Just a reminder to whom it may interest and to whom it may concern that I am a Canadian Citizen of Asian heritage (Urdu Mother Language in addition to my First language English) and Engineer by Education and Profession. First time ever, arrived in Cana inda at YYZ airport in December 1993 as landed family is (which was disintegrat LPed over the years). November 01 of 2024: Rent paid directly electronically to Ottawa Community Housing Corporation out of my Scotia Bank chequing account. Confirmation number will be provided upon request if and when required.

November 01 of 2024: visited the Carleton university branch if Scotia bank to show a senior staff who was involved in setting up my account that name printed on the screen dump of transactions has a missing comma which may be misinterpreted by the irrelevant people, although the bank knows the systems, irrelevant people do not understand their system. Also the name should match with one of the IDs, my Ontario Drivers licence has a comma after my last name as Mahmood, Khalid. I was told it will not make any difference (or perhaps that it does not matter, because bank accounts are access by the numbers, and ID shows the name, name on ID is what matters and number on the account is what matters.

November 01 of 2024: Today I was at the Carleton  university library around 14h00 for some research and to validate my IEEE membership account, to make sure that no one was trying take it over by falsification and/or by lies. I am the genuine member (now senior member) since 1989 joined in Dhahran when I was with KFUPM-RI.

November 01 of 2024: Since I cancelled bell Internet modem, Fibe TV and Hone Phone on October 30 and returned the equipment, I decided to upgrade my internet package with Bell mobility on my mobile phone. After this upgrade Bell app was showing a wrong message of overage of something, so I called Bell 611 service to get the clarification regarding this overage indicator on the app, Bell staff on the phone checked something in my account, told me to reset the network settings etc. and before ending the call said something strange, that I don’t need to call them, I am not sure what that means, stores don’t provide any support these days, stores refer customers to phone support for such issues and phone support told me just opposite. I wonder what happened to the Bell quality of service and customer care. I have been a customer of Bell since December of 1993, senior staff of Bell from 30 years ago was very customer friendly. Customers (I can talk about myself) do not call Service providers unnecessarily, if Bell app shows a wrong message which does not make sense who will look into the reason of wrong message. Senior management of Bell group of companies should look into such matters and the reasons behind it. Stores in the mall and other locations just sell plans etc. But for any issues refer customers to the phone support. Apps related issues, login issues etc. did not exist in the past. Use of technology should make it easier and simpler for consumers not difficult or complicated.

November 01 of 2024: Freedom mobile tower outage, my prepaid number with freedommobile was working today. When dial 611 to talk to freedommobile a message box pops up on the screen that network was not available for voice calls. I wonder what happened to the network. I used my Rogers mobile line to call freedommobile, after long hold music, line was disconnected without any answer around 21h35.

November 02 of 2024: I got my shoes repaired at St. Laurent shopping mall around 14h30 on my way back from the downtown area. On the way I saw some Ukranian protestors near Metro grocery store at Beechwood in Vanier area.

November 03 of 2024: it was discovered this morning that latest android version and Samsung galaxy A35 5G phones do not have a built in feature for screen mirroring like older version of Android OS and devices. Very strange, why would it be stopped, or is it just me to have come across this deficiency of Android 14 on A35 5G. Any feedback/information will be appreciated. Got it working but differently using Samsung TV casting but not screen mirroring, this was still in progress.

November 04 of 2024: this morning around 09h30 am in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 it was discovered that location apps on android phones and maps have lost accuracy, are showing blue dot at a wrong location nearby, margin of error has gone high drastically, it still provides some idea about the whereabouts, but not with pinpoint accuracy. I wonder why, was this done deliberately by the satellite operators or some kind of cosmic natural phenomena was causing it.

November 04 of 2024: NCF.ca freenet records were still showing my Hamilton Ontario Canada address. I wonder why, ? I updated my address information with ncf in person, immediately after updating my IDs in 2023 with my current physical residential address in Ottawa. I have visited ncf freenet office location in-person several times including today.

