I selected option 3 and the call was taken by the fraud department, it took about 30 minutes to get the matter resolved. It just happened because of a small amount transaction of less than CAD$7.00 in Khobar Saudi Arabia. I called the bank for about 15 minutes and after that bank called me on my roaming phone (613)413-9812 associated with my account and spoke to me for about 15 minutes, so it took about 30 minutes to clear it up, a transaction of less than CAD$7.00
Problem still persisted on April 01 of 2024 when I tried to log into master card account to look at the statement, login was disabled.
