TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST
A task force should analyse in detail, the pros and cons of each web based login on the top of regular consumer and financial accounts. Reason behind their (i.e. login) sudden failures, procedures to recover from such failures. Are these procedures fraud free and robust etc.
1) Family Life (i.e. Living in a home/House)
vs
2) Street Life.
vs
3) Prison Life.
Terminologies that are used in Prison environments and out of Prison environments have very different meanings for the same words.
Example: items considered contrabands in Prison are different than the items considered contrabands outside the prisons.
In the context of Prison environments, life outside prison is considered street life. But when in freedom (i.e. outside prison) words street life conveys different meaning legally and socially. In freedom, street life (living on the streets) is not accepted socially by the society and qualified and professionals. In free society street life and family life are two entirely different life styles. Socially street life (living on the streets) is not acceptable by everyone. Street life is better than prison life but not desirable when compared to family or home life by most people’s standards.
So when some people say they want someone to see living on the street or eat on the street, or do to things in the open, one must be very careful and clear about understanding the context or reasoning/meaning behind such a desire. Perhaps they were just talking about life outside Prison (i.e. life of freedom).
Life outside prison (in prison context, life on the street) can be considered as freedom. But when in family environments, in comfortable and protected modern houses environments street life is not acceptable at all. So street life does not necessarily means outdoors on the streets under open sky, in cold weather, rain, in ditches, dirt and under bridges or in boxes etc. it simply refers to freedom out of prison.
To summarize when talking in the environments of prison, street life (or freedom) is desirable. However when not in prison, street life is not desirable over home life by most. Context of these words and terminologies is very important to understand and requires depth and maturity.
Some people might prefer living under the sky over living in a home environment as a matter of choice or as their own philosophy towards life, but does not apply to every one.
I was born and raised in a home environment and grew up in home environments under the watchful eyes of my parents and grand parents, and prefer to continue that kind of life under self supervision which is freedom for me, may not be freedom for others.
There is no professional and highly qualified person who would choose street life over home life (both are life of freedom just different wordings). Children are taught to go through tough life in early years to learn from books and get good grades which is very tough so that later in life they have better living at home not the street living (context here is outside prison). Living at home in family environments is not prison life. That is normal life. That’s why I want to go back to my past life, to live a life that my parents gave me (i.e. home life) not the 24 hours outdoor life. Outdoors living for few hours may be acceptable but not 24 hours outdoors living for more than a month. Not acceptable because that was not my goal upon arrival in Canada.
In the context of imprisonment, word “Street” refers to the freedom, inmates look for it when confined, which means freedom according to the choice of the individual such as at home, or open space living, camping, RV living etc., However when in freedom word “Street” means “Street” which is not a preferred life style for most of the people. When in freedom people can pick and choose their own dwelling according to life style, wether to live at home, or in the parks, or in a tree house, or in a log cabin, or RV, or camping or on the street (in freedom Street means Street no other interpretation). For some people living on a street is a life style, or may chose to live on Street as a repentance for the past sinful or criminal life for which they were incarcerated or avoid the repeat of the same thing. Not everybody chooses live in the street in freedom.
In Bensalem Pennsylvania USA there is a road named “Street” as “Street Road” so some one who has a business or home on Street Rd., would be said as “on Street” because that is name of the road. Not every body chooses to live on the street or on road. Term living on road refers to mobility living like in RVs or mobile homes. Etc.
Parents take home new born babies after birth from the hospital when allowed by the hospitals. That is how new born babies grow up at home. So if the new born babies have no parents, they have no one to take them home and become homeless since birth, go from temporary parents to parents or foster homes etc. Whereas Out of home home, simply means that due to some situation people can’t enter their home either as babies or as adults, perhaps due to the activity of illegal occupiers etc. Same applies to the countries on a larger scale that countries can be occupied and the people flee to safety etc.
Not too long ago when Hospitals were not common (specially in underdeveloped countries in 50s where I was born, Midwives used to deliver babies at home. I was born at home, so I can not be made homeless by illegal evictions/illegal occupation of my rental places.
In a non-secular country word Father may be mistakenly taken for the Church Priest (strong possibility), whereas in a secular Country word Father would mean male parent (or daddy). So a question like “How can he be a Father” is not to question the parent hood, it is to question how can a “specific person be a Church Priest.”
Word “Poor” does not necessarily mean financial situation/assets, wealth etc. of a person always. This word “Poor” is also used commonly when showing sympathy towards a person’s difficulties and hardships. Word used by the family and well wishers to express concerns and support, instead of saying “Karma”.
A foreign phone vs a phone handset operating on foreign service provider. Most of the phones sold in Canada were Manufactured in foreign countries but when they operating on phone networks in Canada they are considered Canadian phones. A phone will be considered foreign phone the number of the phone was not provided by one of the local mobile companies. My phone numbers (613)413-9812 and (289)990-6590 were sold to me by windmobile. And phone handset was sold to me by Amazon.com web based company.
When unauthorized people search (or in other words try to find or locate and keep track of) non-criminal, law abiding citizens without a legal reason, with out a need for law enforcement and by false reasoning, than malicious intents is the only reason. Must not be allowed. Another word for such unauthorized searches and unauthorized tracking is illegal spying.
Even for such illegal acts there must be a method of selection, who to operate on, instead of operating on random people. Random People can react to such behaviour which can result in more complications and may have consequences.
When I was born on December 20 of 1956 (corresponding to 17 Jamada 1 1376) and when my parents named me {Khalid Mahmood} this name was not associated with any negative forces, or negative activities and was a prestigious and respected name, perhaps that’s why they gave me this name to grow with. However more recently since around year 2000 this name has become associated with negative forces/activities. I do not want to be associated with those negative forces using this name. I am a positive person and this name was and still is associated with great positive people.
Preventive restrictions vs punitive restrictions imposed by parents in early age i.e. before a certain age.
Parents impose restrictions on children in two situations, example: if a child fails examination and does not get high grades, does not focus on studies, parents impose restriction as a punishment conditionally that you will be allowed to play only after you pass exam, get good grades etc.
Other example is preventive restrictions in which parents do not allow children to waste time in non productive activities so that the children focus on their education, home work etc. to get high grades, complete education and not fail exams. They put such restrictions on the promise that you achieve such and such goals or level and after that all the restrictions become null and void automatically, And get forgotten.
