TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/INTEREST
September 24 of 2023: purchased a Lenovo idea1 laptop from bestbuy at Merivale Rd. Case #:188908864 for not emailing the receipt to my email address technicalarmy@m0168.org which was entered in Bestbuy POS terminal by the sales associate at the time of payment. I was given a printed receipt at the time of checkout, but these printed receipts fade out over a period of time and become unreadable, that’s why email record of the receipt is also required for archiving purpose. This purchase transaction was full of questionable practices and intents which were not friendly (rather were malicious intents). Retailers used to be friendly with their customer in the past to get the repeat business. Payment Receipt issue (i.e. receipt by email in addition to printed receipt), Microsoft office 365 licencing and subscription issue, Microsoft window 11 (or 10) home edition product key, lack of retailers willingness to look into the issue and to explain with concrete certainty reasons behind it. etc.
October 03 of 2023 around 18h30 I was offered to take one onion out of a box of onions which was seen placed on a table in the lounge. There were several seniors busy in chair yoga. Barb one of the participants asked me to join the yoga, which I declined because I was just back at that time from outdoors nearly all day and needed some time to relax at that time and to eat my dinner.
October 03 of 2023: A written circular/information sheet from OCH housing was found resting on my door handle when I got back to my apartment from outdoors, a new entry/buzzer system will be installed/activated effective October 10 of 2023, and a new fob will be issued to each tenant, etc.
October 04 of 2023: around 11:05 I paid my rent to Ottawa community housing at a Scotia bank branch. Officer ID 339. (I received an email from OCH on October 10 of 2023 stating that my rent for apartment 307 was not paid for the month of October, probably due to some lack of information).
Few days ago when I got my hair cut at St. Laurent shopping mall in Ottawa, woman barber used dryer instead of blower on my head and on my face few times. They use dryer after shampoo or for women after shower to dry wet hair, blower is used to clear the hair stuck to the face, head, shoulder clothes etc. but not dryer. Perhaps she was on drugs or drunk. Or may be she did not know her equipment, there is a switch setting in the machine which makes it blower or dryer (i.e. with or without heat). Sometimes it may be desirable to use dryer (i.e. machine with warm air) in cold weather such as in winter but my hair cut was before winter).
October 07 of 2023: It was raining cats and dogs in Ottawa around 03h54, with water fall sound effects.
October 10 of 2023: hammering sounds were heard around 10h10 originating from surrounding apartments 306, 308 or apartment above me, again started around 13h40 and stopped within a minute. One thud like sound around 14h00. Some movement was heard in the apartment 302 across from my apartment 307, not sure weather some one entered or left from 302, but sound of inserting and pulling and jingle of the keys was clearly heard. Someone (most likely a man) was seen entering apartment 302 around 15h30 with shopping bags.
October 10 of 2023: responded to and completed a survey sent to my inbox by Bestbuy.
October 12 of 2022: received a bogus letter dated October 03 from OW regarding overpayment, visited OW offices at Catherine St and Walkley to talk about this issue, OAS has already deducted some money from my deposit, so why overpayment letter was issued. Moreover OW social assistance deducting monthly payment from my cheque without any overpayment (this deduction reduced my monthly cheque amount).
October 13 of 2023: received a letter dated October 03 from OW social assistance stating that my OW file was closed as of September 30 due to change in my situation (i.e. OAS).
October 13 of 2023: visited the OCH office at Chapel location to find out about a maintenance notification which was not initiated by me, I was told by the OCH staff perhaps it was for alarms/detectors etc. I also mentioned about the new buzzer system at the entrance of the building and that my name and buzzer number on the buzzer list was not seen. I was told it was activated in the system. But when I checked it, still it was not seen on the display when I checked my own buzzer number. it was not show/not listed. Perhaps it was made a unlisted number by the OCH. I wonder why because on the previous buzzer list which was a printed list, my name and buzzer number was shown. Also at the time of signing the lease on July 28 of 2023, I was asked to sign a document about it i.e. my consent to show my full name and buzzer number (which is different than the apartment number for tenant’s protection ). Previous system has a printed list and new system has a electronics display list (digital list on the screen).
