BEWARE OF AGENTS OF CHAOS.
TO THE ATTENTION OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTIVES OF SCOTIA BANK. BANK STAFF SHOULD BE TRAINED BETTER AND SHOULD BEHAVE BETTER WITH CUSTOMERS. RECENTLY AT ONE BRANCH ONE TRAINEE ASKED ME FOR MY LOGIN INFORMATION TO GET INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. MY WEB BANKING USER NAME WAS NOT SETUP PROPERLY WHEN I OPENED MY ACCOUNT AND EVERY TIME I CALL THE BANK THEY ASK ME TO RESET THE PASSWORD INSTEAD OF SETTING UP USER NAME WHICH IS DIFFERENT THAN THE CARD NUMBER AND CAN BE SEEN CLEARLY ON THE SCOTIA BANK WEBSITE. I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO USE THE APP FOR EVERY DAY BANKING DUE TO GLITCHES IN THE APP AND THE HURDLES IT CREATES. INTERNET ACCESS TO ACCOUNT SHOULD BE INDEPENDENT OF 2SV AS IT USED TO BE IN THE PAST.
