Attention Microsoft globally and Canada, please immediately close my live.com and microsoft.com account with login id 2899906590@outlook.com. I have been trying to call the customer support line to close the account but no one was available. Important message posted by {(male) Khalid Mahmood} in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G 3P2.

When I was closing the account, it stopped at the following message, which was meaningless for me. I have no work organization with the Microsoft.

No work organization with Microsoft.

I was at 100 Queen St in Ottawa (adjacent W.E.P) to talk to the Microsoft in person, there was no floor number published, local number was busy on August 16 of 2024 around 12h45.
