More than one unknown internet based company deducted some kind of service charge from my card in US$ in the month of November 2023, they don’t refund without my contact and the refunded amount might fluctuate because of the conversion rate between US and Canadian Dollars. What kind of fraud is this. Perhaps some kind of a deception by taking and refunding my own money.
