This happened to me more than once in Ottawa Ontario Canada that I was required to change the taxi after I was I accepted as a paying passenger for the ride. Once outside the Farm boy grocery store and second time at the Holiday Inn Hotel near Lone Star restaurant across from the St. Laurent station during the past few months. I find this a bit unusual, because instead of making me change the taxi, they can use the other taxi for other customers.
I am back in Ottawa from Alkhobar Saudi Arabia as of May 30 of 2024. I am at the same physical address as was before going to Saudi Arabia, I am the Genuine Residential Lessee tenant at this address 1909 Russell Rd, apt 307, Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G 3P2 since August 2023. I have no intention to move out, neither to relocate to another place.
Since early age in the country of birth I used my name in original script as خالدمحمود later at older age started using phonetically translated name as {Khalid Mahmood} for higher education, employment, legal needs and travel. In Pakistan some of my records will be in both names i.e. in English and Urdu. In Netherlands and all other countries such as Japan, US, Canada, all my records will be as {Khalid Mahmood}, except Saudi Arabia where most of my records will be in Arabic as خالدمحمود and some records will be as {Khalid Mahmood} such as plane tickets, pay stubs, bank records etc.
I am not pro fraud/not pro crime/not pro corruption rather I am anti fraud/anti corruption/anti crime. Anyone who writes emails to me or wants to contact me should keep this in mind. I have been non-criminal in my past and I have absolutely NO intentions to change that at my present age of 67 years (or 69 by the lunar calendar).
April 25 of 2024: In Canada I used to ask before considering a place to rent if there was any previous tenants who lived in the building under my name (i.e. impostors and history of the building) before me. But, in this building in Alkhobar, I did not ask for this information. My rental paper to live in this building was signed on March 07 of 2024 (corresponding to 26/8/1445AH), so I am not responsible for the actions and behaviours of others who lived in this building prior to me with similar names as me. Every grown up should be responsible for their own actions regardless of any status etc.
Prior to March 2024 I lived in Canada, that is from where my postings originated and other precautionary notes and other thoughts and suggestions were documented by myself, as my right of free speech and freedom of expression. In Saudi Arabia I am not making use of such rights. My website should be read in right perspective that initially it was based in Canada prior to March 2024 where it was normal. As of May 02 of 2024 I was living at VIA hotel apartments #504 nearby about 15 minutes away from the previous building on 3rd street, (but now I am back in Ottawa Ontario Canada at my ID address 1909 Russell Rd, apt 307, Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2 as May 30 of 2024, I am the genuine Residential Lessee tenant of this apartment in Ottawa since August 2023).
I visited Ottawa on a short trip to deal with internet, login, apps and other related issues with banks and online shopping merchants, which were not possible to resolve remotely from Saudi Arabia. My email address and social media Whatsapp remains the same if required to contact me, my local mobile number in Khobar was +966(059)641-3319 which is not accessible to me in Ottawa Ontario Canada due to technical difficulties. I noticed today on February 26 of 2024 that my scanned receipts and other scanned records were missing from my google drive. If these documents receipts issued to me in Ottawa Ontario Canada were seen in possession of some else, being used by anyone else will be illegal and I will not be responsible for the consequences, I did not authorize any one to use anything from my records/google Drive. Cloud based storage should be safe and secure, if not, than users of such technology should be made aware of it by the service providers. As a user of google drive I expect my documents and file to be safe from theft and misuse, Google should review their policies to ensure such thefts were not happening from the cloud storage, My storage space on Google drive is not documents server for other to use, absolutely NOT. I am using google drive in my personal capacity as a consumer not as a public servant of any government. Contents of my cloud storage space are not for sale through third party or anyone absolutely NOT. These are my personal contents not for sale not for distribution.
I have documented earlier as well about my travel since after immigration to Canada in 1993. Most of my travel was done before migrating to Canada during 1981 to 1993 related to Education and work, business and tourism. After moving to Canada as Landed immigrant family, I did not travel due to lack of financial resources and other priorities of life. Period between, end of 1998 to 2001 provided me an opportunity to travel due to my contract in Saudi Arabia as DCS Control Systems Engineer with IBN Sina (National methanol Company) a SABIC company. After that I traveled to Eindhoven for about 10 days in 2011 to attend a alumni ceremony at Technical University of Eindhoven and 12 years later, a brief trip to Dammam Saudi Arabia in December of 2023. I always lived at my ID addresses when possible, have always been in contact with various agencies in Canada due to my situation. When people say they can not find me is or was because of lies, their hidden and malicious intentions/agenda and also due to meaning less searches for names of virtual beings picked up from computer databases. Just to involve someone in difficult situation by lies and misguiding authorities, malicious intents. I documented earlier that virtual beings live inside computer memories and human beings live outside computer memory. Missing link between the virtual beings and human beings is lack of bio metrics with each of the records in the computer memory. Once the bio metrics of human beings were added with records, there will be no missing people, there will be no confusion about who is who, it will be straight forward and less time wasting (i.e. negative procrastination) to find/locate people in the systems and out of the system in physical world without unnecessary endless searches and efforts. (PS: those who have malicious intents they try to determine where some lives by the profiles on the internets which may not be up-to-date all the times. Only Govt. issued ID as driver’s license, health card, S.I.N #, other pieces of IDs are considered for address/location for legal purpose, not the internet based or retail merchants data bases. Such profiles may provide some information but not legal information, moreover such profiles do not have bio metrics attached.). Ideally speaking updating address on official IDs should be sufficient to update all profiles on internet, retail stores, banks etc automatically, but that will be possible when bio metrics were attached with official IDs and other profiles. It just requires more comprehensive databases/profiles at the time of creating it. Which is not hard to achieve.
My health card was renewed in July 2023 and address update was done in August 2023 on both IDs after I moved to 307-1909 Russell Rd in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2, my driver’s licence also shows my current address same as on my health card. I have not renewed my driver’s licence because I have no vehicle to drive, moreover it requires a fee payment. However my renewed health card and expired driver’s license were mailed to me to the same address in Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2. Licence renewal is required for driving purpose but not for address purpose because I still live at the same address and for legal purpose my health card is sufficient.