October 14 of 2023: a man spoke to me near elevators and mentioned that he will be moving in two days by near grocery store. He came down to use the trash room and after that went back up by elevators.
October 16 of 2023: maintenance work at the building where I live 1909 Russell Rd without a information circular.

October 16 of 2023: Found two letters in my box #307 around 10h50 one from Equifax and the other from ministry of Finance a provincial department regarding some GAINS, but there was no deposit received yet in my bank account, so where is the money being sent..
09/24/2023 around 15h21. Link to the details of the order. where was it delivered to, was not delivered through the Amazon hub locker at Walkley road. Not received. September 26 of 2023 at 05h20. This shoe from amazon was not (never) received by {Khalid Mahmood} but the Amazon profile was still showing it as an item delivered which was very misleading. Amazon owners should look into this matter and customer’s purchase history must be corrected to show the facts about it. Updated on October 18 of 2023. Either the item was stolen or handed to an irrelevant person. Supply chain issue
October 18 of 2023: around 10 am Scotia Bank phones were one way only, when I called them twice to find out about my order, they were not able hear my voice but I was able to hear them, very strange. After that I called my phone provider freedommobile, and I was with them on the phone for about half hour, bidirectional conversation without any problems. So was it a technical issue with Scotia Bank phone systems or some kind of institutional superstitions of not hearing the bank customer OR malicious intents. Some thing to think about.
October 19 of 2023: recently when I called a BMO phone banking live, I was told by the person who answered the phone that there was NO record of my visit to any Branch which was required for some verification purpose. Strange, I just opened the account at a branch on October 18 in evening around 18h00, my ID was checked, account was setup etc. a debit card was issued. There was some hick ups like debit card was not activated etc. Also visited a branch at Lansdowne park (TD place) in the morning, but over the phone I was told there was no record of it. Do they erase such records or perhaps do not completely document the events to indicate that requirements to visit a branch was completed. This is banks bad behaviour (or malicious intents of some individuals) which needs to be altered towards customer friendly and professional behaviour. Banks are businesses so they should provide better services to retain their customers, businesses can not and should not behave like law enforcement or disciplining agencies. Bad idea to do that. Since the opening of the account I have visited branches several times, the Bank Street branch which completed my account opening process and issued a debit card. I met a tall person (staff of the branch) at the door of the branch by the name Aiden (sounds like name of a port city Aden in the middle east).
October 19 of 2023: Big trucks and big cranes were seen around the building 1909 since early morning till late afternoon, for some maintenance work.
October 20 of 2023: wrote an email to City of Ottawa and OW regarding overpayment and deductions matter.
Few days ago, I Received a letter from Equifax in response to my request to fix an error in one of my previous addresses. 1670 Heron Rd vs 1690 Heron Rd. Equifax declined to fix it which in my mind is a common sense matter, they should be keeping accurate information in consumer reports. If they don’t want to correct it, My question would be why it was changed to 1690 Heron Rd. Since the beginning i.e since 1996 it was 1670 Heron Rd because my Canada post POBox was located at a Quickie store and Quickie store was part of the Mall (which was demolished). Canada post letter boxes were not at 1690 Heron Rd. I wonder what was the purpose of such credit reports, which were not maintained accurately. At some point perhaps between the period 2012 to 2023 it was wrongfully changed to 1690 Heron Rd, but by who and why ??.
October 21 of 2023: when I entered the building around 15h30, a strong odor of pest control chemicals was detected by my nose sensors, perhaps building was fumigated today.
October 22 of 2023: I purchased my prescription eye wears from lens crafter at Rideau centre, I used my own frame (bought from Shoppers drug Mart few days ago) and just paid for the progressive lens and some coatings which I got completed within couple of hours while I shopped for few other items in the mall. Lens crafter’s in Store profile shows correct date of birth but on line profile shows wrong data (correct month and correct year) except date. Online profile has no editing feature to fix the date. I find this very strange. 99.9 % of the on line profiles provide some kind of editing capability. Regardless of that why the in store data (profile information) and on line data (profile information) was not synchronized. Why maintain two different profiles.
