October 01 of 2024: First day of the month, I have my 2024 full amount was paid out of my Scotiabank chequing account as a single payment, no partial payments were involved this month. Not owing anything to OCH.
Also visited the OCH bank street location, but was very crowded, next visited the Community legal clinic to find out the best method for rent payment to OCH. No lawyers were available to discuss the matter at that time, so I was given a date in November 2024 to get the tequired information.
October 01 of 2024: around 20h45 as I was exiting the fare gates at the St. Laurent station to go up the escalators to the bus platforms, a husky kid physically much bigger looking than me but much younger age, went through the same fare gates (as I was exiting from) without tapping to pay the fare. Exiting is free but entering the station requires a fare. I am sure he was fare paying age. He brushed with my left side shoulder at the gate doors. His facial expressions of were like he achieved the goal to enter the station without paying the fare.
October 02 of 2024: two men were seen working on the handicap push button near the letter boxes in the lobby when I came downstairs around 08h55. So I used the lounge to exit the building, a man was seen in the lounge kitchen, some wood work was being done or perhaps cabinets were being removed, one of the doors of the lounge which was closest to the laundry door was still locked. I used the second door across from the AIP office. Outdoors few women were seen coming out of the front doors and walking towards the bus stop. Two buses route 46 arrived at the same tone, one long bus and one short bus, I boarded the short bus towards Billings bridge.
October 02 of 2024: one vendor of food court in St. Laurent shopping centre on the upper floor kept the customer copy of the payment transaction and issued the merchant copy of the transaction printed by the interact machine when I bought my lunch around noon time. When I showed the merchant copy to the vendor, I was told that’s ok.
October 02 of 2024: I found a package at the door of my apt #307 around 13h13 when I return from my trip to downtown via St. Laurent and trainyards. It was packaged as prime delivery but I did not order prime delivery, I placed the order as regular delivery.
October 02 of 2024: received a follow-up call from CLC Ottawa lawyer’s office around 10 but I got to it in the after, returned the call immediately as soon as I got a chance to respond to it, and recorded a voice message recorded.
October 02 of 2024: as documented earlier that although my lease documents signed in 2023 were stolen from my bags during my trip to Dammam in 2024, but I have not given up my lease to anyone, I have not sold my lease to anyone. I am still a tenant at the same location where I was housed by the housing workers in 2023. Appearance of my file might have changed because my rent was changed in 2024. I am not a new tenant with OCH, I have been a tenant of OCH for the past 15 month, for the sake of the continuity of the lease and good relations with tenants, people who were present in 2023 should remain involved in it, otherwise new staff or trainees will not know and/or will forget who the genuine Lessee tenant was, and unauthorized people who stole the documents might make false bogus claims, or misuse the lease out if context. During the housing process when I was offered apartment 307 in this building, since I was unsure whether to accept it or not, I was asked by the housing worker if I was declining the offer, after that question I accepted the offer at the rate of monthly payments in the offer letter. But in 2024 monthly payments were increased, which is not acceptable, should be changed back to the amount in the offer letter issued in 2023. Moreover, I have a tenants package insurance which is a legal matter as well which was required in 2023 for the lease to complete the process which was started by the housing workers, I have renewed the same policy in 2024 and paid for it myself. Reason I chose this insurance company was because of my past association with the company as a Senior member of IEEE. Insurance policy/certificates and leases can not be sold/bought, one has to go through a legal process to obtain these documents. Humans can not buy and sell DNA genetics to live a fraud life, probably even if they replace last drop of blood in their body.
October 02 of 2024: went to Billings bridge for quick groceries by route 55 and route 6, now I am on my way back to my apartment by route 48. Since 48 came before route 46, I decided to board 48 instead of route 46, because many times route 46 gets delayed originating from Hurdman Station. Took route 92 to Hurdman from Billings bridge after groceries to avoid long wait at the Billings bridge.
October 02 of 2024: Rogers internet speed was below 100 Mbps on Chromecast around 21h00. My service plan is of higher speed. On phone it was within acceptable range.
