TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST

December 01 of 2023: As was heading out around 10h00, more than one person were seen delivering a cooking range stove to Apartment # 310, which nearly blocked the passage. I asked one of the men around the appliance if he wanted to enter my apartment 307, his response was NO. About 10 minutes later two men seen going out of the front door of the building with an appliance pushing on a dolly (hand cart) towards a big truck waiting for them. Perhaps they were from housing department of OCH.

December 01 of 2023: Two USBC ports on Samsung Galaxy book (floor model bought from Best Buy on nov 28 of 2023) was not charging android phones as was documented and described in the manufacturer’s user manual. So I called the Samsung support line to find out the reason for it for not charging, if there was any settings involved. Finally matter was resolved and I got it working to charge the mobile phones as described in the user manual of the product without trip to best buy. There is one more issue remaining yet to be resolved, I will follow it up in the next few days. There might be a patch in the pipe line coming down to fix it.

December 02 of 2023: Station Express cafe was closed today in the basement of Marriott, went to Starbucks upstairs for coffee, on the way back when I was approaching the bus station around 10h15 am, a Asian looking couple came close to me and said notre dam, my response was Paris. They walked away saying something, and I crossed the road to get to my bus.

December 02 of 2023: for some transactions freedom mobile staff at the retails outlet stores sends a code to phone and asks for the code, in my opinion not a safe practice to ask for the code verbally, rather the procedure should be to reply to the sms text message with the code instead of saying it in public. It is unsafe practice/procedure to ask for the code that was sent to the phone of a customer. One freedommobile outlet store staff used this method on me on Dec 02 of 2023. This was a questionable practice. Senior management should try to make such procedures honest and transparent. One of my numbers with freedommobile was activated in 2013 as pay before number but she was arguing it to a monthly bill account , which it was not.

December 03 of 2023: visited the freedommobile rideau centre location to talk to them about the second number which was activated in Ottawa in May 2023. Also called the customer service line 611 to clarify the issue of billing and pay before accounts. It was confirmed that both of my mobile numbers (613)413-9812 and (289)990-6590 were “pay before”. Also freedommobile should never try to split names between two mobile numbers, when a customer has two numbers. I have two mobile numbers with freedommobile and both mobile numbers belong to one DBC account and one customer {Khalid Mahmood}, managed and paid by one person {Khalid Mahmood}.

December 04 of 2023: a snowy and slushy day in Ottawa. Not a suitable day to be outdoors, slush turns into small puddles and vehicles tend to splash the slush on the people around.

December 04 of 2023: a couple was seen entering the lobby of the building 1909 Russell Rd in Ottawa through the trash room entrance and leaving through the front door while I was talking to the PCMaster card on the phone. Around the same time Barb and few other people were seen coming from the lounge/laundry side corridor and entering one of the elevators while I was sitting on the bench talking to the PCMaster card. Due to some unauthorized questionable transaction on my PCmaster card PC financial has cancelled the previous card ending in xxxx xxxx xxxx 3135 and issued new card with a different number. between 12h00 and 12h30

December 05 of 2023: Two ticket checkers came on bus route 88 in the morning from Hurdman Station.

December 05 of 2023: I was waiting at the Service Canada. R006, just came out of device Canada after submitting my application for passport will be ready on Thursday. Instead of one day, it was two day pick up time after submitting and payment ng for it. I was registered to attend a iTech conference in Toronto on Dec 07 of 2023, I was planning to go to Toronto on the sixth to attend the conference on the seventh. Under the current situation, after picking up the passport on 7th might still be able to catch a flight to Toronto and attend the tail part of the conference, before holiday 2023 travel.

December 06 of 2023: who was using my number to send these bogus false notifications to my email and phone. Please stop immediately bogus empty notifications, if you were sincere please send real and authentic notifications with proper transaction details, otherwise please don’t bother.

December 07 of 2023: my mirror image wearing a sky blue (NOT a dark navy blue) shirt.

December 07 of 2023: After visiting few places, a bank etc, arrived at the Service Canada office and was able to receive my passport few hours early before 1pm, heading towards airport, if there was any flight available for me to travel to Toronto to attend the conference in Toronto downtown. Passport office #8 office who delivered the passport to me did not return the receipts which were given to me by the office #17 on Tuesday at the time of submitting the paper work. Just a reminder to whom it may concern/interest that I did not authorize any one to use my records, documents, in the past or present.

