TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST THAT I DID NOT TRAVEL ON MARCH 31 OF 2024 BY ANY AIRLINE, I AM IN ALKHOBAR SAUDI ARABIA  34446 SINCE I ARRIVED back IN DMMAM via DXB ON March 27 of 2024 around 22h30 on Air Canada eticket ref#: U4UMTS AFTER A SHORT TRIP TO OTTAWA to resolve 2FA, login and on-line shopping, delivery etc. issues which were not possible to resolve from Dammam Saudi Arabia. Due to wrong information about my travel in a airlines records (based in GCC but is not a member of any alliance) I have cancelled my miles card with that airlines and I have instructed the airline to inactivate Emirates account, not interested to maintain it any further. I invested about two weeks just to get this fixed, but was of no use. By the time I arrived back to my building it was around midnight due to heavy traffic on the roads from the airport. There were two men seen sitting on the door steps of the lobby. Bangladeshi speaking person tried to become friendly by asking me what happened to me, I replied I was on business trip.