October 02 of 2024: called Rogers communications company in Ottawa before 11h00 which is my service provider company, to make changes to my internet package, to add TV channels and home phone, waiting for work order details, not yet received in my email inbox. Went to the CLC at bank street location, dropped a handwritten note for the lawyers, bought a home phone for rogers to install. Confirmation from Rogers was received after I came back to my apartment around 13h35
October 02 of 2024: Around 19h15 I called MNP Debt to file personal bankruptcy for protection from false debt claims and notices. Filing my second personal bankruptcy. My first personal bankruptcy was not just mame based, it was linked to Canadian IDs by my social insurance number and Ontario Driver licence, filed by a reputable international accounting company that I got involved with during my Bechtel work in San Francisco in 1995. Bankruptcy was registered in 2007 when I was on OW social assistance. Therefore OW has a record of my bankruptcy as well. Illusionists and deceptions can not succeed with their lies with malicious intentions.
October 04 of 2024: I just reviewed my tenant account with OCH, it was cleared on the second day of the month. I paid my rent on the first of the month, bank takes one day, instead of instantaneous payment. Because of the delay at the financial institution it should NOT be considered owing. It seems to be a software bug, OCH should look into it. Due to unexpected situation rent may be late, owing flag can not be and should not be raised before a 10 days period. Tenants rights should be clearly defined for such situations. If some one was holding rent money and not paying, than it is understandable to raise red flags, otherwise NOT. It must be clearly documented in the lease whether to pay rent on the first day of the month or the last day of the month, acceptable delay periods due to technological or human barriers such as delay by the bank etc. not every person should be charged or suspected of not paying rent, any such attempt or rumours must be considered malicious intents. There must be a legal process to prove that rent was not paid, it must NOT be based on rumours supported by positions of power or influential or anyone. Anyone creating hurdles or barriers such as misguiding banks must be taken seriously. Any one stopping a bank from accepting someone’s rent must not be without proper court orders otherwise it must be considered malicious intents. Bank staff must to be trained to look after customers interest not an outsiders interest.
October 04 of 2024: I always pay rent on time and mostly paid direct to the receiver or landlord, during the Ontario Works Social assistance program, and also after that on OAS/GIS. When it was not possible to pay direct I used to write cheques or paid by interact. Rent receivers had objection to my cheques writing and declined to accept cheques written by me. I was surprised when rent receivers knocked on my door on public holidays to receive rent. In Canada reputable companies do not knock on the doors on public holidays to receive rent, they wait for the next working day. If such low education and new to the country people were assigned to collect rent from me, why were they not trained on what was the normal and acceptable procedure in Canada to collect rent. I wonder. I am not a defaulter, never was a defaulter on anything. I am not a offender, never was. Those who use such words should be audited on how pious they were in their past, present and future. These rent receivers behave like tenants were second class unwanted citizens and receiving rent was a favour to them, they never disclose their location where they live, they just come from somewhere, and try to make people defaulter, sometimes do not show up to receive rent, all under the protection of someone backing them up. No fear of retaliation by the tenants or the law because of the backing by the position of power. That’s why I opted to pay direct to avoid such complications. Malicious intentions. They should be taught manners how to behave accordingly with a rent paying tenants.
October 04 of 2025: I ate my lunch at a Kabab restaurant located at Altavista and Bank St. Returned to my apartment and spoke rogers TV and Home phone, submitted the response that they were looking for to proceed with the my order. Around same time when I was talking to connected for success staff, a man was seen putting up some signs in the lobby regarding “Troy” visit to the building on October 07 of 2024.
October 04 of 2024: visited the CLC at 1355 Bank st. to inform the lawyers that rent was paid and issue was fixed for this month.
October 05 of 2024: around 13h30 Knocks were heard( not on my door) but some one else’s door in the corridor on floor three.
October 05 of 2024: contacted LRS for a referral to proceed with my second bankruptcy to find out about unknown debts under the name of {Khalid Mahmood}. When vendors, banks and service providers do a financial checkup as a Citizen of Canada and resident of Ottawa, with my IDs, reports do no show anything alarming or any debts.