November 05 of 2024: This morning it was found that Scotia Bank made two rent payments to OCH for one biller payee setup i.e. Ottawa Community Housing, was it done by the first name and last name, both payments came out of the same account. Is it technological problem or human intervention. This double rent payment caused my account to use the overdraft protection which made it negative balance, so I deposited from my pocket to rectify the situation. Can the bank automation technology such as to make payments automatically be trusted or not, so what is the use of it. Also it shows on the statement rent payment as bill payment which is incorrect. My rent is inclusive of all utilities no bills, just the rent. Scotiabank management should look into these matters to improve the system from consumers and account holders point of view. Make another category as rent payment to housing company/landlord. I need legal protection from such problems which are not my problems, and not caused by my negligence, or mistakes. Is there a secure banking or insurance on bank accounts for protection from such mistakes so that account holders don’t have to wait for a long time to get the money back, it should be immediately when a insured account holder reports such mistakes. In month of May 2024 there were such transactions in my account made by one merchant which were never reversed and money was not yet returned into my account. Due to this double payment made by the automated biller payment system (or by human intervention due to uncertainty),  my account with OCH again became surplus and was showing as positive owing (owed by OCH not by the tenant). I was keeping it current only, i.e.  zero owing (no negative, no positive).

November 05 of 2024: Route 48 to elmvale via Billingsbridge missed the stop Lycee Claudel around 16h28 while 93 or 99 was boarding at the stop, came from behind and left without stopping or picking up the passengers waiting on the stop, I was waiting for this route.

November 06 of 2024: OCH Ottawa community housing corporation must improve record keeping and sharing on the OCH website on internet as a responsible and reputable housing company as was outlined in the email message submitted to OCH corporation around 09h00 this morning. Record keeping on the web available to me was misleading and out of context. Same email message was forwarded to clsottawa @clso.clcj.ca email address around 10h15 this morning before the meeting with a lawyer to look into the unreasonable rental increase issue.

November 07 of 2024: I remained all day indoors, waiting for the Amazon delivery at my ID address apartment 307. Not yet received, still waiting. Not waiting, just received the deliver around 16h45, delivered by a tall desi looking boy, signature not required. He appeared to be in a hurry and did not talk to me when I tried to show him the apartment number of my door. After unboxing it was found that the Cisco IP phone product 8842 was shipped without a power adapter/power supply for it and that a LAN cable was missing, I called Cisco to find out who should be responsible for it, Cisco phone support told me that the reseller should be responsible for it. I called Amazon but call was disconnected.

November 08 of 2024: returned the VoIP phone back to Amazon due missing power supply, at a UPS store, I used to have a letter box at this UPS store when I lived at Olympic ways and worked at Sergenor / Hertz car rental in 2011.

November 08 of 2024: As I entered the building 1909 Russell Rd, around 17h00 after a short visit to the Elmvale Library, an aged senior woman was holding the door of the Lobby open with grocery bags and was seen shuttling the bags from the door to a spot near the elevators, when I saw several bags around the door, I paused and was watching this activity, while standing in the buffer zone, to let her complete it, when she saw me waiting in the buffer zone, said something to me from far which probably was to tell me not to wait there, although I have my keys from OCH, I asked her (as a courtesy towards a senior woman) if I could pass through the bags area, she mumbled something, did not have any objection, so I entered the lobby and used the “B” side stairs to get to my apartment 307.

November 10 of 2024: Purchased an open Source cable modem for Internet from a reseller based in Western Canada by mail order and spoke to Rogers about it. Further, I will pursue this matter on Tuesday due to Remembrance day 2024 on Monday.

November 11 of 2024: Remembrance Day 2024 in Ottawa Canada. Partial closures expected.

November 11 of 2024: I was at a co-working space in downtown Ottawa for half a day due to the late opening today. Although, according to Ottawa city, the website transit was on a regular schedule today, but in reality, in various parts of townn buses were taking longer than the usual, were missing some scheduled trips etc. This was a damp and light rain day.

