financial master card), absolutely not. I just use debit cards linked to my chequing accounts (PC financial and Simplii financial), which means any transaction on debit card comes out of my chequing account in real time (electronic cash), and gets posted immediately in my linked chequing account and can not be seen on the debit card records like a credit card transaction. Transactions on credit are not linked to chequing accounts, rather transactions on credit cards come out of credit limits, which is like spending money that card/account holders do not have, which results in debt and can become a reason for bankruptcy and eventually, destitute (non-religious). Where as transactions on Interac/ debit cards linked to chequing accounts are like cash transactions, debt free.

After the mechanical malfunction mess up of the dead bolt lock of my door #2 in October of 2020, my door #2 has been open (unlocked) since than. There was no (paid or unpaid) maintenance services available for 6 days , so I was out of my place for 5 nights, no quick fix. So my door #2 has been open (or unlocked) for me to enter because I live here and I am the monthly rent paying legal tenant of this address 2-671 Fennell Ave East L8V1V3 in Hamilton Ontario Canada, but not for others. Others are not allowed to enter in my absence. It would be illegal break-in to enter in my absence. When I am around present in the building they should consult with me, if required to enter. This malfunction was reported to OW case manager as well immediately same day and I requested a hotel stay which was not provided by him.
Just because I am not locking the deadbolt of my door #2, does not mean open for public, no it is not, no one should enter to steal anything from my premises because my ID address 2-671 Fennell Ave. East in Hamilton Ontario L8V1V3 in Canada is not a public resource center and stolen/missing/borrowed/supplies are not replenished by any agency funding (public or private), it costs money to replenish such items. Perhaps this is one of the several method used by the destitute makers to deplete resources without replenishing and without compensating for consuming. So please refrain from it. Also this address is not a museum, not a rest stop, not a distribution center etc. This address is not a place to hide like a bathroom (where babies/children play hide and seek) etc. This is my private residence, I live at this address for the past 57 months as monthly rent paying tenant with legal authorization. Please do not believe any third person’s lies to committ theft (not even under any movie like authority deception, or fast and sweet/sharp talking impostors etc. authorization.), approach me, talk to me directly directly. To arrest and imprison people for no-crime (non-criminal) after isolating from family, friends and work is a step towards destitute making. Because when released from the prison people come out of prison just with the clothes on, without any one to take care of and no where to go. This is destitute making. I was arrested twice in USA during summer and released at the Canadian border twice in January (2006 and 2013) in cold weather without winter clothing. I was put through this many times.
It will be a foolish idea to make a fool of me, to ignore my such requests, and to consider that what goes on at my premises in my absence will not be noticed.
Few more instances of similar behaviour were as follows – my bed was thrown out of unit 43 of NF courtside Inn in July 2014, sudden closure of NF Courtside Inn in Niagara Falls around Easter 2015 long weekend without giving me my belongings (T2 application was filed and reported to Mayor’s office), Police involvement past midnight Victoria Day 2016 to tell me to leave, robbery and attack in Niagara Falls in February 2017 in Niagara Falls with out giving me my belongings are destitute making attempts without compensating me for my losses and hardship. Hamilton Police arrested me non-criminal from my ID address in Hamilton in November 2018 and imprisoned me for about 25 hours. However, this time around I did not lose my belongings, place and documents like other times in the past. Incident was reported to OIPRD immediately after release. Windows Curtain dispute was started in 2019 by the manager of the person who rented me this unit in 2017. My OW file was terminated due to age 65 in 2021 with last regular monthly payment on December 31 of 2021. No money was received in 2022 as of February 16 of 2022.
These destitute making efforts appear to be sophisticated (scientifically disguised) method of reducing the population as a end result of it. Can also be compared with hunters techniques when they isolate a targeted prey from the herd before taking it dead or alive.