December 08 of 2023: around 23h30 my phone rang, woke me up, I picked up the call, I said hello, no one responded so I ended the call. Phone rang again no one spoke.

December 09 of 2023: Hammering and knocking, dropping sounds were heard early morning around 07h00 on the floor above my apartment 307 in this building at 1909 Russell Rd., Ottawa Ontario Canada K1G3P2.

December 10 of 2023: Dogs barking and howling sounds were heard from around my apartment 307 , perhaps upstairs etc. at about 16h10 in the building 1909 Russell Rd, Apartment 307, K1G3P2 in Ottawa.

December 11 of 2023: it was noted that KLM’s internet based online reservation and ticketing portal generated two dummy reservations under my name each with a different reference number and one actual ticketed reservation with its own real reference number. I wonder why their system generated two dummy entries under my profile and my flying blue number. There was no editing tool available either to remove the unwanted dummy entries.

December 12 of 2023: presto card issue while tapping on the fare machine bus route 46 around 07h04.

Now I am a checked in passenger around 15h11 at Terminal 3 on December 12 of 2023.

December 13 of 2023: went to Union station via Kipling around 08h30 and came back to the terminal 3 around 10h15. I was looking for socks, with the subway and Union station, decided not to go out of the station building.

December 13 of 2023: entered the security area nearly around 16h00 came out after processing twice due to a defective laptop in my carry on (laptop which I was using as Power bank, for battery use), and walked to the gate c34 and I am waiting for seating/boarding in my area as shown by the boarding pass.

December 14 of 2023: arrived in Netherlands at Schiphol airport, around 06h30, just received an email around 13h30 that the connecting flight to DMM was cancelled. KLM- rescheduled me on a Kuwait airline flight on December 15 of 2023, so I have one night stop over or sleep over at Schiphol airport. AMS to KWI and KWI to DMM. My male parent who died in 1981 was in business in Kuwait before I was born in 1956. For me this is the first time that I am passing through Kuwait where Master Heather and many other of my uncles and cousins, siblings lived and worked.

Arrived at Amsterdam airport on 14th, departed on 15th.

December 15 of 2023: now waiting for my next flight for onward journey. It was noticed that Kuwait Airways boarding pass printing systems have not been upgraded because passengers name printed on the boarding pass is without a comma or a “/” to indicate the last name and first name, it rather shows a blank space instead, KLM boarding pass systems have a better software for printing boarding passes, as was done on the previous flight KL692 on December 13 of 2023. My male parent who died in 1981 was in business in Kuwait before I was born in 1956. For me this is the first time that I am passing through Kuwait where Master Heather and many others of my uncles and cousins, siblings lived and worked.

Kuwait airlines plane just arrived around 13h20 at the gate, ramp was seen moving towards the plane to connect to the body o the plane before boarding starts.

December 15 of 2023: this plane’s entertainment system did not show the map of the flight path. Perhaps there was no internet connectivity. Or may be that seat was defective or not used for a long time.

After arrival around 21h00 at the Kuwait international airport, went through the transfer desk which issued a boarding pass and a voucher for overnight hotel stay. Quickly Bought a meal from McDonald’s and returned to gate B1 for ground transportation to the overnight stay hotel, hotel named safir etc or something similar is located in an area surrounded by the runways and planes etc. at one point bus stoped for brief period of time for a plane to cross the road in front of the bus. Connecting flight on December 16 08h15 or 09h15, does not matter because bus will transport me back to the terminal building for connecting flight. This hotel was on the air side.

December 16 of 2023: waiting at the gate D6 for my flight to Dammam after nearly 25 years, (23 years since year 2000 to be more precise). A small shuttle bus drove me (on the air side of the buildings) to the terminal building and put me through security again. I was already screened yesterday upon arrival, thoroughly, security took few items out of my bags, such as can openers 2, nail puller. That means security does not trust their own channels for safe keeping, airport authorities provided me the hotel and the transportation etc. After that all night I was in my suite and did not leave the building, So why put me through security again this morning. Perhaps just to cause panic or to make nervous.