October 06 of 2024: went outdoors to a neighbourhood home hardware store to buy few essentials around 11h00. A man I met at the shelter was seen sitting on his mobility device at the Bus Stop on the buildings side. I walked both ways, came back around 11h30, paid major portion of the receipt total by cash and small change by card to make a total of 17.04. Same man who was seen sitting earlier was seen walking towards the bus stop again. I entered the building from “A” side entrance, when I was in the elevator 2 a woman entered the elevator just before the door closed, so I got out of the elevator 2 to take other elevator. She mumbled something like are you coming etc, I replied go ahead, I took the “elevator 1” to go to my apartment. This Home hardware store was inside the Elmvale Mall before this mall was demolished. My daughter Sana Mahmood was diagnosed with a medical condition when we were shopping in this mall in 1998. (By Doctor Adams of Smyth Medical Centre across from the mall). A blockbuster store was located next to library. My eldest offspring Ahsan Mahmood used to accompany me to this store of Home hardware for shopping.
October 06 of 2024: EMS staff was seen heading towards the elevators from apartment 308 or perhaps 309, there were few other women also watching them leave pushing some kind of equipment around 18h12.
October 07 of 2024: around 10h35 I heard an announcement to disregard the announcement which was for fire test in the building. Before that I used elevator to go to the lobby to check my letter box, two men were seen siting on the bench and talking about something while looking at a document in their hands. I exited from the front door and used ‘B’ side doors to enter the building to go back upto my apartment. Around 10h20 when I opened my door two women were seen standing near my door talking to each other, I asked them if they were looking for me, they replied no and proceed walking slowly towards side “B” stairs. I heard them say word local. Etc.
Alarms testing started around 10h40. Fire trucks arrived around 10h47 and left in few minutes around 10h55, it was just testing, perhaps the annunciator panel has no settings to flag the fire dept when it was system testing and when it was real fire.
October 07 of 2024: more than 30 minutes on Rogers Wireless 611. Call got disconnected, Rogers 611 called me back to continue/transfer the call to “connected for success” group. I have a case file number on this issue why the home phone was not activated even after plugging in a home phone on the back of the Ignite wifi router Gen2. Home phone service should become alive immediately on a temp number assigned, after connecting the home phone to the Ignite wifi hub. No Rogers Wireless and/or No Rogers Ingnite dues at this time on my account as per their text message received on October 07 of 2024 around 15h15. It appeared to me that they were confused by my wireless number in account profile as home number, the reason was that just to fill in the blank space I wrote my wireless/mobile number in the space of home number, even before getting Rigers home phone. No other reason. I was also told services ordered were already provisioned in my account but it will show “active” after technician visit. I find it strange because technician’s visit should NOT be required to activate simple services like RHP. I am considering to explore the Bell phone as well if Roger’s was having their internal issues. I feel it has something to do with my absence from Ottawa when I lived in Hamilton and other areas of province Ontario. I never had such issues with Rogers or Bell before. First time I used Bell phone services was in 1993 after that I used Bell mobility services as well. My account and services with Rogers in aot 307 not anywhere else in this building.
October 07 of 2024: I have made a payment to Rogers wireless/internet services associated with my account at the BMO bank branch across the building in the afternoon around 4:07:37 PM. Bills paid, rent paid, not owing.
October 08 of 2024: This morning around 11h00 I have cancelled Rogers HTV and RHP Order, for now because I was exploring other service providers, I will look into it again next month in November 2024. Also ordered to downgrade the internet speed to the speed where it started in August 2023.
October 08 of 2024: placed an order with Bell Telco for some home and mobile services in the evening around 20h00
October 08 of 2024: Back at my ID address in the building in my apartment after a short walk around the neighbourhood 21h00 to 21h30
October 09 of 2024: I called bell Canada this morning to find out about the services I ordered from bell on October 08, during ordering process mybell account profile was created, which got disabled by itself within few hours. It was showing a wrong recovery number ending in 72 which does not belong to me. Web login problems started even before the services were activated. I was told my web login will work after services were activated and one bill account login was setup. Bell Canada staff on phone was not interested in locating my previous account number which was assigned to me in 1993, and a new account number was generated, login problem was resolved. Bell Canada provides Home phones on two channels i.e. Fiber optics lines and copper based landlines, that reduces failure chances of the phone, if one channel fails other channel will be available to use.
October 10 of 2024: OCH technician from Bulldog maintenance came to fix the entrance door intercom buzzer around 10h30. Opened the Bell phone jack plate to check the wiring. He buzzed me from outdoor before leaving, which I answered using my newly mounted cordless phone hand set.