I wrote in my four page handwritten appeal document at the bottom with address that I have a curtain on my door. Some unknown people have been making an effort (repeatedly) to make that wrong and to create a confusion by stealing curtains (multiple times) from my door #2 and stealing my handwritten signs. So now I have a curtain on the inside of my door, a part of it is visible on the outside of the door #2 over the door knob as a flare, so beware of it. Legal method to locate some one is by ID address or by inviting for a social meeting or legal meeting. Such clues like curtains, decoration etc should be secondary method to locate some one, my address has not changed in 2022, it is still the same for the past 57 months which is also on my ID. Such clues are temporary, might change and just added convenience without any legality.
Tenants have a right to personalize the place where they live. I use curtains, handwritten signs, lights, decoration etc. to personalize and to show my presence, but not to hide. I have a curtain in my windows as well to protect from day light glare and harmful rays. But not to hide.

It is a common practice to get the internet included with the rent, like utilities etc. in all inclusive rent, but in this building 2-671 Fennell Ave. East, where I live for the past 57 months internet was not included as a cable or wireless service, no Land line of phone, I use my own mobile phone number since 2013 which I bought from wind mobile in St. Catherines. I do not use any one else’s wifi internet in this building. One person by the name of Doug who was seen using hip joint adjacent unit 3 in 2020/2021 offered to give me his password for something in 2020/2021 which I declined, did not accept it from him. (It is Illegal and a crime to use some one else’s password).

I, the undersigned, live in unit 2 at 671 Fennell Ave. East on the Upper Floor because this unit was rented to me and is my legal address on my ID.Any one else who says to live in two, simply means the person was creating a puzzle. What that puzzle means is that they (occupy two spaces for cat and mouse game, some times here , some times there) live in their own unit in this building such as 3-671, 4-671 etc. 7-671, 8-671 all the addresses of upper floor upto 12-671 Fennell Ave. East and in addition they live else’s where as well which is their second place to make two (lives in two) . As per my observation second location could be within this Building or outdoors in a house. That’s why they would claim to live in two. Two is used as a count not as a number of the unit or apartment.I just live in unit 2 of the building 2-671 Fennell Ave. East without any other second location. (Unit 2 is used as a address number not as a counting number).
I do not use any other address on the upper floor of 671 Fennell. There may be some common attributes which these people around me might use to confuse people to say that any person with a common attribute 1 can be shown to live in unit x, because they are connected with authority positions so even lies should be believed (absolutely NOT), but that will not be applicable to me because I am a rent paying tenant legally assigned address 2-671 Fennell Ave. East. Other people are not concerned about legalities because they go in hiding at their second location if and when required. I have a feeling they have a insider who alerts them when to go in hiding at other location. So lies based on certain attributes should not be believed in legal matters.
Authorities are supposed to suppress crime gangs not work with crime gangs, if they work with and for crime gangs than what about democratic values that says elected govt’s are for the people , by people , of the people (common people not mafia people) –

(Different units make the numbers look different but physically represent the same size. Mix of inches and foot units is used in Pakistan as was on my first passport issued in 1980 in Karachi Pakistan. Units of Centimeters “cm” lower case was used in Canada and Units of Inches only was used in USA for height.).

My height in four different units since 1980. (First time ever I needed to know my height was in Karachi in 1980 for my passport to travel to Eindhoven on student visa. I am not sure if my family doctors monitored my height before that, my vaccination was fully monitors on regular basis by my family doctors in Karachi Pakistan.)
My Color of eyes is brown, complexion light brown (not dark color), hair color black mixed with grey hair thinning line, approaching half baldness.

I am not a hacker , if any hackers were breaking into my phone, please stop and refrain from it. It is serious crime to steal information and log in or any other information unauthorized. Cyber security will get you for crimes.
I have no secrets/keep no secrets, not holding up anything and do not want to know/keep any secrets. My parents told me that it was bad to keep secrets. Moreover secrets are time dependent and become useless after a certain time, so there was no real reason to keep secrets, secrets are just another piece of information with certain time related value, after that secrets become publicly known information.