Or at least provide me a flight out of Canada to go back home to Saudi Arabia, my country of residency before immigration to Canada.
As of December 01 of 2022 I was a tenant at 10 Conover Court Brampton ON L6Y3J5. This information supersedes all previous information regarding my addresses in Hamilton. All my previous precautionary notes still remain valid with my previous address of Hamilton. However my current address 10 Conover Court Brampton ON L6Y3J5 must be taken into consideration when reading all of my precautionary notes and must not be forgotten that I am in Brampton since July 22 of 2022.

In my opinion, If word “Indian” not said/explained in the relevant context may lead to confusion. In Canada it applies to natives or people of the reserves (aka indigenous). In Asia this word applies to people who come from country Hindustan (aka Hindustani). My parents were Hindustani before partition who chose to live in Pakistan and became Pakistani at the time of partition in 1947 of the Indian subcontinent and went to Pakistan from Hindustan with their parents. Both of my parents died in Karachi, father died in 1981 in Karachi and mother died in 1993 also in Karachi, both were Pakistani Citizens when died. Since I am a Canadian citizen present in Canada, I would not refer to them as Indians to avoid confusion with the natives. They were Pakistani of Hindustani origin.

My monthly cheques from OW was incomplete in Brampton, has not been fixed yet. I am in Brampton since July 22. My August, September and October cheques issued by Peel region Brampton office if Social assistance were incomplete because rent amount was NOT included with the monthly cheques. I have informed the North Peel Brampton Community Legal Clinic about it, but matter remains unresolved yet as of October 01 of 2022. Not every body goes through religious education because only some children have the aptitude and commitment to become religiously devoted individuals when they grow up and adopt it as profession. Same applies to the other devotional programs which are designed in the past before embarking on them.
Since after birth up untill the age of 24 years in 1980 I lived with my parents in Karachi, and other relatives were visited as and when it was possible, as and when it was required as family obligation to each other. I started schooling at the age of 4 and completed education at the age of 24 which makes it 20 years of education under supervision of grand parents and after grand parents died, under the supervision of parents. After the age of 24 I continued my higher education outside of Pakistan, and also started my working life outside of Pakistan without the supervision of my Parents or other relatives and learned to live by myself in other countries untill my mother married me to a Pakistani woman (who divorced me in 2005). So living and working outside of Pakistan was without any relatives/parents. So I am quite used to live outside of Pakistan without anyone. Because I live with my work and Technology which results in money and other benefits.
Human beings are not life less objects like a piece of decoration or a machinery and can not be, and must not be shown some times here , sometimes there, either to please some or to make a fool of large number of people, or to create a deception. Free Human beings also known as people have a right to make their own decisions, protect and look after their own interest, can not and must not be used as puppet dolls to serve some one else’s interest.
A certain game can not be played without the consent and involvement of “it”. When people are engaged in a game, they know rules of the game ahead of starting the game, they know how to end the game, they know how to time out etc. all those who play a game know about it, a person can not be part of a game without knowing about it. It would be a serious criminal fraud to apply rules of the game to a person who is not part of the game.
To stop everything on a specific person by targeting (i.e. a human being, with internal insider information through close relatives or family members) to prove someone’s thought process and to determine who would get impacted (for a very long time in terms of years) by such actions/policies is a serious crime and human rights issue. must be stopped immediately.
I was Staying at a HHB housing support shelter located at 94 York Blvd. since June 20 of 2022 due to personal emergency, I was forced out of my residence of over five years without a court endorsed N4 document. Stability housing was just a deception, was unfolded on Sunday June 19 of 2022 when I was forced out of my ID address 2-671 Fennell Ave. East and depleted me all of my possessions, belongings, records, etc. Moreover I am staying at this shelter under my complete name خالد محمود. by myself as a single person because I am un married since 2005, also my offspring children are also not at this shelter. Many women staff were seen working in the building, no relation with me. It was noticed that some times staff follows me in the building and goes upto the third floor after me when I return from outdoors. (Since July 22 of 2022 I was in Brampton Ontario Canada).
Completed my tax filing (electronically) with Revenue Canada for the year 2021 on February 24 of 2022 around 08h00 using (mobile phone) internet based app. (based on current T5007 document).
I am not in possession of any pre paid debit cards and no credit cards (except PC financial master card), absolutely not. I just use debit cards linked to my chequing accounts (PC financial and Simplii financial), which means any transaction on debit card comes out of my chequing account in real time (electronic cash), and gets posted immediately in my linked chequing account and can not be seen on the debit card records like a credit card transaction. Transactions on credit are not linked to chequing accounts, rather transactions on credit cards come out of credit limits, which is like spending money that card/account holders do not have, which results in debt and can become a reason for bankruptcy and eventually, destitute (non-religious). Where as transactions on Interac/ debit cards linked to chequing accounts are like cash transactions, debt free.