November 12 of 2024: Today I opted to remain indoors in my apartment, in the building to look after other priorities related to wifi etc without Rogers/Bell modems routers, their Modems seem to have some issues with the speed at the device level. It is important to have a portable hand carry wifi meter (not a consumption meter due to unlimited usage offers by the providers, rather Mbps counter, kind of oscilloscope or Geiger counter for wifi signal analysis) from independent source instead of web based or service provider’s speed measurement solutions. Mobile phones and Home internet plans are based on the Mbps speed, different Mbps speeds have different price rates, so to ensure that the service provider was providing correct  speed at the devices (not at the input of the equipment such as cable modem etc.) in Mbps correctly, must be measured by neutral instruments/equipment. It is not a matter of believing, rather it is a matter of delivering the correct product and services as per the agreement,  so would it be disrespect to measure the Mbps speed and not believe their verbal speech. No, absolutely NOT, such measurements will encourage the providers to do better, and not lie to the consumers. This may be (or is) applicable to large number of consumers, perhaps in billions world wide. There may or may not be dishonest providers who have authorities support/backing to lie about the Mbps speed they provide to the consumers, but that will not make it acceptable, even if such was practiced.

November 12 of 2924: after seeing an email from Staples in my inbox to schedule my Day pass visit, I called the Staples stores at Bank St and Waverly to inform that I will not be using that location of co working space any more. I prefer the Dow’s lake location better than the downtown location.

November 12 of 2024: spamming silent calls frequency has increased. Today some one called around 12h45 asking for fire department etc, which I referred to directory assistance.

November 12 of 2024: around 15h45 I went outdoors for a short walk through the front door and came back to my apartment from Side A and Side B stairs. Few women (three or so) were seen in the hallways and near the elevators, I am not sure why they were looking at me when I was not in there line of sight, perhaps they were trying to recognize me as some one they knew from before. One woman was at the elevators door as I was stepping out of it, one woman was seen coming out of the lounge door when I was looking at the posters on the floor 1 and one woman was seen on the floor three as I was heading towards the elevators.

November 13 of 2024: around 18h00, a call asking for Rick Hanley was received on my phone, I responded no one was here by that name.

November 14 of 2024: Law student representing Community legal Services located at 1 Nicholas St. did not call back around 14h00. (14h20)

November 14 of 2024: a group of people was seen sitting around the table in the lounge of the building 1909 around 18h15, few people were seen in the hallways, one person entered the elevation from floor 2 and push the button number 6, I got out of the elevator on floor 3 and used the stairs on Side A to go out and reenter the building using the Side B stairs.

November 15 of 2024: made a payment to Rogers Wireless at a BMO bank branch across the street. Called BMO bank to obtain the confirmation number for the above payment.

November 15 of 2024: I signed up for four Bell services on October 08, received equipment on October 10 and was fully activated (as self install) by October 11 of 2024. I opted out of Bell services due some technical issues and cancelled the services on October 30, just in about 20 days. But I was required by Bell to pay the full month bill which was issued before cancellation, instead of recalculating the bill after the cancellation, which was based on the assurance and understanding that it (10 days credit of not using the service) will be reflected in the next bill for the period November 11 to December 10. Bell current bill seems to be complicated, I need to understand how Bell refunded the unused portion of the money from the previous period which was just a 20 days usage. It would have been better to stop the billing on October 30 and recalculate on October 30 for 20 day services, and start new billing from November 01 of 2024 after upgrading the mobile plan.

November 15 of 2024: another call for Rick around 11h10 on my phone.

November 15 of 2024: Route 55 bound for westgate mall from Elmvale, missed a stop at Haig around 12h35, I got off the bus at the next stop and walked back.

November 15 of 2024: escalated the Bell’s billing issue by submitting a message to Bell Canada on the web. I got a acknowledgment receipt of it by email in my inbox around 13h35. Also received a call around 14h30 from Bell Canada regarding this matter, although I wanted to submit a handwritten one page document regarding calculations and payments for the first and second bill, but email address was not provided. Their portal on the web has no attachments feature, they should consider to enhance it. I need to review the email from Bell to determine if their calculations and my calculations and reasoning behind it match.

November 15 of 2024: made my third payment to Bell Canada around 18h00. One payment was made in October 2024 and two partial payments were made in November 2024.

November 15 of 2024: While I was at a transit stop TD place Lansdowne around 18h00 Regus coworking space provider called and the first sentence was that this call is being recorded, I ask why ? person hung up without responding to the question. I wonder why would Regus call and record conversation. Does not make sense to me. Are they in business to provide services or are they in law enforcement (under the disguise of a service provider to users of coworking and office spaces).

