TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST
November 01 of 2023: remained indoors most of the day, contacted the Emirates airlines on the internet by chat to find out about transferring my ticket/seat to Etihad airlines from Emirates airlines, surprisingly their system was showing passenger {i.e. Khalid Mahmood} as no show. Which is totally absurd and makes no sense. I made a reservation paid for the ticket, after that paid for making some changes to the ticket as well because I used via rail to get to Toronto etc. I explained to the airline on chat that after I was stopped from boarding the flight on September 21, I contacted the air line to tell them about this situation, but I was not a “no show“. I went through the security screening before proceeding to the gate E73 on September 21. On September 20th (i.e. a day before the flight), I bought a pricey suitcase from the airport shop located on level 1 (above ground level) near 7-Eleven. Night before the flight, I was at Sheraton Hotel terminal 3. I returned to Ottawa on Sept 21 of 2023 just after one day after gate E73 staff did not let me board the flight.
November 02 of 2023: Received a letter dated October 24 from Service Canada regarding the amounts (CAD $7,654.06) deducted from my OAS payments which were paid to Ontario works on my behalf.
November 02 of 2023: I Ordered a meal for dinner from mcdonald’s using their app, paid for it I’d ng my card, I was waiting for the delivery for about half hour and the door dash driver did not show up to deliver the food. I Called the customer service, I was told by a female operator of McDonald’s customer service that only option they have is to refund the money, but can not deliver the food. How reliable or serious is their service. This is questionable.
Customer service was not able to contact the delivery driver of door dash. Are they using customers to place the order using app, pay for it, and the driver delivers the food elsewhere. Something to look into. This order blocked my money for few days untill they refund it to my card. Or perhaps merchants superstition of some kind that food was not delivered, did not get the food. Etc. I have my alternate arrangement, I was just checking it out that how reliable these services were in this area.
Do they have only one driver to deliver. Would it not have been be a courteous and friendly customer service to deliver my order through some other channels or a different driver. It was very strange that customer service cancelled my paid order. They should have made and effort to deliver my order rather than cancel it. It is quite obvious that this was done to make it difficult for me, i.e. malicious intents. McDonald’s is a big chain of stores world wide, what prevented them to deliver my order, or was it difficult for them to reorder the same thing for me. I wonder. Clearly Malicious intents. Later on around 19h30 I walked to the store mentioned on the order to find out who picked up my order, I showed the order confirmation generated by the app but the staff was not able to understand or read it. So I came back to my apartment without pursuing it any further. I documented about this store earlier that I used to buy a big pot of coffee from “drive through” ordering on my way to Montreal day trips during the period of April 1996 to September 1996.
November 03 of 2023: when I was reviewing my tenant’s account screen with OCH, I noticed a message on the screen about current and former accounts held by {Khalid Mahmood}. I was never a OCH (Ottawa Community Housing, neither Ottawa-Carleton Housing) tenant in my past, so there was no account with OCH. My account and tenancy with OCH started since August 01 of 2023, after signing a lease on July 28 of 2023. No former accounts with OCH at all, absolutely NOT. Probably there might have been other people by the similar or same sounding names (either by the first name, or by the last name or by the full name) who lived in OCH properties as a tenant before me, but not me, never before.
November 03 of 2023: workers were seen removing scaffoldings from the front side of the building around 13h30.
November 04 of 2023 at 21h15: as I was getting off the back door of the bus route 46 at the building stop 1909 Russell, after a nearly two hours trip to Walmart Billings bridge, a man who was sitting in the middle of the long bus, did something suddenly to get my attention, I heard him say “Sir”, inadvertantly that made me look towards the front of the bus, he quickly picked a green bottle of some kind of a beverage, offered it me with a nod of his head, I declined to accept it because it was not my bottle, and I am NOT (not) “Sir”. I got off the bus, this all happened in about a second.
November 07 of 2023: A loud Fire alarm was heard which was turned on around 17h45 (slightly before dinner time for most people in this part of the world), immediately I picked up my laptop bag went out doors through the side B door, a woman was seen getting in a car rushingly which was waiting for her, car left, from the front side of the building outdoors, I saw lot of people in the lobby, so I entered to hear what was going on, I heard some one and a tenant Ms Barb say fire on the fifth floor, I went outdoors again, I saw lot of smoke coming out on the A side of the building, fire trucks, police cars and other emergency vehicles arrived on the scene within few minutes, I spoke to few people before taking a bus route 46 around 18h00 out of the panicky situation, went to Hurdman Station and took rout 42 to go towards the back side of the building to see if there was any sign of fire or
smoke.

