I, the undersigned, {Khalid Mahmood} a Senior Member of IEEE since 1989 joined IEEE in Dhahran Saudi Arabia), was at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa on August 13 of 2023 around IEEE Section Congress IEEESC2023. I am available here if any one wants to see me in person but only with positive intentions. Hostility and negativity will not be appreciated and must be avoided. Message posted around 09h00 AM.

In addition to the registration desk staff, I met with a participant from Chile Mr. Alejandro Rojas, who spoke to me for few minutes outside the meeting rooms, I showed him the the PII alumni directory on my phone. One of the students with me in 1981 at PII in Eindhoven was from Chile.

I was in the building on Sunday 08/13 from 08h30 to about noon time, visited Shaw centre a day before on Saturday 08/12 as well briefly to find out about my registration and spoke to the staff at the registration desk and one person who recognised me came close to talk to me when I was around a red bench, placed in the hallway on the side.