November 16 of 2024: remained indoors in my apartment most of the day.

November 17 of 2024: went outdoors for a short trip to Elmvale shopping mall by route 46 and came back to my apartment  walking. I stopped for a cup of coffee at Starbucks, new staff was seen on duty around 11h00, the boy made a mistake and tried to sell wrong size coffee cup, I told him to pour the coffee in a smaller cup, and drain the remainder from the wrong size cup, other staff got involved, refunded the price of a coffee back to my debit card, and I got a complimentary cup of coffee due to this mistake in the transaction, which was a nice gesture by the staff. After that I bought some candies from dollar store, at the check out the printer was out of paper and cashier took few minutes to put the new roll of paper in the machine to print the transaction receipt, next I went into the LCBO store to check for ALBailey, arrived back to my apartment by noon time, walking.

November 18 of 2024: coughs were heard few times at night around my apartment 307, while I was in my sleep (caused me to come out of my sleep briefly few times).

November 18 of 2024: this restaurant Noodle box located near Staples at Donald St and St. Laurent is keeping the customer copy of payment receipt. And did not know how to print the customer copy. I wonder why ??. Said owner was not here. They are not trained fir this business, around 12h30. When I was waiting for the customer copy of payment receipt he was staring on the screen and talking on the mobile phone. This place has no genuine chef, this lunch was not as pleasant as should have been, over priced box of noodles. In this area where I live there were no authentic restaurants. For almost the same price a express lunch at Spin restaurant of Marriott would have been a better choice, but it was a bit far from my place.

November 18 of 2024: sound of an heavy object dropping/falling above my apartment was heard loudly around 17h35. When I opened the door a man was seen at the opposite door talking to.dome one around 17h25.

November 19 of 2024: around 12h30 Shawarma place near fresh produce and a closed CAA location at Bank and Hunt club was acting and behaving strange was not able to fulfill my order correctly, I ordered menu item number six, he was trying make a fool of me by filling wrong items on the plate, when I pointed it out, he referred me to cashier to explain etc. they all start acting strangely, so I left from there without getting into argument with them.

November 19 of 2024: Hot chocolate I bought at Tim Hortons was very diluted just color of hot chocolate but only water like taste. Around 12h55 at 2495 Bank St.

Bought and ate my lunch at McDonald’s before heading back to my building, on the way back passed by the Walmart at Billings bridge, looking for VoIP phones for home. I found a package at my apartment door from Calgary, a cable modem for home Internet.

November 19 of 2024: Thanks to Cogeco Burlington ontario Canada for the referral given to me to a home internet service provider.

November 20 of 2024: Submitted a service to Samsung regarding galaxy A35 not working with usbc wireless mic during phone calls, response from samsung support was not providing a solution to the problem I described, rather it was suggested to use a wired earphone for phone calls. I was expecting Samsung to provide a solution to fix the reason or deficiency behind not working with usbc wireless microphone, where as same usbc wireless microphone works fine with other apps.

November 20 of 2024: around 13h00,  as soon as I came out of the elevator in the lobby and was heading towards the letter boxes, a taller than me and bigger than me  man turned around the corner from Side B corridor towards me near the elevator corner, nearly bumped into me and said, “you scared me” while continued heading towards the elevators. I was not sure why he would say that, so I spoke to him to find out the reason behind it and if this was a charge or negative talk, his response was that no it was just a figure of speech, does not mean a thing. Moreover, He said he was a tenant when I introduced myself to him as a tenant, I asked him what time was the tenants circle meeting on 21st of November, he did not know about any such meeting but after pausing a bit and before the elevator door closed his memory came back and he quickly said 3PM , elevator door closed, perhaps he took the elevator to go up somewhere in the building.

Several women were seen in the buffer zone, on A and B side of the building, a oc transit para transpos vehicle arrived and left, I spoke to the operator to find out if monthly pass was accepted on this vehicle, he said,  one needs a doctor’s approval to use para transit.