October 10 of 2024: Purolator courier delivered around 11h00, bell internet and Bell Fibe TV. It turns out it requires a separate remote, I was trying to merge it with the other tv, i.e. to use fibe remote with the fibetv app installed on Chromecast, did not workout. It works standalone on its on.
October 11 of 2024: I went to downtown for nutritious morning meal, came back to my apartment via Courtyard and BDO around 11h00. BDO was closed today on October 11 perhaps to make use of long weekend of thanks giving. Many boxes were seen piled up at the door of an apartment as I entered the floor 3 from side “B” stairs. Now I am back in my apartment 307.
October 11 of 2024: as I was stepping out of my apartment door around 13h30, a bulky man was seen coming from the elevators side towards the ‘B’ side of the stairs, I walked to the stairs ahead of him to avoid bumping with him in the corridor, probably he stopped somewhere behind me and knocked on a door which was not the door of my apartment. I walked to the independent grocery, bought few essentials and came back walking.
October 11 of 2024: This afternoon when I was checking my own buzzer by calling my own apartment, I noticed that intercom buzzer speaker volume was very low, as compared to the other days, it did not ring as loud as it was heard on other days.
October 11 of 2024: web login account lock and bank financial account lock matter applies to Bell Canada as well, Bell services are accessed by the users over web internet or by apps on the phone which require login ID, and password. In conversation Bell Canada phone staff faces difficulty in understanding clearly weather the issue was with the customer services account or the web internet app login account. Eventually got resolved. I am monitoring to gauge how robust it is, and how long it will last. Banks and Bell Canada nearly similar situation, because of additional layer of internet technology above consumer accounts. By the use of internet technology businesses shifted the work done by the company staff to the consumers which resulted in reduced business expenses and increased profits for the companies but also resulted in more problems (such as login issues, password issues etc.) for the consumers, although it provided some flexibility for the consumers to manage their accounts at their convenience.
October 12 of 2024: Entrance door buzzer intercom volume was heard back to normal this morning around 10h15.
October 13 of 2024: my BHP (Bell Home Phone) phone and OCH entrance door intercom/Buzzer. Both operational now.p
Before the invention of BHP home, POTs line “inactive” meant a disconnected wire line or services, which could have been due to non-payment or moving out to a another location etc. But in Bell home phone which is internet based it implies phone connected to port 1 on fiber modem (not in use or idle).
October 14 of 2024: my incoming/outgoing text messages to and from Bell mobility number 613-413-9812 were blocked, not sure why ??. Around 2006 to 2010 I was bell mobility customer but texting was never a problem.
October 14 of 2024: City of Ottawa should consider to paint the white lane lines crossing from Othello Rd to Russell Rd and they should consider to use sensors to detect the traffic movement at the intersection to adjust the timings of the traffic light as per the traffic flow, many times it was observed that green light does not change for extended period of time even when there was no traffic at night, late hours after 22h00.
October 14 of 2024: First time I became a subscriber/customer of Bell Canada was in 1993 to End of October 1998. Fully paid, no dues. After that I was fido customer for cell phone services, also bell Canada , Rogers wireless, Telus. I am Bell Canada subscriber/customer again as of October 10 of 2024.
October 15 of 2024: visited the old neighbourhood of Featherston, Palmgate apartments, Hero gate mall and Don Reid area. Ate my morning meal at Wendy’s near 2030 Walkley Rd.
October 15 of 2024: made payment to Rogers to end the ignite internet services, because I have subscribed to Bell Cellular mobility.

October 16 of 2024: visited another previous neighbourhood for morning meal.
October 16 of 2024: today was 3rd live birth in my family many years ago in Ottawa Canada. A BMO bank branch asked me to sign form RC518 E(21) I told stated my tax filer will look into why it was required, this form does not apply to Citizens of Canada, by the wording of this firm it appears to me that this form was designed for foreign businesses operating in Canada or USA, but I am Citizen in Canada on OAS/GIS.
October 16 of 2024: My Bell mobility number which was activated on October 10 of 2024 got defective in six days, today around 17h30 it was detected that some triangle disappeared, when I called bell mobility from my home I was told they don’t do quality check on all the SIM cards and there may some defective SIM cards. This is very unusual. I was told to incur an expense of 10.00 which will refunded as a result on my bill. This is very unusual that happened that SIM card is completely dead not a single bar or triangle. On the status bar of the phone. Got the replacement SIM from a bell store, which told me to get it activated over the phone, but the phone support told me to active it at store. I got activated around 19h50 and sim card fee was waived zero dollars. It must be investigated that why a newly issued SIM card would fail so quickly within less than a week, was it human intervention or technological failure. Such failures and hurdles should not be ignored.