December 16 of 2023: around 10h40- landed at Dammam airport, after. getting off the plane used the toilet before getting in the immigration counter line up, was not so crowded, after few questions I was referred to vis upon arrival desk, I am claiming for my Iqama from the past of year 2000 when I worked for SABIC as control systems Engineer company IBN SINA (National Methanol Company, NMC a SABIC company), in the year 2000. In normal every day conversation we have 10 fingers, five fingers on each hand (thumb is also counted as finger). But for biometrics purpose fingers and thumbs are counted separately. So I learned from the visa lady at the Dammam airport, four fingers of each hand at first and after that two thumbs on the small sensors/readers machine which was placed at the counter top and prompted me with some flickering arrows on the display, and the visa lady guided me through the process. It was new experience because in the past only men used to work in such places.

Entry upon arrival at Dammam airport, after I claimed my previous IQAMA, proceeded to Jubail in a taxi, paid visa fee to the visa office in Canadian Dollars, debit card did not work, so paid cash in Canadian dollars, after that I needed to change CAD$ into Saudi riyals. Visa machine at the airport was not able to complete the processing, so an officer completed my verbal application and performed biometrics, pictures etc. on me.

After customers clearance counters, met with the tourism department officials Mr. Saeed Alghamdi, bought a SIM card only with service plan from Zain mobile but without a phone, I inserted the SIM in my mobile I purchased from Amazon in Canada and it worked fine, I was able to make phone call to Saeed Alghamdi across the hall from Zain stall at the airport. Other features also worked such as text, internet etc. MMS did not work.

A bad taxi driver got involved (or engaged me) who could not speak English and was trying to communicate with me through the translation app and my phone had no internet connectivity at that time. So he turned his iPhone into hotspot to let me connect to the internet for few minutes. He was trying to impose his own agenda on me and not driving me according to my needs. So I asked him to drive me back to the airport and paid him $350.00 for nothing, nothing was achieved except a visit to my previous house which was occupied by a unknown family, costed me (Almost 1000 riyals). I asked him to leave me back at the place where he picked me up from (i.e. arrivals). Instead he drove me to the departures level terminal and asked for more money with a specific hand gestures in addition to $350.00 I had already paid him in Jubail. Such swindlers are operating in Dammam, never experience before, never imagined.

December 17 of 2023: Travelled by Emirates airlines from Dammam to Amsterdam via DXB Dubai airport with more couple of hours stop over. Ticket was purchased at Dammam airport , paid by cash in Saudi Royals. This airlines changed gates twice once at the Dammam airport and second time at the Dubai airport with prior announcement on the PA system. At Dammam airport announcement was heard after gate change but not at the Dubai airport.

December 18 of 2023: one traveller currency exchange shop travelled at the Schiphol airport asked me to write my new address on a slip of paper in my handwriting, (I hope they don’t use customers information for any illegal reason/ unauthorized use). After few minutes of counting the Canadian dollars and entering my passport information in the system he said his system was not working, again a statement hard to believe around 07h00 at the begining of the business day, I hope they have no malicious intents against their customers and not lies about transactions. When he was unable to change the Canadian currency to Euros he returned the money I gave him back to me. And said sorry could not help me. I hope no malicious intents and no fraud activity in this behaviour. I wanted to use the Euros to pay for the tickets if required, KLM has a voucher/boarding pass for me.

Now I am at the check in counter of KLM around 07h31. Check in counter sent me to the KLM ticketing office, and the ticketing office sent me to the currency exchange (called bank), but same issue, the cashier counted the money, scanned my passport in the system but could not convert the money to Euros for the airline KLM. Very strange behaviour, the computer they are using or the scanner they are using has become a hurdle. And the cashier is not able to convert the currency to Euros manually like before, in the past there was no such hurdle, this is something new, that the currency exchange is not able to exchange the Canadian dollars to Euros. In this case the airline should be willing to accept the Canadian dollars as payment for the ticket/boarding pass. Overall the Eco system for the travellers should be friendly and hurdle free. Currency exchange was never a hurdle before in western countries. I am not a currency dealer, not in currency business but it is common sense that the dealers should be equipped with alternate method instead of saying that computer does not work.

December 18 of 2023: boarding card of Air Canada is still on very old ancient system when they printed names on the board card without a “/”, most airlines have upgraded and started using a “/” to remove the ambiguity and for clarity purpose, including Kuwait airways, which just recently, upgraded some of the printouts (boarding card) during December 12 and December 18 period. Baggage tags printed labels are also on old format without a “/”.