October 23 of 2023: won a beverage at Mcdonald’s on October 21 during their promotional campaign of monopoly game, which was redeemed at store 2818 located at 1795 St. Laurent location on October 23 around 08h00 Order number 851 with cookies.
October 23 of 2023: around 10h00 an electric bus on Route #55 towards Westgate mall was running with a out of operation electronic fare box/tap scan machine with a stop or no entry sign on it, perhaps was not initialized or not started up. I got off the bus at Lees O-train station around 10h35. Also visited OC Transpo customer service at 925 Belfast Rd to find out any issues with my monthly transit pass, one bus showed declined message after tap on the machine. One OC Transpo officer came out and checked my presto card and cleared it, said don’t worry about such messages and what on lookers think
October 23 of 2023: visited OCH Chapel St. Location around 13h00 to find out if there were rent arrears or amount owing, no amount owing any more as of October 23 of 2023. Also visited Lans crafters at Rideau centre mall to find out about the reason behind two different profiles with conflicting date of births for the same person, i.e. in store and on line. Stores do not have access to on line customer profiles and could not fix any wrong information in “on line” profiles.
October 25 of 2023: I placed an order for usb LED lights and one strip at Ikea store in Ottawa, under their click and collect feature, but this feature was not as quick as it was projected, it was not few minutes matter, although they have the items on the shelves, I just did not like to walk through their store. I was expecting that based on my on line order in person at the store they will pick up the items from the shelves and issue them to me right away. Perhaps there was some red tape involved in it, or something else, not known to me. I used to walk through the store with family Ahsan, Sana, new born baby Bilal when they were babies in strollers and Imrana (around 1996, 1997 and 1998). After thinking about it I cancelled the order around 14h30 due to unsatisfactory behaviour and services provided by the new staff. I spent couple of hours in the store and the click/collect staff was not able to fulfill the order.
October 25 of 2023: This was a light rainy and damp day, some spots developed small puddles, I avoided getting splashed around these puddles. OC Transpo route 99 from Greensboro towards Hurdman and route 46 from Heron gate square towards Hurdman were running with ‘out of service” and power off presto tap machines.
October 26 of 2023: when I was flipping through my lease with OCH (Ottawa Community Housing) which was signed on July 28 of 2023, on some pages of the lease my name was seen written/printed/shown in comma format (matches with my Ontario driver’s licence format), as oppose to my normal format of the name which is on health card and citizenship card. Comma format of the name does not signify additional tenants of this apartment 307. This apartment 307 lease is for one person only. Additional people in an apartment are shown in the lease with full names not by incomplete names separated by comma. In my past when I signed leases withe O’ Shanters in Willowdale/Toronto, Palm gates apartment and Mintos apartments in Ottawa, complete names of the family members were entered in the lease at the end of the document, each person’s full name on a seperate line, which were not comma separated, never.
October 27 of 2023: around 21h40, some one was watching loud TV on the floor in the building, was not me, I am trying to setup my Philips TV I bought today in the evening around 18h00 from a Walmart store nearby.
October 28 of 2023: I found an email from Scotia bank fraud alert department with a list of 5 transactions, three declined and two approved, so I called the Scotia bank phone banking to talk about this matter around 10 am, later on around 11 am received a robo phone call asking for some information due to some fraud alert, instead of providing information to the incoming robo call I preferred/wanted to talk to a live person, robo call ended and I called the Scotia bank phone banking myself around 11h35 to noon time and discussed each transaction in detail with the bank representative. I did not report any questionable transactions in my account so why there would be a fraud alert on my account for such small amount transactions. Something to think about. Another attempt of malicious intents.
October 31 of 2023: Dropped my old used clothing in a donation box which I bought in Ottawa, after I returned to Ottawa after nearly 12 years via Niagara Region Ontario, Hamilton and GTA Brampton just with clothes which I was wearing and a damaged shoulder bag. Shoulder bag was bought in Brampton from a value village store and donated back to a value village donation centre in Ottawa.
October 31 of 2023 at 10h00: A man was seen and heard going around the corridor on the third floor with and without and dragging some kind of a bin on coasters which made noise around the door of my apartment 307, several times since this morning.