November 20 of 2024: this day was Mission truck day at the building 1909 Russell Rd, so there were many people seen hovering around in the lobby, in the buffer zone, out side the buffer zone near the truck etc perhaps waiting for their turn to receive their supply of food from the mission truck. Around 13h35. I went out the side B door for a short walk and entered through the front side door where Mission truck was parked, as I was entering the door after unlocking with my keys, one tall old woman referred to me as “Indian” perhaps because of my brownish skin while she was whisperingly talking to another woman in the crowd waiting for the Mission truck to start serving.

November 20 of 2024: this day I called Equifax and transunion to enquire about my free annual credit report, not yet received, after I mail a handwritten letter to Equifax and Transunion about a month ago. I have been maintain my credit history since December of 1993, linked to my social Insurance number and Ontario DL#: A warning to crooks and swindlers, fraud makers not steal my credit history file, it was protected my consumer rights, like money deposit in the bank accounts was protected by CDIC. Normal and powerless people also have rights not just people protected by positions of powers. So don’t get any wrong ideas to steal my reports, don’t lie about it. I fill forms in my own handwriting which is biometrics in addition to my IDs. Honesty should prevail not just opposite of side of honesty. The person I was speaking with on the phone was having difficulty in locating my credit history/reports by the social insurance number and driver’s license number. She was asking for my email addresses on my credit report. Who knows what goes on in the back ground, like so many wrong entries in the credit reports, one can not be sure what email address would be in the file. Email address is not a requirement or criteria to authenticate some one for credit report. Main criteria is social insurance number, drivers license which do not change never change, email address and phone number can change and be forgotten or may not be in service. Credit bureau staff must be trained on these important matters. Emphasis should not be on email address in a matter of credit report. It is a legal matter. Credit reports relate to financial matters and every one works hard just for financial reasons, that’s why such matters should be handled with honesty and logic, not with some one’s vested interest. In 1993 when I first established my credit history by requesting a report on my credit at that time (by myself), there was no email space on the form, email address was not even considered at that time.

November 20 of 2024: OC Transpo bus services was irregular, not following the posted and published or expected arrival/dep. times around 17h00 to 17h40

November 21 of 2024: submitted a service request to Lenovo to fix the windows OS error on my Ideapad 1 laptop.

November 21 of 2024: beeping sounds were heard in the lobby around 14h00, amber color supervisory light was seen blinking on the annunciator panel in the lobby.

November 21 of 2024: attended the tenants circle meeting briefly, was related to Christmas dinner preparation etc.

November 21 of 2024: Bell mobility generated a critical information summary dated October 09 of 2024 when I signed up for four services bundle under one order BHLL9JVP, and second critical information summary document on November 01 of 2024 when I upgraded my mobility plan after cancelling the home services on October 30 of 2024. First mobility service Critical Information Summary document shows a SIM number which was received by courier delivered to my apt door and failed within few days and a phone number (437-xxx-xxxx) unknown to me (I did not tell them my Skype number), but the second mobility service Critical Information Summary document shows the actual SIM number (obtained and activated at a Bell store after the failure of first SIM) which is physically in my phone and the mobile number 613-413-9812 on this SIM. I was told this morning by Bell staff on phone that it does not matter, just ignore such discrepancies.

November 25 of 2024: a delivery boy knocked on my door around 10h00 with a delivery for me from Temu, a winter cap, green pen, some toys etc. no signature were required. Earlier around 09/09h30 spoke to Cisco staff regarding their VoIP products.