Koodo cell tower signal outage from 18h00 to 21h00. Last call I made using Koodo pre paid line was to Bell Canada after or (perhaps) during the call Koodo signal disappeared but triangle outline was visible. My Koodo line was fully paid for one month, outages cause inconvenience and loss of service but these companies do not pay to customers for outage period. When I initiated the call “line/number selection dialogue box” did not pop up which meant that the Bell sim was in failed condition at that time.

October 17 of 2024: made my first (part) payment to Bell mobility after many years at a Bank branch in Ottawa for the four Bell services under my one account.
October 19 of 2024: Received a confirmation from Bell for the partial payment I made on October 17 at a Scotia Bank branch on Ottawa. (for my four services under on bill).
October 19 of 2024: Received a call from “David Sklar ” bankruptcy firm Toronto Branch on my Bell home phone line.
October 20 of 2024: Rogers wireless was having technical difficulties between 10h00 to 14h00 could not access my account to provide services to my account.
I found a package which was delivered to me without a knock or signature at my door 307 around 13h29. it was from Amazon.
October 21 of 2024: I was at MNP around 10h30 to discuss bankruptcy and my financial situation. Trustee initiated paper work. Also submitted my handwritten application by Canada Post mail to Equifax and TransUnion to obtain my current credit reports. Based on my experience with inexperienced and new staff I will continue with the same people who administered bankruptcy before in 2007. It is my choice who I will feel comfortable with. New staff might have malicious intents and will waste time in learning and studies on me. Senior people have already studies and analysed all kind of things during the last 30 years of which 17 years with OW social assistance. New staff in these companies will not be able to understand my difficulties without going through the same process that I went through in my life especially when they grew up in western comfortable places. Before they work in my legal matters, they should go through the eastern living processes without any special treatment, just like a common person.
October 21 of 2024: waiting for Amazon delivery 18h30 to 21h30 in my apt. Received it around 19h30. No signature were required, delivery boy took a picture of the package after placing it on the floor before handing it to me. USB extender cable works with short white cable as power extension for phones but does not work as extension for the black USBC cable which came with the Bell TV box. I believe Bell TV box requires DC supply and data wires from the gigabit modem. It was confirmed by Bell technical staff (after remote checkup) that TV box was working correctly and there was no need to run a cable from gigabit modem to TV Box.
October 21 of 2024: when I was checking my pockets, I realised I miss placed the business cards given to me by my trustee and other MNP staff. Not a big deal, I Remember how to get there and who I met with, and what was done over there. Any one who will find the cards may use influence by calling them or pretending to be me, but will not work in legal matters, they all know me because of my previous bankruptcy which was ID based and registered with the registrar in Ottawa Dist. court. Since the MNP trustee who partially completed the paper work in my presence did not ask me to sign any documents in the meeting, perhaps would be done after I receive the credit reports from Equifax and TransUnion.
October 21 of 2024: a letter dated September 18 was found in my letter box. Kind attn f strange after more than a month.
Bell Home Phone performing correctly on October 13 of 2024 around noon time. So when the phone is in use the call status shows “calling” but when the it was not in use the call status shows misleading word “inactive”. When the phone was not in use it should show “Ready” or “Idle”. Phone Status “inactive” may be misinterpreted (out of context) as Line inactive, a completely wrong information for those who rely solely on information. Header label “Line” should be changed to “Phone”.
October 22 of 2024; around 18h45, one scheduled route 6 missed at Lansdowne south bound stop stop, one bus arrived as out of service but full of people, I asked what route it was, operator did not say what route it was. Without knowing the route one can not decide which way bus was heading, especially when there were more than one bus routes from that stop, or how far the bus will go, where will it turn etc.
October 23 of 2024: write an email to vTuner which did not reach the destination inbox, perhaps not in use. I wonder why ??
October 24 of 2024: a man (perhaps of African origin) was seen entering 308 around 17h10 as was heading downstairs to wait for the Amazon delivery person.