When I walked back to the building it was a scene never seen before, street was full of emergency vehicles all the way from Demsey community centre to the Smyth Rd traffic light.
It was so congested that I decided not go towards the building and went to the library for an hour or so.
When every thing cleard up, entered my apartment 307 on the third floor which is just two levels above the lobby. Went to the grocery store Independent, bought a bottle of water and a USB cable, and returned to my apartment 307 safely, there was a puddle of water seen (like man made flood for some reason) as I attempted to turn left in the lobby towards B side stairs to go upstairs, because there were people waiting in front of the elevator, to avoid the puddle of water I used the A side stairs to get to my apartment 307. At entrance doors were open, side door A was seen open as well, a man Mr Brian was seen doing something bending towards the floor in his wototized wheel chair. Immediately after entering my apartment, I called the Ottawa community Housing phone line between 20h00 and 21h00 hours to find out about this situation if there was any precaution to observe or any emergency measures, Person (OCH staff) who answered my call said it was all cleared and I was good to go i.e. to my apartment 307 two levels above the lobby.
November 08 of 2023: fire alarm again around 05h00 am in the building, somewhere in the garbage room as was said by Barb.
Called the OCH maintenance line to tell them about the beep annunciator panel and provided them with necessary information about this matter.
Part of the day was spent at Carleton university library doing some speed testing and fixing my mobile phone. Internet speed at the university library is much better than the Rogers speed.
November 10 of 2023: Bought a winter coat to replace the old C&A coat (which was bought from a value village store in Brampton in 2022) from Saks 5th Ave store located in Rideau Center. I paid for it by cash, near the end of the transaction another female representative of the store got involved, showed me a method to get 25% discount on the transaction by adding a pack of gum. At the end she whispered a name (Vikrant or Vikram etc.) when she was standing between me and the first cashier girl, which was unfamiliar name for me but most likely was of Hindustani origin/language. Not sure if she was telling me the name of the other sales girl at the cash register or if she was telling my name to the other sales girl.
November 14 of 2023: visited OCH office bank street / Billings bridge location to ask about a shelf in my apartment, it was allowed around 10h29.
November 14 of 2023: TO THE ATTENTION OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTIVES OF SCOTIA BANK. BANK STAFF SHOULD BE TRAINED BETTER AND SHOULD BEHAVE BETTER WITH CUSTOMERS. RECENTLY AT ONE BRANCH ONE TRAINEE ASKED ME FOR MY LOGIN INFORMATION TO GET INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. MY WEB BANKING USER NAME WAS NOT SETUP PROPERLY WHEN I OPENED MY ACCOUNT AND EVERY TIME I CALL THE BANK THEY ASK ME TO RESET THE PASSWORD INSTEAD OF SETTING UP USER NAME WHICH IS DIFFERENT THAN THE CARD NUMBER AND CAN BE SEEN CLEARLY ON THE SCOTIA BANK WEBSITE. I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO USE THE APP FOR EVERY DAY BANKING DUE TO GLITCHES IN THE APP AND THE HURDLES IT CREATES. INTERNET ACCESS TO ACCOUNT SHOULD BE INDEPENDENT OF 2SV AS IT USED TO BE IN THE PAST. Bank card that was issued to me by the Scotia Bank has no signature pad.
Route 46 irregular service in Ottawa Ontario Canada on November 14 of 2023, long waits at the stop, bus arrives after people waiting leave the stop.
November 15 of 2023: Heavey objects dropping sounds were heard right above my apartment 307 living room , several time since this evening, and right now around 22h10. Around 23h00 sounded like people were playing with rocks on the upper floor right above my apartment 307 at 1909 Russell Rd Ottawa ONTARIO Canada K1G3P2
November 16 of 2023: I was waiting for a delivery for me from amazon Canada. I documented this to get the attention of relevant parties involved and safe delivery of my order to me. I have decided to remain indoors and around the building not to miss this delivery. Also called Intelcom and after a long wait spoke to a representative of the Intelcom courier Canada regarding my delivery from Amazon. I was told an email will be sent me ahead of time.
November 16 of 2023: around 13h00 two women were seen sitting face to face around a table doing some kind of art work in the lounge downstairs on floor 1.
November 16 of 2023: objects dropping found was heard around 14h40 on the floor above my apartment 307.
