TO WHOM IT MAY INTEREST/CONCERN
First time I became Bell customer in Canada was in December of 1993 in Willowdale (a suburb of Toronto 416 area code) , that’s where my daughter was born at NYGH in Feb 1994. I was a subscriber/customer of Bell landline phone 1993 to 1998, Bell did not offer any other services at that time such as FibeTV, or fiber internet etc. during the time 2006 to 2011 few times I was a subscriber/customer of Bell mobility for a mobile SIM number, monthly and Pre paid, fully paid. I became a subscriber/customer of Bell services again in October 2024 after a gap of about 13 years, during the gap I was a subscriber/customer of other service providers in other parts of the province. If some one else used my name or another person by the similar name used Bell service during the gap of 13 years period, it was not/will not be under my responsibility for their problems if any with Bell. Senior people in the industry who know me from the past should honestly look after my interest because I was put through a very lengthy and difficult process, I was not made aware of any such requirements by the Canadian Embassy at the time of application process in 1993, such as OW social assistance instead of work in my profession for such a extended period of time which was longer than any advanced level education or degree program about 17 years on OW social assistance untill the age of 65, than it transitioned into OAS/GIS.
Since my current services with Bell Home and Bell cellular Mobility Services were activated on October 10 of 2024, my billing cycle was set to Oct 11 to Nov 10 and first Bill was required to be paid before the second Bill was issued. First Bill is usually higher than the regular monthly bill due to one time charges. Since over the years Bell work force has changed a lot, I heard different and conflicting information from the phone staff such as they take first monthly payment as advance payment etc, but why would they include one time installation (or services activation) fee in monthly fee, or was this a pre paid monthly service, if they require advance payment, but no concrete answer, only useful information was that I should pay the current bill before the next bill was issued otherwise a late fee will be applied. Which means as long as a customer/subscriber pays late fee, it will not be considered non-payment.