November 25 of 2024: I visited a Scotia Bank branch around 15h30 at The corner of Gloucester St. in downtown to get a printed statement pdf copy, but they don’t print pdf copy to show the name correctly, screen dump of transaction print the name by last name without a comma. another thing I noticed was that a mini statement printed at the ATM machines at the entrance of the branch did not print a deposit I made recently on Nov 19. I wonder why, it suppressed deposit. And why they don’t print statement in pdf format. Any other format other than pdf format is not considered statement legally. Why would they not operate legally,  honestly and logically. I have a record of the deposit slip which was made by myself at the ATM on Nov 19.  Also visited Canada Computers and Electronics at Laurier Ave. to find out out about open source VoIP products. I visited another branch of Scotia Bank to find the reason for this issue (i.e. statement prints in pdf and non-pdf format) but Glebe branch was found closed at 16h00 with people still working inside, very strange that a branch in the residential area of Glebe closed at 16h00. Two bank staff by the name of Younis and a woman was seen in the branch when I was reading the signage on the door in the ATM area. When Younus Saw me at the door, stood up from his seat and walked away towards the back of the counters. I remember Canada Trust Kilborn branch used to operate 08:00 am to 8:00 pm in 1996 in my neighbour hood of Palm Gates Apartments/Featherston public school in Ottawa. I pay a monthly service fee on my account, and expect a better service. So why this behaviour towards me. This is discrimination if they do this to me on purpose for some one else’s benefit/or to make some one else happy by causing me hardship. As a customer, bank should provide me and all the customers professional and neutral customer focussed service. Bank staff is there to operate a business which should be done professionally, they don’t give personal favours to customers in these branches. Deposits in the account must be protected and guaranteed by the authorities such as CDIC even if they have to impose a additional nominal deposit insurance fee on the account to accomplish this for immediate refund of hidden/stolen/suppressed money. Any missing/hidden/suppressed money from my account must be returned immediately.

November 25 of 2024: since the branch closed at 16h00, which was earlier than normal business hours and most other banks, I called the Scotiabank around 18h30, after a long hold of one hour, one man with hard to understand accent (perhaps spanish accent in a very coarse voice) spoke to me, his emphasis was on using my partial name, I made efforts to make him understand to say my full name, he asked me if this was a joint account, I am not sure why would he ask this question, joint accounts or non-joint accounts information must be available in their system because this information was not specific to customer, rather it was related to bank records. For some reason which is not acceptable to me, they all try to use partial name to make it look like two persons account, it was only one person account which was setup just about a year ago, must be fresh in the minds of the bank staff, they can not forget so soon, who this account belongs to, or how many people were on this account, and who completed and signed the paper work in person (i.e. it was not done electronically online form filling, it was done in person at a branch).  I was authenticated by the IVR automated system, but he asked me for the full debit card number which was unusual, They don’t ask for full debit card number once authenticated by the IVR.

November 26 of 2024: I have the mini statements printed at two ATM machines on the same date with in 43 minutes time gap which have a missing transaction of November 19, although the screen dump of full transactions show all the transactions which was printed by a bank staff on a bigger printer, but not on the mini statement printed at the ATM of the branch. Why a deposit which was made by myself to avoid a negative balance was suppressed from showing on the printed slip of paper. Bank senior management should investigate this matter as a serious matter, a missing transaction can result in missing money from the account. Account holders can not and do not self audit (at least myself) personal accounts every single day, it is a matter of trust on the banks that’s why account holder customers pay a service fee to the banks for their services and to guard account holders assetts. Fraud makers, swindlers, illusionist etc should have some honesty and ethics in their negative trade and not mess up with legal matters. I have a evidence of the missing transaction and a deposit slip. Fraud makers, swindlers, illusionist etc should exhibit maturity in their actions, smartness (or intelligent quality) is not in making wealth and living by such trades,  rather it is in making a living by honest means, it can not be achieved overnight, it takes time and hard work and serious education, not just holding a piece of paper in hand, which was stolen from others or false and useless explanations and useless logic.

November 26 of 2024: came out of my apartment around 09h00, found a bus at the stop, which was a blessing on a rainy day in Ottawa. Rain stopped by 11h00 in this part of the city but air was still damp.

November 26 of 2024: some one called, most likely a female asking for fire around 15h34, sounded a bit confused and hung up after saying sorry, when I said no fire here.

November 26 of 2024: around 17h40 some noises were heard outside my apartment door, when I opened the door a group of people mostly women were seen heading towards the side “B ” stairs, chatting, giggling, etc. came from elevator side. Some of them looked inside my apartment door and looked at me, when I opened the door.

November 26 of 2024: some movements were heard in the corridor on the B side, children voices people walking etc. around 18h40, doors open close etc. for few minutes.

