Attention Pro-bono lawyers, consumer protection agency and legal community in Ottawa Canada, I need legal protection from false collection claims and collections agencies who are contacting me for someone else’s debt or unpaid bills. I have no retail merchants correspondence, I have NO (NO) such Debt reported on my credit reports but collection agencies keep on contacting me despite my bankruptcy filed in 2007 for a debit which is nearly 10k CAD. I did not incur any such Debt after bankruptcy. Moreover I receive Ontario Works Social assistance to support myself, I have no use of such a big amount merchandise at this time. Please help me deal with such situations.
