So, IF arriving legally in Canada with proper papers/documentation/legal status, was of no importance than why do they require these documents upon arrival. Why put people through immigration procedures before arriving. Who knows ??

So fraud makers and others in any position should not attempt to use my Ids or documents. I have a right to protect my Ids. Anyone can get own IDs after completing the process.