I was waiting for the Amazon delivery in my apartment 307 during the specified window of time for this delivery. Delivery person should contact me by door intercom/buzzer installed at the entrance, my mobile number or the home phone number, they should read the delivery instructions. Received it around 18h06 by a tall boy, no signatures required. Since he did not contact me to open the door, some one else let him enter the building to deliver it to me at my apt door, he was holding another box perhaps for his next delivery in the same building.
October 25 of 2024: between noon time and 17h00 there was scarcity of cab and hard to get a it, and public transit was irregular, long wait, over crowded (perhaps was done by transit space blockers). Outside Farm boy grocery store Cab driver was not sure weather he came for me or the other person, I got in the cab, but because of his hesitation, I got off the cab and walked to O’Brien restaurant for a cup of coffee than to Haig Dr. for bus route 46 towards Elmvale Station. The other person at Farm Boy got that cab after I came out of it. I was back in my apt 307 by 17h15 through the side ‘A’ entrance and elevator to my floor #3. Few women were seen sitting on the bench in the buffer zone, and few people were outside the buffer zone door waiting to open the door to get in. Checked my letter box.
October 28 of 2024: Today I ate my breakfast in downtown at a restaurant across from the central library, OAS deposit date was set to October 29 this month, visited the Community Legal Services of Ottawa on the 4the floor of professional building across from the Billings bridge mall, reason for my visit was to see a lawyer regarding rental matter with OCH i.e. unreasonable rent increases (more than five times) since August of 2024, this apartment was offered to me at a fixed price of $115.00 per month in 2023.
October 28 of 2024: called Bell technical support line around 17h00 to talk about personalizing the internet and modem login credentials by using different set of login credentials, staff tried to change the user ID and password, but system did not allow and was not customizable. I mentioned to her (Bell staff) that since system did not allow to customize the login credentials which was necessary for my security reasons, I as a user should not be blamed for any misuse or breaking or fraudulent activity on this modem. I was told they will be monitoring it for any suspicious activity. A letter came with the equipment with this login credentials information printed on it. One can never be sure who opens the boxes and looks at such information before it reaches to the destination/customer premises. So these login credentials are not private, rather these are publicly known login credentials, I would think so, as was confirmed during the conversation with the Bell Tech support.
October 28 of 2024: called Amazon (twice) and Canada Post (one time) to find out about delivery of my purchased item, last call was around 20h15, a robotic voice said after verifying my call by sending a link to my phone that the item will be delivered on Wednesday October 30 of 2024.
October 29 of 2024: Back to the building 1909 Russell after a trip to downtown area for misc.
A man was seen opening the Fire Log book box mounted on the wall near Canada Post parcel lockers across from the elevators around 11h00 when I was returning after checking my Canada Post letter box# 307 in the lobby.
October 29 of 2024: Feedback to Roku Inc. around 15h00 local Time in OTTAWA Ontario Canada K1G3P2 – Thanks to the Roku Phone Support staff for resolving Roku TV app issue and factory reset. Gentleman who provided support deserves a compliment and a raise. I have been a user of Roku TV since September 2023, but this was the first time that I used their support services to resolve this issue. No payment was required for these services, when I asked if there was anything I need to pay.
October 30 of 2024: Cancelled Bell Five TV, Bell home phone and Bell internet services this morning, returned the equipment through a Purolator drop off location in the afternoon.
October 30 of 2024: I called Bell around 19h00 to inform that the equipment was handed over to Purolator to ship back to Bell internet services in Toronto as per the shipping labels sent to me by email. I was surprised to find out that Bell system was still showing services as active. It took them several long holds to determine that services cancellation was submitted thus morning before 09h00 AM. Perhaps they were looking at some one else’s account by name without other crucial details, there may be someone else in the building by the same name {(male) KhalidMahmood} as Bell customer. Finally it was confirmed that the services cancellation order was entered in the system, a confirmation number was provided to me around 20h50, cancelled services will be deactivated within 48 hours from the time of cancellation. I have uploaded the cancellation for safe keeping on my cloud storage, I hope no one was stealing my information from my cloud storage. It was my personal storage and personal information. I was not operating a document server, or my cloud storage was not a service to public because I am not a Govt. Employee and I am not a Govt. Organization. I have documented these matters earlier as well as precautionary notes.