Changed my itinerary to Ottawa Canada, instead of KLM, this time I am travelling by a Lufthansa flight operated by Air Canada under codeshare. Arrived at Schiphol on December 17 and Departed from AMS by Lufthansa flight operated by Air Canada on December 18 of 2023.

My plane just landed at YYZ around 14h50 on December 18 of 2023, back in Ottawa by 17h15. Hired a taxi to get to my apartment. Hired a Capital taxi to get back to my apartment and paid by cash, and got the change due back.

A rainy night in Ottawa so decided not to go out to get any supplies for myself.

I just found that Air Canada was showing a wrong flight reservation under my name which does not belong to me. I have no reservations at all with air Canada. My previous flight to return to Ottawa from Amsterdam was a Lufthansa flight LH6842 and LH6628 both flights were operated by Air Canada.

Fire alarm on December 22 of 2023 around 23h00

December 19 of 2023: a man who said he was from Nova Scotia needed some help and asked me for some money around 09h30 am when I was heading to OC transpo (Rideau centre) to get my presto monthly pass checked to find out why it was declined about a week ago. I was told, It was just reader error. I gave that man from Nova Scotia a five dollars note and recommended him to go social services for a more permanent solution.

December 20 of 2023: a questionable practice of a TD Bank branch counter staff in Ottawa at the intersection of Bank and Hunt club was reported to a bank official (Malissa unknown) as a feedback. Because the transaction was not shown on my account and I was told to move away from the counter after taking money from me and without completing the transaction (i.e. issuing me the Euros). but I refused to move away from the counter without completing the transaction, either returning the money to my account or converting them to Euros.

December 21 of 2023: Barb was seen near letter boxes around noon time when I checked my letter box 398, and was again seen around 17h00, out from the lounge side and headed towards the side B exit. few minutes later a French speaking man (met at a shelter) with a mobility device was seen coming out of the elevators and headed towards the main door exit/entrance. An aged woman with a big fully loaded cart was seen handling/pushing and entering the door at the same time, so I help her slightly push the push door open from inside to make it easy for her.

December 22 of 2023: fire alarms in the building 1909 Russell Rd, around 23h00, fire trucks arrived within 15 minutes. Cold and little bit windy outdoors. Fire trucks left by 23h25, all cleared for people to return to their apartments. Barb and and one of the man (with mobility device or equipment some times called “walker”) from the shelter was also seen in the lobby near elevators when I entered the lobby after fire trucks left. Barb had some information about the cause of this alarm, sh was heard saying that some one pulled the alarm on the B- side second floor. She read the panel in the lobby.

December 24 of 2023: a knock was heard on my door around 15 minutes before midnight, I opened the door to see who was knocking, I said hello after opening the door, no one was seen, but some one walked away from my door quickly without responding to me. After that I went to lobby and outdoors for a short walk, but no one came out to talk to me.

December 27 of 2023: It was seen that Korean Air lines and Cathy Pacific both airlines show incorrect name on the member card (i.e. do not use a comma or a “/” to clarify the first name and last name). So I withdrew my membership with these two airlines. In my opinion, Not a good idea to have inaccurate and ambiguous name on airline documents.

December 27 of 2023: I was on a phone hold for more than half hour at TD Bank branch, waiting to talk to a live human for some unknown fees/money taken from my account without explanation or known reason. (It was about one hour).

Is TD direct investing closed for the remaining days of December 2023. Why no one was taking my call, or the staff should talk to me. It took one hour. But the issue was not fixed even by next day December 28

It took about one hour (slightly over one hour) to resolve it and to get the adv. dash board removed from my account.

Snapshot taken on December 28, still not reversed. Why taking so long, TD Bank. ?? This amount was deducted from zero dollars balance in my account without any usage of any services or products.

A dog was heard making howling sounds somewhere in the building when I went dodbstato the lobby from the side B stairs around 16h20 in December 29 of 2023.

Back in Ottawa Ontario Canada after a short trip to DAMMAM via (Schiphol and Kuwait), return flight via (DXB and Schiphol).

Items taken away from me by the airport security screeners during this trip (two can openers and one nail puller at the Kuwait airport), two tiny small screw drivers at the Schiphol airport).