After the mechanical malfunction mess up of the dead bolt lock of my door #2 in October of 2020, my door #2 has been open (unlocked) since than. There was no (paid or unpaid) maintenance services available for 6 days , so I was out of my place for 5 nights, no quick fix. So my door #2 has been open (or unlocked) for me to enter because I live here and I am the monthly rent paying legal tenant of this address 2-671 Fennell Ave East L8V1V3 in Hamilton Ontario Canada, but not for others. Others are not allowed to enter in my absence. It would be illegal break-in to enter in my absence. When I am around present in the building they should consult with me, if required to enter. This malfunction was reported to OW case manager as well immediately same day and I requested a hotel stay which was not provided by him.
Just because I am not locking the deadbolt of my door #2, does not mean open for public, no it is not, no one should enter to steal anything from my premises because my ID address 2-671 Fennell Ave. East in Hamilton Ontario L8V1V3 in Canada is not a public resource center and stolen/missing/borrowed/supplies are not replenished by any agency funding (public or private), it costs money to replenish such items. Perhaps this is one of the several method used by the destitute makers to deplete resources without replenishing and without compensating for consuming. So please refrain from it. Also this address is not a museum, not a rest stop, not a distribution center etc. This address is not a place to hide like a bathroom (where babies/children play hide and seek) etc. This is my private residence, I live at this address for the past 57 months as monthly rent paying tenant with legal authorization. Please do not believe any third person’s lies to committ theft (not even under any movie like authority deception, or fast and sweet/sharp talking impostors etc. authorization.), approach me, talk to me directly directly. To arrest and imprison people for no-crime (non-criminal) after isolating from family, friends and work is a step towards destitute making. Because when released from the prison people come out of prison just with the clothes on, without any one to take care of and no where to go. This is destitute making. I was arrested twice in USA during summer and released at the Canadian border twice in January (2006 and 2013) in cold weather without winter clothing. I was put through this many times.
It will be a foolish idea to make a fool of me, to ignore my such requests, and to consider that what goes on at my premises in my absence will not be noticed.
Few more instances of similar behaviour were as follows – my bed was thrown out of unit 43 of NF courtside Inn in July 2014, sudden closure of NF Courtside Inn in Niagara Falls around Easter 2015 long weekend without giving me my belongings (T2 application was filed and reported to Mayor’s office), Police involvement past midnight Victoria Day 2016 to tell me to leave, robbery and attack in Niagara Falls in February 2017 in Niagara Falls with out giving me my belongings are destitute making attempts without compensating me for my losses and hardship. Hamilton Police arrested me non-criminal from my ID address in Hamilton in November 2018 and imprisoned me for about 25 hours. However, this time around I did not lose my belongings, place and documents like other times in the past. Incident was reported to OIPRD immediately after release. Windows Curtain dispute was started in 2019 by the manager of the person who rented me this unit in 2017. My OW file was terminated due to age 65 in 2021 with last regular monthly payment on December 31 of 2021. No money was received in 2022 as of February 16 of 2022.
These destitute making efforts appear to be sophisticated (scientifically disguised) method of reducing the population as a end result of it. Can also be compared with hunters techniques when they isolate a targeted prey from the herd before taking it dead or alive.