November 27 of 2024: Visited downtown area for a walk and breakfast and came back to my apartment around 09h15. A law student of CLSO called to discussed the matter with OCH of rent I crease etc. submitted a document to CLSO.CLCJ.ca by email, called their the office after half hour confirm if the email was received. I was told admin has access to emails, waiting for them.

Route 55 at stop 7044 missed scheduled at 16h19.

November 27 of 2024: I called and spoke to Canadian Tire around 17h20 after I heard a message from BCA Inc. I have no account with Canadian Tire, no debt with Canadian Tire.

November 27 of 2024: a Bell™ Telco vehicle was seen parked near a bright color eye catching tent at the corner of the parking lot, side B of the building, perhaps was a Bell™ maintenance camp, fixing or enhancing services to the building. Ordered Ooma VoIP apparatus as a replacement for landline phone. Bell ™ and Rogers ™ do not provide landline phones in Canada.

November 28 of 2024: this morning ate my morning meal at Biggs restaurant near Mercedes showroom, went to the community legal service of Ottawa south near billings bridge. I informed the staff of this location regarding my meeting and phone conversation with the lawyers and other staff on November 27 at the Nicholas St. In downtown. Came back from billings bridge station by route 48 to Elmvale station and walked back to my apartment, entered the building from Side B of the building. Later on around 13h00, when I went to the lobby from Side A stairs,  lounge was seen being renovated and walls painted, furniture was seen pushed in the middle of the lounge.

November 28 of 2024: Community Legal Services Ottawa lawyer called me around 14h45 about the greater than five times rent increase after a period of one year by OCH effective 2024 August but without any satisfactory clarification. She mentioned about transition of my OW social assistance file to OAS/GIS, but difference in OW social assistance and OAS/GIS is not in the same ratio as the rent increase. I was told by CLSO lawyer that rent payment can be 30% of the money I receive, which is very high percentage. Firstly, current rent payment is more that 30% of money I receive, second I learned in early days in Canada in 1993 onwards, that acceptable range for rent payment was 20-25 percent of the money received. I was addressed by my partial name although I requested in person on November 27 to say my full name {Khalid Mahmood} all legal purposes. I am seeking the answers/explanation to this rent increase based on certain facts and figures not based on deceptive lies or disinformation misinformation.

November 29 of 2024: I have no known CIBC account associated with my name for the past couple of years, perhaps some one used my email or phone, I saw a notification from a CIBC banker regarding some upcoming transactions. Not mine. When CIBC makes this account accessible to me and issue me a authorization, cards etc. only than I can operate and take care of the transactions otherwise NOT.

November 29 of 2024: a man was seen sitting in the laundry around 18h00 with a dog when I entered to check balance on my card. Several people’s movement was seen in the B side corridor, in the lobby, some people were seen in the buffer zone, one woman was seen entering the lobby from buffer zone.

November 29 of 2024: I just heard the words “in-house” while I was watching a Huawei OS Harmony video. It reminded me of the early years of living in Canada 1993 onwards. The words “in-house” was very common at that time among mainframe and PCs professional to differentiate between the kind of expertise used for a project or work, and I used this word on my resumes. After arrival in Canada I noticed that people who came in contact with me were not familiar with this jargon and used to question a lot about this word what it meant. At that time for me “on-shore” and “off-shore” were the words unfamiliar words for me.

November 30 of 2024: waiting in the lobby for Amazon at my ID address. A man was seen going outdoors through the front door, an old man with two children was seen entering and took elevator. A bulky heavy man was seen in the lobby near elevators talking on the phone in loud voice carrying  a adidas bag on his shoulder. Around noon time. Received two items in my apartment around 13h30, waiting in my apartment for the 3rd item. No signatures were required. Showed him my door number because door was open. I wonder why all three items were not packaged together in the same box, same day delivery, unless items arrived from different locations of Amazon Canada. Found the third item at my door around 16h30.

November 30 of 2024: Around 12h10 a boy was seen entering the lobby with Rogers™ modem box in his hand, allowed in by a man leavin through the front door, Rogers™ boy entered after the leaving man when the door was open.

November 30 of 2024: Received the eBay purchased item around 15h00.

December 01 of 2024: R1 West bound vehicle number 6519 missed Less station around 08h50.