I wrote in my four page handwritten appeal document at the bottom with address that I have a curtain on my door. Some unknown people have been making an effort (repeatedly) to make that wrong and to create a confusion by stealing curtains (multiple times) from my door #2 and stealing my handwritten signs. So now I have a curtain on the inside of my door, a part of it is visible on the outside of the door #2 over the door knob as a flare, so beware of it. Legal method to locate some one is by ID address or by inviting for a social meeting or legal meeting. Such clues like curtains, decoration etc should be secondary method to locate some one, my address has not changed in 2022, it is still the same for the past 57 months which is also on my ID. Such clues are temporary, might change and just added convenience without any legality.
Tenants have a right to personalize the place where they live. I use curtains, handwritten signs, lights, decoration etc. to personalize and to show my presence, but not to hide. I have a curtain in my windows as well to protect from day light glare and harmful rays. But not to hide.

It is a common practice to get the internet included with the rent, like utilities etc. in all inclusive rent, but in this building 2-671 Fennell Ave. East, where I live for the past 57 months internet was not included as a cable or wireless service, no Land line of phone, I use my own mobile phone number since 2013 which I bought from wind mobile in St. Catherines. I do not use any one else’s wifi internet in this building. One person by the name of Doug who was seen using hip joint adjacent unit 3 in 2020/2021 offered to give me his password for something in 2020/2021 which I declined, did not accept it from him. (It is Illegal and a crime to use some one else’s password).

I, the undersigned, live in unit 2 at 671 Fennell Ave. East on the Upper Floor because this unit was rented to me and is my legal address on my ID.Any one else who says to live in two, simply means the person was creating a puzzle. What that puzzle means is that they (occupy two spaces for cat and mouse game, some times here , some times there) live in their own unit in this building such as 3-671, 4-671 etc. 7-671, 8-671 all the addresses of upper floor upto 12-671 Fennell Ave. East and in addition they live else’s where as well which is their second place to make two (lives in two) . As per my observation second location could be within this Building or outdoors in a house. That’s why they would claim to live in two. Two is used as a count not as a number of the unit or apartment.I just live in unit 2 of the building 2-671 Fennell Ave. East without any other second location. (Unit 2 is used as a address number not as a counting number).
I do not use any other address on the upper floor of 671 Fennell. There may be some common attributes which these people around me might use to confuse people to say that any person with a common attribute 1 can be shown to live in unit x, because they are connected with authority positions so even lies should be believed (absolutely NOT), but that will not be applicable to me because I am a rent paying tenant legally assigned address 2-671 Fennell Ave. East. Other people are not concerned about legalities because they go in hiding at their second location if and when required. I have a feeling they have a insider who alerts them when to go in hiding at other location. So lies based on certain attributes should not be believed in legal matters.
Authorities are supposed to suppress crime gangs not work with crime gangs, if they work with and for crime gangs than what about democratic values that says elected govt’s are for the people , by people , of the people (common people not mafia people) –

I am not overweight, my height and weight ratio is normal (actually I am under weight), and my height is as follows in different units.

(Different units make the numbers look different but physically represent the same size. Mix of inches and foot units is used in Pakistan as was on my first passport issued in 1980 in Karachi Pakistan. Units of Centimeters “cm” lower case was used in Canada and Units of Inches only was used in USA for height.).
(exception to this rule is Temperature -40 in C is same as -40 in F)

My height in four different units since 1980. (First time ever I needed to know my height was in Karachi in 1980 for my passport to travel to Eindhoven on student visa. I am not sure if my family doctors monitored my height before that, my vaccination was fully monitors on regular basis by my family doctors in Karachi Pakistan.)
My Color of eyes is brown, complexion light brown (not dark color), hair color black mixed with grey hair thinning line, approaching half baldness.

I am not a hacker , if any hackers were breaking into my phone, please stop and refrain from it. It is serious crime to steal information and log in or any other information unauthorized. Cyber security will get you for crimes.
I have no secrets/keep no secrets, not holding up anything and do not want to know/keep any secrets. My parents told me that it was bad to keep secrets. Moreover secrets are time dependent and become useless after a certain time, so there was no real reason to keep secrets, secrets are just another piece of information with certain time related value, after that secrets become publicly known information.
